All-star weekend is here. Let's see what the crazy coyote is up to.

March 14th, 2016: All-Star weekend part 1

All star weekend! The time of the FBA season where the best of the best get selected to play in numerous challenges.....yea, I didn't get picked....but, that doesn't mean I can't go and support my teammates and friends. So I told Teresa to pack her bags and we flew over to Albany for All-star weekend. She was pretty excited too. She kept telling me that she has never been and she was going to party all night and so much other nonsense. It took a while to finally get her head back in her job. As much as I love to see my friends, I'm still expecting two big deals now. Either a phone call from infuriade or a meeting with this guy who wants money for a camp. It has been awhile since I got that first call from them.......I'm starting to get worried that maybe putting all my cards on this isn't going to work....no, it has to work. I mean, not everyone gets a call from freakin' infuriade.

Albany was really going wild this weekend. The traffic was crazy and people were swarming everywhere. We weren't even in the city. Anyway, once we finally reached the stadium, we could see the usual paparazzi and reporters near the entrance annoying the players and the celebrities with flashing cameras and unwanted interviews. Wendy has thankfully has taught me how to ignore such annoying furs and just keep walking forward. Teresa however, still needed to learn to keep her mouth shut. She did tell me that negotiating was her super power, but apparently running her mouth is too. So many reporters kept asking me how I felt about the future of the Mayors and Teresa just kept pushing me aside and telling them: "I'm sorry. Mrs. Teixeira will not be taking any questions now." Once we finally got through and inside the VIP section, the only words I could think to say to her were: "Really hermana?"

"What? Those blood sucking reporters always have something smart to say. You don't need that now. This is supposed to be a happy time." She said.

"Alright, alright. You got a point. I'm gonna go find Wendy, okay?"

"Okay, but remember that you're supposed to be in the press box for a meeting with this guy who wants to talk to you about this camp idea. He seems really eager to talk to you."

"Well, at least someone is. What time again?"

"Halftime of the All-star game."

"Alright, tell him I'll be there."

The night was starting off fun. I really liked this time of year because I finally had a chance to meet my friends from other teams and feel relaxed for once. I met Crystal Davis there and basically talked to her for hours. We would have some battles on the court too. She mostly kicks my ass, but I steal a few of her passes sometimes. But now, we weren't worried about that. We just had some fun girl talk and some gossiping. What? I can do girly things sometimes.....wait, who am I talking to?.....anyway, I also got to chat with Harrison York before the rookie game. The rookie didn't seem at all nervous. It was nice to see that he was excited to get out there. I told a few jokes and wished him luck. I knew he would do fine though. I saw the hot headed Erik too....yea, that kid is crazy. I don't like him very much, but he's in the Rookie all-star game so I guess he's doing something right.

Moving on from that, the game went well. Harrison won! I was so proud of him. Way to represent Huntsville. I didn't get to talk to him after the game, but he seemed too busy hanging out with his teammates. The rookie was an all-star. Maybe one day......that will be me.

The All-Star game started soon afterwards. I stayed to see the introduction and all that, but I quickly went over to the press box for my special meeting. I kinda hated the press box. It was just filled with snobs and other uptight rich people that keep their fur wayyyyyy too clean. And then hears come Cloricia, the coyote girl from Holyoak looking like she comes from the streets. No, I didn't wear a dress. Anyway, I sat there waiting for this mystery man to come by. I looked down at the court feeling happy and a bit jealous of the players on that court. It was halftime and I was still alone there waiting on him. Funny, usually I'm the one who's late. Then, I finally heard a male voice behind me.

"Ah, Miss Teixeira." It said. "Care for a drink?"

I breathed a sigh of relief once he finally showed up....but something was....familiar about his voice.....I just couldn't put my paw on it. Still, I turned around to introduce myself.

"Hey there, and no thanks. I don't....." I stopped when I finally saw his face. It was....Mike. That jerk Coyote that Teresa and I slapped the hell out of when he kissed me.

"What the hell are you doing here?!" I yelled. I didn't care if I started a scene.

"Hey, hey, calm down, I know okay?" He started out. "I was very disrespectful, and drunk and I shouldn't have just...well.....you know....anyway, I'm truly sorry."

I couldn't even look at his face, but he kept talking.

"Look...all I'm asking is that you hear me out here. I promise you that this is for a good cause and it makes it even better that you are from Holyoak too."

"I'm getting out of here." I said as I began walking out the door. He quickly folled me and started begging though.

"Cloricia! Wait! Please!" He kept saying. I finally stopped. I don't know why I did though. I guess I just liked to see him suffer.....whoa, am I that evil.

"How about this?" He said. "Let's just sit down and talk business. Just business. If you're not interested then you never have to see me again, okay?"

I stood there with my arms crossed. He seemed like he was telling the truth, but I still felt like I shouldn't trust him.....but he's practically begging.

I gave in.

"Fine....we can talk." I said.

His tail wagged a little bit and his ears perked up.

"Enjoy your little moment," I thought. "but if you try to kiss me again, I'll make sure you don't walk again........whoa, I am evil......cool."
