Hey sorry I have been away so long guys, i have been working on some projects outside of the fandom and been busy with my work currently which dominates much of my time so here is something to keep you occupied.

Also thank PotionMasterCernun for letting me use remuria as a setting for this short story.

Storm on the Horizion

Sunset soon set over the Horizion with the pirate vessel, "The Sojourner", arriving in port, docking in for the night with its crew battered and weary from their long voyage across the vast ocean. Their cargo, crates filled to the brim Silkworm eggs, Incense, and Mulberry saplings accompanied by one towering 7'3 tall Gnollish paladin garbed in a set of bonecast armor that took shape in the form of platemail. He soon followed the Ship's captain into the nearby Bucking Bull Tavern.

The Bar was filled to the brim with bunches of rowdy buccaneers who were settling in for the evening, downing their cheap grog and rum in a hearty cheer. The paladin sat down at table across from the Sojourner's Capatain to discuss payment, "So Mr. Rhyn Hansol, it seems we made it here without a gray cloud in sight yet that still doesn't prove you were responsible for the safety of our voyage. Now, how about we discuss money?" she hissed, evidently wanting to purge a little coin from his pocket. Rhyn cringed at her greed, "Well, I hope you aren't going to sell all those silkworms to any questionable customers considering from what I read about this place before coming here. Are you planning to sell these to any one short in stature?..." he hinted, recalling one of his adventures that involved collecting silkworms for a peculiar lot.

The Bucanneer maiden scowled at him "How dare you accuse me of working with those wretched Gnolbolds!" she said, fearing that her plan was figured out. Rhyn sighed, understanding what treachery she was up to merely from their destination of the Remurian Continent, "Dearie, do you think I am illiterate? You are planning to sell these Silkworms to the Moonscore Islanders so they can enchant the bugs to mass-produce Silk. You could buy on the cheap then sell it foreign markets for exorbitant prices... Broodmother." He said, utilizing his wit to rile her. She fumed at the Gnoll's accusation, glaring up into his eyes before dragging him by the collar into the nearby storeroom.

The Buccaneer captain pushed him against the wall with all her might, "I should have left you in that bloody port! You're going to ruin everything I have in motion to retire!" she shouted at him. Rhyn giggled at her, finding her reaction amusing, "No I am not, I can tell you a secret that can tie the little bow to that entire package... but I need a little convincing." He replied, smiling at her. She stared at him beadily, "Fine..." she said, kneeling down before him, trying to figure how to undo his crotch plate.

Rhyn stared down, shaking his head "No madam! That isn't what I want... at the moment. I want in on this venture of yours! Namely 15 percent of your profits..." he explained, plotting to secure his own financial future. The Ursine maiden's ears pinned back, putting a flirty façade, "Are you sure you don't want my lips wrapped that sword of yours my beautiful crusader? Money is such a fickle thing!..." she sweetly said, hoping to escape from whatever trickery he had in mind. He wasn't interested in what the captain had to say, "Okay, I'll reinvest 5 percent of the 15 if your venture proves profitable, Deal?"

The teal-furred Buccaneer sighed, knowing it be pointless to convince him otherwise, "Alright four eyes, What's this secret of yours?" she said, standing up with her height of 5'11 contrasting his. Rhyn chuckled at her, "If I remember reading correctly, the branch north of here is well practiced in agriculture. They could cultivate the Mulberries and the Silkworms on a grander scale..." he replied, recalling a pamphlet he read written by a peculiar man by the name of "Leroux Malcom". She planted her palm firmly on her face, "Deal... Why didn't I think about that! Gods be damned!" she said, cursing herself for her curiosity.

Rhyn hugged her, lifting her up in the air in his gratitude "You won't be disappointed! I have faith you'll do well and prosper!" he cheered, captivated by his own surge of emotion. The enterprising Captain blushed, her heart pounding faster every second, "Umm hey big boy... you do that to other maidens around this land or you will find yourself in the bedding with a virgin. Not a lot of men around..." she stated, considering most of her crew comprised of women to begin with. He cheekily grinned, slightly embarrassed that he lost control of himself for a minute "Sorry! That's actually why I am here in the first place! The goddess of the Bounty has decreed that I spread her influence across this land to make it prosperous and luxuriant!" he said, hoping to convert her to his faith.

