Riley is a cross fox with sexuality issues. She's been living with control freak of a mother, but that's all going to change. After months of hiding her sexuality from her gay husky friend, life's going to get rougher. Soon, this fox will be college bound, and free at last! (Also: Can you spot all of the video game references? And uh...Would this be considered for all ages? I put it under adult in case it wasn't.)

Dean Wesker High was a low-end school on the east side of town. Drugs, fights, and a plethora of other things went on fairly often. Behind it, several people would be high, drunk, horny, or all of the above. Riley's ride, a 1978 Chevy, slowed to a stop at the curb.

"Remember, Riley, the Lord's watchin' you," Her mother, Delores, croaked. Delores was a rather rotund woman that wore modest clothing. Her muzzle was showing a ghostly frost of grey, and her eyes were baggy with the tiredness that only old age could bring. She was a self-proclaimed, born-again Christian, and would often say such things whenever her daughter wanted to go out of the house.

Riley sighed as she grabbed her bag and opened the passenger door,

"Yeah, mom, whatever," She swiftly exited the car, and headed toward the back of the school. Whenever Riley would go back there to meet up with friends, there were usually others who were passed out, or spooning. However, on her last day, she didn't quite find it in her to give a damn. She skirted passed a steamy make-out session between an otter and a lioness, a circle of stoned mustelids, and what was once an polyamorus orgy pile. The vixen paused to sniff the air around her. Amid the stink of sex and weed, she could smell the scent of a dog; her best friend. With great haste, she jogged toward the source. It wasn't long before she found a five-foot-tall, red Siberian Husky. That dog's name was Cody Harris.

Cody's ears perked up at the sound of Riley's paws colliding with the grassy turf. His cobalt eyes drifted to her as a smile spread across his muzzle,

"Heyya, foxy!" He called with fanged grin. He always had a new nickname for her every few weeks, "What took ya so long?"

Riley leaned against the nearest wall, "Eh. God talk and all that stuff." She wasn't about to specify what her mother had said, "So," she began, pulling out her phone to check for messages, "How's Tyrone?"

In that instant, Cody's ears drooped so low, that they nearly touched his cheeks, "Gone," was all he could say. Riley looked up from her phone, shock clearly written on her russet face,

"Gone!? What do you mean 'gone'?" She watched the canine intently, awaiting his answer. After a long, painful silence, it finally came,

"He broke up with me after dinner last night. He said he had his eyes on someone else, and that he wanted to take a break,"

Riley sighed and pushed herself off of the wall. She reached over and wrapped an arm around the crestfallen dog's shoulders, "There there. There are plenty of fish in the sea, my friend."

"Sounds fucking weird coming from you," Cody responded with a slight chuckle, "You're not exactly a love guru." Indeed she wasn't. Riley, much to her frustration, had never had a boyfriend, or girlfriend for that matter. She's never even had a date.

"Oh shut up," She growled playfully, "At least I learn from my mistakes."

"And I haven't?" Cody laughed, "So, what's up with you?"

Of course he had to ask. Riley released her hold on Cody, "Well, I've kinda...I've been looking at girls lately."

"Oooh la la! Do tell, girl," Cody remarked with a hint of mischief in his baby blue eyes.

"Well," Riley continued, "I've been getting uh...Turned on I guess." She laughed nervously, watching the husky closely.

Cody nodded with a quiet 'mhmm', "Honey, I think you might be a lesbian," He chuckled and ruffled the fur atop Riley's head, "You still get hot and bothered by dicks?"

Do I? Riley thought about it, "Kinda...I guess. Maybe?"

"Yup. Deffinitely a lesbian." Cody pat Riley's shoulder as the bell rang, "Well, see ya in class!"

Riley waved to him as she headed off to gym class. That class, the vixen had found, was how she figured out her sexuality; she always got to get a look at all of the girls. Horses, hippos, wolves, cats, dogs, and other species. She smiled to herself as she thought of three of her classmates.

Damn Trisha's a looker! Then again, so is Laura. She may be a gazelle, but I'll be damned if her knockers ain't huge. Let's not forget Ammy. Strong and silent. Though, she does have a bug problem.

Riley snapped out of her thoughts when her phone rang. Fishing it out of her pocket, she checked the caller ID; Mom.

Oh...How the hell am I gonna tell her?
