On the last leg of the Amazing Race the teams traveled to Las Vegas, Nevada. They had to play a random game of blackjack, then had to either climb stairs or bungee jump to catch apples. The bakers won; but the brothers fell behind and were cut from the race. 8 teams are still left. Not for long.

"Welcome back to the Treasure Island Hotel in Vegas." Toner says. "The bakers won yesterday, so logically, they go first." Claudia steps up and takes the clue.

"Route Info: catch the next flight to Lincoln, Nebraska." She reads. "Let's go, Hans." They run off as more teams get their clue and get to the airport. What the teams don't know is that there is a secret power hidden in this leg of the race. It's called a U-Turn. If someone finds it, they earn the power to send one team back to do the last task. Once they get to Nebraska, they'll find bicycles with their next clue box.

One four hour flight later, it's 11 am and the plane with the Racers land. Bakers continue to maintain their lead. Hans presses the button and gets the clue.

"Route Info: get on the bikes and travel 2 miles down the road until you make it to a corn farm." You heard Hans right. Today's leg of the race with be Eco-friendly... somewhat. Teams will race to a farm owned by a friend of Toner's (James; brown coyote). The next clue is at James' silo.

"Let's go!!!" Brent exclaims as him and Syd and June & Mabel get on their respective bikes and pedal down the street. The Axis (Angie & Jennifer and Seven & Stuart) are right behind them. In dead last is the wrestlers and the prostitutes.

"Claudia?" Hans asks as he pedals.

"What?" She asks.

"I sorta liked that feeling of winning yesterday."

"Really, now?" Claudia perks her ears up and puts on a grin. "Ready to try things my way?" Hans thought about this for a moment. He didn't like Claudia's scheming at first. However, seeing the sorority sisters get the penalty yesterday made something click on his mind. His answer would've surprised everyone.

"Yes."

The bakers and the human/graduate alliance were the first teams to make it to James' silo. Hans gets the clue first. "Detour: Pluck or Shuck. Uh... what?" Teams have a choice; either pluck corn from the field to fill 3 baskets or shuck (meaning peel) corn to fill just one basket.

"Let's Pluck." Claudia says. "I have an idea." They take baskets and run off into the field.

"Shuck." Syd says. "I don't trust those bakers."

"Me neither." June says. Both teams walk around the silo which is where the shucking station is. The rest of the teams make it to the farm and take their clue.

"What do you think?" Angie asks.

"Pluck." Seven says. "I think that we can make it there faster."

"Shuck." Tommy says.

"Agreed." Regina says. The restaurant workers were used to cooking with corn every once in awhile and knew how to peel corn fast.

"I think we should Pluck." Gretel says.

"Absolutely." Helga says. "This won't be so hard. Besides, I can't really do much peeling since I'll probably do something wrong. But with this, I get this done faster than you can even count."

"Alright." Jon says. After their alliance with the brothers clearly wasn't going to work out, they started bonding with the wrestlers and it seems like it could work.

On the other side of the silo, the humans, graduates and workers are already seated on old buckets and peeling away at the corn. "So, you guys had an alliance with the songwriters before they were eliminated?" Brent asks.

"Yep." Tommy says. "When Hawaii happened, we didn't see a double elimination coming. We just thought the sisters would be the only team eliminated."

"So after that, we've been flying solo." Regina says.

"That must suck losing an ally." Mabel says, thinking about Brent. No! She thinks, I have to focus on the race. June on the other hand, starts thinking. If Tommy & Regina joins their alliance, they could have the numbers to team up and get a team eliminated. On the other hand, it would just be one more team for June to worry about. It's bad enough Mabel and Brent were partly distracted at point. However, back in Las Vegas, they completely forgot about each other.

"Can I tell you something?" June asks.

"Sure." Tommy says.

"The bakers kind of intimidate me. The won yesterday and the day before that, they had the Fast Forward."

"She makes a point." Syd says. "Those bakers have been nothing but crazy the second they began this race."

"We prefer to stay out conflict." Regina says.

"But somebody has to do something about it." June says.

"We know. But at the start of the race, we thought it'd be a good idea to stay low for a while." Tommy says.

