#21 of Shaman Squirrel Chronicles

This takes place in SY 1375. That is 53 years after "Ampert the Shaman Squirrel" and 49 years before "Rakanda, the Shaman Squirrel."

Firkle, his wife Murra, and his 12-year old daughter Iora were enjoying a routine peaceful nature walk on a red clay road on their home planet of Silvania.

Firkle was a 32-year old Shaman Squirrel who had his daughter Iora by female squirrel who he was never in a romantic relationship with, but only to continue the Shaman Squirrel line. His daughter Iora considered Murra to be her mother.

Murra was an alien called a Mingonian. She had blue fur that gradually became purple on her belly. She had a cat-like face with long, antenna-like whiskers sprouting out of her eyebrow region. She also had a bushy, sky blue tail that tapered at the end like a fox's. She wore three pairs of bras, because of her six purple-furred breasts.

Flying overhead was Noraxia, the Cygnan mammalian dragon, and her daughter Persephone. Noraxia was 240 years old and Persephone was 125. Persephone was unique among her species; she had a blue blaze beneath each of her wings.

"Looks like our Cygnagons want to show us something," said Firkle. Cygnagon was an abbreviation of Cygnan mammalian dragon.

"I wonder what that would be," said Murra. "Let's follow them."

When Firkle, Murra, and Iora reached the place where the two Cygnagons landed, they were in awe with what they saw. There was a large, swirling, glowing object in the meadow.

"What is it?" asked Firkle.

"I was going to ask you the same question," said Murra. "Never seen the likes of it on Mingonia."

"Oh, wow, it's so pretty!" said Iora.

"I think my father Figbert should come see this," said Firkle. "Maybe he knows something." The only piece of advanced technology Firkle had on him was an wristband which was a communications device. He tapped on it to contact his father.

"What is... oh... the problem... unh... son?" Figbert answered. "I'm... oooh... busy right... ah, yes... now."

Firkle could also hear some low moaning in the background; the sound of a Cygnagon feeling intense pleasure. Now he knew why Zara wasn't currently flying around with her daughter and granddaughter. "Father, I know Zara is your mate, but do you really have to have sex with her every waking moment?"

"She... ahhhh... demands it," answered Figbert. "And it's not every mohhhhment. Just, ah, every day. Call... ohhhh.... your grandfather." Firkle knew that there must be no refusal if a female Cygnagon more than 30 times one's weight demands sex. Zara was no exception.

"Well, have fun with Zara," Firkle said, closing the communication.

Meanwhile, at the home of Figbert, the 52-year old Shaman Squirrel, Figbert turned off his communication band. "That son of mine," said Figbert. "He's always been the cheeky one, right Zara? Telling me we do it every moment. Sure, we do!" Zara, the 363-year old mammalian dragoness nodded as if understanding him. "Ready for some sloppy seventeenths?"

Zara was laying down on her side, winking her vulva, needing more of Figbert. He had his fill of Zara's lower teats, which instead of containing milk, they contain a protein rich enzyme that causes the male to produce more sperm. This gave Figbert the ability to keep going with Zara.

Figbert grasped Zara's upper hip, and inserted himself into her. He was quite used to Zara being roughly thirty times his weight, as he has been having relations with her for over thirty years. His sperm that was already there help lubricate him while he was inside his lover, going in and out until he blasted into her again.

"Oh, Zara, you are the best," said Figbert. "You know, with all the years experience I've had with you, I think I should write a book. It might come in handy someday."

Firkle tapped his wristband again for his gay grandfather Ampert. "Hello, Grandpa, are you there?"

"Yes, Firky I'm here," said his grandfather. "Let me guess. You're calling because Figgy is busy with Zara and you need my help with something?" Ampert normally referred to his son and grandson as Figgy and Firky, respectively.

"Yes, Grandpa," said Firkle. "If you don't happen to be busy with your husband Yuri, then I have something to show you." He then closed the communication and whistled for Noraxia. "Hey sis, can you pick up Grandpa Ampert? He needs to see this." Firkle considered the huge mammalian dragon his sister, because in a manner of speaking, she was, because his father and her mother were in a relationship.

Noraxia nodded towards Firkle, and flew off. The faithful mammalian dragoness picked up not only Ampert, but his husband Yuri, because they rarely go anywhere without one another. Ampert was a 74-year old Shaman Squirrel, but despite his age he was very well in shape. Yuri was a 73-year old otter, who was also fit for his age.

The beautiful Noraxia landed gracefully, and Ampert and Yuri dismounted her.

"Hi Great-Grandpas!" said Iora, who called both Ampert and Yuri Great-Grandpa.

Ampert stared at the strange anomaly. "Hmmm," he said. "Could be a wormhole to another planet," said Ampert. "Similar to the ones that take creatures to the planet Quelchion IV. Yuri, honey, I know you've studied strange things like this before."

"I've heard about this type of anomaly," said Yuri. "I believe this is a homing beacon for Cygnagons!"

"No wonder Noraxia and Persephone were drawn to it," said Firkle. "Can you tell us more?"

"Well, every 250 years or so it opens," said Yuri. "The other side of the portal is the planet Cygnus Prime, where Cygnagons are from."

