#1 of A Bully's Kindness

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~A Bully's Kindness Part 1: The Bully by Jay © Jay the KoOkY Husky 2009~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ As Terrence walked down the hallway, he was batting his eyes up and down the hallway to make sure that Pots wasn't looking for him. Jay noticed Terrence in a panic, and stopped him. "Hey, Terrence, what's wrong with you? Is Pots after you again, dude you gotta stop messing with him he will come back to get you ya know?" Jay said. "I know, I know, but it's just....well...he's just such an easy target, and he's always bullying me whenever I walk by, it's like he's trying to get on my bad side," Terrence replied. Just then, Terrence saw Pots' big, rottweiler shadow hanging over him. "Oh shit," he said. Pots reached out a big muscular hand and grasped Terrence by his Polo shirt's collar and said, "Listen, you may be able to pull all the pranks you want on me 'til I find out it's you who's pulling 'em; but never and I say again, NEVER, pull anymore pranks on me again, got it?!" Terrence nodded in fear. Jay and Terrence continued on with their rigorous school day filled with mean, cranky, teachers and mountains of homework. After school was over, they both went to Jay's house, seeing as Terrence doesn't have a home because it burned down when he was 13. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Jay's house was the best apartment you could possibly have, mainly because there was an Italian restaurant that didn't sell food for very high prices and a library across the street. Jay was the type to get his homework finished in class, but Terrence was not, he often needed Jay's help.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Pardon me for the interruption of the story but I don't believe I've properly explained the characters. Jay is a husky at the age of 17. He loves Italian foods, and goes to Hedgewood High. His mother died when he was 10 because she drowned. His father is always out of the house because he works in a 24-hour business and he runs all shifts. Terrence is a fox who is also 17. He watches television a lot, and he goes to Hedgewood High as well. Both of his parents went mysteriously missing when he was 4, and his house burned down when he was 13, so ever since he's been living with Jay and Pots. Pots (Yes, I know this a reference to the hit game JSRF for the X-box © Smilebit 2002) is a Rottweiler who works as a bodybuilder. He's currently at the age of 21, the oldest person in Hedgewood High. He is the older step-brother of Jay. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~As I was saying...Jay and Terrence stopped at the restaurant across the street before finally heading home. They started with math homework since it seemed to be the easiest for Terrence. "Okay, first question, what is one hundred times one thousand?" Jay asked, having all the answers down since he was already finished. "Um...let me think, is it, hold on...okay one hundred has two zeroes and one thousand has three. So...two plus three is five, which means...the answer is 100,000!" yelled Terrence. They finished the math homework no problem, so then it was on to Greek alphabet. "Okay, now I'm gonna write a letter on paper and you tell me what it means," Jay suggested. "Great," Terrence said smiling. "α" "Alpha," Terrence said. "ß" "Beta," Terrence said, hoping he was correct. "Î"" "Gamma," Terrence said, "that one...was easy." "δ" "Delta," Terrence said.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Okay, how about this, I just write the letter out then the line after it is what Terrence is saying, GREAT! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~"ε" "Epsilon" "Θ" "Theta" "Ï€" "Pi" "µ" "Mu" "Σ" "Um....I think that's.....Sigma...." "Correct," Jay said. "Ï„" "Tau" "Φ" "Phi...right?" "Correct again," Jay said. "Ω" "Omega" "Okay, well, that was great you got all of them correct, probably because you right your secret messages in Greek," Jay said. "Stop teaching the little runt, Jay, he's obviously going to fail the mid-terms," Pots said, smirking. "Shut up, Pots. Just because you failed mid-terms and your finals doesn't mean Terrence will, gosh stop being such a....such a....." Jay tried to finish. "A what? Can't say it little man? Afraid these chompers will be put to use?" Pots intimidatingly asked, showing his pearly white teeth. " A BULLY! There I said it! Stop being a bully!" Jay yelled at his step-brother.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Later that week, Jay got into an incident because Charles, a Snow Wolf, was apparently bullied by Pots, so now he was going to beat up Jay. Pots stepped in the way of Charles' punch and felt no pain. Jay looked up only to see Pots standing in his way. The only thing he could think of right now was how much Pots actually cared for him, and how badly he was hurt already. He had bruises and scars all over his muzzle and his chest. His shirt was even a little torn up, so he took it off. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~This kind of sounds like Mortal Kombat, eh?~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ After that skirmish at school, Jay and Pots figured out that their dad had died that day in a horrible accident. He was working at his business office during the early shift and one of the scientists, Dr. Rock, spilled acid on him. So Pots was left in charge. Pots noticed that Jay was hurt, so he laid him down on his bed and went to get some towels. Pots came back in the room and noticed that Jay came to. "Jay are you okay? I mean, I know I've been mean or pushy in the past but right now, I'm being as careful as possible. You should rest, I don't think you'll be able to go to school for about a week or so. I'll give that Charlie-dick a pounding just for you, okay?" Pots said, trying to sound as sincere as possible, "of course, Terrence we'll need a note for you saying that I've become your legal guardian as of yesterday since all of our parents have died and I'm 21 that's a legal age." "Okay, sir," Terrence said. "Hey, just call me Pots!" Pots said, trying not to sound to angry or cheerful for that matter. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This concludes Chapter 1 of "A Bully's Kindness"
