First off, I don't own any Character of the Digimon series. But I own other char besides the Digimon series. The story might be longer than the rest and maybe my last for a while until things are settle in my life. So enjoy for a moment.

In Kari's car, Al and Vinnie sat at the back seat eating some cookies while Gatomon, that still inside the bag, is at the passenger seat remain hidden from Vinnie's view. "This cookie's taste so bad that I can hardly swallow it." Said Vinnie tasting some cookies that was left at the home economics.

"Well since you said it that way, I will put some grades for the taste next time." Said Kari in laughter.

"You said it, Miss Kamiya." Said Al agreeing her opinion. "But before that, you should taste mine first. I'm guessing I put too much sugar in it that time."

"I saw that. It's true that you put a little too much sugar, and that's not all. The water was less than what it should be, and you have overcooked it. But despite of all that, your cookie turn out okay and it is still edible." Comment Kari.

"Really, Miss Kamiya?" asked Vinnie and then took a cookie at Al's package. "It's true. Although it was slightly burned, but the sweet covers it."

"Well, I'll try harder next time and calculate the exact amount."

"We're here, everyone." Announce Kari stopping the car at the front entrance of the shopping district. "You two wait here while I'll park the car somewhere." Al and Vinnie nod and leave the car.

Kari looked for a parking lot while Al and Vinnie waiting at the entrance while eating some cookie. "Did you bake a lot of cookies at the home economics class?" asked Vinnie in curious.

"No, I didn't. It belongs to other class mate that won't take them after school. And Miss Kamiya told me to bring them along." Answered Al standing beside the light pole.

"Want to grab some sodas after Miss Kamiah return?" asked Vinnie kind of sore throat after eating some cookies.

"Sure thing," replied Al feeling the same way. "Speaking of her, where is, Miss Kamiya? She's been gone for 20 minutes."

"Maybe it's full. You know how full it is on weekend."

"I hope your right. Especially she brought some extra weight."

"Sorry for the wait. The parking lot is full so I parked the car much further than expected." Said Kari while bringing her bag and rushing to meet them.

"It's all right, Miss Kamiya." Said Al fully understands her situation right now. "Vinnie just asked me to buy some soda after eating so many cookies just now."

"Sounds great. I fell a little bit thirsty after driving the car. Let's look for a vending machine near the food court, shall we."

They all went into the shopping district and looked for a vending machine. It's really huge district packed with peoples buying their daily food and more. Within 10 minutes from the entrance to the nearest vending machine, they reached to the cake shop where there is a vending machine selling various kind of drinks from soda to regular water. Each of them chooses the drinks they desire most. Vinnie bought a juice, while Kari bought a tea. As for Al, he chooses a soda like Cola. "Phew... that really hit the spot." Said Vinnie after gulping some of her juice.

"You tell me. Some of the cookies were dried up. You should put some grades for tasting, Miss Kamiya." Said Al in agreement and comment to Kari about adding some taste grade.

"All right. I will tell the other teachers when we have a meeting next time. Although I did said that for fun." Accept Kari after drinking the tea and then put it in the bag so Gatomon can drink it without anyone noticed.

"Look whose decide to drop by at the cake shop." Said a man voice unfamiliar to Al and Vinnie.

They all looked at the source of the voice that happens to be inside of the shop. "I didn't know that you worked here, Takato." Said Kari quite surprise to see Takato wearing a white apron. "And that apron looks good on you too."

"Well I am a baker and the boss hired me here. And also I was asked by other employee to fill in his shift today." Said Takato answering Kari's question. Then he looked at the children that came along with her. "Is there an occasion by bringing the students from your school, Kari?"

"Actually, we were on the same boat. They want to have some fun while I tagged along and buy some groceries."

"I see, well do you kids want some cakes. I'll give you a discount, since you two were with Kari today." Asked Takato tried to be nice with them.

"Thanks but no thanks, mister." Said Vinnie. "We just ate."

"I see. Just call me Takato. I'm a friend with your teacher here and happened to stayed at the same apartment."

‘A friend of Miss Kamiya? Does that mean he also have a Digimon with him?' thought Al after Takato introduced himself. "I'm Alphonse and this is my friend, Vinnie."

"Nice to meet you two. How about you two browse the cake shop and maybe you can buy some for your house."

"Okay." Said Al and Vinnie in unison then entered the shop browsing the cake leaving Takato and Kari behind.

"Is that the boy you were talking about?" asked Takato in whisper.

"Yes, he is." Replied Kari.