Noraxia and Persephone were flying around in circles, until Persephone swooped down, and into the glowing portal. Then the portal flickered a few times, and vanished.

"Oh, no!" said Iora. "That thing just ate Persephone!"

Noraxia sat where the portal was, and stared in disbelief. Her daughter had just disappeared without a trace.

"Persephone will be back, right?" asked Firkle.

"I have good news, and bad news," said Yuri. "The good news is that she'll be back. The bad news is that it won't be for at least another 250 years."

"Oh, no," said Murra. "Noraxia will take this very hard."

"It'll be okay, Murra," said Firkle. "Maybe we can get her back."

"I'm sorry," said Yuri. "But that's not possible."

"Can't we send a ship?" asked Firkle.

"Even if we could send a ship, this is the destiny of Persephone," said Ampert. "She must live on Cygnus Prime."

Later that day, Firkle, Murra, and Iora were home. Murra was crying. "I am really going to miss Persephone," she said with a sniff. "She was my favorite dragon."

"Now, now," said Firkle, comforting her. "I'm sure she's alive and well on Cygnus Prime."

"Love making makes me feel better when I'm sad," said Murra. "You know that, right?"

"Of course," said Firkle. "Let's go to the bedroom." Off to the bedroom went Firkle and Murra, who removed their clothing. They hopped into the bed, and started kissing. Firkle was caressing Murra's six breasts. Her tail and his went sideways and curled around each other. Squirrel and Mingonian were in passionate embrace, rubbing, caressing and kissing. Firkle's erect member was prodding until it found it's way into Murra's strangely beautiful love canal.

"Ooohhh," Murra moaned. In and out, the couple went in their passionate love making.

"Oh, baby, yes," said Firkle. He continued in and out of his alien bride, being one with her, until streams of his squirrel sperm gushed inside of her. "Fell better, babe?"

"Yes," said Murra orgasmically. "I do. What about Noraxia?"

"What about her?" said Firkle.

"She should be even sadder than me, since that was her daughter," said Murra.

"Are you certain what holds true for you is also true for Noraxia?" asked Firkle. "Your two species are vastly different."

"Well, I'm no expert on Mammalian dragon emotions," said Murra. "Just a hunch."

"There's one person I know who is great with Mammalian Dragon emotions," said Firkle.

"Who?" asked Murra.

"Unfortunately, that would be my father Figbert," said Firkle.

"We'll need to go back to the site where the anomaly closed," said Murra. "I'll bet Noraxia is still there."

"We can wait until morning," said Firkle. "Even a Shaman Squirrel needs sleep."

The next morning, Firkle and Murra trekked back to the location where Persephone disappeared.

"Look, Zara's there too!" said Murra, noting both Noraxia and Zara.

"And my father," said Firkle, slightly embarrassed.

"What's he doing?" asked Murra.

"Looks like he's about to... wait, no... I knew it," said Firkle, watching Figbert lube up Noraxia, who was lying down on her side. Then Figbert began to undress.

Firkle and Murra got closer to the two dragonesses and Figbert. "Ahem," said Firkle, getting Figbert's attention.

"Ah, Firkle," said Figbert. "I knew you'd come along."

"You're not going to sex Noraxia up like you do her mother, are you?" asked Firkle.

"No, son, not like Zara," Figbert said. "Noraxia only needs it one time. Trust me. I can write a book on the sexuality of this species."

Figbert expertly slid his erect member into Noraxia. Firkle and Murra looked away. "Don't you need privacy?" asked Firkle.

"You don't have to, oh, look if you feel, uhn, yes, uncomfortable," said Figbert, while thrusting. "Ahh, this is so good." Zara watched her lover breed her daughter without any jealousy, because she understood that this is what is best for her daughter. After he blasted his seed into Noraxia, she got up, and nodded towards him as if thanking him.

Firkle went back to him. "You sure got your way with Cygnagons," said Firkle.

"I sure do," said Figbert.

"Looks like Noraxia is feeling better," said Murra.

"Indeed she is," said Firkle. "I think your species and hers are more alike than I thought."

"I was able to form a telepathic link with Noraxia when I made love with her," said Figbert. "Noraxia knows her daughter will return within her lifetime and bring a gift. But sadly, not within our lifetimes. She instinctively knows Persephone had a special destiny."

Meanwhile, on Cygnus Prime.

A tribe of Iskret, a race of intelligent creatures who evolved from squirrels, were anticipating a long-awaited event. The Iskret were similar to anthro-squirrels, except they truly were squirrels, and not descendants of genetically engineered humans with infused squirrel DNA.

An anomaly had appeared above the forest of their sacred quadnut trees. Out of the anomaly came Persephone, the mammalian dragon.

The matriarch of the Iskret tribe made an announcement. "The prophesied blue-blazed dragon of oracle has arrived."

There was a great cheer among the Iskret. This was the destiny of Persephone, daughter of Noraxia, daughter of Zara. She was a special dragon of great importance to the Iskret, due to the blue blazes below her wings. Persephone landed among her new admirers, who backed away to allow her to land. She seemed to understand the significance of their enthusiasm.

"May she be among our tribe for as long as she needs to be," the matriarch said. "And return to her home somewhere in the stars, bearing a gift for creatures who are like us."