Rhyn had her at prosperous, the buccaneer salivated at the thought of what this supposed deity was all about, "So what's the perks of following this 'Goddess of the Bounty'?" the cutthroat buccaneer asked, licking her tongue at him. He braced himself against the wall, reaching into his pack to pull a copy of "The Testament of the Bountiful Guardian", "Here you go madam! If things ever seem barren or bleak, this will guide in those dreary of days!" he said, gracefully repelling her advances. She was irked by his endurance, "Let's seal this deal!... My maidenhead aches for a blade to pierce through into my murky depths!" she said, tackling him.

Two Hours passed by into the evening, The Sojourner's Captain finished tying up her corset, "Well that was exciting! I never met a Gnoll who was so resilient in bed yet gentle..." she said, quite satisfied she didn't have to do any clean-up. Rhyn's head was in the clouds, his coin purse aching for releasing, "Taima teaches us to the path to enlightment is through concentration of our will..." he said, reciting scriptures from the "Munificus Primer" which doubled as his spell book of holy incantations. She kissed the Paladin on his cheek while he kneeled on the floor, trying to calm himself, "I wager that you are riding the tide of pleasure right now... I think I might read that text." She replied, walking out the door with the divine writ in hand.

Rhyn pressed his hands on his thighs, focusing his excess energy by channeling it through him, guiding it in mediation to circulate in a Mobius strip from his head to his loins and back. The Storm Paladin sought to calm the Tempest inside him, "May my ancestors guide me into path" he spoke to himself, his fey blood writhing in primal excitement. He accidentally began projecting his Enlightening Aura into the room as it began to seep into the tavern, attracting the attention of one creature who felt the change in the air.

Meanwhile, An azure-furred gnolbold, bearing deep navy markings found throughout her hide, glanced her head from side to side, sitting next a maimed maiden who suffered from the loss of a limb over the course of her career. The artificer tinkered on the hollow prosthetic foreleg made of Brass, placing it within the chalk triangle that had circle on each of its vertices. Every one contained its own unique item: First, a small glass bowl with a droplet of blood in it; the second, a bowl of sugar; the third, a bleached clean bone from some unknown beast.

The Artificer pulled out a silver-capped quartz rod baton, filled to the brim with Vyx she collected on her journey to Gryphon point, placing it the end of it against the chalk. The reagents that once dwelled in the circles soon began dissolving in particles that rushed towards the false-leg before a puff of mist. What took its place was a beautiful, sleek appendage with an alabaster sheen that started to wiggle about as the cutthroat maiden started to feel her toes moving once again.

It was practical miracle though no one paid attention as the Jolly pirate strapped in the new limb to the leather harness, standing upright without a crutch in a long time. The Artificer smiled as she watched her customer take her first steps again, strutting fluidly into a prance before returning to the prosthetic's creator. The Sea born raider dropped a small bag filled with golden coins, "Thanks Aura, I hope you find what you are searching for!" she said, having waited quite some time for the replacement limb.

Aura pulled one of the glistening token then started gnawing on it to determine its authenticity, "Yeah whatever..." she said, a little depressed from her isolation. Her ears began to twitch and perk in reaction to the aura that began winding its way through the tavern, "Hmm?" she moaned, pulling her Arcane Lens, a device made from a crystal charged with one of the 6 Primal aspects that allowed her to discover what aspects composed all objects in the universe. The young Gnolbold began wandering through the room, scanning every creature that was meandering about in the room and some of the furniture as her mind began creating links to lost Knowledge hidden within her thaumic compendium.

The Artificer stashed her equipment back her satchel before pulling down her Thaumaturgic Goggles from her forehead, allowing her to track the aura's trail, assuming a Crux had appeared in the Tavern's storeroom. A Crux was a source of Vyx often comprised of various airborne essences that enabled your average Thaumologist to perform their trade, using batons to drain the various types of Vyx. She saw its origins lead to the sideroom door, cracking it open slightly to see the Gnollish Paladin meditating.

