A friend told me he liked banjo from Banjo & Kazooie, so i decided to write a lil story for him. It also gave me a excuse to use my OC/Fursona so eh.

As always constructive criticism is very appreciated. Please excuse any grammar mistakes since it has been a while since i wrote something this long before.

"Come on please?" The bear pleads.

"No" A voice spoke out.

"Pretty please? With chocolate sprinkles on top?"

"Its 3am I'm not going to get up."

With a huff the bear throws his pillow into the room at his new friend who is sleeping on a bed inside, or at least trying to. He laughs weakly.

"Relax, we will get there, I'm in no rush." The figure in the bed lifts his head from under the covers. It's a husky with light blue fur and dark blue stripes; muzzle tinted a light yellow that goes down the front of his neck. His head hair, messy from the pillow, blends with the darkness in his room. The open door lets in light barely shining on it. He smiles. "For someone who was shy when we met, you sure are restless."

The bear standing in his doorway; a brown bear with maroon colored hair and brown fur, sporting a green polo shirt and brown cargo pants. He folds his arms as he rests his body on the frame of the door. He sighs. "I-it's not my fault this is a lot to take in. not only that, I still don't know your name"

The husky shrugs. "I did tell you but you were excited to see my ship it must have slipped your mind. It's Jonathan. Your name is Ryan if I remember correctly." The husky gets up from the bed and has a confused look. "You have hiking boots on."

Ryan nods.

"The room you gave me had clothes which were in my size and colors that I liked. Also shoes and these boots were in there. How did you get that information?"

Jonathan shrugs and grabs his glasses from his desk. He gets off the bed and grabs his crown shaped necklace. He presses it with a small click and a small light envelops his body. He is then wearing a blue and grey hooded sweater with a metallic shoulder pad on his left shoulder and jean shorts that have small plates of metal on the sides. The canine Stretches and yawns.

"Hgggn. well if you insist, I'll show you where we are going." He smiles at the bewildered bear as to how his clothes formed and walks past. Ryan shortly follows.

They walk into a room which looks like the cockpit of a ship. With a control panel and chairs in front of a big screen. A crown symbol is on the center of the room along with a small indent around it. To the right is a metallic door with a wheel on it. Straight ahead is another hallway and a door that seems to be locked due to a red light above it. Ryan looks around in awe, despite seeing all this a couple of hours ago. He looks up to see the ceiling is a dome glass ceiling and can see stars moving at a steady rate. Jonathan goes to the consol and starts pressing buttons and looks up at the screen. Text appears first and then pictures and symbols begin to show up. Then a map fills up the entire screen. It shows a star map and various worlds lined out. A small blinking light is near one and Jonathan points to it.

"Alright see that? That's where we are and that over there is where we are going. This new world popped up and I want to see what it is. At least I think it's new, it's been hard keeping track ever since my data got corrupted."

Ryan looks at it. It sports a huge spiral shaped mountain on one end, a mountain shaped like a witch near the spiral one, a castle at the bottom of the world, and it has smaller various locations of it that look unfamiliar to the bear.

"Is that where we are going?" Ryan asks, twiddling his thumbs together.

"Yup, you said you wanted an adventure so you got one. Don't worry though, if anything happens ill keep you safe." Jonathan continues to type on a keyboard in front of him. "Looks like were two hours away however. I can't go into hyper drive since we are too close and might miss it." He turns around and folds his arms, taps his foot, and looks at Ryan with an annoyed look. Ryan gasps.

"w-what did I do? I-im sorry!" The bear looks away slightly frightened.

Jonathan laughs and comes up to Ryan and pats his back. "Relax. I'm not mad. Besides, now that you are awake. You can help me make breakfast!"

"w-what? I don't know how to-" Before he could finish, the husky drags him to the kitchen.

"Nope, you're helping as punishment for waking me up so early. Let's go ya silly dork."

_ Sometime later. _

Ryan groans as he sits down and lies on the table. "Why are pancakes hard to make. Ugh that was tiresome."

