#6 of I feel so alone

Hey guys. I had a writers block while trying to write the next chapter, so i decided to make a side story that will happen after every alternate chapter. so it will go: Toby/Ray/Josh then Stevey/Ryan then Toby/Ray/Josh etc. etc. This is the first insallment of the side story, and after about 5 for six chapters it will join up with the other story. This chapter contains no yiff as it introduces the new story and characters, so yiff will slightly spoil the atmosphere of this chapter. But dont worry, yiff will continue in many of the chapters.

The day was sweltering. The scarlet sun blazed down from the sky, causing untold heat to make every fur and human cower away. Furs and humans alike gladly went to work, to get into the air conditioned buildings, the cold air blasting their fur or skin. The street were like a ghost town. They were abandoned as the sun was too hot. Young children screamed as the heat was unbearable on their sensitive skin. Many young furs dragging their parent to swimming pools, where they could swim and cool off. But of course these pools were full, and there was hardly room to move, let alone swim. Parents sat by the poolside, smileing meakly, as their children playeed and splashed, their parents meanwhile baking.

A young fox ambuled down the street, not caring about the heat, not caring about anything. He was about 16, slender, and thick, fluffy, burt orange fur. He just broke up with his ex, and he didn't mind it. He rounded the corner and bumped into someone. Books scattered as they hit the floor, and a human bent down to pick them up. He was gliding his hand around on the floor as he searched for his books. The effortlessly slide around, scanning and locating a few of the books with ease.

"Let me help you with that" the fox exclaimed, as he bent down to help the boy. He suddenly realised the boy was feeling around for them and not picking them straight up. "Are you blind? I didn't mean to sound rude then."

The boy stared at the fox, using the fox's voice to pinpoint his position. His eyes were a liquid emerald, and they glistened like diamonds in the midday light. "Yes, im blind.." he muttered with a tone of annoyance in his voive. The fox placed the books into the arms of the awaiting boy. This boys and soft pale skin, and his hair was black and shiny. A trail of hair slid over his left eye, making him look unbelievebly cute. "Can you help me sir? You made me lose my bearings" the boy asked shyly. He felt helpless and child like, as he needed to ask help from a stranger. He wanted to be independant, but his blindness had stopped him being so.

"Call me Ryan" the fox giggled at the human boy. "Of course i'll help you" He grabbed hold of the boys free hand and lead him to the bookstore right across the street, which he assumed the boy was walking to. "You are going to 'Book Central' aren't you?"

"Yes" the boy nodded. He heard the door bell tinkle as the door opened, and he felt himself being pulled towards the desk, his shoulder brushing the shelves, making them rattle and shake.

"Hello Stevey, are those the books you wanted to give to me?" The rabbit from behind the counter asked.

'stevey' thought Ryan. 'A pretty name for a gorgeous boy'. He giggled to himself at this thought, making the rabbit stare at him with malice and fustration on her face.

"Well Stevey, i must say that is one cute fur you've gotten yourself" she smiled brightly, trying to hide the anger she felt towards Ryan. An anger that had no reason.

"He's not my boyfriend Janet. Hes a stranger who's helping me" he blushed slightly.

"I accidentally knocked him over. It was the least i could do to help" Ryan looked slightly embarresed, as the rabbit glared at him again.

"I'll be going now" Stevey said, and Ryan led him out of the shop.

"Where do you live hun?"

"67 market street. The Winchester building" Strevey muttered. Something upsetted him.

"Really?! I live in the Selworthy building right next to that block of flats!" Ryan shouted excitedly. This made stevey laugh, and he held Ryan's paw tightly in his hand. They stayed in scilence for the five minute walk that led them back to their appartments. Stevey had his eyes closed all the way, and Ryan was upset that he couldnt stair into his beautiful green eyes. If he ever saw his eyes again, he warned himself not to get lost in them. "Well were here Stevey! Shall i take you to your room?" he asked inquisitivly.

"No!" Stevey shouted, and ran into the building, his hand running against the wall for guidence.

'why was he so determined for me not to take him upstairs?' Ryan thought, as he walked to his own appartment. He walkedinside, to the warm red of the open plan living area, with a hot tub in the centre of the room. His appartment was the penthouse and he was very rich, as he had inherited his family's fortune. He walked over to the expenisive leather sofa and sat down quietly, not knowing what to think or do. Stevey, permanently burned into his mind and thaughts. Ryan felt so lonely in this massive appartment, he wanted someone to share it with.

"I want to share this and my life with Stevey" he said outloud. " I love Stevey"
