The Healer's Friend

Kobolds will rule the world one day.

The moon was high and within the woods a group of men, gnolls and a single kobold sat around a fire, counting their latest take. Drinks were passed around and all were merry, even after the split was made. The fiery scaled kobold though laughing, seemed a bit perturbed, occasionally looking around and away from his friends that he had been with so long. The other brigand's noticed and the boss, a gnoll with a lop sided ear huffed, "Nat, what's the issue. Someone skimp out on the gold? Y'know we're equal's here and you put in the work, so spit it out brother." Nat thought of simply brushing aside the issue, of not mentioning a single thing, then perhaps he would have been just fine, but it had been nagging at him for some time. Their last job had seen the death of three of their brothers and the guards were out in full force meaning the roads around these woods would no longer be good territory for them. Along with all of that nonsense, he felt ill whenever taking a life unlike many of the others in the group. Nat wanted out of the business, perhaps he would take up mercenary work instead, something that would attract much less attention. Finally with a gulp he spoke out, ready for the worst, "I uh. I think...I think that I'm ready to retire boss. Too much attention in one place." these words perhaps had been the biggest mistake of his life since first joining the damnable group.

Nat had expected an argument to break loose after his words, but now as he hung from a tree branch tied by his wrists, he remembered who he had been dealing with. The band of cutthroats had been traveling together for quite some time making their home in different places and sucking the worth out of each place until not a coin or grain was left. Nat himself had borne witness to the only prisoner that their leader had ever kept. A guard of a caravan that the gnoll had tortured for quite some time for fun before finally killing him, all because the guard made an off comment about the gnoll's ear. Thinking of that he wondered if he would share the same fate. Frowning hard he looked up to see that his so called brother and leader had wandered by the edge of camp to have a little warm chat, "Nat. Hangin up here must have given you enough time to reconsider huh?"

Nat only sighed shaking his head, "No boss, I'm done. I don't want--" his words were cut by a knife wandering far too close to his chest, the tip just barely touching before sliding up to his throat.

His old boss spoke again, this time less inviting, less friendly and more to the point, "I get that you want out. I don't care why you want out. You're an enemy if you talk like that...now Nat. Think again on your life, your death won't be quick."

Nat froze, not wanting to move with that thing upon his neck. Again he was rethinking his process, wondering if perhaps he should have just snuck away one day rather than bring it up with the boss. There was no turning back either, he had already seen the way the other's looked at him, even if he did come back they would never truly accept him again and he'd constantly be under watch. Honestly he'd rather be dead and so with some hesitation still he spoke, "I already said I'm done boss and I meant it...besides, the others would never trust me again right?"

With a snarl the gnoll before him reached to grab the rope, pulling, breaking the branch to hold the kobold up face to face, snout to muzzle, "I don't accept that nonsense! You're either with us or you're dead to us!"

Nat cursed internally, there had to be some sort of way to save himself, but no, he was tossed against the tree like a sack, wincing, not sure if the crack that sounded off from the tree was the bark, or bones in his body protesting the sudden force. Trying to get up on to his feet his head was held in place by a strong hand, claws digging in, that knife pressed against his cheek, burrowing into scale and hide sending hot shocks of pain through his body, the knife had been chipped in some places, making the cut uneven, unforgiving. Not wanting to give the gnoll any satisfaction he bit down his pain, hoping that the gnoll wouldn't take too long to end his life, but how long could he hold before he broke? Before he had to scream aloud and let his pain be known? Not too long apparently.

Sounds of a struggle had reached the ears of an elf searching the woods for ingredients for his latest mix. He had come prepared to fight the bandits if need be, ingredients at the ready prepared to sacrifice for powerful magic, but he had not expected to hear such a commotion coming from their camp. Occasionally he heard a short yell, a pained noise that caused him to wince. He couldn't stand by hearing such a horrible noise, especially when it sounded off as if from one so small. Staff in hand, Glynn decided it was time to pay the bandits a visit, a spell at the back of his mind already forming.

Nat sat against the tree still, that knife jammed into the wood just by his head. At some point the boss had decided that claws and fists were more personal than a knife. Battered, bloodied, and left unsure of what would happen next he looked up with only one eye able to open to see the frustrated gnoll snarling, cursing, saying something incoherent about, 'family.' It was then that the gnoll grabbed a crossbow from one of the nearby bandits who seemed rather skittish. Hopefully this inspired at least a few of the younger members to leave. Before the gnoll could even turn the crossbow on him, a great wind swept through the camp, the campfire blown out along with the sound of confused men and women, the crossbow along with the gnoll's hand suddenly frozen. The gnoll let out a yowl and turned falling to one knee as the ice crept up his arm and on to his body. While the group was distracted, he felt hands on his body, strong, but soft taking him by the shoulders and pulling him. Looking up he could only see the shape of horns through his blurred vision, a devil was taking him and perhaps that was better than staying behind. Closing his eye he fell into darkness, allowing himself to be dragged away by his unknown savior.

