Part 3

Downstairs the wolf had gone to clean up the spilled drink in his car. Bent over through the passenger side door wiping up the spilled liquid before it had a chance to dry and turn sticky. As he worked his mind thought about the situation he had gotten himself into, what he had done was considered very wrong and he knew it. "I'm not gonna hold him against his will," he mumbled to himself, that wasn't putting his mind at ease though and as a result he scrubbed much harder than he needed to.

Upstairs in the master bedroom Tai was slowly drifting between sleep and wakefulness. Eventually his eyes fluttered open and he sat up groggily, looking at his surroundings with a confused stare. 'This isn't my bedroom' he thought to himself. 'Where am I?' He began to feel scared, being in the strange room and not knowing how he got there, realizing he couldn't remember much of anything. It was only then he noticed that he was in fact naked.

"All done!" The wolf sighed as he closed the door to his car and pressed the lock button on his little remote. The car made a bleep to indicate it was now locked; it was lucky he had gotten to that spill in time, he didn't like sticky paw pads. Heading back inside he went to the laundry room to collect the pups clothes which he had washed. He tossed them into the dryer and turned the dial, making sure it started spinning before he left to fix a drink and some food for the pup.

Back upstairs he padded into his room quietly, just in case the pup was still asleep. The little fox was quite awake however and had pulled the covers up over himself, softly sobbing into his knees. The wolf padded over to the bed and sat beside the sobbing fox, giving his back a soft pat. "There there pup," he said soothingly. Tai jumped a little, he had been too busy being sad and hadn't heard anyone come into the room.

He looked up at the wolf through teary eyes. "Who are you and where am I?" He asked shakily. The wolf looked at the little fox with a soft expression on his face. "You're at my house pup, I drove you here remember?" He said gently rubbing the little fox's back. "I don't remember anything," Tai replied shaking his head slowly. "You were at kindergarten and nobody came to pick you up so I offered to give you a ride," the wolf explained gently. "Where is my clothes?" Tai asked still not remembering what had happened. "I removed them and put them in to wash because you spilled some drink on them" the wolf replied. "Would you like to take a bubble bath while they get dry?" He added with a soft smile.

Moments later Tai was standing in the bathroom beside the wolf as they waited for the extra big bath to fill. When it was ready the wolf picked up the little fox and lifted him into the tub. Tai sank down into the mound of bubbles till only his neck and head were showing. The wolf chuckled softly at the sight of the little pup as he using a wash cloth to start cleaning his fur. The little fox was a bit squirmy in the tub, despite his situation he did love bubble baths. He wondered whether he should be feeling more afraid being with a stranger, but the wolf hadn't done anything to hurt him.

The wolf told the little pup to close his eyes for a moment while he tipped some water over his head. "Don't want to get any soap in your eyes pup," he said with a smile. Tai nodded softly and closed his eyes, feeling the warm soapy water pour over his head and ears. The wolf noticed the cub had his eyes shut tight and face scrunched up as he tipped the water of his little head. He remembered back to when he was a small pup, he never liked water on his head and thought the little fox must be the same.

The wolf finished pouring the water. "All done pup, you can open your eyes now," he said, giving the cub's nose a playful bop. Tai opened his eyes and looked at the wolf thoughtfully, the wolf wasn't acting like a bad fur but he hadn't taken him home like he said he would. It was confusing because his daddy told him bad stuff happens but all the wolf had done so far was wash his clothes and give him a bubble bath.

Once bath time was over the wolf plucked the soaked fox out of the tub and wrapped him in a big soft towel. He the scooped him up again and carried him back to the bed. "Now wait here okay pup and I'll go get your clothes," The wolf instructed, leaving the room to head downstairs. When he got to the laundry the dryer was finished its cycle and the pups clothes were definitely dry but something was a bit off. He wasn't quite sure but they looked as though they might have shrunk slightly. Shrugging his shoulders he took them and headed back upstairs. 'All the up and down walking was surely doing me some good' he thought to himself with a grin.

When the wolf left the room Tai decided to have a peek around the room. There wasn't that much in the way of furniture; apart from the bed there was just a single armchair and small table as well as two bedside tables, one with a lamp and the other with an alarm clock. He opened the drawer of the bedside table closest to him and found a small tube that had the word "lubricant" on it as well as a few small square shaped packets. He decided that it was nothing interesting and so he shut the drawer again and started to dry off his fur.

Just then the wolf came back into the room carrying the little pups clothes. The little fox had started to dry off his fur and was bent forwards rubbing his legs with the towel. The wolf admired the view of the bent over cub, a naughty grin spreading across his face. There was no doubting that the cub was cute but he was also really sexy, at least to the wolf. Tai became aware of the wolf's presence once again, and realized that he was staring at his rump. The cub stood up straight and turned around to face the staring wolf who gave the slightest shake of his head and then walked over to him. "Would you like me to help you get dry pup?" The wolf asked.

Tai had agreed to the wolf's suggestion of help and was now standing in the bathroom once again while the wolf used a blow dryer on his fur. "you'll be nice and soft and fluffy in no time this way pup," the wolf smiled while working the blow dryer over the little fox's tail. Tai had to admit that he enjoyed the feeling of the warm air on his body and just as the wolf had said he was soon completely dry and fluffy all over. "All done," the wolf said, switching off the blow dryer and setting it down to cool beside the sink. "Are you hungry pup? I can fix something to eat if you like." Once again the little fox agreed and quickly put on his clean clothes with the help of the wolf; somehow they seemed a bit smaller than he remembered.

Downstairs Tai was sitting on a bar stool watching the wolf as he cooked them both up some bacon and eggs on toast. The wolf sure knew how to cook much better than his daddy and before long they were both seated at the dining table nomming on the food. Tai swallowed his mouthful of toast and looked over at the wolf, opening his mouth to say something but changing his mind and instead taking another bite of toast. The wolf didn't miss this, "What's on your mind pup?" He asked. "Well I was thinking why you bought me here is all." he replied. The wolf appeared to think about it for a moment and then set his fork down. "I've been watching you for some time pup, I don't like the way that your daddy was taking care of you and I wanted to help and make you feel special.

Tai listed while the wolf explained when he had first seen him and how he had watched him almost every night ever since. He started to frown and felt a little bit afraid when the wolf told him he had put something into the drink and that was why he had fallen asleep. He kept listening and could see that the wolf was a bit nervous too, maybe almost as much as he was. "so that's why I bought you here pup and I'd really like it if you would stay, but I won't force you to." The wolf finished.

Tai sat silent thinking over everything the wolf had just said, his young mind not understanding everything but the wolf did sound like he was telling the truth. He also only now realized that his daddy had never really treated him very nicely, but he had never known any different. The wolf had been very nice to him this whole time, he hadn't once yelled or hit him. He thought that his daddy would probably be looking for him, but also was worried how badly he would punish him if he went back now.

Finally he made his decision and looked back up at the wolf who seemed to be holding his breath. "I've decided to stay with you mister wolf if you promise not to be sneaky any make me fall asleep like that again." He announced. The wolf nearly fell from his seat as he heard the words and jumping up he scooped the little fox into his arms hugging him closely. "Thank you pup, you've made me the happiest wolf ever," he said, giving his new pup a big smooch on the cheek.
