#9 of Book 1: Eurasia's Awakening, Organization of Dragoons

Before this story starts, I would like to thank my good friend Jack and Noct. If it wasnt for him, this story wouldnt have happened. Also, all characters here are copyright of Eurasia21xx. Do not use in your stories without consulting me first.

"Come on! You gotta know something! You are the Chief Engineer of D.O.O.P. who's made a lot for dragoons. Plus I heard that you are in the middle of making the next generation of P.I.C.! I don't see how you cannot do anything for him, our best friend!", argued Zero, slamming his hands on the workbench.

The parts flew into the air into the air for a second, before returning to the top of the workbench. A man with not as much of a build as the rest of the dragoons, glasses with a lab coat was picking up the pieces franticly, "Whoa! Watch the parts Zero! I need them in one piece so I can complete the Advanced P.I.C.. Also, I may be smart but I lack so much information on the dark power that there is nothing I can do."

All of the anticipation that Zero had was gone, since all of his hope was placed on Abu's ability to think of a solution. He gave out a long sigh and sat down by the table as well, while Abu tinkered away, "Damn it! So that means that there is nothing we can do?! We gotta think of something to save Eurasia!"

Abu looked up for a second, as he was screwing together what seemed to be the new P.I.C.. The final screw was tightened as he pushed a button on it. Suddenly a holographic screen appeared in front of him. A smirk appeared as his hands wondered to the screen, pressing commands on it as if it was solid.

Zero however was lost as he was awing Abu, "Wha...how did you do that? Is that a new feature that comes with the new P.I.C?", he asked, as he started to poke at the holographic screen as well.

The screen suddenly faded, as Abu set it on the table and took out the original P.I.C. that belonged to him, "Yes it is Zero. This new P.I.C. is far superior in every way. The old P.I.C. only has a processing speed of about 256 ghz. The new P.I.C. has a speed of about 430 ghz, plus about one hundred terabytes of storage space. Its also about half the size of the original as well. Not only that, its biggest new feature is the Transdimensional generator within it. I'll go more into detail with that after I present this to Stanis and them.", he explained while holding the two P.I.C.s together to compare and contrast.

Suddenly, there was an announcement on the loud speaker, "Abu, your scheduled appointment is still within 30 minutes. Please start to make your way to the testing Lab now. I repeat, Abu, make your way to the testing Lab now. That is all"

Zero looked over confused at Abu, "Testing lab?...what are you testing there Abu?"

The new P.I.C. was taken into Abu's hands and put away, "Well, we are going to interrogate DarkFalcon. But I just got an idea that might be able to help Eurasia at the same time. You'll hear about my idea soon, but I must be going. We'll talk later ok?", he said, running out into the hallway.

Zero was about to wave back, but then he wondered about something else which has been bothering him, "Wait...I just remembered now. What did Eurasia do with those dragonesses he took with him? Its been 3 days and still nothing has happened since then. Not to mention that teleportation to the dimension 425463 is impossible to do since it is locked. All of that must be Eurasia's doing, so we can safely assume that hes brought them there. But why? Why does he protect them even after the job of protection is done?"

With Zeros mind filled with questions, it seemed that he couldn't understand why. Even the trial was complete blank to him. All he could remember was Eurasia turning DS and that he snatched the dragonesses as well. Nothing else, and that had been bothering him.

-

"Well, it seems that...Eurasia isn't gone completely then. But...I was told that everything that had happened to him was my fault...", Rizan said, back in her room with Hamelis and Shyranrya. She put her claws to her face and started to weep, feeling guilty.

It has only been three days since Eurasia had left them, and Aisarue began his plans. They have been a uneasy, seeing how the one they saw as honest and kind has turned evil. Hamelis was getting a bit angry since she could not leave the small room without bring the cave down, and Shyranrya was feeling very shocked about what had happened to her. The dimly lit room seemed to show the very mood of the three.

"....I don't know. What if dragoons aren't the good warriors that we've been told. It seems that Eurasia is one, but the leader...he seems to be...I don't know the word for it. What to do now?", asked Hamelis, sitting down with her head down.

