#12 of Half-wolf Pokemon Adventure

Beginning of Junior's True Journey

(Junior's POV)

We ran as fast as possible toward Sycamore's lab. That pokemon's warning frightened me, but I was still worried. What if they're following us? Did whoever they are hurt her? I thought worriedly. The amulet that she gave me started to heat up the closer we got to the lab. It felt uncomfortable, but I didn't dare remove the amulet. The short time I had it somehow made it... valuable. "Junior, hurry up!" Blaziken yelled ahead of me. The urgency in his voice shook me out of my thoughts. I nodded and started to run faster, not daring to look back.

We burst through the doors with enough strength that it knocked Axel to the floor. I lowered my gloved paw and assisted the boy to his feet. He groaned in pain. A look of confusion and annoyance was on his face.

"Where the hell did you guys go? We need to get to Geosenge town as soon as possible." The green eyed boy informed hastily. He walked toward the door and nearly grabbed the handle, but Blaziken blocked the door with his body.

"Um... Junior, can you tell Blaziken to let me through?" The large chicken shook his head at the boy before looking at me.

"Tell him that he can't go through. If he does, he might get hurt." Blaziken stated. I nodded before looking at Axel. "He says you can't because you'd get hurt."

"By... what exactly?" His question really stumped me. I actually DIDN'T know what would hurt him. I didn't know if we were followed, but the pink cat's warning seemed real to me. All I knew was that she said they were nearby. If anything, they were probably hunting me because I'm a wolf.

Axel saw my hesitation and rolled his eyes. He knew I didn't have a legit reason why going out those doors was a terrible idea. He pushed Blaziken out the way, angering him. The Blaze pokemon emitted a threatening growl. He would've attacked the boy if I hadn't been there, which wouldn't have been a pretty sight.

The doors were opened, making my team and I cringe. Axel went outside and turned around to give us an annoyed gaze. He was perfectly safe. Nothing happened. No Pokemon attacked him. No human tried to stab him. It was completely normal. I forced myself to step outside and glance at our surroundings to see that there wasn't anything around. I even glanced at the rooftops, but it wasn't any different. Was it possible that we were just overreacting? I thought sheepishly. Is there any REAL threat?

"So.... what is the threat?" The green eyed boy asked mockingly. The way he asked angered me, but I convinced myself to not bite his throat. Instead, I looked back at the others. Their immediate response was a shrug. It didn't help my case since Axel just sighed.

"We don't have time to screw around, Junior." The young boy took out a pokeball and clicked the button on it, sending out a red beam. The beam formed until his Rhyperior was snarling at me.

"Hello mutt." I didn't understand why he hated me, but it really frightened me. Typhlosion and the others sensed my fear, so they created a wall protecting me from the Drill Pokemon. Typhlosion growled as the back of his neck lit aflame. "Touch him and I'll kill you!" The others looked at him in surprise. He was completely serious. Whenever Typhlosion threatened another Pokemon, he meant it. Even if he was at a type disadvantage, the badger wouldn't give up.

I placed my paw on Typhlosion's back and whispered softly. "Calm down love. I wouldn't want you to start a fight in the middle of a street." He glanced back at me and sighed. His flames diminished to a flicker before Axel spoke up. "I don't even need to understand what they're saying because I know when Rhyperior angers others." The kid elbowed his Pokemon before glaring at him. The large pokemon looked away quickly, a hue of red covered his face. The boy began to walk to our left, muttering something about being annoyed. Rhyperior growled at us before he followed Axel.

"Bitch." Blaziken said loud enough for us to hear. I couldn't help but laugh, which made everybody jump. I was pretty sure I sounded like a hyena, but I didn't care. In fact, I was.... happy. Since my transformation, I didn't have a genuine feeling of happiness (that is if you don't include being mated by Typhlosion). Laughing actually helped me ease from the cat-like pokemon's warnings.

