Electus

(Lucario's POV)

I groaned as I painfully lifted myself off the hard floor. My eyesight was blurry and my left foot was still fast asleep. I never knew when I passed out, but if memory served me right, it happened shortly after Zoroark fell asleep. I would've been awake all night helping Typhlosion watch over Junior, but the boredom lessened my consciousness.

It took only a few seconds for my vision to clear. I sat up and glanced around to scan the room. The window displayed a bright, lively Lumiose. My first reaction was to shield my eyes with my furry arms.

The other three Pokemon were still fast asleep. It was surprising that I woke up first. It was usually Blaziken who woke up early in the morning for training. Since nobody else was up, I decided to go back to my slumber, but I saw something that frightened me. I stared at the spot that Typhlosion and I were watching. The patched up half wolf we were watching wasn't there.

I didn't even have time to wake up the others as my ears picked up a far away noise. The sound of a table falling downstairs reached my ears. The first thing that came to mind was the lupine's attacker. It was plausible that he followed us back here. Just the fresh memory of him attacking us gave me goose bumps. If he really did follow us then...

I shook my head. I didn't understand what was going to happen, but, I didn't think it over anymore as I ran out the door.

My foot being asleep didn't help me run, but nonetheless, I made it to the stairs. I glanced below to see the door close at that exact moment. A black robe was seen before it closed. I growled. I didn't like that I was exactly a few seconds late of stopping him from leaving. Seconds are crucial at this point. Being late by a few seconds could be the end of Junior's life!

I hopped off the railing and landed pain free. I looked to my left to see the green table I heard upside down. Multiple pieces of glass were nearby it. I ignored it as I started to dash toward the door and exit the building. I immediately ran into something, but I didn't hit the ground. Someone or something, grabbed my arm, preventing my fall. I was pulled toward it until I accidentally ended up against their chest.

"Oops. Sorry about that Lucario." The semi-deep voice apologized. I glanced up as brown eyes stared down at me. My cheeks lit up as his gaze was still fixed on me. The figure let me go and I looked at him. His jeans were torn slightly which revealed a tuft of silky silver fur. His exposed furry leg was cut slightly, but luckily, no blood.

"Lucario? What's wrong?" The half wolf inquired. The wolf boy tilted his head in curiosity. His wolven ears swayed along side with his head movement.

I couldn't even talk, the sight of seeing the trainer all fine baffled me. Who just goes unconscious from blood loss and a head injury then wake up the next day all fine? That isn't normal! If anything, it's inhuman!

It took a minute before I was able to regain my voice. "H-how?" I barely stuttered. I was hoping for an answer but the wolf's response wasn't that. Instead, he laughed. I could feel my face flaring up from embarrassment. My ears drooped along side my embarrassment.

"Sh-Shut up!"

"Ok.. sorry, it's just.. what do you mean by how? Haven't I just been asleep?" Junior asked. He really didn't remember the attack. His head was likely fractured so he ended up with a recent memory loss. I didn't doubt it.

I sighed since I had to explain the whole situation to the canine. I walked over to the building's wall and sat down. I gestured him to sit beside me, which he did. I knew that I was going to end up destroying his cheerfulness. "So this is what happened."

.....

"Th-That really happened?!" The wolf exclaimed. I nodded my head slowly which caused Junior's terrified expression to grow. He reached into his hood and touched the covered wound. The poor boy cringed and immediately pulled his hand away. His breathing rate increased in anxiety. I saw his ears droop inside his hood.

"I could've.. d-died!" He would've been better off not knowing about his second near death situation, but he had to know in case we get attacked again. He WAS part wolf, so his instincts in danger was fight or at least it should be fight.

To try and calm him down, I stepped toward the half wolf and placed my paw on his chest. He jumped from my touch.

"Junior, you survived. That's all that matters. Plus, if it happens again, ALL of us will protect you." I reassured him. It didn't work that well since Junior made a slight whimper. I sighed from annoyance. The only other thing that I knew would calm a pup down would be slightly embarrassing. But, I decided to at least give it a chance. If it didn't work then Typhlosion would help him later.

