Coincidental Incidents: An Introductory Entry into Lucca ManaDragon's Mysterious Contest ( http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/785149/ )

  • by Amethystine the Apothecary

(Note: This is the introduction and the first in the series, just in case it appears out of order in the listing of the different parts.)

Bookshelves, lined with more than just books, covered half of the walls of one half of the large room. This was because the room had a former life as just a library. It was still a library, though, but only partially, within the half that contained the shelves and tables, stacked with books on biology, chemistry, alchemy and the occult, as well as a decent selection of cookbooks and baking guides. You know, the typical mad scientist fare. The _other_ half was filled with work tables, covered in vials, tubes, beakers, Bunsen burners and other odd apparatus, all filled with colourful concoctions of varying viscosities. Exactly what you would expect to see in a laboratory.

This was the lab of one potion producing python, Amethystine. The old, chocolate brown wood panelling on the walls and deep green, intricately patterned carpet of the floor (save where the rug had been replaced with the more cleanly covering of tile, under the work tables) lent the space both an antiquated appearance and an aphotic ambiance. That is, it was old-fashioned and dim inside.

The somewhat lightless look of the room was alleviated by both a single small window on the wall opposite the lab-area, nestled between two large bookshelves, and by the sound of music. What sounded like a classical composition, complete with an orchestral symphony, came from a laptop (or 'coil-top') computer in the midst of the library portion of the parlour. Before long, the light and airy sound of several violins' worth of strings suddenly surrendered to a thrumming bass and drums, eventually including unnatural yet melodic sounds, no doubt made by a machine. Slowly rising in pitch, the synthesized sounds became increasingly cluttered until they all fell away to return to what sounded like more classical- calm, clear piano chords, soon rejoined by the violins before delving right back into the voiceless variety of newer music, mixing the two soundscapes into one. The strange, two-sided song seemed similar to the strange split between the dated decor and the fresh, futuristic fixtures of the lab.

The owner of the diverse dichotomies was somewhat of a melange himself, both serpent and semi-sapien. Amethystine, in name and in species.. that set of serpent hailing from Australia, while the individual resided in north-North America. The double 'north' meaning Canada, clearly. Coils, covered in cream coloured scutes along the belly and reddish brown scales supplanted with patches of golden yellow on the back, were strewn about upon the floor, going gradually from the antique carpet to the new tile in a winding way. On the apex of the lengthy and slender snake's backside, his sinuous spine possessed a strip of dull white scales. If one's eyes were to follow the thin, pale path through the loops, their gaze would be led up to the long white lab coat that was draped over the naga's humanoid and upright upper body.

His clawed hands held two test tubes tightly, while unblinking slit-pupil eyes were dilated open to closely and carefully control the flow of fluids from one flask to the other. He tipped one tube just a bit farther for a last dark drop of fluid to spill into the other vial, splashing into the lighter liquid and instantly making the pink potion shift to a blue hue. The snake hissed triumphantly, quickly righting the vial he had been pouring. "Finally, I've done--oh. Damn," he said, having begun to verbally pat himself on the back when the new navy blue fluid flushed red suddenly, causing his curse. In the background, the music filling the room neared the end of the piece, a furious and flustered finale was building, comprised of both classical and contemporary cacophonies.

"Ah well, back to the drawing board," Amethystine mused, moving himself steadily from the messy surface he had been tinkering at, over to a large box-shaped appliance. The snake slid smoothly, his slithering allowing him to keep the chemicals he held from being jarred or jolted in any way. He had slunk his tail's tip toward the tall box-thing and was already yanking the clear cover upwards as he approached, serpentine form leaning forwards with slight haste, he ducked his snout and shoulders into the sturdy, metal-lined interior of the container, slipping the vials into a firmly affixed holder for them at the back of the rigid rectangular fixture. As the music got louder, the naga noted the crimson colour of the concoction deepening. As he recoiled hurriedly out of the 'boom box' (as he affectionately called the well used appliance), his tail was still on the handle to draw it down once more. He made a mental memo to consider the consequences of sonic vibrations on his vials.

