***STORY DESCRIPTION***

The healer's den is not the place he visited earlier. The dragoness is distraught and cold, and her approach lacks the comforting warmth Makaidos grew used to. As he is taken inside, Makaidos realizes a cruel truth. His past sins caught up with him. Left at the mercy of an angry dragoness, Makaidos can either endure his trials or fall prey to the unending pain...

***STORY STARTS BELOW***

The drakes did not argue with that. Each of them took flight into the night. Makaidos was the last to take off. He trusted his wings almost as much as he trusted his member to spurt its seed. Still, he forced himself to fly straight. A male had to be enduring like the mountain. Nothing distracted him, nothing harmed him, nothing moved him. And after the champion's praise, Makaidos intended to be stubborn like a rock too. He blocked the pain, the hurt and the agony, focusing only on the steady beats of his wings. He flew, and pushed himself to his very limits, until he collapsed upon the healer's ledge.

A group of two dragons aided him inside. Makaidos leaned his wings on top of theirs and limped towards the entrance. Seething pain surged through his muscles with every step, forcing his tail to slam into the ground. The dragons growled in concern, yet Makaidos simply pushed forth. They both left when the green dragoness appeared from behind a corner. Her eyes widened when she saw Makaidos, along with her jaws. A loud growl escaped her. Whether she was angry or shocked, Makaidos didn't know. He touched the two dragons with the tips of his wings and bowed his head in gratitude.

"You may go now."

One of the brown scaled dragons hissed at that. "Are you sure? You bleed worse than gutted prey."

"I am," Makaidos insisted. "Please. You brought me this far. I can handle myself from now."

The other seemed unconvinced. He nuzzled his companion, then tried to do the same to Makaidos, who just swerved his neck away. "Why are you denying our aid? We can assist you until you lay down. Make sure the wounds do not become worse than they already are."

"He doesn't need assistance. Didn't you hear?"

"I was just-"

The argue was brought to an end by a growling snarl. "Seems my son has yet to know the value of strength. We'll leave you be, drake."

Makaidos nodded stiffly as the two dragons walked away, pressed into each other. They really looked the same. Makaidos blamed fatigue for his inefficient perception. If pain didn't dull his senses, he would have managed to tell the two were related by scent alone. His attention wasn't focused on them though. When he turned his head back, he caught a glimpse of the approaching female. She looked just as he remembered her: lustrous, radiant, with an aura of benevolence around her.

"You should have accepted their support," the dragoness said as she presented the sinewy length of her tail to him, wings tucking at her sides.

Makaidos crawled forward. There was something strange about her. Her posture was unusually tense. He approached the leaf-shaped tip of her tail, and when he tried to touch it, the female pushed it out of the way. Makaidos tried again. She just took a step forward, forcing him to keep crawling after her.

"Are you in a rush?"

"No," the female said without even bothering to turn her head around. "What gives you that impression?"

Makaidos' tongue was leaden with words. There were a lot of observations he wanted to make. Out of every gash or puncture throbbing underneath his belly, his feelings hurt the worst. He sent the males away precisely because he knew the kind of welcome he would receive from the healer. He wanted to hug her with his wings, lick the scent off her neck, and feel the warmth of her breath as she slid that perfectly shaped snout around his wounds.

Yet none of that happened. Instead of affection, Makaidos was rewarded with the chilling touch of indifference. She kept walking, flicking her tail from side to side as if this was just a casual visit. Makaidos didn't know what was worse. The increasing distance placed between them, or the female's frigid attitude. She didn't even look or inspect his wounds or even ask what brought him here in the first place.

And that realization glued his paws to the ground. A terrible weight wrapped around his throat, choking the air out of his chest and shackling his paws to the cold ground. He was weak. Helpless. Abandoned. Every wound in his body turned and twisted, shearing through his flesh and ripping his scales apart. Makaidos squeezed his eyes shut. He made a promise, didn't he? Told the champion he was going to care for his offspring. Promised his own companions he was going to free them from the Spire's chain of oppression.

And most of all, vowed to bring Endrythel on his knees.

"At least..." Makaidos growled weakly. "Tell me the reason. I want to...want to know how I wronged you."

No answer came. Makaidos was just about to let his heavy body meet the ground when the clacks of claws forced his muffled instincts back to awareness.