"And it has been working so far." Regina says. After a few more minutes of shucking more corn, the restaurant workers filled a basket with peeled corn. They take their basket and run over to James.

"Thanks guys." James says as he hands them their next clue.

"Roadblock: whoever didn't do the black game in Vegas now has to do the... Milk Drinking Challenge?" Tommy reads. Teams will head to the barn. Once there, players have to drink an entire gallon of milk. Once they do, James will give their approval and send them to the checkpoint, which is inside the barn.

"We've gotta hurry." Brent says. He takes another ear of corn. When he peels it, something falls out of it. It's another yellow clue. He picks it up and shows his allies.

"U-Turn: Congratulations, you just won the ability to send one team to do the detour all of over again. The U-Turn station is with James." Syd says.

"Awesome!" June says. "We can send the bakers back to do the last task."

"And finally knock them out of the race." Mabel says.

Hans has one basket filled and is working on his second basket. Claudia hears the other team. "Hans!" She angrily whispers.

"What?" Hans walks over to her.

"Look over there." She points at the wrestlers and prostitutes, who are almost done with the task.

"Told you this is easy as pie!" Helga says as she continues to pluck corn from their stalks.

"I know." Jon says. "At this rate, we'll be able to catch up and maybe even win this leg of the race."

Not for long, Claudia thinks. "You ready to see how it's done?" She asks Hans.

"Do it." He says. Claudia quietly picks up a rock she found and throws it towards the others. She never wanted to hit them, she wanted to make noise to distract them. Once they turned their heads, Claudia sneaks through the corn and switches one of their fall baskets with their only empty one. She quickly gets out and the bakers run off, evilly snickering.

"What was that noise?" Devon asks.

"Not sure." Helga says.

"Guys? Our basket!" Jon says. "It's empty!"

"What?!" Helga pushes him out of the way and picks up the basket. She takes a good sniff. Hold on, she thinks, I recognize that scent.

"What're you doing?" Gretel asks.

"I know this scent." She kicks the basket hard in the air and it hands on Devon's head. "That bakers did this!!! When I get my paws on them I'm gonna tear them apart!!!"

"Umm... you guys, we need to finish this challenge and fast!" Jon says, frantically getting more corn.

Meanwhile, Hans & Claudia get to James next. They exchange the full baskets for the clue and run off.

"There goes our plan to U-Turn the bakers." Brent points out. The humans finish their shucking at the same time the graduates do. By then, The Axis already passes, bumping them down even further.

"There's the U-Turn station." Brent points out. It looks exactly like the Yield station. Two boxes: one labeled "U-Turned" the other says "courtesy of". Brent takes him and Syd's photo out and puts it in the courtesy box.

"Hold on." Syd says. "Who should we use it on?"

"There's only two teams not ahead of us." Mabel says. "The prostitutes and the wrestlers."

"Whatever." Brent says. He puts one of their photos up and they take their clues, proceeding to run off to the barn.

Helga & Gretel and Jon & Devon make it to James with 6 full baskets. "What is that?!" Helga asks/yells, pointing at her and Gretel's photo on the U-Turn station.

"Oh, yeah." Toner appears. "Helga & Gretel, you've been U-Turned. You have to go back and do the last task all over again."

"What? You've gotta be kidding me!" Helga yells.

"That's not the bad part. Since you did the plucking challenge, you have to do the shucking challenge." Helga starts to growl but Gretel holds her back and starts to push her towards the silo.

"C'mon, it's not worth it." Gretel says. The prostitutes continue to move on as the wrestlers repeat the detour.

Tommy & Regina arrive at the barn first. There, 8 gallon-jugs wait on a bench for them. Tommy takes a jug and hands it to Regina. "You're turn, pal." Tommy says.

"Thanks." Regina says. She opens the cap and starts to chug. Hans & Claudia arrive soon after.

"Give me that milk!" Claudia says as she takes a gallon and opens it.

"Damn!" Regina takes a breath. "This is harder than it looks." The two continue to try and chug as more teams arrive.

"I think it's my turn." Jennifer says. She and Stuart take a jug and start drinking.

"I've never done something this extreme before." Seven says.

"Me neither." Angie says. "But Jennifer did come in 3rd place in a wine drinking contest... when she passed out and lost."