"I can sense his awareness after you told your name, Takato. I think he knew about us." Said Guilmon in his D-Server.

"Did you tell him everything?"

"Some of it. But not the mission of course. He made an oath to keep it secret."

"I see. I hope you've made the right decision upon trusting him with it. Anyway here is your D-Server. Gatomon forgot to bring it to you." Showing her D-Server and gave it to her.

"Thanks Takato." Receiving the D-Server and hide it in her bag. After that Al and Vinnie came out from the shop.

"Find anything you like kids?" asked Takato.

"There were so many to choose but I can't decide which." Said Vinnie with a frown face of confusion.

"Well I really like cakes, but I'm not in the mood for cakes right now." Said Al also with a frown face. "Thanks to Miss Kamiya I ate a lot of overcooked and weird cookies on the way here. That's why we were here in the first place."

"I see. Well better luck next time. I've got to get back to work. I'll see you later, Kari." Said Takato and then he entered the cake shop.

"Good bye then. Shall we look around the district? I haven't been in the district since I was in high school." Asked Kari with an excitement. Al and Vinnie nod in excitement as well.

They leave the cake shop and wandering around the shopping district. There were meat shop, fish shop, vegetable shop, even fruit shop at the middle section of the district. There also souvenir shop, dress shop, accessories shop, book shop, hobby shop at the east section of the district. Food court, snack shop, cake shop, hobby shop, movie and arcade were in the west section of the district. Even though the shops were few but the size of each shop were as big as a garage that fits one car and two bikes.

After two long hours wandering around looking for something that interested them much, their stomach growling telling them that all the cookies were digested and ready to fill more food. "I'm hungry, Miss Kamiya. Where should we eat?" said Vinnie holding her stomach.

"That depends on you two." Said Kari.

"I better find a restaurant that suits my pocket." Said Al looking around at the food court.

"I thought they robbed you out." Said Vinnie remembering that he was being bullied and asked to give them his lunch money by force couple of times.

"Don't worry about it. I've saved extra from it. But it's enough to feed one person." Said Al in concern.

"Tell you what. How about I treated both of you just for today." Said Kari knowing their status.

"Really, Miss Kamiya? Then I'll have a combo meal at Mc. Douglas." Said Vinnie without giving any thoughts.

"Is it really okay? I mean you still need to buy some cat food for her." Asked Al knowing that she had an extra mouth to feed besides herself.

"Same as you, Al. I had some extra help as well." Said Kari knowing what he means with a wink at him.

"In that case, I'll have the same one like Vinnie."

"Then Mc. Douglas indeed." Said Kari then went to the food court looking for Mc. Douglas's stand. They ordered three combo meals as they wanted. It contains a double beef burger, medium size fries, and a coke to complete the meal set. They took their order and find empty seats for them to enjoy their lunch. They were enjoying their lunch and had a small chat after the meal. After an hour Kari stand up and told them, "Well I better buy some groceries. You two have fun together okay."

"Thanks for the meal, Miss Kamiya." Said Al and Vinnie spontaneous and then Kari left leaving them behind.

"I was wondering, Al." said Vinnie trying to start the conversation. "What went really happen yesterday? Did something appear to save you from those bullies?"

"Yeah." replied Al tried to lie about Gatomon. "Miss Kamiya showed up before I completely passed out, and she saved me."

"Really? She came at the right time when you were out cold. But how did she carry you to the clinic room?" said Vinnie curious about the real situation.

"That is a secret and I made a promise to Miss Kamiya." Said Al and then drink his coke pretending to act cool.

"Okay. Do you want to look at the arcade after this?" Asked Vinnie knowing that Al likes to play games, especially online games. "I feel that I will have some luck at the crane game and swoop all prizes in it."

"You still want to grab the crane prizes even though the chance of getting it is still slim since you're so impatient." Chuckled Al knowing her personalities.

"In that case treat me something IF I get a prize from the crane." Said Vinnie determined and betting with Al.

"Nahhh. One prize is too small. How about five prizes and with tokens to spare, which I'm sure you won't win." Said Al raising the stake.

"Alright you're on." Said Vinnie dealing the bet and then go to the arcade together. When they enter the arcade, they saw lots of game inside and crowded with students and teenagers. They went to the counter to buy some tokens. Vinnie looked around to see the crane game and Al look at other games. But something catches his eyes. A new set of game machines has been installed recently. The game consist three chairs complete with a virtual glasses set, three separated screen facing the chair, and many more. It is a brand new game which makes Al wanted to try the game himself until he is satisfied with it. He looked for the title of the game and it is D.M.O. which stands for Digital Monster Online.