Aura's eyes were fixated on Rhyn while he cycled the energy throughout his body, her groin throbbing in response to his presence and the scent of sex in the air. She approached him in his meditation with a smile, "Umm hi there!" she spoke in common tongue, her cheeks blushing from excitement. He ceased his channeling, looking down at the adorable hyena-like creature that barely looked like she was out of her adolescence.

Rhyn covered up his modesty, quickly retying his crotchplate, "I apologize for that!" he said though considering that most of her kind would wander naked anyway. Aura often fantasized about holy crusaders ever since she was whelp, unable to stop staring "Its okay..." she said, doing her best not to scare him. He immediately noticed her attire, noting the goggles and her utilitarian style outfit, "Pardon me for asking but are you native to this land? I need someone to guide me around and I fear I came ill equipped for the climate. Do you know any place where I can find some garb?" He questioned, essentially asking if she wanted to tag along.

Aura was slightly overwhelmed by his proposition, "Umm yeah, I'd love to show you around if you don't mind taking a ferry to Moonscore. I know someone who does a lot of tailoring..." she said, giggling from her anxiety. Rhyn smiled at her, picking her up and putting her over his shoulder, "Let's get out of here, the smell of spirits is aggravating my senses." He said, carrying her out of the tavern. She felt her heart pound faster and faster, her angst growing with her instincts crying out to mate, her mind flooding with hormones.

Aura snapped out of her daze, "Hey my crate is several alleyways down, can we stop by and pack my things? It's by the Butcher shop!" she said, instructing her vehicle where to go. Rhyn snickered at the thought of her pigging out on scraps, before they came to a shop that said, "BeeBee's Butchery" on the side in painted letters. They turned the corner to see a little campsite that was well cobbled together, a long shipping crate that had a makeshift bed inside and tarp made from an old sail as the Artificer climbed down from the towering gnoll.

The Gnolbold maiden was quick snag a side pouch from her shelter, likely containing her personal affects then left a note on the Shop's backdoor, "Dear Ms. Hermaphrodite butcher lady, I am going away for long time and never coming back. Oh I also would like to tell you to get that mole looked at because it is rather unsightly to look at despite you may think it cute." It said. Rhyn peeked at the note, spotting the word "Hermaphrodite" amongst the text, "Umm, I detest to be the nosy stranger but might I ask how distorted is the ratio between men and women in this realm?" he said, recalling reading about the son-stealer plague. The Artificer looked up at him, thinking for a brief moment, "Good question, for Gnolbolds, there is like 25 boys, 15 twin-spirits, and 60 girls out of 100 babies... well at least for Moonies. For the native persons, lots and lots of ladies for a very few boys and hermaphrodites." She explained based on what she read from the library in Obberach .

Aura noticed the moon rising before she climbed on the paladin's shoulders, "Come on, let's catch the last ferry to Moonscore before we have to stay in this pit hole for the night." She said, guiding her companion to the Southern dock. The two travelers came across a sloop that was used to transport raw wool across the channel between Gryphon Point and Moonscore Island. Rhyn approached the ship's Captain, a Shark-like woman with an intimidating grin that would make any man cringe for his coin purse and a glossy prosethic left leg that miraculously moved according to its owner's will

Aura smiled at the Ferrywoman, "Hey Manola, how is the leg working so far?" she asked, considering she did a lot of improvising her Infusion initially. Nola laughed akin to a mad gypsy, "Ask that to the bard who thought I was a sullen wench, a swift kick to the brass made him change his tune." She cheered, praising the sturdiness of her new leg. The artificer blushed, flattered by the compliment, "Oh why thank you! Mind doing me a favor?" she replied.