Jonathan laughs. "Dude you just mixed and poured the pancake mix for me, I did all the rest. Plus didn't you say you wanted a full meal? Quit your bellyaching, you are reminding me of all my other friends"

Ryan smirks. "So they were all lazy?"

The husky shakes his head. "That and didn't want to help cook, saying I should do it. I always attract the lazy hungry ones."

Ryan makes a face. "I'm not lazy, I'm just....laidback."

"That's what they all say." The husky sits down in front of Ryan and sets down a plate of pancakes with eggs on the side and sets down a small jar of blueberry syrup. "Here ya go. Dig in. we are almost at the new world so eat up."

Ryan's head perks up and he starts to devour the food. Jonathan tries to stop him but retracts his hand. He shakes his head and giggles. He starts to eat his own pancakes with sausage links.

After they finish eating Ryan heads to the cockpit and waits for Jonathan to get ready. He looks at the screen and shows that the marker is directly above the world. He also noticed that the ship isn't moving due to the scene above the dome is not moving. He smiles to himself. This is the first time something exciting happened. He grew up in a rather boring town and whenever something were to happen, he would miss it. It's not his fault, he doesn't like going out to begin with but the seclusion made him eventually restless. Ryan looks out from a nearby window to where the metallic door was at. He stares off into space and starts to reminisce to how all this began.

While walking around one day he met Jonathan; looking around the neighborhood and wearing strange clothing that had different hues of blue, black and green; it almost looked like battle armor but not fully made of metal. Sure he was scared to ask about what he was wearing but he didn't need to. Jonathan just randomly introduced himself when Ryan was spotted spying on the husky. After explaining what he was doing in his neighborhood he didn't believe him at all and thought he was crazy.

'I mean, monsters don't exist. I seriously thought he snapped but then one showed up. It was huge! Like a bull but with yellow eyes and was purely purple with big curved horns. Plus the man fought the thing with a weapon shaped like a key. I thought I was dreaming. It wasn't a dream though and it was real.' Ryan thought to himself.

He rubbed his sides, wincing slightly due to it being slightly tender. He had gotten hurt during the fight, as he did his best to get away but the monster bolted for him when he was seen. Luckily Jonathan pushed him away from the attack. But the bear was slightly hurt when he was pushed rather hard and far, landing on his side very badly. The husky did try helping him and all, but didn't want to take him to the hospital. Instead he brought him to his ship, where he feels slightly better to help him heal. It was at least a week and a half ago. Ryan knew he would get in trouble if he was away for such a long time but Jonathan stated otherwise.

"Trust me, time moves so slowly while in your world, by the time you are recovered, 20 minutes would have gone by." Jonathan told Ryan while he was getting bandaged up. At first the bear was so reluctant to do anything but stay quiet, twiddle his thumbs or look away from the husky in the room he was provided to rest in. Slowly but surely however, he eventually got the courage to ask about him and what he is. Jonathan, who simply put it, told him that he "travels everywhere just to see the sights and help out every now and then." They both got to talking to the point where hours would pass by while the canine told Ryan all about the adventures he has had over the past few years. Eventually Ryan came to the conclusion in order to prove his claims he suggest to go with Jonathan. When Ryan was better enough to go home and was dropped off at his house, he popped the question. At first he refused but after constant begging he agreed to let the bear explore one, brand new world while Jonathan did recon there, stating "I rather not have someone get hurt so only one world and then straight back to your home when I'm done alright?" which the bear agreed on.

"Oi! You ready?" Jonathan shouts from the kitchen.