I walked past my team and motioned them with my head to follow. They looked at me with confusion in their eyes. The confusion was probably from my sudden change of personality. Obviously, a scared wolf that became a happy go-lucky dog was really strange. Hell, who wouldn't have been confused by it?

I waited a few seconds for the other Pokemon to pass by me, except for my mate. He must've noticed what I was going to do since he pulled me into a quick passionate kiss. My cheeks immediately turned red. His paw traveled down my back toward my butt. I flinched slightly. Typhlosion pulled away to look into my eyes, earning a whimper of protest from me. He placed his fuzzy paw underneath my chin, smirking deviously.

"When we're alone in the next town," Typhlosion leaned close to my ears as he whispered, lust filling his voice. "I'll make you moan like a good puppy. Hopefully, you want that, but even if you don't, I won't stop breeding you." I nodded obediently. I grabbed his paw and ran to catch up to the others.

(Lucario's POV)

We followed Axel until we ended up at a large gate, similar to the one we used to enter Lumiose. This one had a 5 printed on it whereas the one we entered from had a 4. It was then that I realized I hadn't gotten to battle the Gym leader here.

I looked over at Junior, my ears were flat while I made puppy eyes. He noticed me looking at him and tilted his head. "What's the problem Lucario?" He asked with concern. I glanced at the Prism Tower then at Route 5's entrance. I hoped he would get the hint about the gym battle. Thankfully, he did figure out my hint and scratched the back of his head, sheepishly.

"Er..... s-sorry bud, kinda forgot." The lupine tapped Axel's shoulder, earning a growl from Rhyperior. The young boy immediately shushed the large Pokemon before replying. "Sorry about that. This big guy doesn't warm up to others that fast," He patted the pokemon's stomach which made him blush. "What do you need Junior?" He replied flatly. The canine glanced at me before replying.

"Uh.. I just realized that we haven't fought the gym leader here yet and Lucario wants to fight him so-"

"The gym's closed." Axel interrupted. Junior and I stared at the boy in disbelief. Typhlosion, Zoroark, and Blaziken looked over, interested in what the boy was going to say.

Junior quickly glanced at the Prism tower before his brown wolf eyes set on Axel. "What do you mean it's closed? Why is it closed?"

"Well the Gym leader, I think his name is Calmon? No, is it Carlin- Oh, Clemont! That's his name!" I looked over at Junior with a questionable expression, the wolf just shrugged. "Anyways, he left the gym this morning and won't be back for a while," The blond placed his hand on his chin, glancing up slightly. "I think it's because he went to train and catch some new teammates. At least that's what I think, oh whatever. Point is, is that it's closed, so instead, you could try challenging the Cyllage gym leader."

My tail wagged slightly which caught Axel's attention. He chuckled then gestured his hand toward me. Everyone looked at me and I blushed from embarrassment. I never liked being stared at when I was the center of attention. It always made me... uneasy. I didn't say anything because I hoped that everyone would stop staring soon.

Thankfully, Junior sensed my uneasiness as he walked toward me. "OK guys, stop staring at him." He commanded. A hint of threat was well hidden behind his friendly tone. The half wolf looked at me and smiled. Thank you Junior! I telepathically thanked him. My blue tail wagged again, but that time I didn't care. I appreciated his display of friendship. I wanted to return the favor by doing something for him, but I didn't know what.

The young wolf smiled before replying. Your welcome. Shall we get to Cyllage for your gym battle? Instead of replying I ran through the large gate. Junior's protests to slow down were drowned out by my enthusiasm to battle.

....

I ran until I exited the gateway and glanced around to see a few things. Tall grass and yellow flowers covered my left. The cries of Kalos-Born pokemon were distinct from the cries of Johto-Born. Pecha berries flourished on the trees.

The only weird thing was an area that was slightly fenced off. Its floor was multi colored with several depths. At a closer glance, I realized that it wasn't normal fences, but rather iron rails.

