This was a messed up request original because it was supposed to be FTM, accidentally did MTF. Oh well.

Keith was exploring a cave off of the Gulf of Mexico. It was a little known one, and almost no one had been through it before. It was something that made Keith quite excited for what kind of treasures he could find. There was some mystery to it to. No one who went in spoke of what they saw, those that made it out anyway.

He walked through the corridors, flashlight in hand. It was quite moist and some water dripping from the ceiling, it was near the ocean after all. Some of the paths were a tight fit but Keith made it work. He continued down through the cave before finding a rather large door with a lever next to it.

Although Keith thought it was odd, he pulled the lever down. No one ever goes in here so it couldn't be anything too dangerous. The giant door opened to what looked like a giant city. He looked around and saw no occupants, and made his way down the main path. It would lead him to a room with a small chest. Keith approached it excitedly and slowly opened it.

Inside the chest was a necklace with a blue pearl and black dragon silhouette on it. A wide smile formed across Keith's face as he held it in his hands. To avoid it falling out of his pocket, he wrapped it around his neck and put it on. He looked down at it happily, this was sure to make him rich! Keith turned to leave and his jaw almost dropped at what he saw.

A tall anthropomorphic white dragon. He looked down angrily at Keith, who was shaking in fear.

"Where do you think you're going with that?" he asked angrily down to him.

"I was just uh...going to take it home! It looks so uh...pretty!"

"It doesn't quite fit your current body, it's far too big for you...maybe we can fix that." he said with a smirk.

"I don't think it's necessary!" Keith said trying to run past him, the dragon stomping his foot in front of Keith's path to stop.

"I think it is." he smirks, and takes a deep breath as Keith closes his eyes, thinking it was the end. The dragon blew a blue flame at Keith, which was hot but didn't actually burn. However, Keith didn't come out unscaved, as the flame had transformed his whole body.

Keith's skin hardened greatly, as his front has become blue scales with black everywhere else. His face pushed out into a mighty and long snout, his nose become slits at the tip of it all while his jaw became sharper and stronger. Horns formed at the top of his head while Keith's eyelashes elongated quite a bit. His ears became mere holes in the side of his head as his hair retracted into his scales completely.

He felt his nails become sharper as they became blue claws, Keith's feet and hands become more dainty. His legs became much more shapely while his arms turned slender. Keith's shoulders permanently shrunk inward as they took on a feminine look. His hips swelled outward while his rear followed shortly after. His body became larger, about a foot shorter than the dragon he encountered.

Keith's spine seemed to elongate as a new appendage formed from his rear, a long spiked tail that was almost as long as his whole body. On top of this he felt two protrusions form at the center of his back as two decently sized wings formed there.

The last few changes came at the cost of the last of his masculinity. Keith's waist caved inward while his back went in an archm giving him quite an hourglass look. At his chest, two mounds began to form, and while still stiff as far as scales go, were more sensitive than other parts of his body. A pair of breasts weren't the end of the changes, as Keith's manhood retreated into him, contorting into fully functioning dragon womanhood. Lastly, a flowing blue dress formed on Keith's body, replacing his (now her) former clothing, as well as two earrings in each ear looking like royalty.

When Keith opened her eyes she saw what happened to her and let out an audible gasp, her hand going up to her snout upon hearing the femininity of it. She examined her whole body, from the snout to the flat surface downstairs and blushed.

"Wh-what did you do to me!?" Keith asked in a panic, trying to cover her body with her wings and arms.

"That was my wife's necklace." the dragon replied. "You disrespect her by stealing it, then you'll get to be her!" he added.

"Please! I'll be good! I won't ever come back again! You can have it back!"

"It's too late to apologize." the dragon said. "You want to wear my wife's jewelry then you will be my wife!"

Before Keith could retort she stood still as her eyes dilated fort a moment, new memories and a whole new identity came into her mind. After it had happened she shook her head. "Woah...what happened?"

"Rock fell on you again." the dragon said. "You need to be more careful! Humans won't keep coming down here!"

"Sorry...to be fair you've died more than me." she retorted with a giggle.

"Let's do our best to not do it again huh?" the dragon smiles as the two share an embrace.

"Agreed. Let's not be separated again." she smiled.
