The childhood part 1
#1 of Toon Seies
Hello, I am Donovan. And you have no idea what my life is like! You see, I was given birth on 5/30/96. I was a beautiful baby ( Isn`t that what they say about all babys?) and my parents thought of all the wonderful things that I could do. But they had no idea what I was about to be in. And my first few years were pretty normal. I really did not understand things till I was about 4. That was when I began learning about the reason of reality (You know, everything that happrns has a Scientific Explaination.). But that all changed one spring night after my 5th birthday.
We were at Six Flags Over Texas, and I was not used to coasters, so I rode the little Looney Tunes coasters. I had a hat on, but on one of the coasters, it flew off my head. I was about to begin to cry, for it was one of my favorite hats. After the ride was over, my mom wanted to take a nap on a bench. And scince i was a little mischievous, I decided to go after the hat. I ran to the other side of the park,trying to find it, to discover a forest. I then forgot about the hat and curiosity entered my mind. I wanted to enter the forest. Was there a really forest in Six flags? I didn`t see it earlier on the directory, but I was only 5.
I entered the forest, only to see it was a beautiful scene I have never seen before! The trees, there leaves with sunlight beaming through them. There branches, all as if there were put in such a way, aligned almost perfectly. The trees stood there bold and strong. the floor was covered with grass that was perfectly aligned, straight, and was bulit strong. And it was a covered surface, so the beams of light coming through made it even more graceful. It looked as if this was the greatest forest I have ever witnised, excluding the fact i was 5. And I wanted to see more. I wondered in, and got deeper into the forest. And before I knew it, I was lost. I began to panic. I did not know what to do. So, I decided to wander around a little more, when I came across a rabbit. It looked like an ordinary rabbit when I noticed something: it was purple.
The back of it was a shocking purple, with its under side being an differnt kind of white.The pupil of its eye was an emerald green. Its had its front paws white with its backpaws black. And with all of my already known knowledge, I could tell it was male. I crept a little closer, wanting to see more about this bunny. I could make an discovery! There was never a purple rabbit, so i could make this big! But that ended when he turned, saw me, and started running. But I was not about to give up easily! I then chased after the thing with my little tiny legs. I kept running after it for about ten minutes, about to give up, for I quickly became tired, when something happened. The rabbit jumped up and a rainbow began spinning around it. A RAINBOW!?! And it jumped into it like a portal. I can`t describe what happened, but I was running too fast to slow down and got pulled into the portalish rainbow, only to fall.
Next thing I knew, I was falling at an extreme speed down what looked like a black hole, but with rainbows. And then something happened that scared the light out of me: my mixed skin began to changed. I look at my arm, and it sudden of all went from 3D to...... 2D!?! And my skin color changed from the black and white mixed to a complete white. My short hair began growing. I had no idea what was happening to my body, but my mind fell into darkness from shock. I woke up, to find myself lying on the ground surrounded weird looking creatures that were in 2D. One of them looked like that rabbit I followed, but he standing on two legs and wearing armorish clothing! And one looked like a mermaid in a bra, with a set of bow and arrows! And one was some kind of... skeleton thing. There was other countless awkard creatures. I became scared, not knowing what to doand not knowing where I was or what happened. Then I heard a somewhat low male voice from the skeleton saying "It is one of those humans from the Real World!" Then a high picthed voice from the mermaid said "What is a Real Human doing here? Are they not forbidden here? I thought it was the opposite!!" And I then heard a medium voice saying "Lets kill this defenceless human while we have this oppurtunity to study him!" Then I heard cheering and began to cry, scared out of my life when a bold voice said "And who said you have the authiroty to do that, Lance? I am the only one who decides that." I looked up and saw some kind of sorceress. I knew that because he was levitating. He had on a robe that was all the way down to his shoes. On his left shoulder, there was a little girl dolls head. On the right shoulder, there was a little boy dolls head. And the sorcerer had only a mouth without a face himself. And I saw he was in royalty, because he had a crown on his bald head. He sort of had a humans body besides all the little extras.