"Lucario!" I turned around and watched as Junior ran toward me. The others weren't far behind. The lupine's breathing was slightly heavy, but not enough to suggest he was winded. He looked at me, slightly annoyed.

"You're fast," Junior stated. "But next time.. slow down OK?" I nodded my head before looking back at the foreign structure. I eagerly grabbed Junior's paws and dragged him toward it. He yelped, of course, but fell forward before we could get close to the railings. Typhlosion grabbed him before he hit the stone pathway. The badger pulled him until they stood facing each other.

"Are you alright? You almost fell." I heard him mutter a few other words, but I couldn't understand them. Junior, on the other hand, seemed to know what he said since the boy blushed before tapping the starter's head.

"I-I'm fine. Lucario was just a bit too curious." Our trainer pointed at the weird placed railings with the same curiosity I had. "But I really don't blame him, this IS a weird structure." The furry stated. He stared at it for a minute before Axel appeared behind him.

"What's up guys?" We turned around to face the kid, glancing at the structure.

"Do you know what this is?" I asked the kid. It took a few seconds of silence before I remembered that the green eyed boy couldn't understand Pokemon (not like Junior that is).

"Um... Axel do you know what this... thing is?" Junior asked upon my behalf. I smiled slightly since the boy stopped the scene from being awkward.

Axel stared at the structure that we were talking about and chuckled. No, in fact, he laughed like a maniac. It caught the three of us off guard (Junior mostly). Axel didn't stop laughing until he noticed our glares.

He made two more quick chuckles before he began to scratch the back of his head. "OK OK. I'll stop laughing..." I glanced at Junior and Typhlosion, noticing their annoyed expressions. The kid must've saw at least the badger's expression since he backed away slightly.

"Um.. er, O-Ok. Uh... the um." Axel took a quick breath, calming his state. The two beside me seemed to ease as well which made me happy. I was afraid since... well it's Typhlosion. Who wouldn't have been afraid of a volcanic badger who's taller AND stronger than you? Hell, he would've killed me if we weren't (somewhat) friends.

The boy brought his hands together, motioning toward the unknown structure. "Well.. that's a skating rink. If you have skating shoes, then you'd be able to have fun from time to time."

"Why were you laughing then?" Junior's inquiry was followed by an angered grumble. I jumped from the low, irritated sound only to find out it came from Rhyperior. He hadn't said anything for quite awhile. In fact, I thought he wasn't there the whole time!

"This damn kid doesn't know anything about Kalos.." He glared at Typhlosion, who glared back just as threatening. Growls of anger were traded as the two began a battle stance. I knew that if they fought, it'd destroy the peaceful area. Without thinking, I elbowed Junior's rib. The hybrid yelped just loud enough so that Typhlosion heard. The starter's attention immediately transferred to Junior.

"Wh-What happened? Are you OK?" His tone was very protective and caring. He placed his cream furred paws on the hooded wolf's shoulders with worry in his red eyes. I've never seen him like that. Being so protective of our Trainer like if Junior was Typhlosion's child. It brought a smile to my face... but it didn't last long since the fire type growled at me. He gave me a say-something-I'll-kill-you glare, sending a chill down my spine.

"I-I'm fine Typhlosion," The Johto born trainer rubbed his side to ease the slight pain I inflicted on him.

Axel coughed awkwardly, bringing the attention back to him. "So... how about we all forget about this?" He asked nobody in particular. Junior agreed and gestured for everybody to follow him. My blue furred ears perked up when I heard two yawns. During the whole scene, Blaziken and Zoroark waited underneath a Pecha Berry tree. I was completely sure they didn't talk to each other. If anything, they saw everything.

The five of us (including Axel and Rhyperior) walked down the road, unaware of what was going to happen in the near future.