Ryan blinks and shakes his head. He must have been reminiscing for a while. He shouts back that he is and patiently waits. Jonathan arrives wearing the clothing from when they first met and his key shaped blade in his paw. Ryan looks at it more closely and sees that it doesn't resemble a key yet has the shape of one. The teeth are curved from the bottom and the top with the bottom having a sharp spike going down. The middle tooth is curving up and down somewhat, both the top and middle teeth have flat edges on their ends and there is a small orb in a gap between the bottom and middle teeth. It's moved to where the teeth start. The shaft seems to look like it's made up of wood due to how it looks, though it seems rather skinny and curves throughout its length. There are markings on it but the bear can't seem to make out what they say. The guard has what looks like to him fur on both sides and has Jonathan's color scheme including the stripes on it. There is a chain hanging down from the end and it seems to latch on where the end of the guard is at the bottom but also has another chain connected out from the left side of the guard. A small link is attached to the bottom portion of the guard near where the actual keychain is. The charm latched on to the chain looks like a small circle with spikes though he can't see it properly to make out what it is.

Jonathan sways side to side. "Ready to go? Or you need to do something before we go?"

"Err...well no not really, just looking at that weird weapon. What is that?"

Jonathan moves his weapon, bouncing it on his shoulder. "This? This thing is called a keyblade. Yea weird name I know but it's my main thing to fight with. It's a pretty strong sword I'll tell you that much, though calling it a sword seems like a long shot."

Ryan looked really confused as Jonathan noticed why. He sighs. "Just think of it as a magic sword if you want. Doesn't matter." He comes up to the door and looks back at the bear. "Ready?"

"I-I think so." The uneasiness in Ryan's voice made Jonathan worried. He patted the bear on the shoulder.

The husky smiles. "Don't worry. I'll be here to protect you. If you want you can grab on to me."

The moment Jonathan finished his sentence Ryan grabs onto his shirt tightly. The husky chuckles softly. "Grab the back part not the front." He turns around as Ryan lets go then he grabs the back part of his shirt. Jonathan turns the wheel on the door and with a click he stops spinning it, he pushes it out. The door opens into the deep space and below was the world. Ryan gasps and begins to shake. 'How are we breathing if the door is open?' He thought. As if on cue Jonathan spoke

"No worries, the ship is programmed to have an extended air bubble outside the door so we can still breathe while it's open, it's helpful most cases." Jonathan then extends his Keyblade outward and points it at the world below. The tip of the blade begins to light up. It charges up with light condensing into a ball and a moment later a beam shoots out towards the world below. It connects and a clicking lock sound is heard. Jonathan then dispels his blade away as it stops glowing.

Puzzled, Ryan asks. "Huh? What did you do?"

"I unlocked the world sort to speak. Now that it is, my ship can beam us down with no worries. Normally we would disintegrate into light particles, go through the keyhole that shows up, reform back together, and have a rough landing inside the world if I pick a bad spot. So I thought we could take the easier way instead. I've upgraded my ship to do that now." He reaches for the door and closes it. Ryan looks bewildered but slightly relieved that he didn't have to be broken down.

Jonathan goes to the control panel and begins typing. Then the center area of the cockpit begins to glow green. The husky then steps close to the now forming portal.

"Just step inside and off we go. You ready?" Jonathan motions in front of him.

Ryan stares at the portal, butterflies in his stomach and he felt stuck where he was standing. Jonathan tilts his head to the side and sees that he's nervous. He goes around and pats him on his back.

"Want to go at the same time?"

Ryan slowly nods as he trembles. He didn't know why he was so nervous. He also felt somewhat excited. His head starts to rush with thoughts of doubt. It wasn't until Jonathan began to pick him up he snapped out of his daze. The bear was both shocked and amaze how someone like Jonathan can pick him up. He isn't that fat; big enough to warrant some struggle, but the husky wasn't breaking a sweat.

"Alright, you need an incentive, let's go ya dork." Jonathan states as he flings the now confused Ryan on his shoulder. He walks to the portal. Ryan lets out a small whine and braces himself as both guys are enveloped into green light. Ryan, still shaking has his eyes covered and starts to expect the worst when Jonathan stops walking.

"A-are we dead?" He whines.

Jonathan bursts out laughing and sets the bear down gently to the ground. "If we were then you wouldn't be talking. Come on now, move your paws from your eyes. Trust me."