Manola bit the tip of her thumb in her devilish beam, "You can cross any time for free dearie, and your prey here gets a free pass just this once as long as he can answer this question." She said. Rhyn's ears perked up, "...and what might that be madam?" he replied, curious to what she may have to say. The Laminomorph stared at the Gnoll, "Is it true that Gnolls have a fleshy bulb at the base of their masts or is that just a myth? I've seen Gnolbold boyos running around in the summer and assumed so judging by the time they get frisky with the sheepkins, they aren't stuck for an hour afterwards." She said, unfamiliar with Hyenic physiology.

Aura's ears perked at her cohort's advances, "Hey, I call dibs on his penis!" she stated, evidently her thoughts going astray once more. Manola laughed at the gnolbold, "Well, its going to be quite the journey and I'd like have a little entertainment. I've always wanted to see a little one take on such big monster!..." she teased, revealing her voyeuristic size-difference fantasies. Rhyn's face was bright red with tension, considering he recently arrived to the land and was already preyed upon by women.

Manola showed them aboard to the captain's quarters before they casted off into the horizion, expecting the trip to take the entire evening due to calm winds. Rhyn had taken the opportunity to strip off his armor for a while into his leather undergarments that had a tribal appeal to them. Aura was a little hesitant due to her nerves but undressed as well, considering that their captain wasn't exactly the person you wanted unhappy.

The shark maiden clapped at the sight of their primitive yet exotic forms as she sat in her hammock, "Well, get to it then! I didn't clear off my cartography table for nothing!" she said, pointing out the solid mass of timber in the center of the room. Rhyn was rather lithely with his figure, his abdomen trim and sinewy with his manhood reaching over a foot in length that appeared it could even make a Brachina scream in agony from its proportions. Aura wasn't exactly the most ideal either, she was rather petite like most young adolescent gnolbold maidens were, considering she herself was only sixteen moons old.

The Artificer climbed up onto the wooden platform, crawling to the center before rolling over in a submissive posture with an innocent glint in her eye, "Be gentle, okay?" she said in a soft voice while she raised her legs apart in the air. Rhyn followed her lead, prowling above her form, "I will..." he replied, reassuring her that everything will be alright. He kissed her on the cheek then his lips work down to neck, nipping at the skin beneath her fur in a playful tug with a delightful moan escaping into the air.

Aura felt him graze lower and lower with each passing second, shuttering at the flick of her teat with his oral muscle that glided across her stomach in a swirl. A cooling draft breezed against her dark netherlips that were flushed with arousal, spread apart with the Paladin's gentle touch, his breath teasing the air around her groin. His rough tongue met with her lotus, grinding her prominent bud that was eager to announce its glorious presence, awaiting to meet its tormentor for the night.

Rhyn seized her by the thighs, lapping away at her musky vent, savoring her bittersweet fluids that emanated from her folds. His mast stood firmly proud, dripping his own liquids, signaling his readiness to take to the mount once again thanks to Taima's Blessing. He moved further upward, aligning his rod in preparation to pierce into her maidenhead, pacing himself in order for his counterpart to rendering all this sudden information.

Aura showed off her flexible nature by leaning her head into the gnollish monstrosity presented before her eyes, giving it a quick lick of the spear headed tip to show her affection before resuming her position. She grabbed a hold of the thick head, lining it with her delicate flower, taking a deep breath to ready her mind. In a sudden thrust, she screamed in a mixture pain and pleasure accompanied by tears of happiness hoping she'll end up with a whelp in her womb.

The lumbering Gnoll paused for a minute to savor her virgin depths, allowing them acquaint itself with his pillar of flesh. He was barely headway in as he felt the dainty creature's innards quiver around his presence while her heart was pounding in the anxiety of the moment. She bit her lower lip, responding to the lingering pain, "... Can we try a different position? I don't feel comfortable like this..." she remarked.

Aura soon found herself rotating around the shaft tip buried in her, bracing herself on all fours before she felt her consort slowly gyrating his hips back and forth. She quickly embraced this new sensation of stimulation, moaning in excitement from this novel sensation, brushing her bushy tail against his chest. The Artificer readjusted the way her posterior was postured, arching her back to eventually discover her own sensitive spot on her anterior wall, bouncing back in unison.