Then the skeleton broke in and said "But, he is a real human! There kind is not allowed in this world! And it is already a problem we are in war with the darkness! He could be a spy! I say-" "You are not going to say anything, Sektor. You are not the one to make big decisions. Did you forget why I am king? If you did not, then shut your trap!" That shut the skeleton guy up. Then the sorcerer came before me and stopped levitating, kneeling to my short height. "And who you might be?" He asked without any hesitation or thought. I decided this was my chance. "My name... is Donovan. I am from Texas, and I was following..... that rabbit in this beautiful forest to when I fell into a.... rainbowish portal that led to here!" I said, pointing at the 2 legged rabbit. "So that was you following me!" The rabbit broke in, trying to make me look bad. "And what were you doing in the Real World?" the sorcerer asked. It looked as if he was caught. "Oh, well..er, I was trying to make some preparations for the fight next week. And.... when I saw this human, I decided to run, thinking he was a spy. I guess he followed me into the portal." He began to have a look in his eyes in did not recognise. "But he is a young human. I say he is either 6 or 5 years of age. And almost any young living creatures will have curiosisty! He probaly saw you were an unusual rabbit. That is why he chased you." The sorcerer was right. I was very curios and I am 5 years old. "Im.... Im sorry if I caused any trouble! I just want to go home!" I said with big tears in my eyes. "Illusionist, before you decide to help him, think. We have no idea if he is a good person or a bad person! Sektor could be right! He could be a spy! I just want to suggest we watch him before we help him." the mermaid advised him. "Fine. How about this? He comes to stay with me in the castle . And we will take care of him and studt his behavior plus personality to see if he is a good person. How about that? I think he would work with that." "(Sigh), I guess that would work. But remember, he is real." And with that she jumped into a nearby lake and swam away. And all of the weird creatures began to walk away.
"I am sorry if my people scared you. They just dont like real things." The said, helping me up. "So, your name is Illusionist?" I asked him. "Yes, I specialize in causing Illusions. I am the king of this land. So, would you like to come to my castle and live with me for a while? It is just to prove you are a good person. That is the plan. The people of this land dont trust you, and I want to prove them wrong." "Oh, thank you! That woiuld be nice. But I must get back to my mom before she worries!" "Oh, dont worry. As long as youwere in that forest and here, time in your world is frozen. and I cant help you with my people in such a worry." He told me in his kind voice. but there was one thing I noticed he said. "Wait, frozen? You mean stopped, not moving, paused? Is such a thing possible?!" I knew time travel was impossible, so how could time itself be paused? "Oh,yes. Let me explain it to you. Shall I explain it on the way to my castle? It looks like you have no other option but to take my offer." "I guess so." I said in my unpuberified voice. With that, I began to follow him to his castle.
"So, what do you mean they dont like real things. Arent they real? They were just before us!" I questioned him. It did not make scince. "Donovan, do you believe there is another universe? You see, the universe you live in is a seperate universe from this one. And we call your universe the Real Dimension. What does real mean to you?" "It means it exist. If I said something was real, it means it exist and is an object, gas, liquid, and such and such." I sounded like a scientist for a moment! But I knew he was about to blow my mind. "Well, it means something else to us. It means Laws of Science in this world. Everything that happens in your world has a reason, an explaination, a Law of Science! But here, many of thoses laws are broken by magic, spells, and the way we live and fight. And there is actually a third Universe. We are in the Toon Universe, where the impossible is possible! But the third universe is known as the Kurai Universe. Aka, Dark Universe. It is like Toon World, but everything is different over there. I am not sure sure what it is, but they are different. And we are in war with them." Then a deep grave look came across his face. "Why?" I asked, scared for a moment. "I will explain that later. You seem tired. When you arrived, it was evening. It is night now. You should sleep and we can discuss more tomarrow." Illusionist said looking a lot more happy. And next thing I knew, we were in front a large castle.
It looked like a medival castle with some major differences. There was a draw-bridge that lowered in front of us and we walked inside. Once we were inside, we were walking down a large hallway that led to Illusionists throne room. It looked like a comfy room, the throne room did. The throne chair was complete crystal that was perfectly clear, with light shooting through and becoming a rainbow on the west wall. I wanted to stand there and look at it, for I always did love prisms. "Ah, I see you love how light breaks up in colors and becomes a rainbow ehen it goes through a prism. That is a good start, for the rainbow is our symbol!" He said, with his faceless smile very wide. "You probaly want to rest now. Your room will be down this hall, 3rd to the right."He said, pointing to a large hallway. "I used psychic powers to learn your information and there is some clothing in there for you. I hope you will rest well. If you have any questions, there is a bell in the room you can ring. Goodnight." And with that, he teleported and disappered. "Wow, the impossible IS possible!" I spoke to myself, walking towards the room he spoke of. I opened the door and in the room was a large bed, a dresser, a closet, a restroom, and other small appliances. And, above the bed was a bell. "If you have any questions, just ring that bell." the voice rang back in my head. I was not hungry. He probaly knew with his psychic power, which is probaly why he did not offer me any food.I saw some shorts on the dresser and took my clothes off and put the shorts on. They fit perfectly, no questions asked. They were also comfortable."He`s good at finding information!" I said to myself. I got on the bed, and the moment I got on it, i wanted to fall asleep. I looked out the window, which was nearby, and saw a peaceful night sky. I felt so good, I drifted to sleep almost instantly. I knew I had to be prepared for anything in the next day coming, so I braced myself and was ready for anything!
Anyone who ead, go ahead and be crritical. This a story I have made up when I was ypoung and just added on and on to it. It is interesting in the latter seies, but you must know how it all began before then! Thanks for Reading!
