I would like to thank untraceablemystic on deviantart for helping me with this and pointing out my errors! <3

Name: Ma'at Bomani

Age: 20

Species: Jackal

Gender: Female

Height: 3'4

Weight: 77 ibs

Birthday: April 24th

Likes: Tea, crystals (you know crystals with magical properties like healing and etc. yeah she's that kinda girl), incense, nature walks, meditation, any kind of water sport, warm weather/ spots, any novel that isn't nonfiction.

Dislikes: Cold weather, wasting the day, leopards, hyenas, eagles, anyone who shows disrespect to her ancient beliefs, needles.

Hobbies: Morning workout routine, swimming, meditating, hiking, practicing her rock manipulation abilities at least once a day.

Abilities: Able to control all types of rock, but this does not include sand. Thanks to years of training, she knows how to fight with not only daggers and cudgels, but had become quite flexible and developed snake-like reflexes.

Weakness: If ice is frozen over the rock she is trying to manipulate, her power will be blocked out, making her unable to manipulate it completely. Ma'at can only lift so much rock as well, about half a ton, if she lifts too much over her limit or tries holding rock for a long period of time it will put a physical strain on her body and she will collapse from exhaustion.

Fears: Being in extremely cold areas (Ice caps for example. Reminds her of when she was frozen, fears being in these areas might cause her to be frozen again.), any mobian with the ability to control ice and snow, death and that there may truly be no afterlife.

Quirks: Ma'at is very emotive with her ears, accidentally uses Coptic words from time to time while speaking to someone in English.

Personality: Calm, quiet, serious, fair, but she can be nice to those she feels are deserving of her kindness.

History: Ma'at lived with her family, which consisted of her parents and two older brothers, in the lower ring of society in ancient Egypt. She was born with the gift to control rocks, her mother warned her to hide this ability and never let anyone know what she was capable of. Being a child, she only listened to this advice for so long. She would secretly show off for the other kids in areas far from the rats nest of a home they resided in where no adults could see. Doing small tricks like making small rocks spin around in a circle in the air and etc.

Soon enough, two men were at the Bomani door, one of the children had squealed. The men wanted to take Ma'at and sell her as a slave. They thought that such a talented child would fetch quite a pretty penny. Though her family fought to keep her, it was in vain. They had caught one of the sons and threatened to kill him if they did not give up, Ma'at immediately agreed to go, fearing for her brother's life and she knew this was all her fault and felt she deserved this as a sort of repentance for her wrong doings. She traveled all over the land, barely given any food or water. She was forced to show her talents to potential customers but the price was too steep for anyone interested. That is, until they came before the pharaoh in his palace. He had heard of the gifted girl and wanted to see it for himself. She would make not only a good play mate for his son, but maybe one day when his son took the throne a good protector too. He was impressed by her talents and paid for her.

When she was introduced to the Pharaoh's son they became friends quickly, she could entertain him for hours. Though when she reached her teens she was forced into intense combat training. Not only did it help her master her powers, teach her how to use some traditional Egyptian weapons, and help her develop snake like reflexes and flexibility, it also helped her develop endurance to harsh conditions. Her training lasted until she was 18, by then the Pharaoh's son had taken power. For the next two years she was constantly by his side, she helped the hand maiden's care for him. Over the years she had fallen for him, but said nothing for she felt it wasn't right and that he was meant to be with someone of higher rank instead. One day, the pharaoh was called away from home, he had Ma'at accompany him on the journey.

As they traveled through the ice caps they were stopped by a gang of thieves who had been tipped off that royalty would be passing by here. The pharaoh, not thinking that Ma'at could take the whole gang of thieves, switched his crown out with a fake one and put his in Ma'at's bag. He commanded her to run and leave him. She of course protested, saying he could be killed and she wanted to protect him. But he won in the end and she ran for it. The gang realized after the pharaoh had so willingly given up his crown that it was fake and realized that the girl they had seen run out had the real one. So they went after her, she lost most of the gang when she went into hiding in a cave, but the gang leader found her and they fought. Her powers were of no use to her here, but the leader had his own abilities, over ice. She had become too much for the leader to handle so he froze her alive in a solid block of ice before he could get the crown. His gang was of course not happy but let it go because the pharaoh had other valuables he had given up to them so they left her there. The pharaoh had lived and fled back to his home.

Centuries later in modern day möbius her body was discovered by workers of a company called Chi-tech, the scientist who worked there,Doctor Alder Cander, requested the frozen body be brought to him. He wanted to attempt to re-animate her and see how she reacts to everyday life. It took days but he was successful. Her memory was surprisingly mostly intact, what she couldn't remember was how she ended up frozen. He explained to her, via translator since she could only speak in the ancient tongue, what she was doing here, how long it had been, etc. She was heartbroken and shocked, everyone she knew and loved was gone. Cander informed Ma'at she would be living with him and his family during the experiment. It took months for Ma'at to get over what she had been told, while living with cander she was quiet and wasn't very lively. Though she did what he asked, helping around the house, cooperating during tests, etc. Luckily Cander treated her kindly. She wanted to avoid trouble, she was dealing with more than enough.