The sound of water moving stirred him from deep sleep. Nat's eyes cracked open slowly. Sitting up slowly he found that his body was still sore, but the bulk of the pain had gone. Looking at his chest he could see that gashes left by claw and knife were already fading, fading but still aching. With a sigh he tried to get himself up, noting that he was in a tent tucked neatly against a bedroll. Making his best effort, he stood up with a grunt, nearly falling over before stepping out of the tent. Daylight nearly blinded him and with a hiss he covered his eyes. Soon adjusting he uncovered his eyes to see a lake before him and his savior, an almond skinned elves with those curved horns he had so foolishly mistaken for a devil's.

Blinking, he wasn't sure what to say and so he stayed quiet. He wasn't sure if he deserved being pulled away from that mess by an elf of all things, an elf that seemed to be trying to mend and wash his clothing. The elf's ear twitched before he turned his head, a small smile on his lips, "Ah...You're awake and able to move...I don't believe you should be moving, but perhaps you'd like a seat with me?"

Nat hesitated for a moment before making his way to the shore of the lake, taking a seat by the water as he looked to the elf's hands holding his tattered clothing. The elf sighed and shook his head, dark hair covering his eyes as he spoke, "I'm afraid that even magic cannot heal this, not without the use of some heavy raw material...but I think I have something extra I can fix for you. Glynn is my name. What is yours? "

For a moment Nat couldn't find words. He was faced with the person who had saved him, a kobold bandit of all things, and now this stranger was talking about giving him clothing from off of his back. Closing his eyes he fought back an overly emotional response and cleared his throat, "Nat. I...I really can't repay you for what you've done...I don't really have any gold...or worth."

Almost immediately the elf responded with something that coaxed a tear from the kobold, "So give me companionship instead...I don't need gold. Your worth will be assessed in due time I'm sure."

Glynn could see the pain in the way that the kobold moved. The cuts ran far deeper than simply the physical. Perhaps the kobold had been a part of that very band of bandits that troubled the woods, but a second chance could be given, and the elf was only happy to be the one to do it, especially for someone so small and well, adorable. Setting aside the ruined remains of the kobold's clothes he touched lightly at the kobold's shoulder, gripping gingerly as he spoke, "Into the water...I can ease the pain a bit and speed up the process."

Nat didn't argue, didn't fight. He only slipped into the water, eyes closed as soothing, cool liquid washed over his body. Breathing in he could feel invisible hands beneath the water's surface trailing over his body, soothing his aches and pains and elf's hands still upon his shoulder slowly sliding down to his chest. Nat breathed out, his body shaking, a firmness building up between his legs as the elf worked his magic literally. He wasn't sure if it was part of the healing process, but those soft fingers were trailing lower and lower, occasionally stopping, those invisible hands gripping in strange places, but at this point he would let the elf touch him anywhere even if it was only for a game, he owed the elf far too deep of a debt to say no to anything and even still, this hands on magic was for his own good. He could feel the aches and pains of the wounds he had sustained slowly ebbing away, the stress and anxiety of his old band of brothers fading away, "...Why would you help me?" he finally asked.

As Glynn ran his hands back up the kobold's chest and around the shoulders Glynn spoke quietly, "Because, I don't enjoy the suffering of others" before Nat could respond with what he was, with all the crimes he had committed, Glynn shut the kobold's mouth immediately, "and everyone deserves a second chance now and then...don't you think?"

Nat sunk lower into the water, eyes closed, the elf chuckling above him. He opened his eyes as he felt the elf's chin atop of his head, those soft hands pulling him out of the water just enough to allow the elf to embrace him, "Let us start anew little friend. A new life, a new road...doesn't that sound nice?"

Nat normally would have slapped someone silly for speaking such nonsense, but from the elf it almost sounded like a dream come true. Sighing he looked up to the elf before, "Perhaps...would my new path involve learning the wonders of magic and helping nature?"

The elf chuckled, picking up upon his dry tone, but answering in kind, "If you have the talent, then certainly, but no. I'm a healer for the most part. I'm only staying here while I gather materials and you could help me gather said materials...it would help a lot of people in need as well."

Nat thought about it for a moment, but really he didn't need to think about it at all. Closing his eyes again he felt the elf's hand at his cheek, a gentle and caring touch. Leaning in to that touch he answered, "Sure..." the elf didn't answer, but that hand didn't move. Nat kept his cheek against that hand for quite some time, nestled against the warmth that it provided. It was so strange how something so simple seemed to captivate him fully. When finally he pulled away the elf helped him out of the water, the kobold sitting upon the shore now looking up at the elf who seemed to be staring past him with curious blue eyes.

