#2 of Tales From Mianka

The dragon shivered as he shoved his large bulk through the snow. Though he had bothered to wear clothes, the wind on the side of this mountain was killer! It chilled him to the bone, and made his teeth chatter. He dragged all four of his legs through the snow, leaving deep imprints of his footfalls. It was an odd sight, to see a quadruped dragon wearing a full set of clothes. It was also out of the ordinary for one to be visiting a mountainside sauna.

"This coupon better be worth it..." He grumbled.

He used a wing to shield his eyes from the biting snow, focusing on his target just a ways ahead. The building was large, wooden, and had an old look about it. It also looked quite cozy, and a place the dragon wanted to be, and soon at that. That was, if he didn't catch a cold from all this snow first! His teeth grit, he did his best to speed up his walk through the snow. He briefly considered ordering a new, heavier set of clothes for next time he visited.

They wouldn't get used much, he supposed.

Soon, he was stomping the snow off of himself, and getting ready to knock on the large wooden door. Before he could, however, someone opened it for him. A bright, beaming... fox?

"Welcome to the lodge, sir! If you'll come right in, you can warm up by the fireplace." His happiness at being inside in the midst of this almost-blizzard was tangible.

The dragon let himself be guided to a small, cleared area by the fireplace. Even with the added warmth, he shivered.

"Is there somewhere I can put these clothes?" He asked, eager to be rid of the cold wetness soaking his form.

"Yup, just take them off and toss them over there, and we'll hang them up." The fox gestured widely to an area just beside the fireplace. The dragon wasted no time in divesting his garments, and scooting closer to the roaring fire. Had he been out any longer, his paws may have gone numb, he supposed. He murmured his thanks.

"You're welcome, sir! Now, if you'll excuse me, I'll go find my boss so we can get you checked in. I'll be back soon." The foxes footfalls fell heavily against the wood floor. The dragon heard them fade off into the distance. He was glad he had checked ahead with the owner, to make sure his large form could be accommodated here. It would have been a shame to not be able to fit through the door, and have to turn around and go all the way back.

"Hrrr..." His teeth chattered, still shivering from the intense cold from the outside. It was unbecoming for a dragon, but he'd deal with his battered pride later. True to his word, the fox returned somewhat quickly, and with another person in tow.

"How may I help you today, drake? Do you have a coupon or reservation handy?" A deeper, more booming voice inquired.

"Reservation, filed under Richard. One of my recent employers made a reservation for me, was an otter." He clarified. He heard tapping for a moment, but couldn't tear his gaze away from the fireplace. It was soothing, in a way.

"Ahh, yes. We do have your reservation here, Richard. And we have done business for said otter several times, it'd seem he likes sending people our way."

"Probably does, most of the reviews I read on my computer at home were positively glowing." He managed to state, between chattering teeth.

"Best reviewed sauna in quite a wide radius! Close to Mianka, too. Nice place, that."

"Indeed it is...." He finally managed to tear his gaze away from the fireplace, to bother to look at the person he was talking to.

"Owner of The Lodge, Braddock Lansing, at your service, dragon!" He extended a large paw towards him, eyes gleaming.

"Richard, can call me Rich, though." The dragon did his best to not crush the polar bears' paw, grasping it in a firm handshake.

"When you're warmed up, let me know, and we can give you the guided tour. Or perhaps, if you'd like, we can let you wander the premises. All rooms are built to house large ferals, so you should be able to fit anywhere."

"Thanks Braddock, I think I may be sitting here a while to warm up, though." He was still cold! Even while sitting next to a large, crackling fireplace.

"That's fine, I need to do some accounting work, so I leave you in the talented paws of our newest assistant, Mr. Nick Rowlin." And with that, the large bear spun his fairly large form around, and disappeared up a set of stairs.

"Hmm..." Rich mumbled.

"Anything I can get you, perhaps some hot cocoa, or perhaps some coffee or tea?" The fox rattled off, eager to please.

"Some tea would do, no sugar please." Rich asked, politely as he could.

"Will do, I'll be right back with your beverage!" That foxes' happiness was infectious, and Rich felt a smile creeping onto his muzzle.

