Bullseye in London
#2 of The Amazing Race 2
On the last leg of the Amazing Race, 18 new teams began a race around the world. Their first task, run up the steps of the peace tower or bungee jump off the observation deck. Currently, the teams are on a plane dead set on London. Today, one of those teams will be the first to be eliminated, right here on... The Amazing Race.

"Welcome to my private jet." Toner says. "We're almost about to land in London, where the first elimination of the race will take place. Here with me in first class is Tammy & Rachel, yesterday's winners."
"This is so exciting." Tammy says.
"Yep." Rachel says. "This is where we belong: in the winner's circle."
"Could these two be the first ones eliminated?" Toner asks.
"We can hear you!" Rachel calls out.
"Uhh..." Toner blushes and nervously laughs. "Can we cut to the next scene please?"

Toner's jet lands there and the team's head for the next clue box. "Route Info: grab an Amazing Race cab and take it to the Tower of London." DeeDee reads. "Alright, let's go, Diesel!" Once the teams get their clues, they get into cabs, which are all stationed just outside the airport.
"Ok. So, be prepared for any physical challenges." Becky says to her partner.
"You kidding me?" KiKi says. "Any physical tasks should be so easy for us."
"And it's stuff like that that'll jinx us."
"Well, don't bring it up then."
"Last to arrive yesterday?!" Paul exclaims. "We can do better than that, can't we?"
"I don't know." Phil says. "But we need this money. Do you have any idea what we could do with a half a million each?"
"No."
"Exactly! We need to stay ahead of the others."
"Ok. Well, just make sure we do it fair. I'm will not become the next Hans & Claudia."
"This is so exciting, sis." Kitty says to her sister.
"I know." Kit says. "But we have to stay focused. Slacking off means we could be cut from the show."
"I understand. But still, it's so exciting. I mean, how often do we get to do this back home?"
"I guess you're right, it would be exciting seeing the world; but stay focused, ok?"
"Deal."
"First place; I can still taste gold." Tammy says.
"Me too." Rachel says. "Look! There's the Tower of London!" The Olympians and sisters make it to the tower first and they manage to find the clue box.
"Route Info: head to the London Bridge where your next clue awaits." Kitty reads.
"You heard her, to the bridge!" Rachel exclaims and they head off. Vince & Sam, Griffin & Zander, Jasper & Mitch, Miles & Joey, and Paul & Phil get their clue at the tower and immediately turn to go to the bridge.
"A turn around back to the bridge, huh? Let's go!" DeeDee says after she reads the clue.
"C'mon Fran!" Shelly says when she got the next clue. Becky & KiKi get their clue next and they go to the bridge. As Boomer & Joe and Maxwell & Richard get their clues, the Olympians are the first ones to make it to the bridge.
"There's the next clue box!" Rachel points out. Tammy gets there and reads the clue.
"It's a One-Way." Tammy says. "What in the world is a One-Way?" A One-Way is a task that both members of each team must complete. It's like a Detour; but with only one option. In this case, teams will get on a skateboard left there by Toner and ride all the way to the other end of the bridge where the next clue is located.
"Alright!" Rachel says as her and Tammy get on their skateboards and ride off. Kit & Kitty show up next along with Griffin & Zander and Paul & Phil.
"What place are we?" Zander asks.
"I'm not sure." Griffin says. "I don't think we're in last, so that's good."
"Skateboarding?" Paul asks. "I don't know how to do that!"
"Neither do I, but we have to do this!" Phil says. As the yiff stars and coworkers start crossing the bridge, Vince & Sam, Jasper & Mitch, Becky & KiKi, and Shelly & Fran make it there next.

"Looks like we're heading towards a bridge." Jared says. Him and Cynthia run off. Amy & Hector and Barbara & Eddy make it there next.
"Let's go, Hector!" Amy urges her partner along.
"Ok! Ok!" Hector says.
"This is insane! We're just running all over the place!" Barbara says.
"There's a reason they call it a race!" Zoe says as she barges in and gets the next clue for her and Patricia. The book publishers then run back to their cab.
"She has a point." Eddy says.
"Don't push it, Ed." Barbara says. She and Eddy run back to their cab and drive off; leaving two teams without the first clue. Milon & Zax and Joy & Pain are currently in a race to not come in last. The Arcadia workers make it there next.
"The bridge." Milon says. "We have to get to the bridge."
"Awesome!" Zax says. "I think I know a shortcut." They get back in as the siblings finally arrive.
"If we come in last, it's still your fault!" Joy says.
"We're already in last!" Pain says. "And it's not my fault you're such a slow driver!"
"Shut up!" Joy takes the next clue and reads it. "Get in the cab! We need to get to the London Bridge!"
"Alright; but I'm driving!" Pain says.
"No you aren't!"