Rizan wiped her tears and got up for a moment, "I have an idea right now...but let me get us something to eat before we do."

She got up, and walked out with her tail drooping on the floor. Shyranrya had not spoken since the event, as she still remained in bed. Eurasia managed to get her to good health before he left, but her mind was still injured from the shocking experience. It seems that everything has gone down hill for her, as she had seen the real face of a dragoon but still had hope on Eurasia.

Minutes later, Rizan returned with a huge amount of cooked meat on three different plates. Luckily she was strong as she offered a large amount of pure cooked pork for Hamelis and placed it in front of her. She looked to Shyranrya who was in bed for days and hasn't moved or talked regardless of good health, "Come on, even you need to eat. Besides, we all need to talk together.", she said, giving her a small smile.

The smell of roasted pork filled the room, as she felt her stomach growl from a whiff of it. A large sigh exited from her maw as she walked over and sat down by the other dragonesses. For minutes, they analyzed each other, seeing how different and similar they are.

Shyranrya was about three feet taller than Rizan, while Hamelis on four of her legs matched the height of Rizan. Shyranrya's black and white scales did not shine as bright as Rizan's Red scales. Hamelis was indifferent, as her scales seemed to glow blue to a sky blue in the light. Other features among them were not measured do to personal reasons.

Hamelis finished her pork quickly with just a few bites, then put her head to wait for the other two. She had been with other kinds of dragons before, but she felt compelled to know their relation to Eurasia. With a deep breath, she looked at them both while raising her head, "Look...I've been thinking that...uhh...How did you all meet Eurasia? It has been on my mind for a while, and I'm curious to see how you all came to know him. Did he really have a kind enough heart that he got into your lives as well..."

Rizan looked up first, swallowing her portion and staring at Hamelis, "My relation to him?...Well, that was quite the night, as it all started..."

  • Three nights before meeting Eurasia

"You think its that easy don't you father?...Well, not when there are no others left!"

Suddenly, a huge flame erupted into the night sky from Rizan's cave, along with an earth shattering roar. The night sky almost appeared as dawn as the light could be seen from miles away, as well as the shocking sound of her roar which shook everything around her mountain.

The sound of a crystal shattering echoed, along with a growl full of anger, "Grrr...father has no idea how hard it is find a male nowadays. The humans keep killing them off too quickly and hes crazy if he thinks that I'm going to go to him...but I will have to if we turn out to be the last dragons. Its the only way to keep up our numbers."

Nothing seemed to be going right for her, since she was cast away into the world at a young age and forced to fight off humans who wanted to use her as a sex slave. But, she did not hate all humans. There was a time when she lived in peace with a human who was able to help her for a while. But, time was a cruel mistress as the human passed away of old age. She lost all hope for feeling happy, so she flew to a mountain where no human can climb and started her life in solitude.

Sleep was the best idea at this point she thought, as she walked her self over to bed. As she bent over to change, a huge explosion caused her to lose her balance and fall into bed, "Whoa!...Huh?...what was that surge in the environments energy? It felt so cold and empty. I also felt life being lost. I should investigate this...", she said to herself, changing into a thin white shirt and a fine red skirt that reached her knees.

With a swift push, she opened her wings and launched herself into the air in order to investigate the disturbance in the area. Her keen snout picked up the smell of ashes and burnt bodies. She knew the smell of the bodies perfectly since she has in self defense burned a few humans but the smell had somethign more to it. An evil smell that she seemed to shiver at, "Brrr...this feeling of evil...feels like the underworld it's self has manifested. I should take precautions."

Before she knew it, she had arrived at the area. The ground was burned to a scorched purple, while the air would make any normal human choke. Tears started to flow from her eyes, as the once beautiful field she recognized was now nothing but a wasteland of death, "This field...its contaminated with...dark energy. Unless treated early, the darkness will spread to the healthy parts of the land and cause it to rot and die. I cannot let that happen...", she vowed, clearing her tears and holding her arms together.