After the last job he did with the otter, he'd made up for forgetting to mention the local wildlife in spades. Free ebooks, videos, digital magazines, multivitamins. It was well worth the trouble he had on his last job, to be sure. He considered pushing his tasks to the front of his personal que, next time he had one posted on the local job board. Nicest person he'd worked for since moving to Mianka by far.

The fire crackled and popped loudly, its' warm heat finally starting to seep into his cold-infused bones. He huffed a bit, exhaling the last bit of frosty air, before sucking in a huge gulp of warmth. It seemed like a rather large building, even from the outside, but he wondered how much of it was underground. While perusing online reviews of the business, he noted that it was built on top of an underground spring, rather than around one. And thus, the springs part would likely be downstairs.

"Here's your tea, didn't know if you wanted a straw, so I put one in anyway." The fox had returned, with his requested beverage.

A little pink straw, with an umbrella. Fancy. He mumbled his thanks, and sipped on the still rather hot tea.

"So, how are you liking working here so far, Nick?" Rich asked, letting the tea warm him from the inside out.

The fox looked pensive for a moment, scratching his chin, before replying.

"It's not bad, pay's good, benefits are okay. Free staff access to the springs when we're off is nice. Bit of a hike to get here, as you've noticed."

"Yeah, a bit. Has Braddock considered putting in a road or something, at least?" He inquired.

"He's got a quad of landing pads plotted out, though I don't know when he'll have them built." The fox finished with a shrug.

"That'd be handy if it weren't throwing down snow like it was outside earlier."

He sipped at his tea, by now cooled enough to gulp down rather easily. The last of the outside chill was fading from his bones. The roaring blizzard outside rapidly becoming a distant memory. Of course, it'd be far removed from his mind once he was soaking downstairs.

"Anything else I can help you with at the moment?"

"Yeah, actually. I was wondering about a couple of things about the facility here." He set his cup of tea down next to him.

"Oh? Fire away, and I'll answer as best I can."

"First, I was wondering where the guest rooms were, and also, how many attendants work here?"

"Guest rooms are scattered between the first floor, and second, yours is on the first floor. We have about two or three dozen staff members here, varying species, of course." He smiled while rattling off the trivia.

"Any ferals?"

"You mean quadrupeds? If so, then two or three, last I checked."

"Yeah. Alrighty then."

"And none are off limits." Nick stated, rather simply.

Richard almost choked on his tea. After he'd regained his composure, he prodded further.

"Not off limits? You mean as in...?"

"I mean, as in if they want to fool around with you, or vice versa, that you could ask if you wanted to." He popped his knuckles.

"Oh, I uh- might be interested in that during my stay." He blushed a bit.

"Any other questions?"

The dragon glanced up from his mug of tea. He could see Nick had a wide smile on his face.

"Perhaps showing me to my room?"

"That can be arranged. Right this way."

"What about the mug?"

"Hand it to me, I'll carry it for ya."

"Thanks."

"It's my job."

Soon, they were both walking down the hallway, half-filled mug in hand. The sauna wasn't that warm once they left the lobby, but it was pleasantly cool. Hanging a left, they walked down yet another corridor. They passed another couple of staff members on the way. After a few minutes, and a few more short hallways, they were there.

"And this is your room, number 356. Bed and other amenities are available. You can ring for staff using the buzzer beside the bed, and room service is available. Anything else I can get you?"

"Perhaps a refill on my tea?" He plopped himself down next to the rather large doorway.

"Sure thing, I'll be back with a new mug, here's this one." He offered the mug, and Richard took it.

"Room's already unlocked, I'll be back in a few." He pushed open the door for the dragon.

Inside was a rather large bed, a just as large television set. As well as a mid-sized doorway no doubt leading to the bathroom. Spacious, even for one built for a large quadruped. Much nicer than his apartment, to be sure. Of course, there was little to do until the attendant returned, so he busied himself with some television.

The remote was neatly placed underneath the TV, Richard noticed, so he hobbled his way over there. Moving with a drink in hand was rather difficult. Though quads usually had the same hand dexterity or a little less than most people, it did make simple things like carrying drinks a bit difficult. No matter, it took him only a slight bit longer to set the mug down, and then turn on the TV. If he had ears, they probably would have flattened against his skull at the loud blast of noise from the set.