Rhyn recognized the distinct mass within her, grabbing her waist then increasing his pace exponentially in rapid short bursts, shoving his virile slab deep yet gently into her. His member throbbed and pulsated, his tip kissing her swelling cervix that was biding its time for his seed. She was halfway impaled on the gnollish beast, encompassing six inches of his footlong pole that she enjoyed plundering her honeypot.

A riptide of ecstasy flooded throughout her body, her muscles quivering in a spasm of delight, her fluids coating the sword in her scabbard with a sleek shine. Despite the fact he couldn't press any further, He reveled in the unusualness of their union, his flesh crawling from its own sensitivity before he gyrated his hips around, swirling his shaft around in her. Aura nearly keeled over from his minstrstions, panting akin to a canine in the summer heat, until she turned around her back, unleashing an arc of clear juices from her urethra in her euphoria.

Her lover was at his peak as well, his head swelling inside her, forming a tie between them while his abundant froth flowed freely into her. Rhyn grinned bearing a touFrof evil in his smile, enamored with her receptiveness, bragged "Yet people wonder why Gnolbolds are so fertile." he thought to himself, remembering in skaardval how quickly his first brood spread. Aura gestured for him to hold her in his arms, and obliged her request, their respective pelages meeting in a warming embrace but what made their contact sublime to her was the sound of his heartbeart.

The distinct drumming wasn't like any others, it reminded her of a dragon's heart, pounding with pride and a powerful boom, feeling the energy pulsate from it. She bluFri at the sound, "I never thought I'd I meet a Drakhiir in my lifetime... Much less a paladin bearing the banner of an old god." she said in her afterglow, shuttering in her bliss. Rhyn hugged her tightly, licking inside her perked ears before whispering, "Its not everday I make love to a girl from another realm, and one so cute...Wanna go for another round?" he teased.

The ship's captain had passed out from the sheer intensity of her own tilitations, considering she masturbated to the intensity of the hyenic pairing's union, deep in the land of sensual dreams. Aura fortunately was still in the mood despite their audience fast asleep, while her towering lover's tool remained pressed against the gates of her womb, slick with their combined fluids. He pulled out of her lotus, revealing his glistening pride, "Now could you clean me?" Rhyn asked, aroused by her luminating presence.

Aura made a playfully fey look at him, "Nah, I got better idea! Lay down on your back." she said, thinking of how she could partake of his bounty. Rhyn heeded her request laying flat on the table that was their stage, fraught with anticipation at what she was planning with his blade exposed in the air. She pounced ontop of him, straddling his abdomen and facing towards his loins before leaning against him, savoring the musky stench of his scent, running her hands through his thick pubic fur.

The gnolboldic maiden wrapped her hands around him, grabbing a hold of his sensitive proportions then greeting it with a gentle kiss, inhaling the intoxicatingly pungent aroma. A question arose in her mind if it was his natural size, her mischevious sense of humor prodding into her train of thought, "Is it really supposed to be this big, Hmm?" she teased, idly playing with him while she psyched herself up for the challenge presented to her. Rhyn bursted out laughing, entertained by her sharp wit, "Well everyone has their demons, though in my case an Aufernal and several devilish children..." he replied, curious to her reaction.

Aura turned around and pressed her chest on his, staring at him in her sly gaze, "Do you serve a fertility god or something because you sound like a Daddy I'd Like to Frick!" she said, trying to flirt with him to the best of her abilites. He felt flattered at the compliment, his cheeks turning a rosy pink, tugging on his lips, "Taima is the Storm Goddess of the Bounty, and I've brought an abundance of life into this world, thrice fold as much as I've brought death in the world. I shall breath newdlife into Remuria as I done in countless other lands far far away, its only natural that I follow a diety who offers comforts in the mortal life, while providing the means to a happy one." he explained, nervous about answering her question. She crawled to meet his eyes, seizing him by the cheeks and locking lips with one another for a brief moment, "I hope my whelps are as sweet as you! That way they can charm the pants off anybody instead of ripping them off." she cheered, betting the likelihood of chances bearing children would grow exponentially if she traveled with him.