I rose my left paw above Junior's head, earning a questioning whimper from him. "L-Lucario what are you-" The lupine was interrupted as I began to slowly pet his head. Even through the hood, he felt my gentle warm blue paw. The young wolf purred in bliss. A flush of embarrassment stained my cheeks as I kept petting the hybrid. I knew I looked awkward doing this, especially since Junior was taller than I was. But, I knew that if he wasn't calm, he wouldn't want to continue adventuring. Yes, I sounded selfish, but I couldn't have him freaking out this early.

I smiled slightly as I noticed his drastic mood change. I actually didn't expect petting his head to work.

"That's it. Calm down, ok? You aren't going to die any time soon." I cooed calmly. That seemed to help slightly since Junior's breath went back to its natural state. I continued the petting until Junior's ears suddenly perked up. He shook away my paw and gazed down the road of Lumiose. A look of pain was on his face as he balled his gloved paws. He whispered something inaudible and nodded slowly.

Junior turned is attention to me. "Wake up the others Lucario." The lupine commanded in a hushed tone. I was about to question him, but decided to follow my trainer's orders. I ran back into the building, and awoke the others. We all ran out the building, to rejoin with the wolf.

(Junior's POV)

I waited two minutes before Lucario burst through the doors with Zoroark, Typhlosion and Blaziken on his heels. The other three Pokemon gasped in surprise once they saw me. Typhlosion in particular gasped the loudest.

"Junior!" The three Pokemon exclaimed in unison. Typhlosion ran toward me whereas Zoroark and Blaziken stood there in bewilderment. They were probably surprised the illusion fox was able to save me. He always doubted himself when it came to his medical prowess.

The Volcano Pokemon hugged me as tight as humanly (or in this case pokemonly) possible. I grunted from his strength. He may not have been a Fighting type like Lucario or Blaziken, but his strength was as high as theirs. He lifted me into the air and twirled around in happiness. I chuckled as the badger continued to spin around. After a few seconds, he stopped spinning and placed me back on my two feet. Typhlosion stared into my brown canine eyes. A warming smile was painted on his face.

"I'd give you a kiss, but they are here." My mate whispered into my wolven ears. I managed a fang-showing smile. Seeing my mate full of glee made my heart become warm. My Pokemon's happiness was what I strived for.

I shook my head as I remembered the reason I told Lucario to call them. I had an expressionless expression as I faced all my pokemon. Zoroark was leaning on the left pokeball statue, patiently waiting. Lucario was sitting on top of the statue. His paws were dangling since he was smaller.

I opened my mouth to speak, but before I can say anything, Blaziken walked toward me. He was stretching his body and yawned powerful enough to make me cringe.

"It's nice to see you alive... but couldn't you wait AFTER we woke up?" The dual type aggressively inquired. I knew he was irritated especially since he was forced to wake up. But, I didn't care if he was.

I put my gloved paw in a be-quiet motion which Blaziken didn't like. He growled slightly in exhaustion and aggression. I stupidly decided to push him, making the Blaze Pokemon stumble back before he recoiled.

"Hey! What the fuck did I do!?" He yelled. He pushed me back slightly harder, but not enough for me to fall. I knew he held back because I wasn't thrown across the street. Typhlosion made a slight growl, which the others didn't hear. I placed my paw on his head and gave him an annoyed glare. I didn't want the fuzzy badger to constantly worry about me. He knew I could handle myself when it was about the others. I could've just taken out a Pokeball then they'd be scared.

I sighed as I looked down South Boulevard. I didn't know why, but I had to keep going. My mind was nagging me to ignore everyone and follow the voice.

I couldn't wait any longer as I began to walk past a medium sized purple building that was next to Sycamore's lab. It had a sign on it, but I ignored it and continued forward. It wasn't important at the time, at least to me it wasn't.

At that moment, Typhlosion realized I wasn't beside him so he jogged toward me. The others hastily followed him until everybody was crowded behind me. I didn't even bother putting anybody inside their pokeball since I was oddly driven. It was a quiet walk past a couple of buildings before Lucario quickened his speed to walk beside me. He awkwardly coughed which caught my attention.

"What?" I asked. I accidentally flashed my sharp, white fangs. It frightened the aura user but he didn't slow his walking speed.

"Um... where are we going? And shouldn't we wait for Axel?" He inquired.

