A little story to kick off my series that will be coming up soon. It has a few references that I hope you game and internet savvy furs will pick up on. I hope it is well enjoyed and look forward to getting feedback.

"so let me get this straight. You are not from this world?" The main questioned the humanoid fox once again.

"Is it that complicated? I'm not from here obviously." The fox slunk back in his chair, crossing his arms. "I have come here to warn you about the nightmares."

"You keep saying that, but what are you really here for? What planet are you from?" The man leaned forward. "You are from another planet aren't you?" His face held in an attempt to intimidate.

"Not exactly. I'm from this one, but in a different universe." He flicks the mans nose. "Please stop with the faces. You are as frightening as a mouse compared to the menace I've seen."

"Charming." The man sits back. He takes notes on his clipboard before looking back to the creature. "You know where you are correct?"

The fox sighs in discontent. Having been over this three times before, his frustration quite clear. "Area fifty one. A military facility concealed from public knowledge, rather poorly I should add. This is where you research sentient foreign anomalies such as extra terrestrials and other 'nonexistent' beings. After their time here, you ship them off to the SCP foundation where they can be held from the public. You could say that it is the real area fifty one." The fox rests his elbows on the table. "I know plenty about you, and your governmental system."

The man looks rather shocked. He feels his curiosity take over as he asks. "What do you know exactly?"

The fox growing impatient quickly begins talking. Not realizing he was actually answering till he heard the man."I know that what you take as 'public safety' translates to locking people into quarantines with the threat instead of trying to evacuate them. I know that the last five presidential elections were rigged. I know that you have been eliminating human rights so as to place control over the public. I also know that I'm not the first of my kind to arrive here to give this warning. But you never found her and that's why you are holding me. You think I know where she is, but the fact is I don't. She is clever enough to know that it would be dangerous to keep contact with me."

The man stared a bit dumbfounded. He cleared his throat. "The fact still stands that you and she make claims of these... Nightmares. But this is no fairy tale world." He laughs at the very claim. "Nightmares don't exist outside of dreams."

"They haven't arrived yet. I told you people. On the day the sun sets fire to the moon, the cosmos will shatter and it's pieces shall crash upon the world. That is when they will be here!" The fox slams his paw down on the table in frustration. "They won't rest till this world has been cleaned of its life. And that is thanks to filth like you!"

The man marks a check for aggressive tendencies after bearing witness to the foxes flustered display. "You make that statement but these things are physically impossible. How could any of your statement be true?"

"Are you that stupid? You are able to ask me that when you have two facilities withholding such impossibilities? What about the other incidents you cover up? The Manhattan blockade incident? The war of bel? None of those events seem impossible?" The fox growls. "Maybe you should reconsider what is true and false."

The man hesitates feeling startled for a moment before looking to the fox. "Look, I know that all of this insanity is true, but public safety is our priority."

"Public safety? Public safety!? You call leaving an entire populace blissfully unaware that in a matter of months, everything they know will be wiped from the world? You people are some kind of insane." The fox stood and took a deep breath, questioning if these people were worth saving. Then at that moment, he remembered his lost love. The fear in her eyes as their world fell apparat. His last kiss left to soothe her as he knew that it was all that could soothe her pain. Nobody, should ever have to live through that.