"And turning that down..." he muttered, inaudible compared to his entertainment.

Volume adjusted to a more sane level, he took a moment to open the info panel on the screen. The last guest must've been into trashy reality TV, as that was what was playing on the screen. Of course, it also was in super quad ultra see-every-pore quantum high definition, so there was that. All the same, he mashed the mute button, and surfed for a bit of entertainment more suitable for his tastes.

"Robo-Wars 2035 aughta do."

An old, cheesy action film was just what he needed to settle in and feel right at home. He grabbed his mug again, and swirled around the last dregs of tea in it. Just as he raised the mug to his lips, a duo of knocks from the doorway met his ears. He indulged the last bits of the fine brew before answering.

"Come in."

He set the mug down before tearing his gaze away from the screen. The artificial display of android viscera had him captivated for that moment, but it was cut short by a newer, more enticing figure.

"Hello there!"

It wasn't the attendant with his tea, but all the same, Richards' attention was captured. It was a rather striking dragon like himself. The scales that adorned its' hide were rather muted in color, but gleamed all the same in the somewhat harsh light.

"I-uh.. the door was still open so I was wondering if this was a guests' room." The other dragon stammered out, seemingly shy.

"It is a guest room, and I was waiting for Nick to come back with a bit of tea. You're welcome to stay for the moment if you'd like, though." Richard lazily drawled, more interested in taking in the bitter taste of the tea.

"You wouldn't mind?" The dragon placed a forepaw over the threshhold of the doorway.

"Not at all, so long as you don't mind what's on TV." Almost as if on cue, a cyborg limb splattered against the camera.

"That's one of the Robo-Wars series of movies, isn't it?" He slowly walked into the room.

"It is, 2035 according to the info."

"Nice, I think one of my relatives worked on that one, way back when." He was eying the room more so than the television.

"Heh, amusing how far off they were from guessing actual events." He patted the carpet next to him before continuing. "You seem a bit nervous. Come, sit down. I don't bite much."

"Okay...."

"Heh, from that amount of nervousness, I'm guessing you haven't hit the springs yet, or been here long?" He really looked quite fine and fit... if Richard thought so himself.

"Nope on both accounts. Just got here today." He scratched at his muzzle with a foreleg.

"Ha, so did I! How about that blizzard though?"

"What blizzard? Was clear out when I got here." He kept his gaze locked on the screen.

"There's a pretty snowy blizzard outside right now, attendant said it was going for most of the day."

"I suppose I got here before that started then."

"Good thing we're all inside here, then. It was really freezing out. I had to put clothes on!" He laughed loudly, and a few weak chuckles came from his new guest.

"Heh... yeah." He craned his neck towards the doorway as someone passed by.

"You really seem tense, you alright?" He tore his gaze away from the screen again, looking at the other dragon.

"Well... It'd seem that we've both been assigned the same room." Their eyes met for a moment.

Richard sat there, stunned for a moment, his jaw hanging agape.

"You what?" Not the most eloquent reply he'd come up with.

"I think it's a mix-up in their systems or something...."

"That really is odd...." It was his turn to be at a loss for words, for the moment.

"What'd you say that attendants' name was?"

"Nick."

"We'll have to ask Nick when he comes back to get it sorted out, I think." The other dragon looked like he was terrified at the revelation.

Richard extended a wing around the other dragon, before speaking.

"We'll get it sorted out, yeah. In the mean time, what's mine is yours. And if you need some privacy or something, just let me know and I'll disappear for a few. Alright?" He did his best to sound friendly and polite.

"I-uh..." He didn't finish his thoughts. Instead a few un-dragonly squeaks and sniffles came out.

Knock. Knock.

"Is everything alright in there? I've got your tea refill." A familiar voice echoed from the hallway.

"Do come in."

The fox was carrying a small pitcher and a pair of mugs. The pitcher had some light amber colored tea in it, with nearly transparent clumps of ice. His usual smile vanished when he saw not one, but two dragons in the room.

"Something... wrong?" He looked rather confused.