"You will know soon enough, dragon. Now get up before you bleed all over my den."

Something touched him. Something scaly and warm. Makaidos opened his eyes to the soft, leaf shaped membrane of a verdant tail.

"Grab onto it. Use it for guidance. That tail will be the only thing you'll touch until I get you inside."

Her tone was stern and demanding, devoid of the warmth Makaidos once knew. He growled a weak acknowledgement, forcing himself on his fours. He stumbled every few steps, thanks to the crippling weakness that surged through his muscles. The female barely flinched. She walked through the entrance, greeted four dragons that walked one after the other. Even they looked at Makaidos with a measure of concern once they smelled blood.

He blinked, ignoring them completely. He was strong. Hard, like the stone beneath his paws. Makaidos kept telling himself that as he was taken between rows of wounded dragons. Healers rushed around, with soaked cloths, bundles of herbs, or other reagents inside their maws. The wounded were most grateful for the assistance, often licking or rubbing a paw or a snout along their healer's head in appreciation. Makaidos blinked again. He imagined himself in the place of those dragons: laying down, forfeiting his own strength, placing his trust in the paws of another.

It was a pleasant thought, one that made him too susceptible to weakness and pain. Makaidos's teeth hardened around his healer's tail. The female didn't even feel it. She just tugged her tail back, forcing Makaidos to quicken his pace.

He had no option but to obey. So he shuffled forward, broken and battered, until he found himself secluded inside a small chamber. Supplies were everywhere around him. Bundles of herbs tied with ropes. Jars and flasks filled with fluids and oils. And furs. Lots and lots of hides belonging to all manners of grizzled beasts. The emerald female whipped her tail out of his maw, then whirled it around. Makaidos couldn't avoid the blow even if he wanted to. He allowed the whipping tail to connect with his flank, then stumbled and fell into the closest pile of furs.

"On your back," the female commanded.

"But-"

She slammed her tail into Makaidos' head, so hard his horns slammed into the ground. He growled in pain, blinking quickly to clear away the shivering shock.

"I know how much that tickles. Get on your back before I'll show you what a real swipe feels like."

She really meant that. Her tail rose above her crouching form, ready to slam into anything she desired. Makaidos covered his exposed balls and slowly rolled on his back. He lifted his folded wing to expose the entirety of his belly. Only his balls remained protected by a leg that was quickly shoved away by the female's ruthless tail.

Her snout approached. Makaidos thought she was going to sniff and inspect him, just like before. He couldn't be more wrong. When she sniffed blood, the female darted back, allowing one of her paws to take the place of her snout. She slammed the clawed fingers on top of Makaidos' slit, caring not for the one claw that slid between his walls. Makaidos growled and kicked his legs, only to have them wrestled into submission by the female's own limbs and tail.

"Squirm as much as you want. I will only press harder," she snarled, dipping another finger into Makaidos' bloodied slit.

The male roared in agony. Her scales were rough, unfit to brave through such a sensitive part of his body. His sliced flesh trembled and shook. He could feel the wounds open up as the female raked his flesh in her mad rush to get his cock out of hiding. She grabbed the sensitive organ between her fingers, then wrenched it out with a bloody squelch.

"I see no gashes here," she rubbed the soft member between her abrasive scales. "Were you cut or clawed?"

She got only a louder roar in response. Makaidos immediately regretted his weakness. The female grabbed harder, teeth dripping with smoldering spite. "Were you hurt? Answer straight instead of moaning like a whelp."

"I was abused. Tortured! Why do you hurt me such?!" Makaidos hissed between breaths. "They squeezed and slashed, but you are hurting me just as much!"

"Because you deserve it," she threw the bloodied cock hard against the clamping walls of the slit. "You deserve to shed every drop of blood for what you have done."

Makaidos had troubles processing her words when waves of debilitating pain washed his concentration away. He forced it back, like before, yet the female's merciless paw spurred his agony into climactic frenzy. She slammed his sack against his belly, then grabbed it, squeezing just the same: hard and ruthlessly.

Thrashing and roaring, Makaidos emptied himself of the sheer agony rushing through his body. His muscles clenched and his paws shook and grabbed, adding more to the roaring misery.

"Your sack feels soft, probably pounded and battered into submission," the female played the spheres between her fingers. "Whoever did this aimed to damage. I hope your seed will forever remain frozen inside your ravaged balls, you filthy male."