Nat realized then that he was still pitching quite the hard on and shuffled uncomfortably, clearing his throat before yelping, the elf's soft digits suddenly coiling around his cock, "Oh hush...it isn't anything to be ashamed of..."

Glynn's cheeks were flushed, a big smile on his lips as he slowly stroked that firm thing between the kobold's legs. He hadn't expected to become so affectionate with his patient and now traveling companion, but Glynn couldn't help himself. The poor thing was far too adorable to be an ex-bandit and certainly too adorable not to touch, even his healing had been tainted somewhat by the fact that his hands had wandered far too much. He'd have to be careful with his patient being gentle, slow and careful not to harm him. Sweet sounds coming from the kobold had him thinking the opposite though, those little moans and occasional squeaks driving him to stroke just a bit faster before pulling away slowly, unable to take it. Even as the kobold turned to watch him strip he found himself desiring to do more than just simply touch. Revealing his toned almond body to the cool air he breathed out, his hand moving to grip at his own firm member, pushing it against the kobold's cheek.

Nat had definitely not expected this. Eyes wide he felt that warm thing against his own blaringly hot cheek. He gulped before nervously passing his tongue along that brown skinned cock, taking it slow before picking up the pace at the surprisingly sweet flavor. As his tongue moved against that thick elven cock, his own hand found its way between his own legs, gripping at this erection, stroking, picking up where the elf had left off. Soon enough he had to turn fully to face the elf's crotch, his mouth working upon that cock, tongue dragging underneath the shaft and all the way to those balls, taking in their taste for a moment before coming back up to the tip, surprised again as the elf pushed without asking into his mouth. His eyes half lidded now, he watched as the elf grabbed on to his horns, pushing into his mouth again and again. Nat wasn't unfamiliar to being treated like this, not by a longshot, but for some reason it felt different with the elf, even though that cock pushing against his tongue had been shoved there by force, he felt small bits of hesitation and kindness as the elf pushed in slowly, occasionally a hand caressing his cheek. The affection had him purring around that thick thing in his mouth, tongue wrapping around that elven cock as best as he could manage before bobbing his head forward, taking that thick piece further and further into his mouth until he graced those balls with his maw.

Glynn breathed out, panting, legs shaking as he thrust to that mouth. The Kobold had certainly impressed Glynn by giving him such a display of skill, slowly pulling free from that maw he let out a groan as the kobold refused to give in, pushing again so all of his cock was tucked into that mouth, the kobold beneath him suckling and slurping upon his cock causing him to shiver. It wasn't long before he found himself grinding against that warm tongue, pushing and shoving again and again, each time letting out a little moan. Again he tried to pull back, but the kobold held on to his rear with a strong hand, tugging him back inside of the kobold's mouth, his balls now cupped by that shockingly strong hand, that hand which gently caressed his orbs, coaxing him to cum. Soon enough he couldn't help himself, again he found himself grinding against the kobold's tongue until finally he came, blowing his load inside of that warm mouth.

Nat closed his eyes, not backing off at all as he felt that thick, sweet honey coating his tongue, letting it all gather before pulling back to show his work, maw open, tongue hanging out, dripping with that thick substance before he swallowed back.

Glynn himself could barely believe what he was watching. This kobold would drive him mad with lust and so he moved down to capture the kobold's maw with his own lips, tongues meeting in the middle to clash, his own seed still thick upon the kobold's tongue, his hand moving between the kobold's legs to grip on to that cock, helping Nat stroke at that still thick member before suddenly feeling a thick gathering of warm pop out on to his hand. Pulling away slowly, a string of mixed saliva and seed connecting them still, Glynn breathed out, "Would you want to continue maybe? Go a little further?"

Nat smiled just a bit before trying to stand wincing as he nearly fell over, his legs weak, his hands holding on to the other's hips, embarrassed above all else. Glynn looked down at his kobold with a glint of concern in his eyes, his gentle hands moving to help the kobold stand as he knelt down, "Oh...right. Perhaps we should postpone this to another time Nat...You're hurting aren't you?"

Nat winced, breathing out as the pleasure from his own orgasm died out. He had forgotten about his pain through the pleasure and now he was suffering just a bit for it, "Yeah...maybe we should."

Glynn could hear the disappointment and though he would have enjoyed it, he was more worried than anything else. Still, he assured the poor kobold before him, "We'll have plenty of time to make love dear, we'll be traveling together for quite some time...at least I imagine we will."

Nat looked up with a small smile, "Think you can actually teach me some magic then so I can do more than pick herbs?"

Glynn chuckled, "You'll do more than pick herbs...and of course Nat..."

Nat had a new home now and something entirely different to look forward to. No longer would he be a criminal, although some may recognize him. Now he would be a healer, or at the very least someone helping a healer do his job, and at the very least, he had a lover, a beautiful amazing lover with the capability to freeze abusive gnolls in their place! A true treasure indeed.
