The story of a gang leader that I want to write more stories about.

Boss Guillermo's real name is Guillermo del Mujer y Medici, and he was born in Mexico near the border. From an early age, he was told that Chihuahuas couldn't fight for themselves. He was determined to disprove that notion, no matter what. Eventually, a drug cartel attacked his hometown, and his parents sent him on a plane to Zootopia. When he got there, he had no job, no home, no food, and no quick way to get any of those. He was just 10 years old at the time. that's when he started working for Mr Big. He first worked as a debt collector, being the muscle of Mr Big's loan sharking operation. Anyone who thought that his species was too weak for the job got a face full of pavement in an instant. Eventually, he made his way up the ranks, and then, just when he was almost at the top of the hierarchy, he broke away from Mr Big's gang, taking those under his command with him. That's when he started his own criminal empire in Zootopia. He was only 13 years old at the time. When he was 16, he had a brilliant idea for a plan: he would have part of his gang commit various offenses, small and large, to keep the ZPD occupied while he and another part of it went and committed a mass bank robbery, stealing from every major bank in the city.

The four officers assigned to the case were Taurin Blacksad, Edna Kane, Nick Wilde and Judy Hopps. They had 72 hours to find a way to stop them, as the rate at which these crimes took place increased, before the mass robbery. They stopped Boss Guillermo by setting traps for the criminals committing the crimes meant to distract, and this worked because of exactly what made such a thing possible: the criminals would commit them, or get as close to succeeding as possible, and then lead police on a wild goose chase, before losing the cops. They walked right into traps set by the four, with the help of various other members of the ZPD. It's worth mentioning as a side note that throughout the case, Taurin and Edna kept semi-jokingly implying that Nick and Judy were into each other. With the distraction crimes handled, the ZPD could now respond to the mass robberies. While some of them succeeded, most failed, and Boss Guillermo had to run away from Zootopia to avoid arrest. After that, he moved to LA and built his criminal empire right back up again. What happened after he left Zootopia is a story for another day.