(Blaziken's POV)

We walked past many berry trees and Pokemon while heading to the next town. Axel checked his green Pokegear, saying the town was called Camphrier. Along the road, several hoards of Pokemon approached us. I believe the one Junior was most intrigued by was a single Skiddo. He said he's seen it in Lumiose before, saying it was kinda cute. It ran around, eating grass and berries that fell from the trees.

But for some odd reason, Typhlosion decided to growl at the grass goat once he heard that. It fled in fear of being turned into a pile of black, charred ash.

"Typhlosion! What the hell was that?!" Junior's angered inquiry didn't faze the Volcano Pokemon. Instead, the cream furred Pokemon just smiled before placing his head on Junior's shoulder. The wolf boy immediately shook him off. I've never seen him do that to Junior in Johto. In fact, he's been clinging to the wolf the past couple of days. I didn't know why, but the sight made me feel uneasy. I had a strange thought, but I quickly dismissed it before I could dwell on it.

We walked for another few minutes, chatting and laughing at each other. The conversations were mostly about remembering old times at Johto. Silly and retarded moments were spoken the most. Talking about it was actually fun and nostalgic... until something had to ruin the moment.

Junior was telling Axel how he met Typhlosion as a Cyndaquil years ago. He seemed interested by the wolf's tale. "What happened next?" Axel's enthusiasm peeked through his somewhat serious tone. Junior glanced over at the badger, smiling. It felt kinda suspicious how the pup smiled at Typhlosion only, but it was his meeting story.

Typhlosion smiled back at the wolf before making a please-continue motion with his left paw. Axel must've known what the motion was since the boy stared at Junior, eagerly wanting to know more. It was silent as our trainer tried to remember what happened after leaving New Bark Town.

"Well... after leaving my hometown Typhlosion, who was a Cyndaquil, was very.. let's say shy about battling." The badger immediately emitted a low, embarrassed growl. His cream fur couldn't hide the light red blush that started to form on his cheeks. Of course, I had to laugh at him. With all the shit that happened, a laugh was really needed... it was just a coincidence it was at Typhlosion.

"OK Blaziken, stop laughing at our friend." Junior commanded. He isn't my friend. He's a fucking nuisance. I thought bitterly. But I nodded obediently to not get stuffed in a cramped pokeball. The lupine cleared his throat before continuing the story.

"So, as I was saying, he was very shy about battles. It wasn't until we fought Falkner in Violet city that he began to actually fight alongside me."

"Wait, so you had Typhlosion battle a gym leader alone when he was only a Cyndaquil? Why didn't you catch another Pokemon?" Axel asked. "Yeah, why did you make me fight his team alone?" Typhlosion's question took the young wolf by surprise. He glanced between the kid and Typhlosion, trying to think of an answer. I was sure if his hood was lowered, we would've seen flattened ears. He began to walk faster, making the rest of us speed up.

"Oh, well... the reason is completely reasonable. The reason I made Typhlosion fight Falkner's team alone was beca-" A loud shot was heard nearby, startling the group. Next thing we knew, the hooded lupine fell backwards, a growing splotch of blood formed on his shoulder.

"Junior!" We all screeched in unison. Typhlosion was the first to inspect the trainer. He examined the sudden wound, frantically muttering under his breath. Fuck and why were the most common.

"Not bad of a shot!" A mysterious voice said. We all turned toward the voice to see only trees. Suddenly, two figures jumped from above a tall, yellow tree. They looked very similar in size and appearance. The left man had short, shaggy, dark brown hair with a deep scar on the side of his face. His grey eyes were filled with a passion for destruction. The other man had messy light brown hair. No scars or anything of the sort. His eyes were yellow, which kinda freaked me out. They both wore the same uniform, being a large black coat, grey pants with knife sheaths, brown shoes and blue open fingered gloves. Upon a closer glance, I noticed grey eyes had the rifle. They smirked upon seeing the hurt pup.