'Or I could just not listen to anything..' he thought, as he took off fleetingly towards his computer, which was facing the other way, oriented towards a chair on the other side of the table. The musical climax was reaching a fever pitch when the python plucked the laptop from the table as he passed.. pushing it shut from behind as he scooped it up, the clamorous combination came to an abrupt halt while Amethystine accelerated along the aisle, clutching the device to his chest. His speedy slithering stopped and he coiled up carefully, arranging his long form in what seemed to be a specific manner as he ripped the top few buttons open on his coat and tugged the thick material over his head, tucking his snout to the garment as he peered out with one eye at the only window in the room.

The python's peculiar actions were then topped off as he sprang forward from his tightly tensed position, his entire muscle-lined form shoving itself forward, pushing hard against the carpet, thankful for the traction it provided. His coat-covered head was dipped with one shoulder and arm raised to take the brunt of the impact as he crashed through the window, smashing it to shards as his torso sailed through, twisting slightly to the side to avoid landing on his laptop.

Outside, it was a bright sunny spring day, into which the apparently mad scientist burst. The ground floor window that exploded outward with a white-capped, brown-coiled length, was located on a long, wide and mostly short building. The part of the structure from which Amethystine escaped appeared to be a house from the early 20th century, while the rest of its extended length was new, apparently added on after the fact. The elongated reptile began to coil up around his torso on the ground, even as more of his body flew out of the window.. the last of his tail escaping just as a violent explosion came from inside! No flames could be seen, but the serpent certainly felt a rumble rush past, through the ground, feeling it with his sensitive underbelly. After another moment, pink-red smoke issued from a chimney on the top of the building.. coming out of the exit port of the aptly named 'boom-box'. What was more, thick blue clouds of dust and smoke began to billow out of the recently broken window.

Amethystine, his odd actions made clear, slowly unravelled his tightly wound body and stood his upper body up, pulling his coat back down onto his shoulders, his head popping back into place. He brushed his collar and sleeves free of splinters and glass shards before picking his laptop back up and calmly slithering across the lawn, avoiding the small pile of debris he had just made. "I should check for mail.." he pondered aloud. It would seem that the naga was rather used to the sort of explosive error that had just occurred.

Slipping over to the stereotypical gray tin mailbox, he saw that the flag was indeed up, his flickering forked tongue telling him that the nice female ferret mail carrier had been there not too long ago. He smirked, remembering last December, when he had given her a nice Christmas bonus.. she deserved it, since his abode WAS a bit out of the way. The forest that surrounded his grounds attested to that fact.

Opening his thick garment's front in the spring sun and exposing his broad scuted chest, he curled up at the worn wooden support post that mailbox was mounted on. Leaning on the postal portal, the snake idly examined his workshop as the two-toned smoke continued to seep out of the chimney and window, staining the sky slightly as the initial plumes dissipated into the atmosphere. "I hope no one noticesss that, thisss time.." he muttered to himself, pulling the few pieces of paper and some envelopes out of the box.

He flipped through the same old bills and fliers until he came to a crisp, clean and carbon-coloured envelope. The black paper struck him as intriguing and the unruffled appearance of the item was remarkable, as though it hadn't gone through the rigours of the postal system at all. The complete lack of stamp or return address piqued his curiosity farther, as did the imprinted silver script in the centre of the pitch pigmented paper that addressed the contents directly to him. His name and only his name was there, in the indented writing.

After a moment of attempting to guess its origin, Ameth shrugged and slit the top fold neatly with a claw-tip and pulled out the folded white contents.