The bear slowly uncovers his face and opens his eyes. He is suddenly in awe as he is not in a ship anymore but on solid ground. He sees a building or rather a castle made out of what seems to look like pure gold. He looks around and sees colored buildings. Then sees small bear like animals with what seems like beaks on their face walking about. However, one building seems to be in ruin as some of the small animals go and place flowers there. Jonathan tilts his head.

"That happened not too long ago. It seems they are barely mourning." He turns to Ryan. "Don't worry, they are alright. It looks like we are in a village."

The bear gets up and looks around. It seems pretty peaceful but notice tire tracks that lead off somewhere. Before he gets a word in Jonathan interrupts him.

"You hear that? What's that noise?" Jonathan's ears twitch sporadically as he looks upward. Ryan looks up as well. All he sees is the sky which is just partly cloudy. The clouds disappear as a huge pink beam shoots by and goes past the village over the mountain behind the crushed building. Ryan jumps from the sudden noise that follows suit.

"The hell what that?!" Ryan shouts, which got the attention of the bird animals. All the ones in vicinity come rushing towards the pair as they get surrounded. Ryan braces himself, expecting them to attack. However, Jonathan begins to speak with them. They all start to speak weirdly and some sound like they are saying 'jinjo'. The bear looks at Jonathan who seems unphased by the matter and is actually speaking normally to them. The bear scratches his beard and wait. Jonathan nods to them and starts assuring them they will check where the beam was heading. The birds cheer and they run into the gold palace. Ryan looks at Jonathan.

"Care to explain, I almost had a heart attack."

Jonathan shrugged. "They just thought we were strange looking. I told them I would check it out for them. They mean no harm. They were more scared of us but still surrounded us which was noble. The building behind us is their king's so they are taking shelter there in case something bad happens. Call themselves, Jinjos. It's cute."

"I mean...I guess they kind of were, freaked me out a bit though. Also how did you understand them and they understood you?"

Jonathan digs into his pockets and pulls out a small ear piece and places it inside Ryan's ear. He giggled when his ear got touched and then it began to hear the earpiece's static noise it was making before receding.

"There." Jonathan said. "Now you can understand everyone in the entire known universes. Updates regularly." He grins. "Plus it will auto translate what you say to the person you are talking to if they speak some other language."

Ryan fiddles with the device in his ear. "That's actually pretty cool. You sure you want to give it to me?" He sees Jonathan nod and then the bear smiles. "Thank you! I guess I'll be somewhat helpful now."

The husky scoffs. "Trust me you are helping me already. Now come on. Let's go see where that came from."

The duo begins to walk in the direction where they saw the beam go to. When they reach the mountain they look around for a way over. Ryan notices past the destroyed building that there was a huge hole there. He tugs at Jonathan's sleeve to get his attention.

"Why not go though it? Least I hope that goes through the mountain." Ryan points at the hole. Jonathan walks to it and peers inside, he motions Ryan to follow as they both enter inside. As they walk into the hole Ryan starts to walk real close to Jonathan. The tunnel looked smooth and almost manmade.

"Hmm...This tunnel wasn't made naturally. Someone must have drilled right through the mountain." Jonathan says. He starts to feel the walls. Smooth with some minor bumps. They both then enter what looks like a spacious cave with an exit on the other side. Ryan looks around and begins to smell something foul.

"Yuck." The bear holds his nose. "What's that smell? It like being near bleach and used gym socks."

"Bleh...I can smell it too. Like chemicals mixed with garbage. Hmm?" Jonathan looks off to the side. "I don't think we are alone here." Without warning, Jonathan grabs Ryan and jumps away from a nearby explosion.

"What was that!?" Ryan shouts. Jonathan lands near the exit and they both see a few odd objects with faces appear. Some look like vegetables while others look like lamps and other household objects. Some of them had a heart symbol on them. Jonathan grumbles

"Looks like both heartless and monsters from this world have joined forces." He turns to Ryan. "Get out of here and see if you can find help. I can handle all of these but I want you to be safe. Find the first house you see and seek shelter. I'll come find you soon." He turns back to the monsters.