She slapped him again for good measure before prodding around his tailhole. A bloody, coagulated mess greeted her as she slid the back of a claw along the ravaged muscle.

"Please..." Makaidos reached towards her paw with weak, trembling limbs.

"Please what?"

"Don't....don't..."

She flexed her paw, then stuck two curved claws through his hole. A spitting roar erupted through his clenched jaws. Makaidos thrashed uselessly, slamming his tail to disperse the agonizing pain raking along his torn tunnel. The female grabbed and pulled, widening the gashes and causing fresh blood to ooze from the many lacerations spread through the abused flesh. She pulled out with a wet squelch, wiping her bloodied claws on a bear's shaggy pelt.

"You bear extensive wounds, dragon. You will scarcely survive the night if I leave you unattended."

"Will...you?" Makaidos forced the words out of his trembling jaws.

"You deserve it!" The female suddenly pushed herself on all fours. She snaked her head closer, snapping her jaws inches away from his snout. "I should leave you just as you left the dragons you killed: broken, and lifeless."

"How did....how did you....?"

"The wind spoke to me," she hissed angrily. "Or perhaps another dragon did. One whose parent or sibling was forever snatched from this life."

Makaidos had no idea what to say. He felt helpless and powerless before her rage. A single word could unleash a monster upon him. No. He couldn't die. He had to live, and make amends for both the dragons and the riders he had slaid, as well as his companions.

"I had no choice, healer."

The female slammed the back of her paw into his jaw, forcing his sharp teeth upon his tongue. Makaidos yowled, feeling the metallic scent of blood rushing through his maw.

"Everyone has a choice, you careless whelp. Weakness does not justify murder. You killed those dragons to cover your filthy hide."

"They would...would have-"

"I don't care," she snarled angrily. "They are dead, and you are here. My duty and the vows I swore prevent me from taking your life, directly or indirectly, but know that I would savor the chance to see your frail, blood caked neck draw its last breath."

Makaidos writhed in her toothy embrace. Her jaws pressed hard around his neck, choking the little life he had out of him. Only when his tongue went numb and his eyes became half-lidded, the female relinquished her grasp. She turned around, leaving Makaidos into a wheezing, choking pile of agony.

"Leave," he choked. "Don-'don't leave."

"I won't stay even if you beg me to," the female turned her head around and roared. "But I have to, because I vowed to save lives. Lives that mean so little to the likes of you."

She took a few steps before she turned around, wings flared. "And you know what is worse? To waste another male's life giving seed on you, as well as my magic. You deserve none. Pain befits you, scale-breaker."

She left before Makaidos formed a cohesive reply. Even in his worst nightmare he never expected a benevolent healer, his own shard of light, to become so vile and spiteful. Perhaps she felt entitled to. Or maybe the pain of those she healed seeped into her scales and finally broke her. Makaidos couldn't blame her either way. If saving a life was her calling, then losing one must have been as devastating as losing her own clutch.

And that kind of pain broke even the most resilient of dragons. Makaidos waited on his side, fatigued and unmoving, until the female returned. She carried a bucket inside her maw, along with stripes of cloth clutched inside a forepaw. She padded closer to him, placing the bucked between his legs. The fresh smell of seed entered Makaidos' nostrils. The dragoness dipped a forepaw inside. Strings of sticky, pearlescent goo dribbled along her claw tips when she pulled out. Makaidos winced when she splashed her messy paw onto his slit. The seed was still warm, probably ejaculated moments ago.

"It belongs to a hatchling," she said as she dipped into the bucket again, splattering more fluid on Makaidos' slit. "He flew in just now, bleeding from an altercation he had with his sister. He wanted to mate, she clawed him, and now I relieved him of the freshest and purest of essences to make sure you recover swiftly." She clacked her jaws angrily and worked the seed around the slit, while Makaidos trembled and moaned. She spread his walls with two fingers and plunged her whole paw inside, claws and whatnot.

Makaidos cried all the harder when something so big and rough invaded his slit. The pressure made his wounds burst with fresh blood, and the female's restless paw stroke old wounds and opened new ones.

"Out. Get it out!" he grabbed at her paw with obvious desperation.