"Would've aimed for the head, but whatever." Yellow eyes nonchalantly commented. He reached behind him to unsheathe a machete. Its blade was a shiny silver. He inspected it before tightening his grip on the red base. I growled at the men as I stepped between them and Junior. I didn't care if they had a rifle or a machete. If they got closer to Junior, I would've burned them alive! Typhlosion got up and glared at the two unknown humans. His paws were balled into fists as he stood beside me.

"We can't let them hurt Junior," The badger turned toward the others. He glared at Rhyperior and motioned his head in a get-him-out-of-here way. For once, Rhyperior didn't argue or growl at us and instead nodded. He grabbed Axel and set him on his shoulder before running forward. The two men just watched the kid and Pokemon leave without a care in the world. It was clear that Junior was their target.

Lucario and Zoroark stood beside us as well. The four of us made a Pokemon wall to protect our canine friend.

"You really think you'll stop us? Oh well," Grey eyes put away his weapon, which earned a questioning stare from his teammate. "The fuck are you doing? Aren't we going to kill them?"

"Oh but of course! I just want this battle to be a challenge!" He gestured at Typhlosion and I to attack him. "Come at me you fucking fire types!" I didn't wait. I immediately felt my left arm conducting electricity. All I had to do was attack the human with one Thunder Punch and he'd be knocked out. I glanced over at Typhlosion. The back of his neck was ignited as well was his right arm, indicating that he was going to use Fire Punch. We both ran toward the man and swung our punches at him. Grey eyes dodged my swing, but his gut got hit by Typhlosion's. A slight sizzle was heard from contact. He immediately recoiled by punching the badger's stomach, knocking the starter off balance. I tried to help the Volcano Pokemon, but was caught off guard by the grey eyed man's agility. He back flipped over my head and kicked my back powerfully. I was sent sprawling toward the floor. It hurt like hell, but I didn't give up. I glanced around to see where everybody was.

Typhlosion was getting his footing back. His rage was helping his flames increase in power. He was OK and I knew it, but I wasn't worried about him. The two canines were the ones I was worried about.

They were fighting yellow eyes, but kept getting hit. Lucario's nose was bleeding slightly. He wasn't very beaten up, but enough to suggest he was very injured. I had to guess he had at least one broken bone. Zoroark was slightly better in terms of condition. He wasn't bleeding, but rather, had many scrapes and bruises. He held his arm as he growled at the man.

"Hey, Blaziken!" I turned to face Typhlosion. He had a smirk as a plan popped into his head. "I'll use Flamethrower to distract him while you try to get close and use Slash, got it?" His tone was very professional and serious. Of course, I didn't like the badger, but we had to protect Junior!

I nodded my head at the Pokemon before he shot hot blasts of fire at the man. Grey eyes reacted swiftly by jumped to the side, giving me an opportunity to run in. My claws grew large white as I used Slash. The man didn't notice me so I was able to slash his arm. He grunted in pain before tackling me to the ground. A loud thud was heard as my back hit the floor.

"You're going to fucking pay for that chicken!" He yelled aggressively. I didn't say anything, as I kicked the man off me, making him fly until hitting a tree. He slumped down, clearly unconscious.

I barely had time to sigh before a yelp of help was heard. I quickly turned to see that Yellow eyes had his machete against Zoroark's neck, a powerful drive to kill him was crystal clear in his eyes.

"Don't you fucking move!" He snarled at the Illusion fox. Typhlosion, Lucario and I surrounded the human. All of us were preparing an attack, intimidating the human. He got up and kicked Zoro's side, earning a painful grunt from him. The human began walking backwards, machete pointed at us. Typhlosion nodded at Lucario, who ran to get Zoroark.

"Are you OK bud?" The jackal asked worrisome. The black furred fox had blood running down from his nose and arm. Bruises and small cuts surrounded his body. The sight of the hurt fox was frightful. Zoroark winced but nodded slowly. I knew we had to protect him at that moment. He couldn't be near those men or else they'll use his weakened body as blackmail. Typhlosion must've thought the same thing since he ran toward Zoroark and took him away from Lucario.

