My heart pounded in my chest, a fierce drumbeat that consumed the soul buried deep within me. Fear trickled its way down my spine to pool low in my stomach, freezing me into place. A low whimper escaped my lips.

The darkness of the nigh was lit by the brightness of the full moon, exposing the jungle and its hidden world to me. The air had a spicy scent to it, and even in the dead of the night, the heat of the day lingered heavily. Most people would not have been able to handle the constant heat, no one but the locals and those few of us who had grown up in similar conditions. I had lived somewhere much like this before, but now the Indian Jungles were home to me.

The fear that lingered on me was because of the hunter that was stalking me. No matter how hard I strained to listen, I could not hear his footfalls. Throughout the night, I had caught glimpses of the shining barrels of the shotgun that rested in his hands, flashes of the pale white skin so much like my own.

Now, I was crouched down in a bush, not far from where I had last seen the hunter. I looked out through the leaves cautiously for any movement. It had been quiet for a while now. Maybe he had...

Something cold, like metal, touched the back of my head, accompanied by the click of a gun's hammer being pulled back. I did the only thing I could.

I froze.

"Get up girl." the voice was male, very high, and... excited? I could smell the alcohol on the air, the stinging scent of a whiskey and vodka mix. I almost gagged. "Nice and easy."

I did as I was told, slowly rising with my hands raised beside my head. I did not turn to face him. I could not do it. It was almost as if I could sense the twisted fantasies running through his mind. They were making me sick.

"Throw your weapons away."

"I'm unarmed."

"Do you think I'm about to believe that?" the hunter asked. "Turn around."

I did not want to. Oh, how I did not want to. However, I could sense his finger tightened on the trigger. Taking a deep breath, I turned. A large, black cloud had crept across in front of the moon, concealing the man threatening my life. However, I could still see the shining barrels of his gun.

And behind him, concealed by the sudden darkness, were two pairs of golden eyes; one pair far larger than the other, and both trained on the hunter's back. Relief washed through my body, but outright, I remained still.

"Take off your clothes."

I tilted my head, faking innocence while trying to control my suddenly heaving stomach. "Why?" I asked, trying to sound confused.

"I need to be certain you don't have any weapons."

Yeah, right. But I did as he said, not wanting to end up with a bullet in my head. I moved slowly, trying to draw out time. The eyes in the dark had moved, and I had long lost track of them. The trap, their trap, was set. Someone was going to die tonight.

I could all but hear the hunter salivating as I worked at the ties of my shirt. "Come on now."

Those were the last words he uttered.

A deafening roar ripped through the forest, sending hundreds of birds and animals into panic. The hunter spun around, gun rising as movement shook the bushes. The darkness hid the fight, the dead man, the hot spray of blood. I didn't utter a word when he screamed. I just turned and ran.

I could hear a set of paws running beside me in the now silent night. Warm fur brushed against my skirt, the weight pushing at me until I turned in the direction it wanted me to go in. I kept running until I came to a large rock outcropping. Entering the small ‘den' at the centre, I sat down on a soft bed of ferns with my legs folded under me and looked back at the entrance.

Standing there, the recently revealed moon shining down behind him was a huge leopard.

Yes, I do mean huge. Easily the size of a normal tiger, and just as fierce. Dark black fur covered his body, for muzzle to tail tip. Golden eyes looked down at me, and I swear the muzzle twitched into a smile. Muscles ripple as the huge cat descended into the den towards me.

"You did well tonight." His voice was deep, sending a tingling thorough my body. I could have compared his voice to any human male in the world, and none of them would have had the same effect on me as his did. "Many cubs will live because of you."

"At least they will be safe." I agree, my chest rising and falling rapidly from the run.

A chuckle reached my ears as a rough tongue reached my skin, my cheek. The leopard, Par as I called him, pushed his muzzle against my chest, gently pushing me back into the soft flooring of the den.

"You were scared." Par growled, gently licking at my skin of my neck and face. "I can taste it on your skin. You really thought he was going to hurt you."

I closed my eyes, just relaxing under his touch. "He had a gun pointed at my head, Par."

"It doesn't matter, Sarah." Par gently rubbed his own muzzle against my face. "You know that Kumar and I would never let anything happen to you."

"Are you two starting the fun without me?"

I opened my eyes and glanced over Par's shoulder. Standing at the entrance to the den was a tiger. Not just any tiger, but Kumar a cat as large as a horse. Deep black stripes stood out against a rich orange fur. Amber eyes stared down at Par and me with amusement.

Par turned to look at his mate, the final part of our love ring. "Our Sarah was frightened tonight."

Kumar looked down with what could have been a human frown marring his tiger face. Descending to us, Kumar settled beside me, gently licking at my face. "The hunter?" he asked.

I nodded, unable to admit that I had been afraid. I turned my head away from both of them, ashamed. I had been helping them track down hunters for the past few years, so why I had been afraid of this one, I have no idea.

"Sarah." Kumar gently placed a paw gently on the side of my face, pulling back so I was forced to turn and face him. His amber eyes were gentle, even though Kumar was the dominant one of my two males. "Love, it's okay."

"No it's not." I murmured.

Par shoved Kumar's paw away from my face. "Honestly, Sarah." He growled at famous temper of his flared as golden eyes turned to molten amber, his passions obviously inflamed. "You should know that we would never allow anything to happen to you."