"It'd seem there have been some booking errors, as this dragon and I have been assigned to the same room."

"Oh...." He set the mugs and pitcher down on a small bedside table.

The other dragon had stopped sniffling, and his voice cracked a bit when he spoke.

"I like tea. Mind pouring me some?" His voice wavered a bit.

"Will do. Richard, you still want yours as well?"

"Yes, please." He disregarded the fox for the moment, paying more heed to the upset dragon.

"Aight." He didn't make a show of it, but soon he filled the trio of mugs, and had retrieved Richards old mug.

"Give me a moment, and I'll look up the facility map and room manager. This'll be sorted out in no time. Excuse me." His bushy tail hung limp as he flitted out of the doorway.

"Hey now... We'll get it sorted out, okay? Don't worry about it." He kept his voice level, and calm.

"You're a nice drake."

"I know. It's not good for someone that looks so nice to be upset, y'know?"

"I look... nice? What?" He seemed completely in disbelief.

"Yeah. Your scales have a light sheen on them, and it really brings out the colors. You also don't have much fat on you."

"Hmmm..." He looked lost in thought for the moment.

"I mean it."

"Thank you." The gratitude in his voice was palpable.

For the moment, they occupied themselves with the cheesy, comically overacted movie on screen. The poor CG effects, deadpan voice acting, and limp plot didn't detract at all from what the movie was meant to be. The sheer amount of explosions, gunfire, and unrealistic gore more than made up for it.

Meanwhile....

Nick tapped his tablet with audible concern. The maps that came up couldn't be right, and he'd have to ask Braddock about the damage.

"Yes.... Damage." He mumbled to himself. He might not be able to set this right after all.

That would be a horrible thing to have happen. Having to send back a guest because a small bit of hail had poked holes into the assigned room for the dragon. And moreover, who had directed him to the room? Or wait a minute, that wasn't right. He pulled up the electronic booking service, and scanned by room, and opened another window to scan by guest.

"That was what did it, then."

The automated service had rolled over the stay into an unfilled -at the time, anyway- room, and did not check later in the day for any guests due to arrive. This... was a problem. He tapped on the tablet, dismissing the two windows, and pulled up another. An e-mail client. As awkward as it was to type, he sent a priority mail to Mr. Lansing, and explained the situation in detail. After he'd finished typing it up, he poked his head into the room. They both seemed somewhat more cheerful now. But he certainly wasn't relishing all this happening on his second week on the job. His gaze turned back to the tablet.

And send.

A bout of loud laughter made Nick flatten his ears against his skull. The duo of dragons could put out quite the volume. He sighed, and ducked back into the room.

"I can't fix it right now, but I can tell you what happened, if you're interested." He stated, plainly.

Two pairs of eyes gazed at him, and Richard flicked the pause button. They looked expectantly at him, blissfully unaware of what had happened.

"There was moderate damage to your room, and it happened before you arrived. The automated system swapped your room to a then-unoccupied room, this one, just before Richard arrived. The employee handbook states that the usual compensation has a few options. Either full reimbursement, and transport home. A free stay on us for the initial duration but moved to another room. Or we pay both of you for the inconvenience, and you two room together for your stays." He took a long breath after saying his spiel.

Richard took a sip of his tea, and shrugged.

"I'm fine with any of those options, it's up to him." Richard sounded relieved.

"I-uh... hmm...." He took a few long moments to think.

"I also sent a message to Mr. Lansing, detailing the situation. He may want to discuss it further with the two of you. This is just what the handbook says." Nick shrugged.

"I'll think about the options for the time being. Whenever Lansing wants to talk about it is fine by me. Otherwise, I'll be staying here with- Richard you said it was?"

"That's me." The dragon said before taking another large gulp of tea.

"Alright, that's fine. I apologize immensely for the inconvenience, on behalf of the lodge, and Mr. Lansing." The foxes' features were marred by a frown.

"That's alright, so long as we get it sorted out soon. I don't mind staying with this handsome drake."

Richard was in the midst of taking a large swallow of tea. He sputtered and coughed a bit, blushing profusely. Nick had to bite his tongue to stop from laughing.

"I-uh- what?"

"You heard me." The dragon said.