"I must purify this area, then use a rejuvenation spell to bring the land back to the way it was. If I don't, this land will never see beauty again. It is my duty as a nature loving dragon to prevent this.", she shouted as she closed her eyes and focused. A low chant started to escape from her mouth in the form the dragonic language as a bright light started to cover her.

Her chanting grow louder and faster, as the light shot out in different directions into the ground. A large hiss, followed by the sound of glass breaking was the sign that darkness was purified. Hiss after hiss, shattering after shattering broke the silence of the night as with one last shout, the light engulfed the whole area at once.

The blinding energy was enough to completely purify any darkness in the area, so the fear of it spreading was now gone. It was a simple spell, unable to tire her out, but it was the next spell which did require a lot of focus and energy. A rejuvenation spell was nothing compared to a resurrection spell. The one difference was that it uses Life energy to bring back the life around the user. A job like this wouldn't be possible by a normal magic user, but she could if just barely.

With her claw, she drew into the black, ashy ground a symbol that was needed for the spell, "BRING BACK THE SPIRIT OF NATURE, THE BEAUTY OF THE LAND! RESURRECTION!", she shouted, as the symbol shined a bright yellow. From her body, sprinkles of her life energy poured into the ground and started to work its magic into the land. Before long, the ground started to instantly sprout grass in the center of the land and started to spread out like a blanket. Hours flew by before the land was restored to how it once was before.

She collapsed to the ground, her wings wilted and her tail as well, "Phew...that took more energy than I thought...but I cannot hang around here too long. It is almost day break and Humans might find me here. To make it worse...I'm too tired to ward them off.", she thought to her self, struggling to get back up.

From the distance, a curious villager went to investigate the explosion as well and saw everything that the dragon had done, "Aye! A dragon!", he shouted, getting out his weapons that he had brought with him.

Rizan with her sharp hearing turned back upon hearing the shout. She turned to a bush only to find a human popping out with a sword and shield, "No!...how could I have not caught his scent...And I don't have the power to ward him off either..."

The human rushed at her until he noticed that she seemed to have trouble standing, "Ahh...all of that there magic using seemed to have drain ya. This will be easier than expected...", he grinned, tossing away his sword. He found it to have no use since shes too weak to actually do anything to him.

She tried her best to try a roar that would send a village heading for the hills, but she just couldn't. The human took advantage of her distraction and tackled her down with the shield. The force of impact would've not done a thing if she was at peak condition, but her body was easily over taken as she fell with a thud, out cold. Before she lost all feeling, she felt something being forced down her throat, along with cold laughter, "Haha...you will fetch a pretty gold coin for the boss..."

When she finally came to, it was hard for her to open her eyes. Her body felt stiff, hard and incredibly sore. She tried but could not get up at all. Her sharp hearing caught a conversation, "..work. Yes, good work. I did not expect someone like you to capture a dragon in fine condition as this. To make it better, a dragoness which are worth a lot more in the auctions. I got a good look at her body and BOY! Lets just say that it was worth the inspection!"

Laughter followed, as she felt so violated after being knocked out, "No...those..humans...", was all she could muster to say in her mind. There was nothing she could do, as she drifted back to sleep. Before long, she got a rude awaking by someone yelling. She managed to open her eyes this time, but she was still incredibly sore. Upon looking around, she saw bars around her, "Hurr...a cage. Know these humans...I'll either be killed soon or be sold to some...human.", she thought to herself.

The cage was covered, so she could not see what was happening at all. All that could be heard outside was screaming and panic. Before she noticed, the cover was taken away, and her eyes were met by a human in awkward clothing. She growled seeing a human, "Why must you disturb me vile human?!", she shouted, startling the human.

He did not run however, but he took out a sword and cut the lock on the cage. Other voices could be heard in the background, screaming and shouting in her direction. The human put his hand out towards her, "Grab my hand quick! I'm here to save you!", he shouted, looking into her eyes with concern.

