Another story that just popped into my head
Just as a heads-up, this is from the perspective of Albus Kane. This takes place in between two episodes I will publish in the near future
There's one person that I felt like I really had to talk about right now: someone who goes by the name of Taera Fey. A brown-and-white female Goat with black spots, she grew up in a culture where horned animals were expected to defy everything that Abrahamic religions thought they stood for. Instead, she was born and raised into a Southern Baptist household, and the only reason they didn't circumcise her is because it was thankfully illegal, and thankfully still is. They would have because they didn't want her to feel any pleasure in sex. She knew she was bisexual at the young age of seven, when she had her first crush on another girl. Her parents tried to repress every aspect of her sexuality, even punishing her for having wet dreams, until finally, at age 18, she was old enough to move out of the house, and immediately did.
As soon as she was out of the house, she noticed that she had no money. She also noticed that she had a rather attractive body. Thus, every single thing that she wished she could do but couldn't while living with her parents, she did on camera with exactly the kind of unrealistically well-endowed, musclebound studs that she fantasized about, and made some good money doing it. She did porn frequently enough and for a long enough time that she was able to retire and live off of a savings account by the time she was 24, and, unlike her many male friends, whose libidos peaked during adolescence, as a female, hers was fast increasing. She was finally aware, at that moment, of what modern feminism has become: often misandry, often even misogyny. Thus, she found an archaic-but very much needed in the modern era-form of feminism just right for her: sex-positive.
That's the kind of feminist I can't help but admire. She had all of the will to stand up for women's rights that feminism always was supposed to stand for, with none of the repressively antisexualist ideologies on pornography and sexual content in video games that truly ruined modern feminism. There's one more reason related to that for me to admire: her self-control. She DOES enjoy plenty of kinks, from facials to even anal (I thought that women didn't enjoy it at all for a while), but she doesn't do them for the pleasure of any man, or any other women, and she certainly doesn't do them for the money anymore; she does them for herself. She is always in full control of her life and her sexuality, and THAT is true empowerment: the ability for a woman to take what many consider to be symbolic of male dominance, and display complete control of herself and even her partners as she indulges in them. That is something no part of me can avoid admiring. She also showed me that there are attractive people other than gay and bisexual men and maybe Michelle Rodriguez types that like femboys, which I am apparently, so I kind of have to thank her for that to avoid feeling like a shitfucker.
She is EXACTLY what feminism once was, and what it should become again: true freedom and empowerment in an era of slut-shaming, kink-shaming and religious sexual repression all around.