Scaled lips parted slightly in realization as his lidless eyes scanned the page, "Ah, an invitation, I should have known.." he trailed off as he continued to read, idly thinking about how it would have to have been some professional organization to create such a formal bit of stationary. The note offered him the chance to enter a competition of some kind. The details were slightly obscured, covered by the complimentary double-speak assuring him a good time and a grand reward, also of indeterminate nature. Not exactly one for being unexpectedly taken away from his work, the snake sighed and lowered the letter, again gazing at his fuming fabrication studio. "Well, it'sss not like I'd have much to do around here.."

Tucking the invitation back into the black folds of the envelope, he slipped it into one of his wide pockets as he slithered to a second building on the premises, his actual living quarters. Separating the two structures was a smart idea, considering the possible perilous outcomes of his occupation. The house he headed for was much the opposite of the one he had just vacated. Tall, thin, and square when viewed from above, it had three floors under the flat, sundeck of a roof.

As he reached the front door, it was opened for him by an odd looking figure to which he nodded and passed the bulk of the mail while winding his long self up, so that the bizarre being could shut the entrance once again. Of course, strangeness is in the eye of the beholder, so some might think the giant snake with arms was weirder than the one who greeted him with the words: "Another accident?"

"Affirmative, Anomaly," answered Amethystine, matching one alliterative word pairing with another as he put his 'coil-top' down on a wooden bench near the door. The creature's name was Anomaly, and the moniker was very apt. It was some kind of living liquid, its body shifting and flowing within itself as it stood there on a puddle of more sentient slime. Thick drops occasionally splashed down into the puddle, only to stream back up into the thick stalk of a lower body that was somewhere between a solid column and two humanoid legs, stuck together with copious amounts of glue. Ropey arms hung at its sides, one of them partially re-melted back into the formless fluid because it wasn't in use, the other holding the mail. Thanks to the creature's control over its mass, the mail remained dry in the damp hold.

The being's blank head nodded, a mouth reappearing out of the goo to speak, apparently it only appeared when in use, re-sealing while the ooze was silent. "And I suppose you'll be wanting me to clean it up, eh?" it asked, reaching a newly created third appendage out to run a tendril of sticky slime along the serpent's sleeve, sucking up splinters and shards of glass.. as well as grass and dirt. The creature's viscous volume was able to seep into the fabric and back out again, taking any mess with it and holding onto it until a garbage can was located. A supremely efficient 'washing machine'.

"Well, it only ssseemsss fitting, consssidering you were the only messs I never cleaned up," quipped Amethystine as he went to a cabinet in the entry hall, opening it to reveal a stockpile of potions in thin, tough plastic vials. The snake began selecting several of them and placing them in his coat, tucked into snug holders, created for the specific use of the travel-ready samples of his wares. The tubes contained a rainbow of different coloured substances, held in with tight pop-open tops.

Meanwhile, Anomaly was morphing its face into an exact match of the naga's, save for the lack of all colour, due to the goo being all white. It slipped over to its serpentine employer and accidental creator, flicking a fake forked tongue at him and mimicking his sibilant voice, "Ssso, where are you off to in sssuch a hurry, sssir?"

Glancing over his shoulder with a slight smirk at the corner of his wide reptilian mouth, Amethystine answered, "Vacation," as he fitted one last potion into his open coat. He grabbed an extra one, picked up his computer and headed back outside, beginning to pull off the single piece of white clothing to become nude. "I expect a fresh lab when I come back!"

"Oh, um.. alright!" was Anomaly's answer, the fake snake snout softening and squishing back to a blank slate as he opened and shut the door once more, "Have a safe trip, I guess."

After waving briefly to the goo-thing, it almost looked like the scaled one was about to just lay down for a bask in the sun as he lazily tossed the long garment to the grassy ground, where it landed heavily, loaded as it was with scads of solutions. Placing the laptop on his coat, the naga stuck the tip of his thumb's claw into the extra potion's top and levered it open with a satisfying *POP*, the brown fluid inside rippling lightly.

