The war to remember chapter 4

As we play football in are PT shorts and tight shirts,Shorty was working on are guns and gear.I was in front of master sergeant as my team has the ball.He looks at me with a smile, "Your going down".I don't think so master sergeant.I ran a left slant and caught the ball right over master sergeant.My team end up winning the game.
I walked up to shorty, "Enjoyed the game".He looked up then back down, "uh.....your dirty".I gave myself a quick look, "uh...I guess I am".Master sergeant comes running behind me and slapping my butt, "Good game staff sergeant!" I looked at shorty who was turning red, "uh...that was pretty extreme".Wow now I'm turning red, "Yeah I didn't see that coming".
I end up taking a shower and bumping in master sergeant he had a towel around his waist, "Evening Shadow...uhh".I turned red and walked away.Master sergeant walks to me in gear, "A Shadow briefing room now...oh and get Shorty to".
I got Shorty and went to the briefing room gear up.Master sergeant was there with squad leaders, "okay my squad is going to the compound at o300 in a black hawk so get your night gear squad"."If there is to many hostiles we'll wait for Alpha squad to help us out " "Guys saddle up...Hooah".Everyone in the room, "HOOAH".
Master sergeant stops me and Shorty, "Guys were going in a 4 person squad..so met the new member.....Blackout".Well I didn't expect this, "Sup Blackout nice to met you again".He looks at me, "Oh...yeah".We gear up and enter the the black hawk helicopter.We didn't say a word on the ride,but Shorty look nervous.
We got down from the black hawk by rope and secured the area.The black hawk left and we made are way to the compound.
Master sergeant took lead and I was at the back securing are 6.As we made are way we saw multiple hostiles and a mortar pit.
Master sergeant looks at us and whispered, "okay guys we going to go back to the landings zone and camp out for tonight we'll call Alpha squad for support,cause there to many hostiles to engage".We got settle at the landing zone and I was on watch for tonight.
I saw Shorty sleeping and master sergeant doing a thousand yard stare....which I don't know why.I'll ask him later or after the mission.