I looked from one to the other. Par leaned over the other me, his playful yet dominating presence filled me with a feeling, a heart of a warrior settled in a cat's body. Kumar was his exact opposite; cool and calm, yet possessive in their love for me. Love? Did they really love me? Or was it just... animal instinct at work?

The swipe of a tongue across my lips brought me back to reality. Par was licking his way down my body while Kumar was making a meal out of my lips. Like always, my boy responded to them. My legs shifted, opening while the rest of me became like liquid. My cry, stifled by Kumar's muzzle holding onto me, as Par wiggled his body up my skirt to lap at my hidden lips.

"Guys..." my breath was coming out short. "Guys... please..."

Kumar moved back, his amber eyes studding me. "We must be doing something wrong, if you can still talk."

I looked up at him, my chest heaving slightly. "Please... I'm not ready boys."

Par's tongue halted at the lower edge of my stomach, his black head rising up above my waist. He licked his lips and looked up at Kumar. The two cats shared a glance before looking back at me; Kumar leaned in a tried to lick me. I tried to avoid him, but he ended up getting me anyway.

"Sarah, you know that we would never harm you." Kumar liked me gently, keeping the touch gentle.

"I know that." I whispered, lay back slightly, looking up at him.

"Then why are you afraid?"

I looked away. They both knew of what had happened to me before I had come to the. I had been raped by the man who had meant to love me and protect me above all else. That had been a terrible, when I had been used and left out on my own. It had been some weeks before Kumar and Par had found me, and by then I thought I was going to die.

Par moved up along my left side, lying down while Kumar did the same on my other side. Both males were looking down at me, remembrance shining in their eyes.

"Oh, love." Par gently licked at my lips. "I'm sorry. We were not thinking. We shouldn't..."

Kumar interrupted him. "Love, we wouldn't be trying to do this if we didn't think that you were ready for this."

I looked between the two of them. Here were two males that loved me, who had kept me close when they had not needed to. They had made sure that I remained safe, and theirs.

Par moved in first, laying a paw across my stomach while leaning forward to lap gently at my lips. His tongue was rough as it scraped over my skin. I sighed and closed my eyes; just let the feeling of his tongue on my skin, my lips.

"Sarah, if you don't want to do this, we understand." Kumar sat there, looking down on me; I could feel it. I opened my eyes to meet his amber ones. I could see the tension in his body though. He was trying to hold back his lust; lust that I knew had been there since they had first found me. "We can go if you want..."

I reached out towards him, moving slowly. Kumar stopped talking and leaned his head towards her. My fingers touched his muzzle, brushing passed his whiskers. I felt the shudder run though his body. He liked that.

"Sarah." His breath was nothing more than a whisper of sound. "Sarah... doesn't start anything that you can't finish love."

I felt Par's deep chuckling as I continued to tease Kumar's whiskers. It was really having an effect on Kumar, if the shivers racking his body were any indication. Par busied himself with licking at my exposed flesh while I continued to stroke Kumar's muzzle.

"My love." Kumar pulled away. I pulled my hand back, thinking that I had done something wrong. I turned my head away, but Kumar's muzzle captured my lips. He took me by surprise. I only managed a squeak as he pushed me back down. When he pulled away, I was left breathless.

Kumar looked over at par as his body moved to cover mine. "You don't mind if I take her this time, do you?"

I started. Looking back and forth between my two boys, I watched the look that passed between them. Par nodded and backed off.

I looked up, right into Kumar's eyes. He leaned in and licked my nose. "Do not worry love." Kumar licked his way along my body, taring cloths off me as he went. "I promise that this won't hurt a bit."

Par lay off a way, still within my sights. However, my attention was on Kumar, who had just torn off the last of my skirt. His touch was gentle as he nudged at my thighs. Understanding, I slowly spread them unsure of what I should be doing. All that faded away when his tongue touched my hidden lips. A gasp escaped my lips and I arched my back.

Kumar rumbled from between my legs. His lapping became more forceful. I wanted to react, wanted to try to touch him, but though the better of it. I did not want to make Kumar lash out at me. Instead, I gripped at the loose foliage that covered the den floor.

"Kumar..." I panted.

The huge tiger's head lifted from between my thighs and rose into my view. I swear, I had never seen him like this before. His muzzle was completely covered in my juices. It only proved to me how excited I had been to have his tongue on me.

"Kumar..."

"This is your last chance to walk away from this." Kumar warned. He was only just holding himself back, I could see that. "I won't let you go once we start this."

I took a deep breath. "I'm sure."

Kumar backed up. "Roll over love. On all fours."

I gulped. What had I just agreed to? No backing down, though. I did as I was told, rolling over onto my hands and knees. I felt the warmth of his breath on my back, the soft touch of his fur. I tried to look back, but only caught the briefest glance of Kumar before I was all but smothered in his fur.

"Easy love." Kumar licked the back of my neck, trying to calm me as he settled his immense weight on my back. I squirmed, fear coursing through me. Kumar's weight held me still though; his immense size made me feel incredibly helpless under him. He kept licking me gently at the nape of my neck. "It will be alright."

I whimper, still afraid.

Most of his weight was lifted off my back, though he still blanketed my body. He lapped at my neck, never once trying anything. He just kept licking gently, trying to sooth my fears. After a while though, despite my fears, my body slowly began to relax under Kumar's. The great tiger licked at my neck some more before I felt his weight begin to slowly settle onto my back.

"Just relax, my Sarah." Kumar whispered in my ear, just as he took my body.