Flicking his tongue at it and detecting no discernable odour, Amethystine mused, "I wonder.. did I ever fix this one?" before he shrugged and up-ended the small container into his snout, gulping it down. He coughed and choked on the oily mixture almost immediately, gasping for breath as it knocked the wind out of him. "Ughh! No, it ssstill tassstesss like bad chicken."

Letting the vial fall to the ground, the lengthy python shivered, his body already beginning to change. Coils compressed quickly, the scales darkening to a deeper brown, the patches of gold shrinking to little specks of lighter brown as his belly gained the same colours as his back.. only a patch of scales on his front stayed anywhere near their former off-white cream shade.. and even then, they turned a ruddy yellow. Before long, the shifting scales lifted themselves easily from his skin and began to grow out into a thick brown plumage with occasional golden highlights.

Hisses became soft squawks as he moaned, dipping his snout as it sunk into itself, hardening quickly as it imploded into a sharply hooked bird-of-prey beak. His eyes gained a nictating membrane as the single transparent scale that covered each of them transformed into an eyelid, blinding him temporarily before they peeled open, unsealing his now round-pupiled peepers.

He stretched his new muddy yellow, black-tipped beak and tested his eye-sight, peering at his mailbox across the lawn, able to make out the tiny imperfections on the letters that spelled his name on the side of the far-away metal surface. During his self-testing, his reducing body behind him nearly reached his upright torso and left him with nothing to stand on.. a problem that was fixed as the front of his form pressed in on itself, deep depressions in his round, barreled body first outlining and then creating two tautly muscled legs and a short, fat tail as the snake body sunk away into the fresh limbs. It was as if the dark yellow legs had been underneath the scales the whole time.

The tail looked like a thick brown ball, almost like a spider's bulbous abdomen. It was the mass from his shrinking loops and it continued to make its way up his back, leaving the real tail underneath, an extended portion of his body with a wide fan of golden brown feathers extending from it. As the former snake flexed his new legs, he watched with a soft groan as his talons extended painlessly from the scaled, strong gripping toes. The thick bulge of tightly contained mass divided into two and slithered up his back, under the feathered flesh.. or as a part of it. A constant metamorphosis moved the mass upwards to the shoulder-blades, and although some of it was left behind in lumpy ridges of extra flesh, the majority came to rest overtop of the two upper limbs. His arms had remained much the same until that point, only having gained feathers and more rough scales on his hands, and longer, sharper talon-like claws on his fingers.

Both bulbous bulges upon his shoulders shuddered before bursting in a climactic finale to the reformation, gargantuan wings gushing from both sides of his body. The cathartic eruption caused the newly made golden eagle to snap his head skyward and let loose a piercing screech as his wide appendages settled in place. It may not have sounded like it to non-avians, but those beings who could appreciate it knew it was a happy sound.

Breathing a sigh as he calmed, Amethystine stretched his arms, legs and wings a little before tucking the latter in behind his back and striding to his discarded coat and computer. Kneeling, he tucked the laptop into the pristine white lab-wear and folded it up, tying it securely with the sleeves. He tugged and shook the make-shift bag to ensure it was solidly bound as he walked to the dirt road that dead-ended at his home. The road lead into the forest to join up with a rural highway of some kind.. but where he was going, he wouldn't need.. roads. He smirked to himself and jogged a few feet with his wings outstretched and poised for take-off. Hopping into the air with a bit of speed and his satchel held to his chest, he flapped his large wings and took to the skies!

'Flying is remarkably easy when one just cruises at a high altitude. Not too high, mind you. Other than that, just stay out of airport zones or densely populated -and therefore helicopter infested- areas and you'll be fine.'

Such was the advice a certain shapeshifter had given Amethystine once, and it had held quite true, for the most part. Towing something, even just a coat with a laptop inside, ended up being almost more trouble than it was worth. He almost wished he had been able to swallow the stuff, or make it morph into his body with the transformation, anything to get it out of his hands, or his feet. He had switched it around several times, always bugging him with its wind resistance and extra weight.

