#9 of Fur one and fur all!

Wild Update appeared! Let's see where this goes, huh? But seriously, this'll be interesting. Confused in the change of setting? So am I. Yay for instinctual writing! Anyways, I love to hear any comments you might have, and I need suggestions for tags. See you next update! (Make a schedule, I must do. Keep on track, I should do.) {Also, New Year's resolutions should be fun. I wonder how many have already been broken.} [I use too many postscripts, don't I?]

As the other anthropomorphs slept in their bunks, I wake up to a stark, white light shining in my face. Immediately after, I realize my head is throbbing again. "Urgh.." I sit up, trying to regain a sense of my surroundings. Blinking open my sleep-fastened eyes, I scan the room for any possible danger. Not much, as far as I could see.

The only objects in the stark, completely white room were a door and a recliner, both straight out of a sci-fi movie. I was currently sitting on the white recliner, disturbed only by some brown hairs and a few drops of blood, fresh. I was currently a little too antsy to be sitting around, so I stood up and started pacing around the room. As I walked, I noticed a dull pain in my right ear, barely detectable over the universal throb in the rest of my body.

After pacing around for a while, and checking out the facets of the wall, along with any possible exits, I lean against the door, tail thumping against it impatiently. "Hey, I'm awake now. Anybody there?" I say, nonchalantly raising a paw as if in annoyance, to mask the underlying emotion of fear. No one came, so I decided to just keep pacing around the room for now.

By now, I'd sorted through the memories in my head. I still thought that this was a terrible thing that happened, but resigned myself to the fact that no one cared. So I just decided to go with it for now. Bored of pacing, I decided to stare at the door until something happened. I started to doze off, not because of tiredness, but of pure boredom. Then, a tiny square's outline formed in the door, and the outline opened. Out of it popped a small rubber ball. A small, white rubber ball.