"Now that's sorted... Anything else I can help you two with?" Nick folded his paws together, genuinely relieved neither of them was upset.

"No, that's all for now." Richard offered.

"Same, unless there's a map we can pull up on the TV."

"There is, actually. Channel 1 is where it is. Live camera feed with the map in the bottom left, goes from top floor to bottom floor. Red rooms are damaged or inaccessible, blue are fine. Would probably get a feed of your room if you waited long enough."

"Oh, it just popped into my mind. Both of our bags and stuff would be here in the room right?"

"Yes they would, they're on the far side of the bed. Should have paper tags detailing the owner."

"Then that's definitely all!"

"Yup, we'll await our meeting with Braddock later."

"Then with that, I leave you two, just as a reminder, room service is on call with the buzzer!"

"Thanks Nick!" They both said, almost in unison.

And with that, the helpful staff member disappeared down the hallway. This time, he shut the door.

"Wanna finish the movie, or check out the map?" Richard asked.

"Movie first, map later, bags much later." The other dragon scooted closer to him.

"Could watch it laying on the bed, you know." More viscera splattered the screen, and an explosion cracked the lens in the movie.

"I'm already comfy here, actually."

"Aight then." He didn't push the topic.

The movie was drawing to its' peak now, main hero stalking through the jungle. The action on-screen intensified with a loud *CLICK* when he stepped onto a mine, and then into an ambush. Guns pointed at him all around as the main villain cackled loudly. Of course, this being a very cheesy action movie, he took out all the henchmen without moving a bit.

"This is where it gets good." Richard almost wished they had popcorn.

The villain appeared onscreen, holding a detonator in his endosteel hand, laughing maniacally. The main hero was looking defeated, artificial skin hanging loosely from his metal skeleton. His robotic eyes auto focusing on the detonator. The endosteel digit slammed down on the detonator... and nothing happened. He mashed it again, and again, and again. The fifth time, it exploded in his hand.

The dragons laughed as the hero kicked up the mine at the villain, and dodged away quickly enough to get out of the explosion. The villain was not so lucky. Metal bits flew everywhere, and the credits began to roll. They were both laughing so hard, their eyes were watering.

"Always great to see his reaction!"

Richard didn't respond, he just clutched his aching ribs and kept laughing. The credits had long since finished when his laughing fit finally came to an end. He wiped away his tears before downing the last bit of tea in his mug. The other dragon took another sip, slowly enjoying the taste.

"Ahh... Always a good film to kill the time."

"It really is."

"Y'know, I never did ask you what your name was."

"It's Sal. Sal Arsit." He said.

"Sal Arsit... the good-lookin' dragon I have the pleasure of sharing a room with! Is Sal short for something?" Richard beamed with a toothy smile.

"Nope, it's just Sal. But I'm guessing you prefer Rich rather than Richard?" Sal asked.

"Yup, that's usually the deal with friends, family, and people I know. Good to make your acquaintance!"

"Likewise. Now how about that map?" They turned their gazes back to the large screen.

Richard flicked the requested channel on, and they both gasped. The room Sal was going to stay in had a window knocked out, and seemingly a half foot of snow inside! The TV was on the floor, and the bed was covered in snow.

"Wow, blizzard really did a number on that one!" Sal muttered.

The camera shifted, and showed another staff member in heavy winter gear drawing something on a sign.

" Sorry Sal!" Was all that was written, right underneath a frowny face.

"Sorry Sal indeed... that room is going to need a lot of work." Richard stated.

"It really is. Good thing that's the only bit of damage!" Sal finished with a smile.

"So, going to see about our bags now?" Richard cracked his neck, and swirled the last few ounces of his tea.

"Had something else in mind... actually." He looked at Richard with a sultry grin.

"Oh?" Richard was confused for a moment, before he clarified.

"You."

"..me? I'm not that interesting."

"You're interesting enough to me. And that's all that matters." He placed a forepaw on Richards' shoulder.

"I-uh... don't usually- y'know with guys." He stammered.

"That's fine. Do you want to try? I'll make it worth your time."

He gulped. Memories of the last weeks encounter were flitting through his mind. Now he had more new things to try, if he only asked. He took a deep breath, and sighed heavily.