After a full day and evening of flying over parts of the Atlantic and then the American eastern seaboard, with only a brief roost in a woodland somewhere in Pennsylvania to sleep.. Ame was glad to finally see his destination city loom up on the horizon. At least navigating by air was easier than one would think, due to the ease of reading large highway road signs with his eagle eyes, from a thousand feet up.

A matter of minutes later, the avian-altered Amethystine arrived at an area, altogether alien to the rest of the metropolis within which the odd, out-of-place space resided. The strange sight consisted of a sizable park in the middle of the tall buildings of the city, but that wasn't what was so off.. it was the presence of a gigantic white stone pavilion structure therein. The potion-maker hadn't personally been to the town before, but he was fairly certain he would have known about such a sizable coliseum, at least as a sight-seeing landmark of sorts.

As the temporary eagle-morph circled high over the dome-topped roof of the pavilion, he scanned the surrounding cityscape for hotels...

A gecko, green scaled and wearing a violet valet's vest, was easing yet another vehicle into yet another parking space. He sighed as he carefully controlled the convertible car, cautiously checking all the angles like he always did. Sure, he was good at his job and all, but he was beyond bored.. he just wished something would happen to liven things up. He had taken the job at the high-rise hotel because he thought it would be exciting, maybe meeting movie stars or something.

He sighed again, nothing ever happened there, much less to him. The best he could hope for was getting to drive some cool cars, but that just meant more stress about possibly banging them up. He finished parking the open-roofed auto and consoled himself with the sweet song that was playing. At least the car's owner had good taste in music! The radio had been blaring 80's music when he got assigned to it and he hadn't even thought about touching the dials.

Deciding to take a little unofficial break, the valet leaned back in the seat and gazed up at the sky as a song by 'The Cars' came on. 'How appropriate', he thought as the opening electric guitar chords struck out, accompanied by a wailing synthesizer siren.

"Life's the same.. I'm moving in stereo.

Life's the same, except for my shoes..."

The little lounging lizard licked his lips and nodded, smirking a bit. The song was even more appropriate than he thought! His life was all the same, his job in particular. Along with his mandatory work uniform of the white dress shirt, violet vest and black dress pants, the only choice he had was what shoes to wear, since his employers realized driving for a living and running back to the valet station afterwards would wear on one's feet, if clad in uncomfy clodhoppers. So, his job was the same, except for his shoes. He smiled at that, glancing down at his sneakers before he went back to cloud-watching.

But instead of the bright sunny day, a dark shape was plummeting towards him! The weird whistling wail of the song almost matching the sort of sound the gecko imagined would come from a object dropping as fast as the one in front of him. He cried out in alarm and yanked at the seat-belt, trying to pull his tail free of the snug space in the back of the chair, designed for reptiles like himself. Or a reptile with a slightly thinner tail, anyway, since he was having trouble sliding free! All the while, the song continued to play, firm slow drum beats carrying it along before the next verse.

As the struggling scalie looked up again, the shape was more clear to him, which only frightened him more, due to its close proximity to him. Unable to free himself in time, he was left watching it as it got closer. It was a brown.. bird? A split second before the supposed impact, though, the sleek avian arrow opened a pair of monstrous wings, instantly swooping upwards as the eagle's descent died away, bringing it back up and blocking the sun while the car's stereo let out a jaunty few beeps and boops in the midst of the plodding, pounding baseline.

Breathing a sigh of relief and sagging back in the driver's seat while the eagle landed on the strip of grass next to the parking lot, the gecko tried to relax as the song's second verse started up, the singer having a different tone, as if talking about someone else after speaking about himself.

"It's so easy to blow up your problems..

It's so easy to play up your break-down..

It's so easy to fly through a window..."