At first he didn't know what kind of game is that until he saw the screen that makes him surprise more. It looks like an online battle tournament game; it is a fight with other player in order to claim the tournament prize. And what makes Al surprise is that the opponent is a Digimon that similar to the cards he saw but with sword and armor? That makes it all weird to him.

He watches the screen again to see who is fighting. It is a battle of a green Betamon with a pike helmet fighting against Tsukaimon a flying black being with a light round shield on a coliseum. Betamon tried to tackle Tsukaimon but to no avail because it flies away to avoid body contact. After that Betamon look back again at Tsukaimon, this time the stance were different as if it is preparing something. A spark gushed out from its mouth and aim toward Tsukaimon. The attack was fast that make Tsukaimon lifted its shield to block it. The impact was strong enough to send Tsukaimon down to the ground. Betamon saw this chance and then tackle again. Tsukaimon saw it and dodge to the left and then using its wing to bash. Betamon didn't see the counter and it got hit right on its right head. Both Betamon and Tsukaimon made a distance and get ready for the final strike. The spark shots again from Betamon and Tsukaimon shots an air ball. The attack clash and the smoke block the vision. After the smokes cleared he saw that Betamon is still standing winning the battle while Tsukaimon fainted and slowly disappearing. The owner of Betamon cheers with glee for his victorious and a card appear from the slot as a prize for winning the battle. After that he took the card and another item from the game and went to another game.

‘The Betamon was actually him fighting in the game.' As Al looked closer to the chair set, there was a pair of joy pad to control that digimon. Al tried to sit in the game feeling the tense of the upcoming of the game. He put some token in to the machine. The chime from the game told him that the tokens are in and the button flashes at the top of the joy pad. Thus he pressed it and the game begun. The goggle descending in order to adjust the player's height and place it directly on to his head. After it attach to him the goggle was release leaving three extended cables to connect the game making Al's head to move freely for a view inside the game. Inside the goggle light green screens were on and female attendances appear in front of him to greet the player.

"Welcome to the DMO Rumble Battle. It seems that you are new to the game because you don't have the digivice with you. Am I correct?" she said which makes Al surprise that she is right. "there is no need to surprise. I know that you didn't put it in the slot before you press the button." She said and shows the slot picture. "And furthermore you haven't registered to the online server yet. Don't worry about it. In here you can register yourself and get the digivice freely. All we need from you is to fill this up" there is a form appeared at the side of the female with a cursor flashing at the virtual keyboard. Al filled the necessary information to the administrator. "It seems that all the fillings were in the right order. Now then you can create your personal character in here we will give you another form to decide which digimon you will become or do you have one in mind?"

‘So I can become any digimon I want, but what should I choose.' Al browsed the picture of every starter digimon in the picture until one picture caught his eyes. He selected a yellow orange dinosaur as his starter form. "That is Agumon a dinosaur digimon. Now do you want to add some accessories to make differences between others?" she asked and gave him a variety of accessories and color changes. Al selects a pair of white arm band and eyes and then he press done. "What is his name?" she asked again. And Al named him ‘Albino' because his first two letters similar to him. After he press ‘done' button, the process took for about several minutes and then he is able to join the game. "Thank you for your time. You can join the expedition server at the internet for leveling up and others. But in order to play the game you must have a goggle, controller pad and a slot for your digivice connected to your computer. You can purchase them at the game store near your neighborhood. Good bye and enjoy the game." After that she disappeared and the green screens slowly change in to a large nicely crafted gate.

The gate slowly open letting a ray of sun hit his face make him close his eyes for a moment. Then he heard screams and cheers, making him wondering what happened. He open his eyes and saw a large battle arena consist of many field for players to do battle. He looked at his surroundings that there are lots of strange creatures called digimon watching the battle. And further more he was inside the large coliseum.

He walked slowly looking at his surrounding in astounding. He knew that the fields and the coliseum were computer made, but somehow it felt so real that he could the wind clash and the heat of the sun. Then he browsed the main menu of the game, starting from his status, skills, equipment and items. When he selected the skills menu, a large screen appeared showing him the skills the character knows but so far it is only one skill called ‘Pepper Breath'. Others were complete empty since it is his first so it is completely fresh.