"Sure, but I'd rather be on top." Richards' shoulders visibly tensed.

"That was exactly what I was planning on you doing, heh."

The fine scales on his muzzle were clear as he leaned into a short kiss. When their maws parted, they wasted no time locking jaws again, this time in a much more heated embrace. Richard flicked the off switch on the remote, before throwing it aside. He cared not where it landed, only about the attractive dragon in front of him. He moved a paw up to grab at the smaller drakes' shoulder, grasping it firmly. When Sal was the first to pull away, he motioned towards the bed.'

In a wordless reply, they both climbed onto the bed, soft covers rapidly crushed beneath their combined weight. Richard scarcely noticed his own sheath bulging and becoming thick with his rod. When he hazarded a glance away from Sal, he noticed a distinct lack of that anatomy.

"Cold-blooded, huh?" He asked.

"Hardly. Warm-blooded but no sheath. Was an anomaly." Sal pulled Richard in for another kiss.

They both parted again, and rolled onto their sides. The smaller dragons rod was poking out of its' slit, tip already slick with a small bead of pre. Glancing down a bit, Richard felt rather than saw his rod slowly pulsing to full readiness. His partner was bit more impatient than he was, however. His long, sinuous neck craned down to lap across his rod, warm slickness trailing down his rod, bumping across his sheath. It didn't stop there, the hot breath flowing across his balls did little to chill his arousal. It only stoked his passionate lust.

Sal continued pleasuring his newfound partner, dragging his forked tongue back up his swelling rod. He lapped across the tip, once, twice, and again, collecting the warm, salty essence the breeding tool was leaking. Quite tasty, if a bit too salty. Perhaps Richard had a fondness for seafood, he mused. Whatever the case, his reaction was immediate when he closed his muzzle around his flesh.

Richard snorted, and resisted the urge to grit his teeth. This was already going far better than he expected. He would certainly have to at least reconsider his preferred partners after this experience. Of course, right now he only had eyes for a certain dragon that was between his legs, gulping down his meat like it would disappear at any moment. His tongue tugged along a particularly sensitive spot, and Richard saw stars for a moment.

His moans more than told Sal what he needed to know. He twisted his muzzle around the thick shaft, soaking it in a mixture of his pre, and Sals' own saliva. The smell drove him mad with lust, he had no doubts they'd need another set of sheets after their romp. He felt Richard beginning to tense up, and he placed a paw on either side of his groin. Inside... or out? That was the question he pondered for a mere moment, before the first spurts of seed splattered against the back of his throat. More of the same taste, but it was one Sal was already acquiring a taste for. He gulped most of it down, but some drizzled down his chin and made quite the mess of things.

"Ahh...." Richards' satisfaction was music to Sal, and a smile creeped across his muzzle. Even if it was still wrapped around a pulsing rod. When he did slowly relinquish his treat, it was still at full mast, twitching with every beat of Richards' massive heart.

"You need a few to recuperate... or will we get on with the main show?" Sal prodded.

"Let'skeepgoing." The words slurred together with Richards' tongue twisting with his enthusiasm.

Sal was nudged out of the way as he rolled onto his paws and crawled across the bed. With the larger drakes' bulk looming over him, he had but a moment to consider the lack of lubrication. As Richard did his best to line himself up, Sal realized that wouldn't be a problem with him. He was still dripping almost like a faucet! He felt a warm wetness smear across his rear entrance as he finally found his mark.

His toes curled and gripped the bed as his flesh parted around Richard. He was spread wide as Richard applied gentle pressure. For someone who was seemingly unsure at first, he was sure enjoying this! He hadn't more than a moment to think about that as he was stuffed with his partners' manhood. Sal felt his insides being liberally coated with his natural lubricant. No doubt slickening them for what was to come. His rear felt empty when he first pulled back, before being filled to the brim as he slowly shoved back in.

It was Sals' turn to moan and enjoy his partner now. Richard saw Sals' smile part into a full grin as he pushed himself deeper inside the submissive dragon beneath him. The smile spread to his own muzzle as well as he growled his pleasure. His ridges popped into and out of the smaller dragon one at a time, dragging across his innards. The bed began to creak as he built up the pace, thrusting into him, rather than shoving. His heart was pounding in his chest, and he could see Sal panting, a bit of his own spunk drooling out of his mouth.