"But..." It was all Ryan could mutter before Jonathan shot him a look of anger. He jumped slightly from the sudden change of tone and nodded. 'Did his eyes change color?' He thought but shook his head. Jonathan summons his keyblade goes rushing into battle. Ryan steps away slowly before leaving the cave. He could hear the echo of grunts, shouts of him saying spells and the weapon hitting with a 'clank'.

Ryan eventually emerges out of the tunnel into open plains, the sun beaming and disorienting him slightly. When his eyes adjusted he noticed the big spiral mountain in the center. He remembered seeing it on the big screen on the ship. As much as he wanted to admire it, he began to frantically search for anyone nearby. The place was deserted and he couldn't see any buildings. He only saw the waterfall to the left and a path to the right leading down. There was a bridge nearby to cross the river cutting through the plain, where the water ends up at the bottom of the mountain. He decides to go follow the path, hopefully to find someone at the end of it. He stops to see someone coming his way. He has a skull as a face, 3 red feathers on his head and has a wand on his hand.

'He looks like a shaman. Maybe he can help.' Ryan thought to himself, but before he could get close to him the shaman turns to the right and enters a portal that was on the wall. He disappears. Ryan makes a perplexed face.

"How did you not see me?" he says to himself. Then he wonders where he came from. He thought that maybe where the turn is, there is a town there. Ryan bolts down the path. The moment he turns from the bend he stops. It was a dead end. However there was a small house at the bottom of the huge mountain wall. It has blue painted walls, two windows on the sides, a small metal chimney on the top and the roof looks like it's made out of metal sheets. A Yellow door was the only door he could see.

'Maybe there's someone in there that can help.' The bear runs down the incline passing a mount of dirt nearby. When he got close he could smell a scent that smelled like something was burned down. He stopped to look for something but couldn't find anything burning. The closer he got to the house the stronger it smelled. He gets to the front door and knocks. No sound comes from the other side. Ryan goes to the windows and peers in. The inside was too dark to see anything inside despite being bright outside.

'Dang it, this is the only house here.' Ryan thought. He turns to look around some more and noticed at the top of the spiral mountain there was a formation of a witches head in front of it. Ryan shivers.

"Let's not go there." He said to himself. He starts to walk forward as he thinks of something to do. Closing his eyes and scratching his fur he began to think. He can't go back or else he could get hurt, but he didn't want his new friend to be in a sticky situation either.

He couldn't see it, but something was flying towards him at a fast speed. It wasn't until he hears voices bickering that he looked up. Before Ryan knew it, he was mowed down and was rolling with whatever ran into him. When they came to a stop the bear felt something heavy on him, his eyes were spinning and his body ached.

"Oh no I hit someone!" One voice said, sounded like a male.

"See? This is what happens when you start talking to me about what's for dinner." Another voice said, female this time.

Ryan groaned as the weight got off of him. His eyes start to readjust and turn to whatever was looming over him. What he saw made him blink more than he needed to.

Standing next to him was another Brown bear, black nose, Wearing Yellow shorts with a black belt looped around. He had a shark tooth necklace on his neck and was wearing a backpack. Coming out of the backpack was a Bird with red feathers and a small Mohawk, the wings tips were colored yellow and hung out the sides of the backpack.

"Is he dead? Banjo go poke him!" The bird said,

"Oh look kazooie, he's waking up." The bear replies.

Ryan's eyes fully adjust and his eyes widen. He never seen someone oddly normal looking, yet also...appealing? HE shook his head and struggles to get up. Banjo notices and tries to help him up.

"Sorry about running into you, someone got too excited to eat." He looks back at Kazooie. She shrugs.

"I can't help it. When hunger calls, a bird's gotta eat!"

Banjo stands Ryan up and looks at him with an odd expression. Ryan grasps the bottom of his shirt and twists it somewhat. "Th-thanks...and I think I'm ok. Oh!" Ryan turns to banjo. "Sorry to do this but please you gotta help my friend, he's fighting some monsters in a cave over there and he told me to get help."

Kazooie shakes banjo's shoulders. "Banjo look! It sounds like another adventure!"