As it went on, the gecko leaned forward to try to better see the eagle-morph who had scared him half to death. The bird was fiddling with a white bag of some kind, and soon pulled out a drink. The valet rolled his eyes. All that for some guy's pit stop. He finished taking off the seat belt when a loud screech forced his attention back on the feathered being before him. He had collapsed, and was writhing on the ground in apparent agony!

The valet jumped to 'the rescue' as the car continued to pump out 80's instrumental interludes.. High synthesized notes and some guitar plucking was punctuated by the predatory bird's 'pained' squawks. In his haste to help, he happened to forget his tail's tight tangle and tugged too hard on it, sideways, as he tried to leap from the car. This resulted in the long prehensile appendage coming free.. until it didn't, torqued too far to one side, the friction of the fuzzy seat-liner stopped it in its tracks. Ergo, so too was the lizard stopped, made to fall to his side just outside the car's door, tail tautly stretched from his backside to the seatback.

Groaning, the gecko found he had a glimpse of the golden eagle.. although he didn't look much like an eagle any longer! In the limited view of the area in front of the car that he had, the lizard saw the bird's feathers flattening into something.. firmer, and his legs fusing with his tail, his wings completely disappeared. Blinking in disbelief, the writhing shape before him was soon obscured by a thick brown-scaled section of body that flopped down in front of the car, nearer to it than the rest of the apparently altering avian. After that, he could only hear the eagle's cries softening to sibilance, hissing coming from the increasingly coily creature.

"It's so tough.. to get up.. so tough...

It's so tough.. to live up.. so tough on you..."

"Need a hand?" came a new voice, not one in the song. Looking up, the clumsy reptile saw a serpent staring down at him. The gecko gulped and glanced from the coil back up to the snake. The thick portion of python had blocked his view of the remainder of the reformation.

"Uh, yes, p-please.." stammered the grounded green guy, allowing the attractive new arrival to scoop him up, an agile tapered tailtip tugging his own tail free of the seat.

Brushing off the fallen fellow, the reddish brown scaled one introduced himself, "I'm Amethyssstine.. and you're.." he trailed off, looking the ruffled reptile up and down before flicking his tongue at the lightweight's lips.. "Adorable," he finished, flashing a charming smile. He patted the valet a bit before turning around to retrieve his belongings.

As 'Moving In Stereo' played itself slowly out, the lizard looked on, watching the python's powerful form slip and slide smoothly about, sweet sexy serpentine scales sending soft, scintillating shivers up the gecko's spine. He swallowed and licked his lips as Ame moved back towards him, the larger creature looming over him a bit as he slung his lab coat over one shoulder, other arm carrying his laptop. The valet couldn't explain it, but the naga was doing something to him.. he always admired snakes, but-- his pondering was pushed from his mind as the python piped up again, soothing sibilant voice loosening the lizard's libido a bit more.

"I don't sssuppossse you can get usss a room here, can you, missster hotel employee?" queried the snake-charmer. Before the lusty little lizard could respond, the naga twisted around to lean into the car and shut it off, its radio's loudness having become a distraction with the beginning of a new song. Ame removed the keys and slithered toward the valet, closing the driver's door with his sleek front as he moved to press up against the uniform-clad lad. He reached down to tug open one of the gecko's pants' pockets and plopped the keys in there. "I bet you can do it in the next.. oh.. _sssix_ minutesss?" He asked, emphasizing the number and skewing it slightly so it almost sounded like another, similar word.

Nodding dumbly, complying, completely entranced by the serpent, the gecko hadn't even noticed what the snake seemed to: The song that Ame shut off after the first few notes had been "Man-Eater".

Twelve minutes later, Amethystine's snout slipped up and out from under the sheets of a hotel bed, groaning in satisfaction. "Ooh, that'sss sssome tongue you have there, my new friend."