"We aren't leaving Lucario. We're just going to find something. I don't know what it is, but," I glance up at the sky before finishing my statement. "But, it shouldn't take long... and I think Axel will wait for us before we head to the next town." I turned around and motioned my head to reassure everybody to continue following me. I really didn't know what I was searching, but I didn't care as I continued with the others right behind me.

(Typhlosion's POV)

It bothered me when I saw Lucario walking beside the lupine. Yes, I knew the half wolf wouldn't tell the others our secret, but I couldn't stop thinking that they can smell my scent deep inside him. It probably didn't help that he hasn't washed my scent away either, so it was still ripe. All I hoped for was that the smell of blood overlapped it.

Blaziken curiously glanced at each cafe and attraction we passed by. I heard him sigh with each one we passed by. It took me a second before I realized he wanted to continue exploring Lumiose. Sadly for him, Junior was dead set on locating whatever the hell we were trying to find. For once I actually felt bad for that chicken. I may loathe him, but I'm not a heartless bastard! He just wanted to continue exploring, which made him happy. Being deprived from adventure for so long really made him thirst for it. I actually considered talking to him, but I quickly decided against it. It wasn't that I DIDN'T want to help him, but it was HIS problem, NOT mine!

After passing by a sleeping goat with a grass mane, we entered North Boulevard. Junior glanced around, his ears were on high alert. His wolven eyes slowly closed as he hummed to himself. All of us tilted our heads in curiosity. We just stared at our trainer for about 2 minutes before I got bored. I slowly walked toward him and tapped the hooded wolf's back. He jumped in surprise causing his hood to shift down slightly.

"Don't do that!" He growled. He balled his paw then turned around to face me. Once he realized it was me, his expression turned soft. "Oh, s-sorry Typhlosion.... wh-what do you want?"

"I want a lot of things from you, but the main question itching my mind is.. Where are we going?" I inquired. Junior glanced away. His paw was shyly scratching the back of his head. He laughed suspiciously. He was obviously hiding something. I've known him long enough to tell when he is lying or hiding answers.

I leaned toward him until I was directly in front of him. I stared at him in annoyance. The submissive pup stepped backwards which didn't help him since I took that step. A hue of red was visible through this silver fur.

"D-Don't look at me like that! You're making me b-b-blush!"

"You always blush so it isn't news," I rose my paw to his chin forcing him to rise it slightly. He grit his teeth from embarrassment. "Plus you look so adorable when you blush! Actually... adorable enough that if the others weren't here, I would've pinned you against the wall..." I smirked evilly as a perverted thought came to my mind. The silver wolf must've known what I was thinking about since he growled shyly.

"Typhlosion, you sh-shouldn't say th-that when they're here!" He muttered. I didn't even have to look back to notice the others staring at us. Their gazes of confusion seemed to frighten the silver puppy. I wouldn't have cared if they knew, but Junior on the other hand wanted to keep the fact of us being mates concealed. He was afraid of what they would've said.

"C-Can we go b-before you do anything irrational?" The humanoid wolf inquired sheepishly. To convince me, my mate slowly scratched my head with his right paw. I purred from his soft, welcoming touch. I never understood why I loved being petted by Junior, but I didn't question it.

My purrs turned into pleasurable growls. I heard Junior chuckle before he withdrew his paw. I immediately glared at him. I didn't even have to talk for him to know what I was thinking. "Don't worry Typhlosion. I'll pet you some more later... IF we keep walking." The wolf boy said out loud. I heard everybody groan. Turning around, I noticed the others sitting underneath a tree, watching us.

"Do we HAVE to? Can't we just continue to the next route instead?" Zoroark complained as he got up. I glanced toward Junior, but was surprised to see he was already a couple feet away. He turned around and gestured for us to follow. "Wait up!" We all shouted in unison. We all ran to catch up to my mate, unaware of what lays ahead.

(Blaziken's POV)

I kept looking at each building we pass by since most of them looked interesting. Some had porches where people watered small flower pots. While other buildings were inhabited by humans with Pokemon we've never seen. The most common one was a small, pink avian Pokemon. It had a pink tuft on it's head and a beck that covered most of its face. The pokemon itself reminded me of an airplane.

I looked at it for a couple more seconds until I ran to catch up to the others. We continued to walk until Junior stopped suddenly. I accidentally bumped into him, but neither of us stumbled. Everybody looked at him in confusion. The half wolf's attention went toward the alley we were next to. A gust of wind could be heard from the dark eerie passageway. All of us shuddered as a random giggle came from inside.