"Still, that's pretty impressive."

"Thanks." Jen says as she catches her breath. Brent & Syd and June & Mabel make it to the milk challenge next.

"Alright, I'm up." Syd says, taking a gallon.

"Me too." Mabel says. Regina and Claudia are neck and neck for first place as they only have about a quart of milk left. Jon & Devon arrive next.

"Here you go baby." Jon hands him a gallon of milk. He kisses Devon on the cheek as the tiger opens it up.

"Thanks." Devon says. "Let's do this." He tips it up and chugs it down.

"Tommy?" Regina breaths heavily.

"Yes? Everything ok?" He asks.

"The milk and the smell of corn combined is making me a bit... nauseous."

"C'mon. You only have a little bit left." Tommy says. "You can do this. Just suck it up and get this last bit of milk."

"Ok. I'll try." Regina looks over at the Claudia. She's almost done. Quickly, Regina drinks up the last of her milk just as Claudia is about to finish.

"Where's the checkpoint?" Tommy asks. Toner appears out of nowhere, opening the barn doors.

"Checkpoint's in here." Toner says. Claudia finishes her gallon and quickly runs inside. They step on the rug and cheer. "Hans & Claudia, first place. Again."

"Oh yeah!! That's what I'm talking about!" Claudia hugs Hans tight. The restaurant workers walk in there and step on the rug next.

"Tommy & Regina come in 2nd." Toner says.

"Awesome!" Tommy says. "We're finally caught up."

"I know." Regina says. "Richie and Vlad might be proud of us right now."

"They might be." Toner says. Angie and Seven worries about them losing. There's only five more spaces left in the race.

"Come on, Syd!" Brent says.

"You can do this, Mabel!" June says. The Axis is still in the lead but the humans and graduates slowly catch up. However, Jennifer finishes first and then Stuart.

"Great! Now let's get on that checkpoint!" Seven says. The four of them run inside and they both step on the rug at the same time.

"Well how about that?" Toner says. "Looks like we have a tie on our hands. Oh well, the sorority sisters and the adrenaline junkies tie for third place."

"Sweet!" Seven says. The four of them walk off. That leaves four teams left.

"Syd, you might want to hurry up!" Brent says.

"I'm trying!" Syd says. "It's not easy swallowing a whole gallon of milk!"

"I know but we're at risk of elimination!"

"What do you want me to do?"

"You have 8 more ounces. Suck it up! And I mean that literally!" Syd takes a deep breath and chugs down the last few drops.

"Done." Syd throws the empty gallon carton aside. The humans look at Mabel, who's still struggling a bit.

"You guys go on." June says. "We'll be able to make it."

"Ok." Brent says. Him and Syd walk into the barn and then step on the rug.

"Humans come in 5th place." Toner announces.

"Nice." Brent says. "Now hopefully they can beat the prostitutes."

"I hope so." Syd says. Devon finishes his gallon and accidentally burps.

"Oops, my bad." Devon says.

"Let's go, babe." Jon says.

"Shouldn't we wait for the wrestlers?" Mabel finishes her gallon as soon as he says that. Both teams run inside and get on the checkpoint rug.

"Prostitutes in 6th place." Toner says. "Graduates come in 7th." Brent runs up and hugs Mabel tight. They look at each other for a moment, but then snap back into reality and they release each other.

"It really is great we great to stay together." Syd says.

"Thanks." June says. "But wait, if we came in 7th... who's in last place?"

Helga & Gretel finish shucking corn to fill a whole basket. "C'mon let's go before something bad happens!" Helga says. She grabs the basket and stands up, but Toner is already at the scene.

"Too late for that Helga." Toner says. "The other teams have checked in. You two are eliminated."

"What?!" Helga yells as she kicks her basket aside.

"Helga!" Gretel says, holding her partner back. "Calm down. You need to keep calm! We've already lost. Let's go."

"Fine." Helga relaxes as they walk back to their bikes.

"I don't know about you, but I had fun doing this race." Gretel says.

"I guess so. It would've been more fun if we had won, though." Helga says.

"I know. But 8th place is better than last place, right?"

"True."

"How about we go home and go on that wrestling tournament."

"Oh now you're talking!!"