The human's eyes seemed warm and trusting, but her anger seemed to overlook that, "Liar! You're just a human, you are just trying to trick me!"

The human stared at her for a second, before looking behind him. His face seemed to turn to desperation and he put his hand towards her, "We have no time for this. Come on! would you rather stay here?", he asked, hoping that she would change her mind.

Her options were limited, so she put all of her energy to grabbing the human's soft and fleshy hand, "...... I guess I have no choice."

-

"...and then after I took his hand, he saved me from being sold. I had my doubts at first, but he turned out to be a really great person whom I could trust. Eurasia got me back to health in no time."

Hamelis had bulging eyes, then slightly teary as her story was just something Eurasia would do. Shyranrya however did not show any emotion, but felt something within her. Rizan felt bad in her mind though, unsure if they should know that she mated with him. Something like that should not be said until needed, since it was such a delicate topic she thought.

Upon hearing on how the red dragoness Rizan met Eurasia, she decided that she should share her side. She lifted her head and looked at them both, "That was a nice story! Eurasia was very kind when i first met him. He seemed to have something about him that always kept a smile on his face. You see..."

  • Ten Minutes before meeting Eurasia...

A group of 4 non anthro dragons were all having a conversation. Hamelis had her head raised, keeping her eye on one of the dragons who seemed to be trying to get her attention. She felt a rubbing sensation on her side, and looked back with an annoyed look in her eyes, "Stop it! I don't want you touching me!", she cried, stepping back from the group.

The large, orange dragon did not seem happy, since he had his eye on her for quite the time, "Hamelis! How can you deny me once more? You know that I, Zeon am a top breed of dragon. Hmph...all because your last mate was killed off a few months ago--ack!", but he was cut off as Hamelis tackled him and held her claws to his throat. Zeon started to get nervous, not expecting such a reaction.

"DON'T YOU EVER MENTION THAT TO ME! I PROMISE YOU THAT I'LL KILL YOU MY SELF IF YOU TRY THAT ONCE MORE! NOW GET AWAY FROM ME!", she shouted, getting off of him and starting to get teary. Zeon quickly got up and flew off into the distance, having his tail between his legs as he vanished from sight.

A red dragoness and her mate, a green dragon both know how she felt about losing her mate. The red dragoness walked over to her and placed a wing on her, "Zeon is too stuck up to understand the feelings of others. He should've known better than to remind you of that.", she said, as the blue dragon also placed a wing on her.

"Thank you Luccica, and Dyufo. You two really are my best friends ever.", she cried, putting both of her wings on them both, wiping her tears with her claw. The green dragon known as Dyufo was her childhood friend for hundreds of years. He left to travel the world and came upon the red dragoness Luccica. That was 34 years ago, but they have been best friends since then.

The two mates looked up to the sky and noticed the time. Dyufo started to raise his wings, nodding to Luccica, "Hamelis, it seems that time has slipped from our claws. We must tend to business at this time. Hope we talk to each other later ok?", he said, starting to hover into the air with his wings blowing up dust.

Hamelis smiled at them as they flew off. The crowd seemed to get bigger, so she decided to check out what was the hoopla. She ran over on all fours, looking over the humans to see another human in the middle. However, she felt something about the human which seemed very different. After a quick thought, it was no problem to know what exactly was this human with such a high feeling of power. She pushed her way through a bit, shouting at everyone in the crowd, "Its just a dragoon, nothing to see here people."

Upon hearing this, the crowd disappeared into nothing slowly. The dragoon looked around until his gaze met her own with a smile, "Don't mind them, Its rare to see a dragoon here nowadays since peace rained throughout the land, so this is a huge thing.", she stated with a cute smile.

For a moment, the dragoon seemed to analyze her for a second, before finally talking, "Oh, well that makes sense. I've never seen a dragon like you, one that walks on four legs.", he said with a smile that showed the warmth that he had.