The two grunted and growled at each other. Both of them were quickly climbing to their own separate, but intertwined orgasms. In the midst of his lust-addled mind, Sal figured he'd tease Richard over the edge using something he saw once. His tail curled up, and rubbed along his partners' gently swinging orbs. His tails' fine scales rubbed across them. Pushing between his legs and along his own fleshy entrance. He felt them churning, and muscles tensing and relaxing with each thrust, warmth radiating out where Sals' tail touched him.

He slowly circled around his tailhole until he heard Richard try to mutter something. It was lost as Sals' own orgasm hit him unexpectedly. Richard wasn't far behind, shooting his own deposit into Sals' well-used rump. They both panted as the sheets were stained a far different color. The smaller dragons' load was sprayed in jets across the bed. Some of it stained Richards' forepaw, but it didn't faze him in the slightest. He barely even noticed. Of course, Sal did notice when Richard flopped down behind him, still panting heavily, and still lodged inside him.

"You okay back there?" He arched an eyeridge and glanced back.

"Yesh.."

Sal chuckled a little bit, he must have really done a number on him. He'd be content to lay there a while at either rate. He let his eyes drift closed for just a moment, basking in the afterglow. When he opened them again, he heard a soft slurping noise.

"Something sounds rather good..." Sal muttered, still hazy from his brief nap.

"You, actually." Richard said, between licks of his paw. Sal could have sworn he said more, but he was still basking, and fell back into a somewhat deeper sleep.

The sound of Richards' voice awoke Sal again sometime later.

"... rather interesting." He drawled lazily.

"Hmm?" Sals' face felt a bit numb, he must've slept on it awkwardly.

"I said that was rather interesting." Richard clarified.

"Have I changed your views on the more masculine gender?" Sal snuggled up closer to the larger dragon.

"A bit. I'll need to think it over. It was rather nice, though."

"Good. Glad to hear you enjoyed it as much as I did."

"Mmmm." He wrapped his large forelegs around the smaller dragon.

"So, we could hit the private spas downstairs after I wake up a bit." Sal offered.

"We could, yeah. Don't you want to check your things first, though?" Richard fished for the remote a moment, before somehow finding it underneath the bed.

"Not really, they'll be there." Sal chuckled as he heard him reach for it, before falling out of the bed.

"Oof. At least the floor is soft!"

"I don't think I'd recommend a hardwood floor for softness." Sal deadpanned.

Richard flicked on the TV. It was on the same channel as they left it, and was just coming around to Sals' would-be room again. Or rather, what view they could get of it, as the snow had piled in since last they saw it. It was almost an unrecognizable winter waste, the bed was buried, as was the TV stand and sign.

"Hopefully the blizzard breaks soon, they've gotta get that cleaned up eventually." Richard mused.

Sal grunted his approval, untangling himself from the sticky sheets. Memories of their earlier romp brought another smile to his muzzle.

"Shower or just head straight downstairs, you think?" He asked.

"Definitely shower first, I'd think they wouldn't appreciate seed on the floor too much.." Richard offered.

"Probably not... but we did kinda soak the sheets." They both laughed.

They took turns taking showers, Sal first. Richard watched another old classic while he waited. Robo-Wars 2036, the sequel to their earlier flick was on. It captured his attention completely while he waited for Sal to finish scrubbing. Of course, that didn't take too long with the quadruped-friendly shower system.

"Aight, I'm out!" Richard heard him shout from the other room. The shower water turned off , and the floor blowers turned on.

"Be ready in a few!" He shouted back.

It was nice having a good room with adequate sound-proofing. It was certainly much better than his apartment. He heard Sal pad out of the bathroom, before glancing over at him. He looked much better after he had cleaned up. Much happier, more radiant scales, dirt, dust, and snow detritus washed off of him. He looked rather striking.

"Your turn, go get ready."

He put the remote on the TV stand, before beginning his own cleaning process. A while later, they were both good to go.

"Mind giving me a once over and making sure I got everything?" Richard asked, as he stepped off of the blower grates.