Banjo groans. "But we just got back! That and someone fixed our house for us. I wanted to take a nap. But..." He looks at Ryan and nods. "We will help. Least we could do since we kind of ran into you. Lead the way."

Ryan nods and tries to run but grunts when he feels pain shoot up from his sides. He holds himself and banjo comes to his side.

"I think you are hurt badly. You can't come with us." Banjo lifts him from his side and wraps his arm around Ryan; they walk back to banjo's house.

Kazooie nods. "Yea! We don't need someone holding us back. Let the hero's handle this. Stay here."

Banjo rests Ryan on the wall of the house and smiles at him. "We will be back with your friend soon. Just stay here." Ryan nods and the bear and bird run off.

Some time pass and the sun that was blazing the valley with heat earlier is almost fully gone. Ryan had nodded off, not knowing how long he waited. He then feels a peck on the head and jolts awake. Banjo and Kazooie have returned but no sign of Jonathan. Ryan looks around.

"Where is he? Did something happen?" He asks.

Both animals shake their heads. Kazooie speaks first. "When we got to the cave, it was emptier than klungo's head."

"Sorry there buddy. But we did find this." Banjo hands Ryan what looks like a beat up tape recorder. Ryan grabs it and hits play.

Jonathan's voice plays out. "Ryan. I'm sorry, but if you find this, please find some place to sleep for the night. I went to find the cause for the monsters. On the recorder there is a homing beacon on it so keep this close to you so I can find you. I'll be back soon, won't take more than today to wrap up." The recorder stops playing. Ryan starts to tremble.

"What do I do? I can't be alone...he said he would be at my side." He says meekly, sniffing slightly and holds back tears.

"Sucks to be you then. Good luck finding a place" Kazooie said. Banjo grumbles and kazooie looks at him. "Alright fine...he can stay with us."

"Come on in then...um...what is your name? I'm Banjo and the bird here is kazooie." Banjo extends a paw out to him.

Ryan looks up at banjo. His eyes seem sincere and kazooie as well despite the comment from before. He grabs the extended paw. He fumbles a bit before steadying himself.

"Name's Ryan. Thank you so much. I'm sorry I'm a burden right now." He looks down and rubs his head in shame, to which banjo pats his shoulders.

"It's no worries; I bet your friend will be alright. Besides you do need to stay safe. You are hurt after all and I don't want anything else to happen to you." Banjo opens the door to his house and motions Ryan to enter.

When Ryan enters he sees it's a fairly small sized house. With a full sized bed and coat hanger near the window and a small kitchen, table with chairs and fridge at the far end of the house, a fire place to the right with a photo above it of a female bear, most likely his sister. A door near the kitchen and a stack of books nearby was all Ryan could see. Ryan found it quiet cozy more than anything. Banjo hangs the backpack on the coat hanger and kazooie comes out of it. Kazooie quickly goes to the fridge and finds something to eat. Banjo pulls up a chair and asks Ryan to sit down. The Two then begin to talk despite Ryan struggling with words, looking away half the time, tapping his foot quickly, and doing small quirks to distract himself. Even though he is from another world, he remember to never say that he is, due to Jonathan saying that he needed to 'keep the balance' or something like that. However, it seems as if no matter what he does, he can't help but just stare at banjo. It wasn't until kazooie said something that snapped him out of his daze.

"Yo small fry, mind wanting something to eat or are you going to eye goggle some more?" She comes up and hands Ryan a soda.

Ryan completely starts to speak gibberish as he tries to explain himself but instead just takes the soda and goes quiet. His face starts to burn somewhat as banjo glares at his best friend.

"Anyway would you like something to eat?" Banjo asks. "I don't know if we have something you want but if anything we can make you a PB and honey sandwich."

Ryan only nods. Kazooie just chuckles.

"What? Cat got your tongue?" Kazooie laughs as she goes back into banjo's backpack with her soda. Banjo sighs.