"I'll protect Zoro, you two kill him for hurting Junior!" That might've been the first time I flinched because of the starter. He suddenly became a different Pokemon whenever our friend, Junior, got hurt. I thought it was their strong bond at first, but seeing him cling to the wolf made me suspicious. Of course, that wasn't the time to be suspicious of the fire type, but I couldn't stop thinking about it.

I mentally scolded myself to focus. I looked at the Yellow eyed human and growled. A fire was suddenly ignited in my stomach. I didn't know what I was thinking, but I ran toward the man without any regard for my safety. My arm was conducting more electricity the closer I got to him. I swung a Thunder Punch at him, but the bastard dodged to the left. I slashed diagonally in hopes to catch him off guard.. it didn't work. The machete wielding human used the blade as a shield, resulting in me slashing the flat part of the silver blade. Yellow eyes used that chance to jab the machete into my leg. I howled in pain as I fell backwards, a pool of crimson blood started to form on the floor. A powerful stinging swiftly followed the pain. Looking on the bright side, it was a quick jab, not a powerful thrust.

"Blaziken!" Typhlosion shouted. "Lucario, you protect Zoroark, I'm going to help him!" I glanced at the badger with a spark of gratitude. He's never helped me before so I was really shocked to know he was going to aid me.

Yellow eyes continued to back away until he reached his friend. He quickly shook him until the grey eyed man began to regain consciousness. Typhlosion appeared nearby me as the two assassins got to their feet. He assisted me up, but I stumbled, so I had to unwillingly lean against the badger. I felt so embarrassed having to rely on Typhlosion. I knew he noticed my embarrassment from his one second smirk. It vexed me, but we had more important things to worry about.

"Lucario, come get Blaziken. I'll keep those two away from us." Lucario nodded obediently and ran toward us. He lifted my arm and placed it around his shoulder. After a short walk, he placed me down beside Zoroark. He reached above me to snap an Oran Berry off the tree's branch. The scent of the berry indicated it was ripe.

"Here, eat it."

"How in hell is this going to heal my stabbed le-"

"It's going to reduce the pain at least. Once Zoroark is awake, he'll patch up your leg..... hopefully you'll be able to walk." He stated grimly. I grumbled at his interruption, but I accepted the Oran Berry with a silent thanks. Yes, I knew I shouldn't have been annoyed that he's trying to help, but when somebody stabs your leg you wouldn't be very happy.

I took a bite of the fruit which to me, was the whole berry. The stinging leisurely lessened. I sighed before looking toward Typhlosion and I had to admit I was worried.

Yellow eyes slashed at the badger, resulting in him ducking the slash and pouncing on him. Typhlosion bit the human's shoulder until the grey eyed man grabbed and threw him off. He kicked Typhlosion's stomach, earning a yelp. Yellow eyes got up and kicked the starter as well. But what really surprised me was that next second, Lucario appeared and Bone Rushed the two assassins. A vague light followed behind the jackal meaning he used Extreme Speed.

"If I can fight, you obviously can too!" The canine helped his friend up then made a fighting stance, glaring at the humans.

"You Pokemon are a fucking nuisance!" They exclaimed simultaneously. Everybody got ready to fight when a soft voice was heard.

"Ugh..." Everybody (including myself) turned their heads toward the noise. It was Junior. He was still on the floor, unprotected and bleeding. The two men smirked and ran toward him. Typhlosion was able to stop Grey eyes from advancing toward the highly injured pup. Lucario ran to stop the other but he suddenly fell with a deafening yelp of pain. The bastard Typhlosion was distracting shot the jackal's leg. A pool of crimson canine blood drenched the floor.