Sal was absorbed in the screen for the moment, before suddenly snapping back to reality and glancing at him.

"Looks like you did, turn around."

Richard did as he asked, spinning his bulk around.

"Yup, sure did!" The glee in Sals' voice was certainly not due to just his cleanliness, Richard figured.

"Let's go then!"

He paused the movie for later, and unlocked the door. He pulled the door open, and held it open for Sal.

In mere minutes, they were both completely...

Lost.

"Which way did you say the staircase was?" Richard asked.

"The TV said it was down this hallway, to the right... but I'm not seeing any."

The lodge really wasn't so enormous as to easily get lost, but they both managed to do so somehow. Well, right until they ran quite literally into one familiar fox.

"Oof!" They'd turned right into him as they rounded a corner, knocking him flat on his rear.

"Who the f-... Oh hey, it's you two!" His muttered swear turning into the overly happy fox they both knew.

"Yup! We're a bit..."

"Lost." Sal finished his sentence for him.

"Lemme guess, you're lost, looking for the way downstairs to the spas and hotsprings area." Nick said, as he pulled himself back to his feet.

"You got it!" Richard smiled.

"Surprisingly, you're on the right track. End of this hallway, turn left, keep walking, and it'll be on your right." He brushed himself off.

"Thanks!" They both said, in unison.

"Just my job. Good to see you two enjoying yourselves. Now do excuse me." He moved between the two, before disappearing down the hallway they'd just come from.

They kept walking, following his directions until they came to the staircase. Exactly where he said it would be. As they descended to the basement, Sal piped up.

"Think he knows?" He asked, rather inquisitively.

"Probably." Richard would have shrugged, if he weren't already taking the steps two at a time.

Soon, they were hit by a heavy feeling of humid, warm air. As the stepped down the last few steps, the spa opened up to them. They stood in the doorway, taking in the sights and smells. More than a few attendants and clients were down here soaking in the springs, enjoying the opportunity to relax. No doubt some of them were on leave from business, or perhaps even on business while here. Sal and Richard had little time to soak in the sights before an attendant sauntered up to them.

"And how are you two boys doing on this fiiine evening?" A rather feminine voice hit them, and pulled their gazes towards it. It was a lovely sapphire dragoness, quadruped just like themselves.

"Pretty good, thanks." Sal spoke evenly.

"Anything I can get you two? There are private rooms scattered about, if you're interested in some privacy." She indicated with a wide, sweeping motion.

"N-no thanks, miss. Thanks for asking." Richard stammered.

"That's fine, enjoy your relaxing vacation you two!" She continued walking, no doubt in search of other customers to help.

Sal had to elbow Richard to get him to stop gawking, and to get his attention.

"You know you could just ask if you're interested."

"I-uh... Yeah. I knew that." Even if Sal had his attention for the moment, his mind was clearly elsewhere.

"Perhaps a threesome later, then. Let's find us a private room." He scanned the room for an unoccupied room. Finding one was easy enough, the door was ajar, and instructions were left on the door.

As they walked closer, they could more easily make out the instructions. Simple enough instructions, leave a sign on the door if it's occupied. Leave this sign if it's occupied but you would like an attendant. The usual easy instructions. Sal let Richard walk inside first, and hung up the sign closest to him. Didn't matter much either way to him.

"Big enough for quite a few..." Richard muttered, sizing up the pool of water.

"You know what that means!" Sal rushed past him, wading into the water up to his neck.

Richard was soon to join him. While the water was uncomfortably warm at first, he soon acclimatized to it, and was relaxing easily in it. Sal let himself sink deeper into the water, until just his head was laying on the edge of the pool of water. They let their tension drain from their bodies a while, enjoying the others' presence and company.

"Ah..." They chatted a while, about small things. Food, drink, favorite vacation spots and events. The usual small talk for near-strangers. They were in the midst of talking about family when they heard the door latch slide open, and a familiar voice pipe up.

"Hey! Noticed you two wanted an attendant in here. Anything I can help with? I'm free for the next while..." Richard and Sal glanced at each other, before nodding.

It was good to be on vacation, and on that they agreed.