She looked at herself for a second, before understanding his reaction "Oh, well thats understandable. This dimension has been left intact so the dragons here have retained their original form. Most dragons in the other dimensions have evolved over time to meet with the changes of their world. Also, my name is Hamelis, glad to meet you honorable dragoon."

The blue dragoness bowed, as did the dragoon, "Heh, thanks. My name is Eurasia, dragoon of fire. Likewise to make your acquaintance."

Something about being with a dragoon seemed to cheer her up, since its been a long time one has appeared in the dimension where nothing bad really happens. An idea popped into her head, "How about I show you around, I take it you have never been here before?", she asked while lowering her body to his level.

Eurasia nodded and climbed on to her, "I would appreciate that Hamelis, thank you."

With a swift jump, she spread her wings and flew into the air quickly. She felt him hang on tightly and starting to shake. A thought came to her mind, assuming that he was afraid of heights. Before long, she spotted the a good place of interest for showing, "Look down there, thats the town where the great hero from the war lived.", she explained, spotting an empty field that she could land in.

However, she felt her back become lighter and then spotting Eurasia speed down to the ground. Fear covered her on how he managed to slip off, so she dived towards him at high speed. All Eurasia did was give her a thumbs up, "Don't worry, I want to show you something!", he yelled, picking up speed as he landed on the ground with a thud that shook the area.

The image she had in her mind of a splattered vanished when she remembered that he was a dragoon. She quickly landed and heard him laughing, which annoyed her just a bit. "Wow, that was interesting. But you scared me half to death!", she shouted, rubbing her head with her claws to make the worry leave her mind.

Eurasia felt a bit bad and bowed in apology to making her worry. Hamelis sighed and shrugged it off, knowing that he meant no harm. She led him to the city where she taught him about the history of the world. He seemed to awe at the city's design of combining new and old building techniques together. Also on how the great hero saved the land and freed the world from evil, but also how he disappeared soon after.

After a few hours of fun, they both walked out while talking about their day before Hamelis ran in front of him and offered a ride back to the beach. Eurasia however had other plans, as he gave her a challenge of a race back to the beach, "Cool, but how about a race back? I'll run, while you fly. How about it?", he said, full of confidence.

Her mind was full of confusion, seeing how a dragoon wanted a foot race but she can fly. A big smirk covered her face as she started to hover above the ground. Eurasia got into position, counting down the big race, "3...2...1...GO!"

Instantly, she noticed how Eurasia took a slight lead, running faster than anything she has seen before. She increased her altitude more as she spotted a forest that Eurasia ran into. Nothing could be seen, until a large crash was heard, along with a tree falling. Before she knew it, she spotted Eurasia and laughed, "You ok?! We'll talk the finish line!..."

Before long, she saw Eurasia pass him again. Knowing that a dragoon could not be hurt by such a small hit, she decided that she should stop holding back. Focusing her wing power, she flapped into Mach speed as she zoomed past Eurasia with a sonic boom. As she reached the beach and landed, she tried to find a sign of Eurasia to see if he was coming up.

Nothing was behind her other than a trail of dust, and a gust of wind. Victory was hers indeed, but she had wondered about the dragoon if either the Mach speed was too much. Before she could take a step, she heard a voice from under her, "Wow, that fast! Good thing I hung on to you!"

"AHHHH!", she squealed, falling to her back to see Eurasia holding on to her tummy. He climbed down and explained how he grabbed on to her before she zoomed past him. How he got on without her knowing is the one thing she wants to find out, but decided its better not to think about that. She looked up and saw the location of the sun to find out that her time was up with him, and she was supposed to meet her friends.

"Well, relax here for the day, I have to go. I had fun with you Eurasia, stay safe until next time.", she said, lowering her head and nuzzling him on his cheek. The soft feel of his fleshy skin made her scales tingle, as she prepared to leave.

Eurasia took a bow in respect for the kind dragoness, "Sure, thanks for everyth--", but something interrupted him. A huge quake suddenly rocked the area, stopping Hamelis from departing as she looked around. Everyone started to panic, screaming over this weird event until Eurasia spotted Something huge headed towards Hamelis.