"Lucario!" Typhlosion and I screeched. Typhlosion's flames grew intensely as he used Flamethrower at the rifle-holding assassin. His gun was melted into a pool of metal and screeched as his hands got scorched. The badger ran to help Junior, but got tackled by the human he burned. "STAY. THE. FUCK DOWN BITCH!" He shouted into the poor badger's ears. Typhlosion tried struggling, but to no avail.

Junior saw the assassin running at him so he tried to back away from him. Sadly, his back hit a tree and he sunk down to the floor. "Hey, mutt." The machete wielding human growled down at the pup. He raised the machete into the air then smirked wickedly. "Good luck in hell mutt!" He threw the machete down at the defenceless wolf. Junior watched the blade fall toward him, fear petrified him.

"No!" We all screeched before closing our eyes, not wanting to see our trainer die.

....

A loud, metallic bang echoed throughout the area. We opened our eyes, curiously wondering what created the sound when what we saw made us gasp. Standing in between Junior and Yellow eyes, blocking the machete strike with their own sword was the hooded figure from Lumiose.

He grunted from the pressure the assassin's machete exerted on him. Junior looked up with bewilderment in his eyes. "Wh-What...? Wait.. y-you're-"

"Are you OK kid?" The hooded man asked urgently before kneeing the assassin's gut. Yellow eyes stumbled back in pain- clearly not knowing that the hooded man would intervene with their plans to kill Junior. "D-Damn you! This fucking dog would've died on the spot if you weren't here!"

"That doesn't mean he has to die," The hooded figure stated calmly. He twirled the sword in a flashy manner then got into a fighting stance. "YOU on the other hand has to die for attempting to kill this half wolf." With one quick movement, he lunged his silver bladed sword at the yellow eyed assassin. The area echoed with a deafening, agonizing screech as blade pierced flesh. Everybody (including Grey Eyes) flinched once the blade reappeared through his chest. The once silver blade oozed fresh crimson blood. Junior's savior abruptly pushed the human off the blade, his body fell to the floor lifelessly. A copious amount of blood spilled on the floor, staining the grass. I had to force myself not to say anything in fear of angering the hooded being. I didn't want to die like him. In fact, I didn't want to die at all!

Grey eyes got off Typhlosion and started to retreat, eyes full of dismay. "Y-You MONSTER!" He exclaimed loudly. "Your actions are going to be the death of us all!" Before anybody could respond, he ran away, into the grove of trees and disappeared.

I weakly got up and trudged Zoroark and myself toward Junior. Typhlosion and Lucario did the same.

"That was quite an entrance," Typhlosion commented. The hooded figure sheathed his sword before turning his head toward us. "What's your name? Since you saved Junior, we'd like to know." It was silent for a minute. The next second, Typhlosion remembered the hooded figure didn't understand us Pokemon, so he walked toward Junior.

"Hey, can you ask him what his-"

"You may call me Morgan.." He replied without any emotion. Everybody was shocked that he understood the badger, but it quickly turned to doubt for me. I didn't trust this figure. Sure he saved Junior's life, but he also almost ended it! I didn't forget his little 'appearance' in Lumiose. I was more cautious if anything!

The figure looked at Typhlosion then at Junior. He hummed before speaking to our wolf trainer. "You should run to the next town. Here," The hooded human reached into his pocket and pulled out a black and red Pokegear. He placed it in Junior's paw, earning a questioning stare from him. "Take this with you. It'll help along your journey." All of us stared down at the common Johto device. The young pup tilted his head slightly in question.

"B-But how did you-" Junior interrupted himself once he noticed the figure had disappeared. We all glanced around, not seeing anything besides blood and the dead assassin. I felt a shiver travel down my spine.

"H-Hey guys?" Our attention switched to Junior, then at the Pokeballs he had in his paws. I didn't show any resistance as my body was slowly absorbed into the red Pokeball.

_ Meanwhile _

"Damn that half wolf! I'll do whatever I need to do to avenge the death of Charles! Once Junior is dead... everything will change."