The twins and Olympians are still in a fight for first place. "C'mon Kitty! We can still catch up to them!" Kit says.
"I'm going as fast as I can!" Kitty says. Tammy & Rachel are just a couple yards in front of them. They slowly approach them and start to catch up.
"Ummm, Tammy?" Rachel taps her partner.
"Yes?"
"I can hear other teams approaching." She points behind her as Kit & Kitty officially pass them.
"Crap." She whispers. She tries to go faster on the skateboard; but you can only go so fast on it.
"Sweet!" Kit fist bumps her sister. "We're in the lead!"
"Awesome!" Kitty says.
"Oh well, we're not in last, right?" Tammy asks.
"Nope." Griffin says. Him and Zander are currently in third right behind them.
"How did you two catch up?" Rachel asks. "And how did you manage to get on a skateboard without collapsing it?"
"I don't know." Griffin says. "But I'm here to cause trouble. I'm just here to win; same as you."
"Sorry boys; but that ain't gonna happen!" Rachel says.
"Kit! The clue box!" Kitty says. They make it to the other side of the bridge first and Kit takes the next clue.
"Route Info: race on foot to Big Ben." Kit reads. "Let's go." The sister pull into the lead. Big Ben; probably most notable for the clock tower. This is the next checkpoint of the race; however, there is a task waiting for the teams that reach there. Tammy & Rachel, Griffin & Zander, and Vince & Sam complete the task next and move on.
Diesel & DeeDee finally show up to the bridge. Them along with Miles & Joey, Amy & Hector, Boomer & Joe, and Maxwell & Richard. "Ever been on a skateboard before?" Joe asks.
"No. My weight prevented it." Boomer says.
"Oh. Right."
"Skateboard? This is child's play." DeeDee says.
"I've never been on one before." Amy says.
"Relax." Hector says. "I'm sure you'll be fine."
"Ready to ride?" Miles asks.
"You know I am." Joey says. As the next four teams start the task, Jared & Cynthia, Barbara & Eddy, Zoe & Patricia, and Milon & Zax arrive.
"Skateboarding?" Jared asks. "I've never done that before."
"Neither have I but we have to do this." Cynthia says as she grabs a board and starts riding it down the bridge. Jared soon follows.
"Let's go, Ed!" Barbara says.
"Don't call me that!" Eddy says. "You know I've always hated it."
"And I've always hated carbs; but do you listen, no!" Sounds like we have another version of Joy & Pain right here.
"I'm so ready to get this done with." Zoe says. She's never been the best at balance but she can try.
"Me too." Patricia says. "When I get home, remind me to never do something like this again."
"Why?" Milon asks them. "Skateboarding is fun. Besides, me and Zax do this all the time. Right, buddy?"
"You bet!" Zax says.

The twins are the first to arrive at Big Ben. Kit makes it to the next clue box. "Random Roadblock." She reads. "Whoever is not holding this clue must do the... London Dart Challenge?" To move on to the checkpoint, one person from each team must step 5 feet back and make a bullseye on a target Toner has set up there. A target that looks somewhat like the London Eye; one of the biggest Ferris wheels on earth. Once done with this task, and teams must do a 10 yard run to the checkpoint. Last team there is cut from the race.
"You're up, Kitty." Kit says. Kitty is handed two darts by a local (yellow vixen; Sally). She stands behind a red line and prepares to throw one. She lets one fly and it hits close to the center. "C'mon, Kitty! First place is waiting for us!"
"Ok." Kitty mutters. She focuses her eyes on the bullseye and prepares to throw it. Taking a few deep breaths, she lets it fly.
"Bullseye!" Kit says.
"You may go." Sally happily says. Kit & Kitty quickly run off as Tammy & Rachel make it there next.
"Darts?" Tammy reads the clue and Rachel is handed two darts. "Ever thrown darts before?"
"Does this answer your question?" Rachel says. She turns around, faces the target and makes a bullseye in one shot.
"How'd you do that?" Tammy asks.
"Practice. C'mon!" They run off towards the checkpoint.
Toner, like usual, is at the rug with a newspaper in paw when a team makes it there and he puts it down. "Kit & Kitty. Congrats, you're in first place." Toner says.
"Nice!" Kit hugs her sister. "Great job on those darts by the way."
"Thanks." Kitty says. Tammy & Rachel arrive at the checkpoint next.
"Tammy & Rachel, second." Toner announces.
"Awesome!" Tammy says. "Can't believe we're still here."
"Me neither." Rachel says.

As teams finish the bridge challenge, only three teams haven't collected the clue at the bridge (Barbara & Eddy, Zoe & Patricia, and Milon & Zax). "Hurry up!" Barbara says. She and Eddy are far behind with Zoe & Patricia on their tails.
"I'm going as fast as I can!" Eddy says. He sees something at the other end of the bridge. "There's the clue box, hurry!" Once they make it to the clue box, Barbara takes the next clue.
"To the big clock tower!" She says.
"Huh?" Eddy asks.
"Big Ben."
"Oh." They run off as Zoe makes it there next. Patricia hops off her skateboard and let's it keep rolling.
"Let's go!" Patricia says.
"Oh man! What if we're in last?" Milon asks.
"I'm sure we won't be." Zax says. "After all I haven't seen the siblings at all."
"Neither have I."