"WATCH OUT!", he yelled, her eyes seeing a huge boulder that petrified her in her tracks. Knowing what he must do, Eurasia grabbed his sword and quickly cut in half the rock. She thought it was the end, but felt nothing but the sound of the boulder pieces landing by her. Eurasia stood firm, his kind eyes turning serious as he looked at her.

"leave the area Hamelis. Its going to be dangerous, and as a dragoon, its my duty to protect you and everyone else.", he said, his dragoon spirit growing brighter. Hamelis nuzzled his cheek before flying off into the distance.

-

"Turns out he had to fight someone named Omega who was a...DS dragoon. He almost lost, but he was lucky to get help from his friends who came at the right moment. If not, he would've died...", she said softly, looking down at the floor. Rizan nodded to her story, remembering that Eurasia did mention about Omega but never about him meeting Hamelis. Shyranrya listened well, but was still out it.

Hamelis felt that it was better to leave out her experience with Eurasia as well, thinking they might dislike her for mating with a human. After a few more moments of silence, their attention turned to Shyranrya, still silence even after hearing both stories. Rizan felt her pain filling the room, as she had suffered the most from being captured.

Noticing that she was on the spotlight now, she turned her head to them both but remained silent still. Knowing how she will not force her to say anything, Rizan took out the white P.I.C. that Eurasia left him along with the note that came with it. Hamelis with her curious mind looked over to her and analyzed them both, wondering why did Eurasia leave such a last minute item. The P.I.C. however seemed different in size and appearance from the one he used.

Shyranrya was also a bit curious on what he had left as his last wish according to what Hamelis told her while she was out. After a few moments of thinking among them all, Rizan found the courage to finally open the note, taking a deep breath, "Ok, this note...it Reads..."

-

In an unmarked Dimension, Aisarue had been hiding from D.O.O.P. so that they wouldn't interfere with his true intentions. He had his hand on a tree as he stood in a dark forest with no life around. Panting furiously and growling with anger, he seemed frustrated with a matter that has been bothering him over the past three days. "Damn you Eurasia! Even now you still continue to persist to having no knowledge...", he shouted, slamming his fist into the tree and shattering it into pieces.

With no support, he fell to the floor with a light thud, "Grrahhh!", he screamed, sitting right up and closing his eyes. The focus of the world dimmed, as he focused on the cause of the problem. He grinned as he found himself before the root of his troubles, inside his mind where Eurasia still resides.

Inside the mind of Aisarue, nothing but darkness could be seen with a heart pumping silence. "AHHHH!", an ear shattering scream broke the silence, along with coughing which echoed in the void. Aisarue came into view, his body having spots of blood as he stood in front of Eurasia. At this moment, Eurasia was strapped to a table that was leaning up just a bit as he was just barely breathing.

"Eurasia, you can end the pain if you just tell me what I need to know. Keep resisting, and the agony will continue on endlessly...", said Aisarue, wiping the blood on Eurasia's bare chest. Every part of Eurasia's being was in utter pain, but his body was not harmed at all from the looks of it.

Eurasia coughed up blood again, barely able to stay awake, "I told you already...I don't..know...and even if I did...I would never tell you...", he said in a raspy voice. Everything around him seemed to shake and rattle under the intense pain he was in. It felt like an eternity since hes been strapped down, unable to escape the watchful eyes of his other side.

Aisarue growled in frustration, as he glared at him with his hatred surrounding them both, "Are you a fool Eurasia? If you tell me, we'll gain what is rightfully ours. Besides...as weak as you are, how do you think you could've protected those who you care about dearly? Without power, you'll never save anyone. You'll just see them die right in front of your eyes, like those dragonesses you care for so much....", he said before lifting his hand and clenching it into a fist.

Before Eurasia could react, he received a punch which dug into his body. The sound of his ribs cracking, lungs tearing and an ear piercing scream of pain rocked the area. Before long, Eurasia fell dead silent, his chest completely crushed as his breathing came to a stop.