Popping up next to the python, the now uniformless valet nodded, using his dexterous tongue to clean his face of a suspicious sticky substance, 'mmm'ing in a similar sated fashion. "Yours isn't bad either, Ame!" he laughed, lapping lines of fluid from his front.

The valet had indeed been able to easily acquire access to acceptable accommodations for Amethystine, and the two randy reptiles had wasted no time in getting to know one another better before exploring each other's bodies. The naga had those exact sorts of thoughts slithering through his serpentine mind as he shifted his thick body closer to that of the lithe lizard. That is, the snake was thinking that the lizard should get to know his body _even better_! His massive form was barely contained under the covers, a few large portions of python draped over the sides of the king-sized mattress, resting on the floor until such time that they got too chilly and were switched with other, more toasty sections.

"My tongue, eh? Well, I don't think you got a very clossse look at it while you were attending to my vent.. not like I could sssee your'sss on mine," said Amethystine, remarking on the unique positions possible with a python partner. He flicked his forks, fleetingly flapping them against the smaller scalie's smile as his grin turned a touch more coy. "Why don't you take a clossser look at my tongue right now..?"

Thinking that all he had in store for himself was a snake smooch, the gecko leaned in closer, big round eyes peering up at the heat pit lined lips, looking at the small slot in their centre, where the object of his investigation would likely be appearing at any moment. Slowly stretching his legs, the valet laid his feet against a coil, strong gripping toes curling around the curves of it as he moved even closer, making for a sure-to-be marvelous make-out with the mysterious male.

He could hardly believe how rapidly his dreary day had turned around into the exciting, erotic events that surrounded him.. much like the snake's body, strewn all about. The naga had caused it all. Maybe it had been how out-of-the-ordinary the ophidian had been, with his transformation, that had gotten the bored boy's body to brighten with barely contained desire. He had seen sexy serpents before, but.. something about Amethystine had aroused both his passion AND his interest. Then, as the constrictor's claws came to rest on the lizard's upper arms, he shut his eyes, certain that his dull life was about to end and that a new, thrilling one was going to start with the snake, taking him away somewhere fresh and fantastical.

Ame's grip on the gecko tightened slightly as the leggy lizard's leaning seemed to go on just a bit too long. With his eyes closed and his lips puckered, it was only the sudden sensation of humidity and the feeling of faint breaths brushing his boyish face that alerted him to anything amiss. As he finally felt the forks on his face, he found it funny that they slipped downwards, slithering around his neck.. which gave him enough pause to ponder the python's plan.

He opened his eyes to a startling sight: soft, slimy skin surrounded him! His view filled with nothing but viscous, vicious looking maw, looming over him.. almost appearing to be waiting for something. And that something seemed to be the gecko's gasp of realization, the snake snapping his jaws down around a good portion of his toy's twisting, resisting torso. Amethystine had indeed been waiting for his latest snack's sudden struggles, just to make things more interesting.

Not too interesting though, of course! The constrictor, cuddled close, was a couple of coil-curlings away from completely capturing his confused companion if things got out of hand. Already, Ame had re-positioned himself, placing his torso in the middle of the mattress and lining his meal's feet up against the head of the bed, using it for leverage. As he began to eat, the snake slung his tongue around his meal's head and mashed it against the back of his maw. The spacious snout squelched around the valet's head as his form was contorted and consumed.. the lizard was in shock, not putting up much of a fight, trying to pull his arms free from the python's hold, to no avail. Soon, his upper limbs were rendered useless as the serpent's lips slipped down alongside them, holding them down and leaving his forearms and hands to squirm and clench clumsily.

Despite the heat within his host's mouth and the hot breath being heaped upon him, the gecko shivered as his shoulders were sucked forward, into the tight ring of stretchy muscle at the rear of the reptilian oral orifice.

