Earning citizenship the hard way
"Ohh my head" Ikaru slowly came to. "Wha am I?" He tried to speak but his words were short, and sounded odd. "Looks like the newest arival is awake" A tall nurse leans over and smiles to Ikaru. "Who are you?" Ikaru looked up only to see blur. "Aww, I think you're eyes are still reforming, your like a newborn cub aren't you?" The nurse spoke in candy sweet tones, her voice was melodic almost entrancing. "Cub, wha are you talkin about?" Ikaru tried to pronounce his words correctly but half of his mouth was asleep. "Ohh you're so cute, hard to beleive you were once a nasty smelly human" The nurse picked Ikaru up and cradled him in her arms. "Was.... what happened to me?" Ikaru began to whimper, scared by the word was, what did she mean by was a human?
The nurse took Ikaru to the recovery room, to let his body re-adjust. "Now shh little one, it's going to be alright" The nurse rocked Ikaru as he whimpered, her warmth soothing him to stop. "You're wawm.." Ikaru accepted the lisp for the time being, the warm of the nurse lulling him into a peacefull mood. "Thank you sweety, I'm glad you like my fur" The nurse set Ikaru down on the table and gave his head a little kiss. "Fur.... you mean like a coat?" Ikaru smiled his lisp being gone.
" Your very polite little one, I take much pride in my coat" The nurse sat at a computer typing some information down. "Hey, I can see" Ikaru openned his eyes but gasped at what he saw. "YOU'RE A FOX?" He fell over as he shouted in surprise. "Yes, I am is there a problem little kit?" The nurse smiles and enters her data.
"Why are you calling me little, and kit... I'm Ikaru of the shinotoma district and I'm 35" Ikaru stated his name and home promptly to identify himself, his age was just to show he was by no means little. "That's what you were, little kit" The vixen nurse smiled and grabbed her compact. "Look for yourself cutey" She flipped the compact open revealing a mirror. "AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!" Ikaru fell off the table with a thump, as he landed on his butt. "I'M A FOX!!!!" He cried out in shock and pain, his tail under his butt only adding to the sting. "Aww sweety, you have to be more carefull" The nurse picked the crying Ikaru up and held him close petting him to sooth him.
"What happened!" Ikaru sobbed out, he wasn't scared but for some reason he felt like crying. "Why am I crying?" Ikaru's tears slid down his muzzle. "Shh, no tears little one your supposed to cry it's what little cubs do" The nurse took pitty on the scared little fox and pressed his muzzle to her soft breast, the fur becoming damp, but still warm. "I can't stop" Ikaru sniffled out, burrying his face into the nurse's warm clevage. "Shhh, now now it will stop just calm down little one" The nurse gasped a little at the kit's forwardness, he was acting like a child would, with no re-education. "Mmmmffuma" Ikaru mutters out, his eyed drying.
"There all better" The nurse pats his back and removes his head from her breast. "How am I going to survive by myself as a child?" Ikaru sniffed and looked to the nurse. "Well your not, your just a baby in our society and all babies need a mommy and daddy rght?" The nurse smiled still cradling Ikaru. "Yeah, but my parents have passed away, and they were human besides the point" Ikaru looked at the nurse and felt a warmth growing in his chest. "Well then I guess now is a good time to tell you, you're going to be assigned parents." The nurse sat Ikaru down and explained his situation. You'r name isn't Ikaru anymore, we need something more suited to a little kit like you...." The nurse sat and thought about it. "Niko I like that name, your new name is Niko" The nurse entered his age, name, and species into the computer. "Now we wait" The computer beeped and on the other side a small silicon sticker printed out. "What's that?" Niko pointed and blinks.
The nurse smiled and peels the back off the sticker, placing it in her palm sticky side out. "Your registration sticker" She moved swiftly grabbing the young kit Niko and pulling his nude furry form over her lap as she sat in her chair. "Hey what are you doing?" Niko squeeked in surprise as she struggled to get free. "Hold still Niko I have put the sticker in you" The nurse held her paw against his back firmly seccuring him. "What in me... stickers go on" Niko was cut short by the sound of a resonating slap, the nurse's hand came onto his furry left rump cheek making it sting a little as he fels the adhesive stick the chip to him. "Owwwie" Niko squirmed and wriggled the sticker burning as it pushed into him. "Hold still Niko I have to get your id in" The nurse raised her hand again and with a swift swing it crashed against Niko's furry rump. "OWWWWWWWWW" Niko cried out his little legs kicking and tears flowing down his cheek. "One more Niko then we're done" The nurse raised her paw and then with a swift smack brought it upon Niko's rump now red and stingy. "Owwww owww No mo spank... Ow hurrrrrrt" Niko began to plead like a child, he begged for the swats to cease his tears dripping onto the nurse's skirt.
"I'm sorry Niko but it's done, no more I promise" The nurse felt bad that her only way to get the chip in was with a few good smacks. "Mnnn I huuuuuuurts" Niko whined and rubbed his chip spot sniffling. "I'm sorry little Niko, I had to it's standard procedure" The nurse smiles and stood Niko up kneeling down and kissing his sore spot. "All better right sweet heart?" Niko blushed and nodded. "Now lets get you to your parents" The nurse held Niko's hand as they padded down the white hall to the reception room.