It was humbling to find such a vestige of hopefulness in such a small package, Rhyn couldn't resist hugging her in an affectionate embrace, "You will become a mother worthy of Taima's praise and blessing, not to mention a kind one." he said, nuzzling her in praise. Aura pressed her tongue into her cheek, recalling her past and the absence of her own mother, "At least I'll do better than my mother who just left us with her slutty innkeeper friend, and my 'Father' is a mountain dwelling bandit she-devil Who's never bothered to find us. Bah feck em, I know I can do better than her, much less that cunt she left us with, gahh just thinking about it ticks me off!" she said, raising and flailing her fists in a mild tantrum. He found her venting adorable in a queer fashion, sympathasizing with her frustration, "if it makes you feel better, I never really met my father until he bought the farm..." he replied, garnering her attention.

"He bought a farm? That must've been expensive." Aura said, failed to realize what he meant by that phrase, resting her head on him. He giggled a little at the unfortunate circumstance he learned of his progenitor's demise, "Technically, he went mad, bought a farm then died working the land to death growing imaginary seeds to keep away demons that weren't there. It was kind of him to leave me his farm in Skaardval, but its sad to think of his demise, though it is better that he left the world with dignity and honor. Most knew him as a decent person, and from that lesson I learn to be a better individual than him. Manola awoke to the sound of their bantering, chiming into their conversation with a yawn, "At least your folks didn't try to arrange a marriage with the raunchy bastard who ripped your leg off to satiate some strange fetish. What a scheit load that was!" she said, wiggling her golemantic prosthetic.

The Hyenic pair stared at her out of what was an awfully bizarre circumstance of how she lost her leg, "Aye, I ain't from remuria and its best you don't know where I'm from... Now its best you two fleckers get to sleep. I need to steer the ship before we find ourselves crashed on a reef. Feel free to crash in my bunk." Manola said, climbing out of her hammock, walking out onto the deck of her sloop. Rhyn carried the feisty little artificer in his arms, then hanging her upside down by her leg as she kept poking and pinching at him, "Are you always this excited around your bed time or you just wanna cuddle?" he asked, depositing her on the canvas bed. She brandished her teeth coyly, hiding an evil beam behind her fists covering her mouth, "I'm happy I got somebody to cuddle! I miss my kin living back near obberach, do you think can take me home to them after Moonscore?" she questioned, feeling it was ideal to return to her siblings after her winter away. He shrugged his in compliancy, unable to see any reason not to do it, "Sure, might as well, I hope to see much of this realm and spread the Testament of the Bountiful guardian, maybe even indoctrinate a few heralds." Rhyn explained, considering he had divine authority to proclaim someone as Gospeller of the faith.

In the morning, Manola's ship, the Randy Dandy, was moored to a small dock that was decently made in a natural harbor on the northern end of the island with a number of small burrow huts integrated into the hillside on higher ground. It was a small enclave of a Kobold Workers, Goblin peddlers and Gnolboldic Artificers trying to figure out how to cross the ocean on their own, granted a quiet place with the sound of the tide washing against the shores. The rolling hills and countryside were a definite sign they were on moonscore island, along with the sound of sheepish Bestiakin.

Rhyn and his accomplice walked on the dock, wishing their envoy safe travels, "Thank you for having us, and may Taima guide you to prosperous waters." he said, saluting her to show his respect. Manola rolled her eye while she leaned on the ship's wheel in her blouse, "Don't be a stranger now, if you need to cross the ocean come see me. Them pirates know better than to fleck around with a Randy Dandy or else them boys be rolling down to the witch doctor." she bragged, since she had some indirect affiliation with the local barbaries. Aura waved goodbye to her friend, "If the leg gives you trouble, just show it to one of the old timers around here." she replied, referring to the old golemancers that dwelled in the isolated village, before they departed for the nearest city.

Manola sighed in bliss, feeling the sun on her hindquarters that beared a number of lash marks from Rhyn's early morning 'excercises', along with alabaster dripping down her thigh, "I see a storm on the horizion..." she said, referring to what potential chaos she helped unleashed onto the land with the Storm Paladin on the land.
