*The Life of Half star - (Inspired by Erin Hunters Awesome Story Series Warrior Cats) - 1 - Prolog *

It was a clear night and the Full Moon was standing in the middle of the silver pelt. Under it, in a big old forest, were many Cats sitting on a clearing, listening to what 3 Cats were saying, who were sitting on a stone above them.

" Are you really calling me a liar Water star?" A White Tomcat with grey Tiger like stripes meow loud to another Tom which was standing in front of him while some cats under the stone began to move into attack position.

" No Frost star. „ Answered the Blue furred and Yellow eyed Tom. " I´m only telling the truth! My Warriors have not stolen some Fresh kills from your Territory. "

The Meowing under the stone became louder and it now only needed a wrong word to let a fight break out.

" But my Warriors have smelt the scent of your clan in my territory. "

" I already told you that it was an apprentice who hadn´t followed his mentor's orders that had walked over the line to drink some water. "

" That doesn´t made.... " The Leader was cut by the third Leader which had till now stood in the back with a loud Meow.

" SILENCE!! "

Both leaders were now watching the third Leader and the Cats under the stone had stopped Meowing as well.

The third Leader moved between the two adversaries and began to speak.

" Are you two really want to start a war right here and now? You know that Star clan demands us to hold peace while we are here in the night of the Full Moon. "

" But he... " The White Leader started but got silent as the third Leader, a Black furred Tom with green Eyes and a black and white Splitted face fur, threw a mad look at him.

" Warriors of all clans. " The Black Cat meow into the round. " We all knew that the times are not good. Leaf bare had demanded many offerings from us and even now we are not save. The biped have begun to destroy our forest. Our Fresh-kills have run away because of them and most of our Warriors are sick because of poisoned Water. "

The Cats under the stone were all doing a yes knot and began to whisper with each other until the black Leader spoke on.

" I know that I´m the youngest Leader of all but still I´m not blind. "

The Leader now turned around to face the White one.

" Frost star. I know that you are mad about the fact that one of Water Stars Warriors had crossed the border of your territory but that doesn´t gives you the right to start a War. "

The Black Cat´s Voice became louder once he spoke on.

" Especially when your Warriors had crossed the Line many times before. "

A Shocking meow went through the Cats under the stone and the White Toms pelt began to move up when he hissed said.

" How dare you to say something like that?"

" I dare because THAT´S a fact! I have seen all in all 5 times when your patrols had crossed the Line and on their last try they even dared to cross mine. " The Black one now meow triumphing.

" Were is your proof for that?" Water star now meowing asked.

" It´s right there!"

The Black Tom pointed with his tail over to his group of Warriors who began to spread once their Leader gave the sign only to reveal an another group of three Warriors who were laying on the ground and heavily shaking.

Frost stars Eyes began to burn in anger and in pure hate he meows out.

" What have you done to my son and his patrol?"

" Like I said. They had crossed my border and in return they got caught by my paw. "

"And who says that they had been in your territory? It can easily be that you had moved into theirs to catch them?" Water star now added from the side.

" True. It is no proof that.... " Again Frost was cut by the Black cat.

" Warriors! Show the clans what they had with them when we caught them!"

Three Warriors of the group began to carry something towards the stone and right in front of it they dropped the things. Afterwards they retreated and immediately every cat around the stone did a step closer to see of what the things were. Even the 2 Clan Leaders jumped down from the stone to look.

The Black one stayed on top of the stone and looked down to see the reactions of the entire group which quickly came. Meowing's became loud saying.

" TRAITORS!!! "

" KILL STEALERS !!!"

The Black Tom screamed out another.

" SILENCE !!!"

And each Cat became silent again but the damage had been done.

The things that the Warriors had dropped were three death rabbits and it was obvious for each cat of who killed them. And it was also clear from which territory they were because rabbits were home in only one Territory. The one of the Blue Tom.

" Frost star." Water star meow into the white Cats face. " Explain that to us."

The White Cat said nothing. Only his look spoke for himself. He was pissed off.

" There is no need to explained something. " The Black Tom meow. " This speaks for itself. These Rabbits are from Fire Clan and his Warriors had killed them. "

The black Tom pointed with his tail over to Frost star who still didn´t said a word. A Moment later then, the Black Tom jumped down from the stone and meow with anger into the White Toms face.

" Take your Warriors and leave. This meeting is over. "

The White Toms Eyes were burning in hate and it was clearly seen that he wanted to fight but he didn´t. He waved with his tail and every Cat of his Clan gathered to go back home. Once each member was ready, the Leader threw a last hate filled look over to the other 2 Leaders and said hissed.

" This will have a sequel. "

Afterwards the White Tom left together with his Warriors. Once out of reach, the black Tom did a deep breath of relieve and relaxed his muscles while Water star moved next to his side.

" You played a risky Game Half star. " Meowed Water star into the Black Toms Ear.

" I know but.... I couldn´t take his arrogant and Liar presence anymore. He is such a Mouse Braine. " The Black Tom answered.

" Hmmm.... You know that he will do some bad things to you and your clan, right?"

Half star didn´t said something on that and looked down to his paws.

The Blue Tomcat then turned and wanted to go home also but once he had turned, Half star said to him.

" Water star.... Please wait."

Water star stopped and looked over his shoulder while Half star turned in place to face him. Once turned he looked with pleading Eyes and meowed in a begging Voice.

" I wanted to ask you something. "

" Yes. " The Blue Cat answered.

" I know that.... We both had our differences and I..... I..... "

" Come on. Spill it out. I don´t have much time. " The White Cat meow after a minute of silence.

Half star did a deep gulp before he went on.

"Please promise me.... That if something happens to me.... You will.... Take care of my clan and my Mate. "

Water star looked at Half star with big Eyes and he asked himself. Why does he ask me something like that?

" Water star I beg you. Please promise me this. " Hal star now meowed in a fearing Voice and lowered his entire Body.

Another minute of silence was the result. The Blue Tom looked at the black one with open Eyes and the Cats around them were silent in shock. Never had a Leader asked another Leader to take care of his clan but Half star had now done it.

" Why should I take care of your clan?" The Blue Cat finally said and looked at the Black Cat with slitted Eyes.

" It´s because.... I cannot trust another one and..... And.... S.... Star clan had...... had.... " Half star couldn´t speak on. The words were hanging in his neck like stones but luckily he didn´t needed to talk on.

Water star saw that Half star was fearing something and when the word of Star clan came into play he knew what Half star feared.

He must have gotten a really bad prophecy or dream from them. Water star thought while he began to look forward and said

" Fine. I give you my promise but in return I await something. "

" And what?" Half star asked.

" We will disgust that when the time comes and now Good Bye. "

Without saying anything on, the Blue Furred Tom moved to his warriors and left together with them.