He heard whispers from other players telling to each other that there's a freshman. Were they talking about Al? He looked at the players that whispering about him. To his surprise he can see their names and their levels. Their levels were far greater than him, so he have to be careful for his action not to attract others. He looked at his surrounding again. Lots of players were forming small groups consist of three to six players. Each of the group had at least two of the strongest. Since the bullies' incident that occurred to him yesterday, he is keeping his distance to them. He keeps wandering around without knowing where his headed until he felt a thud like vibration at his seat like he hit something large.

Al looked at someone that bump him and he look at someone like a renegade biker with black leather jacket, jeans, wings and tail. His face was white pale also wearing a mask and two shotguns were holstered at his leg and back. "Who the hell bump into me?!" asked that player with an anger tone. He looked directly into Al and said, "Huh.. it's only a punk! What's business do you want with me?!"

Al got all scared because of his expression. "I'm sorry! I didn't see where I'm going because I'm new here," was all he had to say.

"You've got a lot of nerve coming to this place, rookie. You shouldn't be here! This place is the only place where players gathered to test their strength not for sightseeing."

"I know that this place is for battle only and I don't know where to start."

"Why don't you go look at the screen over there. I'm sure there's a receptionist that will tell you everything that you need to know." He said pointing at the large board.

Al looked at the place he pointed and saw a large board like screen. Beneath it lots of players were gathered to sign in the battle game. "I see, thank you for showing the way ummh."

"It's Beelzebmon. Now get your ass out of my sight!"he said introducing himself still in an anger tone. Al left in a hurry for he was scared completely. "Humph.. Stupid humans."

"It is not like you at all, Beelzebmon." Said another small low voice behind him.

Beelzebmon look behind him still pissed off. "Who... Oh! It's you Antylamon." At first he didn't recognize the voice until he saw someone he knew. The person that called him was a slim anthropomorphic-like brown rabbit with a three horns at its white forehead. its arms and legs were big and long. It's wearing a white armor with a Chinese character for rabbit covering her torso, three brown belts around its small stomach, a pale purple pant that also cover its paw feet, and a purple scarf around its neck. The height was slightly taller than him.

"Helping a human wasn't really your style at all. Since I know your attitude that is." said Antylamon in giggle.

"Shut up! What do you know about me anyway?" he said with a little bashful avoiding eye contact.

"You sometimes help human since after the big incident and of course I'm not really surprise at you at all. After all I knew you when I was a Deva. You came pleaded for power, but after that you have changes and help the frontiers to destroy the D - Reaper. And because of that I have put my trust on you as my partner." said Antylamon with a relief tone.

"Yeah. And you've also changed ever since you've met Suzie. So we were on the same boat. Okay?" he said daring her to say another word about his embarrassing past again. "Any way, is there any news recently?"

"Guilmon and Takato report in that Gatomon help a human yesterday. Words that he knew about all of us and the big incident occurred recently."

"Why didn't she just erase him right away in the first place? That makes thing complicated." Said Beelzebmon grunting out loud.

"Because you've got to pass my dead bits if dare touch him Beelzebmon. Besides he is kinda cute for a four eyes." Another voice appeared suddenly behind them. And that makes Beelzebmon surprise.

"I hardly saw you in this server, Gatomon." Said Antylamon. "What brings you here?"

Gatomon walks forward approaching Antylamon and Beelzebmon. "Here's our report. That boy has sworn an oath right in front of Kari and me, and furthermore he just came to this server as a newcomer. At least that is what she said to me." Her ear suddenly twitches after she said that word.

"A newbie you said? What character that human used?" Beelzebmon asked with a little curious.

"Kari said that he use Agumon as his character."

"Well duh... there are at least 40 Agumon in this place include black, snow, and yellow! Could you at least give us a specific look?" said Beelzebmon tick off.

"Like I said that he's an Agumon, not black or snow. And the specific looks that he had a white armband and white eyes if that gives you a detailed specific!" she said in louder tone.

"Thanks. That makes thing a lot...." Pause Beelzebmon remembering the Agumon that bump him a while ago. "hoo man. It's that punk!!!"

"Beelzebmon, What's wrong?" asked Gatomon rather surprise with his yell.

"There is a player that matches your description." He said and then ran toward the receptionist.

"What does he mean?" asked Gatomon.

"He means what he meant. There was an Agumon that match your description before you told us. And he got scold by Beelzebmon just because he bump him. And that happened not long before you arrive." explained Antylamon replacing him. Both of them followed Beelzebmon to the reception counter.

This is my longest story I've ever posted so far. Hopefully you enjoy the stories so far, although lots of misspells everywhere. Please I apologize for everything so far and Thank you for the comments (if there's any ^^;).