"Sorry she's real nice I swear. I'll go make you that sandwich." Banjo heads to the kitchen. As soon as he is far away Ryan sighs and covers his face. He's never this quiet before with anyone, especially new people. He also felt extremely hot for no reason. He looks towards banjo as he grabs a jar a honey and a loaf of bread. He noticed despite seeing lazy his body was well toned. There was still some fat on his belly but despite that Ryan couldn't look away.

"Is everything alright? You seem out of it?"

It wasn't until a plate on his face appeared that snapped him back to his senses. Ryan jolts away to the point of falling off his chair and hitting the floor hard. Banjo sets the plate down and picks him up. "Ah I'm so sorry I shouldn't have scared you like that."

The flustered bear struggled to stand and chuckled nervously. Banjo didn't understand but began to think he got sick or was delusional from the collision that happened. He gave him the sandwich and began to guide him to his bed.

"Maybe we should get to bed since it is night time. We should sleep." He sets Ryan down on the bed and leaves him. He turns off all the lights and only the moon's light is shown though the window. Banjo leaves to the door near the kitchen.

Ryan meekly eats the sandwich while muttering to himself for staring at his new friend. He couldn't help it. He felt a certain attraction to him. He felt like he wants to do more than just talk with him but doing anything might cause him to get kicked out or beaten cause of it. He finishes his sandwich and sighs. 'I should sleep then.' He thinks to himself. He starts to take off his shirt as the heat of the whole house was getting to him and was about to lay down when he heard the door open. He looks to the direction of the sound and almost has a heart attack. Banjo appears wearing only boxer briefs and his shorts were in his paw. He smiles at Ryan with a soft tone of pink on his cheeks.

"Sorry but since there is only one bed we have to share. Hope you don't mind. Also it's good you took off your shirt. It is rather hot tonight." Banjo then comes near the bed and sets his shorts nearby. He quickly jumps on and goes under the covers. Ryan moves away slightly.

If he didn't felt hot before, he sure felt like he was burning. Ryan was blushing furiously under his fur and was compelled to get away, but he knew he couldn't run. He took a deep breath and goes under the covers. He was shaking and grasping the blanket as if his life depended on it. Banjo notices and turns to his side.

"You still cold? You don't have to stay far away ya know."

Voice cracking, Ryan attempts to speak. "n-no! I'm not cold." He hopes not to get any closer to banjo. He knew exactly what was wrong now and plans on not engaging it any further.

"Nonsense, you just need a good nice warm rest. You can't do that if you're so close to the edge like that." Without realizing it, banjo moved closer and pulled Ryan away from the edge of the bed. The flustered bear was trying his best not to literally scream as he felt banjo's own warmth on his. He also felt the fur and realized how soft it was. Ryan's heart was beating at an intense rate. Knowing that anything can happen, he tries to at least turn away from banjo. He triumphs but now banjo is hugging him from behind. Banjo yawns and tells Ryan good night before drifting off into sleep.

Ryan swallows hard. He felt so uncomfortable but also relaxed now. The soft snores coming from behind signaled that banjo did fall asleep. Rather fast. Ryan then starts to look at the backpack where Kazooie was. She too was snoring softly as one of her wings hang from the opening of the bag. The bear sighs. He begins to wonder what would be in store for tomorrow. He then felt something grab his paw and realizes that it was banjo holding his hand. The bear couldn't help but grab it back, feeling how soft and gentle the hand felt. He slowly began to drift off into sleep. Then something began to poke his back. Ryan's mind began to race as he knew exactly what it was. He tried to move away but banjo's grip on his whole body was tight, unable to move at all.

Ryan attempted to speak but nothing but air came out. He was too nervous and flustered to do anything. He was feeling the bear's raging boner on his lower back; it was close to his butt. Ryan attempted to ignore it, yet by doing so he too began to get hard. He grasped his now pitching tent on his pants with his free hand to keep it from pushing out any further. Banjo, in his sleep began to push gently against Ryan's backside. The bear felt the poking from behind and tried his best to keep his thoughts out of the gutter. It failed and he began to imagine how if he had his pants off, he would be able to feel how big banjo was. Banjo's boner then was near Ryan's butt, it pushed in-between his pants where his butt was. Ryan let out a yelp, letting go of banjo's paw to cover his maw. Banjo then started to thrust somewhat forward causing the bear to let out muffled yelps as he tried his best not to thrust backwards.