"Looks like I'm doing it." Zander says. Griffin holds the roadblock clue in paw as Zander is given two darts. One by one, other teams begin to show up (Diesel & DeeDee, Shelly & Fran, Miles & Joey, Becky & KiKi, and Paul & Phil).
"Darts?" DeeDee asks. "Almost too easy."
"Give me those things," Shelly says, "I've been good at darts since I was a kid."
"Really? Me too." Miles says as he holds his darts. Paul and KiKi are given darts to and Zander steps up to the target. Amy & Hector come next as Zander takes his first shot.
"Bullseye!" He says and him and Griffin run off to the checkpoint.
"Looks like I'm doing it." Amy says.
"Griffin & Zander, third place." Toner says.
"Sweet!" Griffin says, hugging Zander tight and kissing his cheek.
Phil takes his two shots and he misses. "Awww man." He says, pinning his ears down.
KiKi takes her shots. "This is really hard." She says. "And you're talking to someone who's climbed a really high mountain."
"You think?" Miles misses once. Twice. "Darn it."
"I've got this." DeeDee says. She aims and misses. "C'mon stupid dart. Get on that center!" Of course, she doesn't get it. "Damn it!"
"This is a weird challenge." Shelly says.
"You think?" Amy asks.
Becky & KiKi- 4th place
Miles & Joey- 5th place
Shelly & Fran- 6th place
Diesel & DeeDee- 7th place
Amy & Hector- 8th place
"Paul & Phil, 9th place." Toner says.
"Yay!" Paul says, clinging on to his porn co-star. Phil kisses him and they walk off.
"Did Mr Milton just get another Jon & Devon." Toner says, pointing to the yiff stars. Mr Milton is Toner's boss, who hired him to be the host of the race.
At this point, Maxwell & Richard, Boomer & Joe, Jared & Cynthia, Jasper & Mitch, Vince & Sam, and Barbara & Eddy have already arrived and gotten the clue.
Vince steps up first with darts in paw. His first dart is in the circle around the middle. "So close, honey!" Sam says.
"Thanks." Vince says. He carefully hold the dart and let's it fly. "Got it!" The two run off. 10th place.
"I can do this." Joe says.
"I know you can." Boomer says, kissing his nose. Joe steps up. He's never really done this before; but him and Boomer are falling behind. Joe gets it on his first try.
"Yes!" Joe says. 11th place.
"Ever done this before?" Barabara asks as Eddy is handed darts.
"A couple times." Eddy says.
"Just like in college." Jasper says as he steps up.
"Yep." Mitch says. "Now show those darts who's boss!"
"What do you think, Jared?" Cynthia says. She's the one holding the clue.
"I think we're about to be in last if we don't do this." Jared says.
"Same here." Maxwell says. He steps up with darts in paw.
Jasper & Mitch- 12th place
Jared & Cynthia- 13th place
Maxwell & Richard- 14th place
Barbara & Eddy- 15th place
Milon & Zax and Zoe & Patricia make it to Big Ben next. "Oh man, darts?!" Zax complains. "I'm not good at that!"
"Listen!" Milon puts his paws on Zax's shoulders. "If you can't, we could be going home first!"
"I don't want to."
"Then you can do this."
Zoe hands Patricia two darts. "You can do this." Zoe says.
"Let's hope so." Patricia says.
"Of course. Those times at the break room using the dartboard while everyone else scarfed down food is all gonna pay off." Zax steps up first. His first shot, he misses. His second, also misses.
"Damn it!" Zax complains. Patricia steps up and carefully aims her dart. She's done this before. This is nothing, she thinks. She lets it fly. Dead center.
"Yes!" She says. Her and Zoe run off to the checkpoint.
"Ladies. 16th place." Toner says.
"Sweet!" Zoe says. It's all down to Milon & Zax and Joy & Pain, wherever they are.
"C'mon Zax!" Milon cheers on his partner. Zax takes two more darts and takes a deep breath. If he makes it before the siblings come, then they're golden. He holds one back and let's it fly. He misses the board completely. Too much force, he thinks. Eyeing the center, with great determination, he lets one back and throws it. Dead center.
"Finally!" Zax exclaimes. Him and Milon run over to Toner and step on the rug.
"Milon & Zax, 17th place." Toner says.
"Whew! That was close." Milon says. "Hey! Where are Joy & Pain?"

The siblings hop off their skateboards and go to the clue box. By the time that happens, Toner appears next to them. "Hey there." He says.
"What do you want?" Joy says, pressing the button on the clue box.
"The other 17 teams have checked in. You know what that means?"
"What?!"
"You two are eliminated from the race. See ya!" Toner says, walking off.
"We're out?!?!?" Joy yells. "This is all your fault!" She pushes Pain to the ground.
"No it's not!" Pain says, tripping his sister.
"Security!" Toner yells out.

"I still think it's your fault." Joy says.
"Oh who cares what you think?" Pain asks. Both are being carried away by Toner's bodyguards (black tigers) on their shoulders.
"I think you're a big jerk!"
"I think you need some mouthwash! You're breath stinks!"
"That's it!" Joy starts to slap fight with her brother as they get further and further away from Toner.
