Takato was walking along the street alone, he was thinking about Suzie, as he loved her secretly. He had not dated with her yet because he was afraid that she would reject him.
One day, Takato collected enough courage to ask for a date. "Suzie, do you want to have lunch with me tomorrow?"
Suzie hesitated for a few seconds, but to Takato it seemed like days dragged by. She finally answered, "Okay."
Takato was over-excited and could not sleep for that night.

The next day, Takato invited Suzie to go to the movies. She seemed to have something weighing heavily on her mind.
After about two hours, they walked out from the cinema. "Suzie, do you like the movie?" Takato asked, grinning modestly.
"Not bad," Suzie told Takato. "I know you loved me, but I am sorry to tell you that I already had a boyfriend."
Takato paused, as though he did not quite know how to begin.
Suzie looked into Takato's eyes, and seemed there to see the grief of a breaking heart. "I am glad that you invited me today, but we are just ordinary friends," Suzie reminded him.
Takato's heart was shattered. "Suzie, I hope you can give me a chance," he said with enthusiasm.
Suzie shook her head. "Sorry Takato," she replied. "We can't be together. We are like parallel lines, always side by side but never overlapping. You have your own lives and I have mine."
The news came as a bombshell. Takato's eyes were misted, his heart despairing.
"Can you tell me about your boyfriend?" Takato tried to change the topic. Suzie smiled and told him about his boyfriend. He pretended to be very interested but he listened with distraction.
After they finished their food, Takato asked nervously, "Can I invite you again?"
"Sure, but remember, we are normal friends only," Suzie giggled.
"Of course," Takato tried to smile.
"Thanks, I got to go home now," Suzie said, smiling.
It was a miracle that Takato managed to drive home safely. He had an absent look on his face.
Takato's mother told his son, "Happiness can never be yours if you force someone to love you."
"Rika is more suitable, I think she is still single," Takato's father put in. "She is same age as you and she is also as pretty as Suzie."
I don't like tomboy. Takato thought.
But Takato did not listen to his parents and he never gave up, he continued to date Suzie and tried to please her. Suzie rejected him many times and explained to him that she would not accept him forever. "There is a kind of love to be called to let go," she said with a grin.
One night, Takato wept on his bed. "Why? I loved her but she rejected me, and why did everyone ask me to let go?" Suddenly, his weeping turned to evil chuckles. "I know... if I killed her boyfriend, she may turn to me." He smiled evilly.

One day, Suzie celebrated her birthday. She invited everyone to her house, including Takato. Suzie introduced her boyfriend to her normal friends, as well as Takato. Takato greeted his companion politely enough, but inside he was smouldering with jealousy.
She's so pretty, but he's so ugly, just like beauty and the beast. Takato thought as Suzie was entertaining the guests.
"Takato," someone called him from behind. "Still thinking about her?"
Takato turned around and saw Rika, "Suzie? No, she got a boyfriend already," Takato lied.
"Her boyfriend is handsome," Rika remarked. "I wish that I have a boyfriend."
You better change your attitude first.** Takato thought.**
"Er... I have to go to the washroom," Takato said and quickly walked away. He did not go to the washroom, he just wanted to avoid Rika.
After ten minutes, the soft music started and everyone was looking for a partner to dance together. Takato was envious to see Suzie dancing with her boyfriend, he had no choice but to choose Rika.

The next morning, Takato realized that he forgot to give Suzie her present.
It's only a book... I think she will reject me again... but I will try anyway. Takato thought.
Takato set off to Suzie's house after he dressed properly.
After ten minutes, Takato reached her house, he pressed the doorbell and waited for an answer. Soon Suzie opened the door.
"Hello, Takato!" Suzie greeted Takato with a smile.
"Suzie, I forgot to give you this present last night," Takato said with a grin.
Suzie laughed. "Oh, never mind about it."
"Ouch! Suzie, I have got a stomach ache, can I use your washroom?" Takato lied.
"Sure," Suzie did not know if Takato's telling the truth or not, she unlocked the gate slowly.
After Takato entered her house, he looked around. "Where are your brother and your parents?" he asked in a puzzled tone.
"Brother found a job and today is his first day," Suzie answered. "Parents will be coming back by evening."
Takato entered the washroom. Nobody at home, good timing. Suddenly a bad and ugly fairy came into his mind. "Takato, she is yours now! Rape her, her boyfriend will surely leave her and you can have her forever!" He became a prey to the wicked fairy's wiles. The evil inside his mind drafted him a plan. Suddenly he wanted to execute the plan now, he wanted to occupy Suzie badly. He flushed and washed his hands. "Yes, I will take away her chastity and I will conquer her now!" Takato told himself.
"Feel better?" Suzie smiled.
"No, not yet," Takato quavered.
"Then what's wrong?" Suzie inquired genially.
"Suzie, do you have pain-killers anywhere?" Takato said sheepishly.
Suzie turned around and answered, "Wait here, I will..." Before Suzie could finish, Takato hugged her from the back.
"Takato, let go of me!" Suzie rasped. Under Takato's intense gaze she felt uncomfortable.
Takato released Suzie but slapped her right cheek a few times and then her left cheek a few times. This was his first time slapping a girl and he felt excited. The world turned giddily before her eyes.
"What..." Suzie tried to ask questions but Takato interrupted her.
"Suzie, I loved you and I want you," Takato grabbed Suzie and dragged her to one of the rooms in the house. She tried to struggle and shout, he punched her belly and she bent over double, gasping for air. This was his first time beating a girl and he felt wonderful.
Takato grabbed and threw Suzie to the bed, but her head was knocked on to the table near the bed and there was a loud THUD sound. She collapsed to the floor and fainted. He was anxious for her safety and walked towards her slowly. When he turned her body over, his legs trembled, and his thoughts flew about madly in his brain like the wheels of a disordered watch. There was a small hole on her forehead and blood was oozing out from the hole. He quickly put on his clothes and called 911 before he left the place.

Inside the hospital.
"Doctor, her heartbeat is below normal!" a nurse exclaimed.
The doctors were trying to rescue Suzie, "CPT!" one of the doctors ordered.
After one hour, the doctors walked out from the emergency room. Suzie's parents and brother immediately surrounded the doctor.
"I am sorry..." a doctor shook his head and Suzie's parents immediately fainted. Henry felt the room was spinning, but he did not faint.

Takato did not return home. He knew that he had done something wrong. He found a place to hide himself. When he tried to buy some food, he was arrested by some police officers. He did not struggle, he followed them to the police station quietly. He confessed to them everything and asked about the condition of Suzie. They told him that Suzie had passed away. He was completely stunned.
Suzie's and Takato's parents went to the police station after thirty minutes.
"I am sorry... please forgive me..." Takato burst into tears and knelt in front to them.
"It's no use crying over spilt milk, what's done is done," Takato's father said severely.
Henry could only weep for her sister, his parents just stared at Takato with tearful faces. They left the police station sadly after signing some documents.