Amethystine 'mmm'ed quietly as he licked the lithe lizard like a lollipop, tracing his tongue's twin tips along the svelte chest before it too was tugged into his throat.. and, at the anterior of the abdomen, an even tastier treat was tucked into his mouth! The beginnings of a bulge in the naga's neck moved and moaned loudly, the half-eaten hospitality worker having his vent violated as he was vored. The serpent smiled and slid his tongue deeper, enjoying the sexual sounds his snack started to make. Realizing his reality, the gecko gave up, groaning and giving himself to the pleasurable proddings and peristaltic process the python produced, passion prying into his system once more as his sex slipped free from his slit.

As Ame ran his palms over the lizard's legs, he felt the limbs go limp, and he knew he had another convert on his hands. Or in his mouth, at least. He mentally chuckled to himself and took another strong swallow, letting the decent sized cock slip out of his tongue's hold, the leaking length left alone before it pressed up against the tight flesh at the entrance to the snake's innards. It wasn't long before the smaller reptile's hips bucked and the slight distension of Ameth's chest piped up, moaning once more.

Firm circular contractions of slimy, hot, tight flesh rippled along the gecko's body, massaging him in ways he never imagined. His body would have been slipping steadily downwards, deeper into the darkness of the naga's elongated esophagus, save for his hips and thick tail being lodged in the back of Amethystine's mouth. With his arms already pulled through the ring of muscle, the moaning meal was at the mercy of the diner, even more than before! Lumps appeared in the serpent's neck as the lizard pressed at its slippery insides, trying to gain some purchase.. not for escape, but to better bounce his booty against the pliant, pillowy python-flesh, his cock caught within the wet folds.. furiously fucking himself, fighting for one last release before being reduced to nutrients for the naga.

The legs and tail that hung from Ame's lips flexed and fumbled about for something to latch onto, desperately desiring deeper delvings into the delightful doom that was the serpent's body. His recently renewed randy-ness wasn't being fulfilled by the light lunges, teetering perilously close to his pleasure's pressured peak, pre pouring from his pink penis as it pounded through the slick snake snout. Suddenly, scaled fingers grabbed the gecko's toes and held his feet firmly, allowing him to finally force himself forward in one last lust-filled lurch, the largely lubricated lizard's length loosing its load as he sailed smoothly down the gullet before him, shuddering and groaning in release.. his cum only contributing to his quick consumption by the constrictor, creamy fluids flung forward by the powerful pumps serving to speed up his slippery, slithering descent.

Sucking in the meaty tail and swallowing it swiftly down as well, Amethystine 'mmm'ed as his meal, and the bulge it created in his body, made its way to his stomach. The meal did much the same, 'mmmm'ing muffledly from within as his blissful afterglow sensitivity turned the rhythmic rippling into a dreamy dessert after the marvelous 'meal', of which he had been the main course.

Rolling over onto his back and laying upon the big bed's pillows once more, the python made a mental note as he idly rubbed over a nearby section of his underbelly, bloated slightly by the valet's form, 'When I get home, I'll need to put the "Seduction Solution" into production.. this was a terrific test run for it.. oh, and I guess I'll have to get what's left of this guy into the tube.. I hope his superiors will understand. Maybe he had some time off coming up anyway.'

Shrugging off the thoughts of the prototype potion and possible reformation of his latest 'guest', Amethystine went to sleep, even though it was the middle of the day. He was both resting up after the long flight and to prepare for whatever the contest threw at him.. as well as sleeping off his sizable snack.

The next morning, the refreshed and well-fed serpent made his way to the Pavilion. Wearing his lab-coat once again and toting his laptop, he wondered about the particulars of the competition, but was fairly confident he would be able to compete competently.. somehow.

As he slithered inside, it looked like he was fashionably late, as a number of other beings were already in attendance. After a moment, he happened to spot a figure that had him hoping for a hand-to-hand (and coil-to-coil) combat contest.. a lovely green draconic naga!

'This is going to be more entertaining than I initially imagined,' he thought to himself, smiling and flicking his tongue in 'her' direction.