'I gotta do something or else I'm going to lose it!' Ryan thought. The only thing he could do was turn around. Yet it would lead to both bears 'crossing swords' which he didn't want unless he was prepared to nosebleed to death.

Then banjo suddenly stopped thrusting. Ryan was confused until Banjo began to snore a little louder than before. Ryan sighs, calming himself.

Ryan slowly regulates his breathing. "He must have fully fallen asleep...does this mean he was slightly awake during that? Naw." He manages to whisper to himself. His eyelids become heavy from all the excitement happening in one day, soon he too drifts off to sleep.

Ryan wakes up to the smell of bacon and slowly got up from the bed. He then sees banjo, fully nude, with his butt fully exposed. Ryan's eyes go wide eyed and he faints with a toothy grin. Moments later he feels a familiar pecking on his head. When he opens his eyes he sees Kazooie on top of him poking his forehead. She stops when she sees him awake.

"Yo sick boy, you ok? Your nose is bleeding." She then hands him a tissue and gets off. Ryan grabs the tissue and blushes furiously.

"I'm ok I swear! It must have been the heat." He knew he was lying but what else could the bear say. He is then greeted by banjo and a plate of pancakes shaped like bunnies with chocolate chips in them, bacon and eggs on the side, Banjo smiles at him.

"Hungry? I hope the bleeding wasn't serious. I do want you to get better, so I let you sleep in a bit." He hands the plate off to Ryan. He accepts and nods gently, not speaking a word. After Ryan eats he thanks banjo for the good food and puts on his shirt. The moment he gets up there is a knock on the door. Kazooie answers it.

"Well if it isn't the dog with the really big key! How did you get back here?" She makes a face then turns to banjo. "Yo banjo it's Jonathan! He's finally here for that visit!"

"Oh really? Let him in!" He turns to Ryan to say something but is confused when he is making a face of utter confusion.

"Wait you know my friend?!" he shouts. Jonathan hears the familiar voice and barges in. He grins.

"Ah Ryan! Seems like you met banjo and kazooie!" He then notices the blood stained tissue. "Whoa you alright? Did something happen to you?"

"Answer me first, how do you know them!?"

"I met them a while ago when their world was lost." Jonathan casually answers. Ryan was more confused but didn't press on the matter. Jonathan then starts to apologies for abandoning Ryan but was grateful to banjo for taking him in for the night. After all four spend talking to one another, playing cards and telling stories it begins to get dark again. Jonathan looks out the window and sighs.

"Beautiful outside. So Ryan are you ready to head home now?"

Ryan makes a small squeak sound and speaks up. "No I want to stay!"

"Hey we discussed this, one world visit and that's it. We can't have you being missing at your own world. Bad enough now you would be gone for 3 hours. Maybe next time you can find a way to be out longer. But for now we have to say goodbye and get you home." The husky taps his foot.

Ryan hangs his head in defeat. He looks to banjo and kazooie who were putting away the cards. Banjo smiles at him.

"You are welcome to visit anytime! Just no adventures please." he exclaims.

Kazooie interjects. "No let's go have a new adventure! Maybe we can leave this ugly old island and find a new place to explore."

As the bear and bird argue, Ryan goes up to Jonathan. "Are you sure we can visit again soon?"

"Yes but when, I don't know for sure. I still have other things to do that are too dangerous for you. So for now I'll take you straight home."

Ryan nods. They both yell out a goodbye as banjo and Kazooie wave goodbye while still arguing about what they will do. When Jonathan and Ryan step outside the green portal that was at jinjo village was also next to banjo's house. Jonathan motions Ryan to enter. They go in it and reappear on Jonathan's ship. He goes up to the console and starts to type in the coordinates to Ryan's world. The ship starts to rumble with life and departs.