Junior gulped from anxiety before he took a step toward it. I immediately grabbed his shoulder. "What are you doing?! Are you ACTUALLY going into a creepy alley when you were attacked in one yesterday?!" I exclaimed. Like the others, I didn't want our trainer get hurt. Walking into that alley was a bad idea and I wouldn't allow Junior to get hurt or worse, killed.

The wolf boy shook my arm away and stared into the alley. He was afraid and we all knew. His heavy breathing and fidgeting gave him away. But nonetheless, the pup walked into the alley. Typhlosion and I immediately ran with him while Zoroark and Lucario hesitated for a minute before joining us.

After a couple of twists and turns, we were met with a large rectangular dead end. The walls were dull, grey and dusty. Random symbols were sprayed on them. One of which was a sun. The floor wasn't any better. It was covered in the same symbols as the walls, but weirder. Each symbol had indescribable words inside them and were covered in dirt. The entire sight made everybody cringe.

Junior pulled down his hood so his furry head and ears came into view. He glanced around trying to find something.

"Why are we here?" Lucario asked nobody in particular. He didn't get an answer. We all stood in silence as Junior kept looking around. Gusts of air started to stir up the longer we were there.

Typhlosion and Zoroark looked at the silver canine. He didn't notice their gazes until Typhlosion cleared his throat.

"Hey, Junior." The lupine's ears perked up in response to his starter's voice. He turned his head to look at all of us, but didn't say anything. The wolf tilted his head. His silver ears twitched as silence continued for another second until The Volcano pokemon spoke again.

"Junior... uh, why did you want to come here? There isn't anything around." His flat statement seemed to unnerve the silver furred dog. He shyly tapped his foot on the symbol covered floor.

"I... I h-heard someone calling my name." The Johto-born trainer slowly lowered his head. A sense of uneasiness surrounded the teen. The volcanic badger stepped toward him before he continued. "Maybe I'm just crazy, but I.. felt a sudden surge of power. When I kept following the voice..... it g-grew," Our canine friend glanced around yet again before he stared at all of us. The brown wolf eyes were filled with a strong yet unknown desire. It took a second before I realized that desire. The reason Junior wanted to follow the voice he was hearing was because the canine wanted to know why he was transformed. Something as sudden as that must've rattled the teen.

"That... That's why I dragged you guys here.. I'm," The brown eyed wolf's ears fell to his skull. The shy wolf leaned against the grey wall, blushing from embarrassment. "...I'm sorry I dragged you guys here. We should probably leave.." Nobody said anything as we turned around to leave, but were stopped a voice.

"Wait puppy!" Junior jumped in surprise and we all quickly turned around. Lucario, Zoroark, Typhlosion and I prepared ourselves to fight. We didn't know whether or not the voice was friendly, but that didn't matter because we were going to protect our trainer. We pushed Junior behind us, forming a Pokemon shield. A combined growl emitted from all four of us. Then, a creepily slow giggle was echoing through the alley.

"Awww. How cute, I respect your loyalty to your trainer, but I'll have you know I won't hurt him!" The voice was sincere and quite feminine. A small light appeared in the middle of the room where the source of the voice came from. The light caught our attention. We all stared at it like idiots before it began to shine intensely. I shielded my eyes in reaction. I didn't know if the others were fast enough to block the bright white light. I heard several grunts from them, so it was a good assumption that they weren't fast enough. It took a minute before the light faded away. I slowly lowered my arms and gasped.

The whole alley was changed. Instead of the dull grey one we were in, it was transformed into a much cleaner, livelier place. Grey walls became pure white and clear black. The alley's dusty floor became the same colors. All the creepy symbols were replaced by two large floor markings. The left mark was of a sun and the right one was a moon. Both had an eye but the sun's eye was closed compared to the moon's opened one.

Lucario and the others gasped once they realized the place's difference. "Wh-What...?" Junior was left speechless. In fact, we were all in awe.

A chuckle was heard throughout the alley. "I should probably reveal myself now so your confusion doesn't go to waste!" The voice stated. We waited a complete second before a ball of light appeared in the middle of the rectangular area. It soon disappeared until a small floating being was in its place.