The female grabbed one of his limbs between her teeth and pressed, so hard she drew blood. Her tail slammed on Makaidos' throat, forcing it to clench shut while her other limb sealed his roaring maw shut.

"I seal your right to roar, growl, or moan, dragon. Embrace the pain like a female in heat and treasure it, because it is the only thing I'm going to offer to you. Do you understand that?"

The male nodded stiffly. Her paw retreated, allowing a muffled whimper to escape. Makaidos squeezed his eyes shut as she raked her way inside his slit for as long as she needed to. Once his muscles were properly stretched, she bathed a strip of cloth inside the seed and filled Makaidos' slit with it.

It felt wet, and warm, and soothing, a stark contrast to the female's ruthless touch. She dipped her paw once more inside the bucket to smear the fresh ejaculate over his balls. She didn't do it kindly. Strong fingers clutched around the sack, squeezing every time Makaidos drew in a breath. That made the air crisp and hissy.

"Does it please you? To cause pain to a broken dragon?" he looked into one of her glimmering eyes.

"Yes," the female slapped his balls into submission and pressed her snout against Makaidos' restless nose. "It pleases me to inflict agony upon a murderer. A culler of his own kin."

"They would have killed thousands more," Makaido' lips twitched in the faint semblance of a snarl. "Gryphons. Fledglings. Expecting mothers nestled in their-"

His words turned into an agonizing yowl.

"I told you not to moan, whelp," she tightened her agonizing clutch around his already broken balls. "Say one more word, and I will make sure you never breed again."

Makaidos obeyed without question. He stifled his yowl between clenched jaws and looked away. His balls might have throbbed, but it was his tailhole that truly burned. The female lifted her tail and plunged it inside the bucket. She swirled around the thick mixture before she pulled out, aiming straight at his unprotected tailhole.

Makaidos grabbed his own paw between his jaws when she plunged through. Living pain coursed through his body, melting every trace of resistance with flaring surges. Her spikes cut right through the sensitive muscle while the leaf-shaped membrane kept them apart whenever they tried to squeeze. Only his scaled paw offered a trickle of relief. Makaidos pressed harder, licking the blood oozing between the scales. Spreading the pain distracted him along with the taste of blood.

At least until her tail pulled out with whipping frenzy. Makaidos coiled around himself, struggling not to roar. The pain coalesced in his throat, ready to burst. Once the female dipped her bloodied tail inside the bucket, she shoved it once again, even harder than the last time. Makaidos couldn't handle her increasing girth. She advanced deeper, spreading his bleeding muscles with her thickening tail while encroaching upon his prostate with that sharp, savage tip. Throbbing pain exploded from his tunnel when she shoved herself against the sensitive organ. No dragon would normally reach this deep, yet the champion's cock stretched Makaidos beyond normal limits. His muscles became accustomed to have something huge lodged between them. Tails were no exception. The female plunged past the prostate. She pierced so deep, Makaidos thought she was going to rupture his insides. The rim of his tailhole certainly felt on the brink of destruction. It hurt like nothing else as it stretched to its very limits in order to accommodate for an unreasonably thick tail.

The female tickled and touched around his prostate, flaring Makaidos' seething growl. When the pain became unbearable, she pulled out, scratching everything on her way out.

Makaidos' pain became seething agony. He could no longer restrain the beast. He snapped his jaws open, throat exploding with a loud, reverberating roar. The female almost expected that. She grabbed his flanks with her forelegs and pulled, raking deep gashes along the scales. Makaidos helplessly thrashed as fresh pain washed over him in drenching waves. It not only surged from his newly exposed flesh, but from his balls as well, as the female slapped the sack with hard, pounding swipes of her tail.

"I."

BAM!

"Told you."

WHAM!

"NOT TO ROAR!"

Makaidos' vision flickered. Everything felt so intense: the heart pounding in his chest, his raw, rupturing throat, and the raging inferno roaring from the depths of his tailhole. Within a blink, everything vanished. Within a heartbeat, the pain was gone, replaced with the soothing veil of nothingness.

***CLOSING COMMENTS***

That healer turned really freaking nasty, to do all those gruesome things to the poor dragon. She's supposed to help dragons in distress, not prolong their agony. Do you guys think she was right to punish Makaidos, or were her means unnecessarily violent? Please let me know in the comments!
