The End of an Adventure, The Beginning of a Life.
Sorry this took so long to get out, but this is the last one of this series. Now I just have to think of other things to write about!
I don't know why Rin was reading my Journal, she wouldn't of even been able to understand half of it. The latter halves sure but most of it is written in Freljordian that only I know outside of the Freljord. We reached Bandle City without incident and nothing extraordinary has happened. But I didn't realize how tiny this place is, it's like... Really tiny, except the walls outside, those are enormous. Met the leader of the Yordle Recon Squad. He was a tiny badger yordle. He was kind and greeted both of us warmly, but it looks like he's seen a lot. A bit like me in fact.
Rin took me too her family's place, later on I'll go see what I can see but, for right now I need to rest. Trains aren't that comfortable.
So I went for a bit of walk and found an orphanage. Decided to do some good deeds to try and wash away the bad that I've done. Did some magic, small stuff, like making a bunch of snow sculptures for them and make snowflakes appear out of thin air. Even tripped some of the nastier ones. Got a few giggles and more-so nasty glares from the orphanage nannies. I laughed a bit seeing them look so upset.
I saw a tinier yordle, smaller than the rest. He wore a green cloak and some awesomely puffy pants. Got a glance at his face and he has two different colored eyes. That's cool. Better than my regular icy ones. I'm gonna go introduce myself too him.
I talked with him for a little bit and learned his name was Eijar. He was separated from the rest of his own volition and I know how he feels, I've felt that way before. Back when... Nevermind... We don't need to talk about that. No one needs to know. I asked him if he'd like his own little magic show and his eyes glowed with such an intensity I didn't think it was possible in such a small, brown, furry body. But it was brighter than ice in direct sunlight. It was adorable. I made him an ice sculpture, a life sized one, and gave it too him. He smiled. It was worth it seeing such a cute little guy smile. It was worth it making them all smile. But now I'm drained of all my Mana, and I need to get back to Rin's place.
On my way out, He asked if I could play with him some more later. He's friendly enough, so I agreed and went on my way. I like the little guy. I hope we can be friends.
Oof... It's been two years since I last wrote one of these. I've been busy making a life here in Bandle City. I've decided I wanna stay here. The inhabitants are kind, the people are nice... And most of all... I think I'm in love with Eijar... Yeah I know it sounds weird, but... I find myself wanting to spend more and more time with him everyday. Even on the days where I'm busy I try and make time for him. On a side note, I've been dubbed the "Frost Wolf of Bandle City" it appears and I proudly carry this title.
Today is the day... I'm gonna tell Eijar how I feel. I hope this doesn't backfire too badly...
It's been two more months since one of these, but I've been spending all my time trying to win his heart. And it finally payed off. I asked him to be my boyfriend after we spent time getting to know if we were right for eachother and now... Now we're dating! I can't believe it. I haven't been this happy in years... I even gave him my necklace, the last thing from my home. I hope he likes it. I love him. This is the ending of an adventure... And the beginning of a life.