It had ears that were triangular and the snout was short, but wide. The small pokemon's arms had three clawed paws. Its legs were longer compared to its arms, but not as long as the thin tail. An oval tip was seen at the tail's end. The eyes were rather large and blue.... and did I forget to mention it was completely pink?

The floating pokemon giggled into her paws because of our reactions. Once the tiny pokemon stopped, she looked at each of us before randomly vanishing. Curiously, we turned around to see the pink pokemon floating in front of our trainer. "So you're Junior, right?" The pup yelped before falling backwards, making me trip and hit the floor. I quickly sat up, but stopped moving once I saw Junior's body against mine.

I stared down at the furry boy, puzzled. The half wolf realized that he was sitting between my legs and immediately got up. His face turned crimson as embarrassment flooded him. "S-S-Sorry Blaziken! I-I didn't mean to.. uh...." He glanced at Typhlosion, who was giving me an angry glare. I didn't understand why he was glaring, but I ignored him. Zoroark helped me up before the pink pokemon yawned.

"Hey dog," The tiny being floated toward Junior, slightly tilting her head. "Is your name Junior or not?" The wolf boy slowly nodded his silver furred head. That made the pokemon smile. She did two backflips in the air which really confused us. Why is this pink thing so happy? I flatly thought.

"Finally you're here! I've been waiting years for you to arrive!"

"Wh-What do you m-mean?" Junior stuttered. The pokemon grabbed Junior's left arm and guided him to the center of the dead end. She pointed at the two floor markings and looked at our trainer.

"Do you have anything that looks like these? Do you have ANY markings anywhere on your body?" She said focused and somewhat stern. The lupine just stared at the floor marks before slowly removing his right glove, revealing his furry paw. All of us crowded around Junior and looked at his paw. The half sun half moon mark was indeed similar to the two floor marks. The pink pokemon glanced at the wolf's paw then at the markings.

"Guess you're the one..."

"Junior's the one?" Zoroark inquired. I hadn't heard him say anything in quite a while so I honestly thought he didn't enter the alley.

Everybody looked at the strange pokemon with confused and curious looks. She nodded slowly then floated directly between the two floor markings. The pink cat-like pokemon placed her paws close to each other. A small ball of light formed in her pink paws. All of us stood their with the same reactions we had when the alley changed. Junior's ears were perked up meaning he was intrigued by the ball of light. The floating pink cat noticed his interested expression and slowly floated toward the lupine.

"Here." She said softly while giving Junior the light sphere. He nervously squirmed before reluctantly accepting the white light ball. "Don't worry, the light will disappear soon and whatever is inside is destined to be yours." She stated. That didn't seem to reassure Junior since he still looked anxious. He was probably afraid of what would've been inside. Typhlosion ran toward our friend and whispered something into his wolf ears. Almost instantly, the young wolf calmed. Whatever that badger told him would've been useful information in the slight chance Junior became shy or afraid in a dangerous situation.

After a few moments of silence, the light began to wither. A slight jingle came from the orb until it completely faded. We all looked at our trainer's paws, anxious of what the object was. To our surprise, the light had left behind a strange amulet. The chains were a clear silver. The two chains connected in the middle, holding a small bronze wolf head. Its eyes glowed an ominous gold.

Unknowingly, Junior put the amulet around his furry neck and it was hidden by his jacket. The pink pokemon smiled before her ears perked up. She looked up before quickly pushing Junior away. "You have to get out of here, NOW!" The urgency in the cat-like pokemon's voice frightened us, but we listened as we started to run out the alley. Our heavy footsteps echoed through the small corridor. Junior stopped halfway to look back at the pokemon. "W-Wait, will we see you a-again?"

"Yes! Just go! THEY'RE nearby!" She shouted. I grabbed Junior's arm and pulled him out the alley then we all ran back as fast as possible toward Sycamore's lab.

"Damn that Cat! If she hasn't warned that fucking mutt to leave, he'd be dead and we would've had the amulet!"

"Don't worry dude, once the mutt is left alone, he'll be dead."

"And what about those Pokemon?"

"If worst comes to shove, just kill them too. Does a few dead Pokemon matter in the long run anyways?"

"Guess not, oh fuck! They're escaping!"

"Hurry, after them!"
