The cool morning air whistled as it blew through the trees outside of the house. The trees were filled with birds singing there morning songs. It was a perfect morning, the sun was still rising, casting an aber glow through the open blinds of the husky room. It was the weekend, and there was no school. and the husky didnt have to work.

The large male stirred in his bed, he had had a good night despite the dreams. Still half asleep, he stretched his legs out until they hung off the edge of the king sized bed. He followed suit with his arms, but this caused a loud pop as his shoulder popped in its joint. He rolled ono his stomach, never the morning person, wanting to get some more sleep before he started his day.

He grabbed a pillow and nuzzled into it. He grabbed the stuffed whale he kept for comfort and put it under his arm. Drifting off to sleep he started to dream about the wolf from school.

The red, brown, and yellow leaves covered the ground as they fell. The husky was standing in his truck, looking out over the amber wheat field. He was fixed on the way that each stalk of wheat flowed in the breeze, the dance they took was awe inspiring. His blue eyes followed the grain, all of them at once yet, each one individually caught his eyes.

Looking over he smiled at the smaller wolf standing beside him. Their eyes meeting as they both sparkled in the fall sunset. The wolf, in a moment of strength he wrapped his arms around the huskys neck and looked him straight in the eyes.

"I love you." And with that he kissed he kissed him on his maw, the warmth of the kiss engoulfed the husky giving him a reassurance and a sensation of warmth growing inside him.

The husky shot straight up in bed, the blankets falling off his bare chest. HIs eyes were wide as he rubbed the back of his neck.He had no Idea what was going on with him, he had been having dreams like this all night after what the wolf had said. He just shook his head and got out of bed.

Walking over to his dresser, he pulled his drawers open. Rummaging around with his paws he took out some jeans and just a plain white t-shirt. Pulling on his jeans, his mind could not get off the wolf and what he had said. He tried not to guestion it to much as he pulled the shirt over his head and walked out of his room.

His father had left, and his mother seemed to be sleeping still. He was alone, again. He seemed to spend most of his life alone, he had gotten used to it by now. although he still didnt like it, he had become accustomed to it. He decided to go do something this morning. Just to get out of the house and do something.

Going to his room, he picked up his neccassary things and headed to his truck. As he got in he flipped open his phone. Scrolling through the numbers he stopped at Collins, thinking for a moment. Hitting the call button, he waited as the phone rang.

Looking at the external screen of his phone, his heart jumped a little as he saw the huskys name. Flipping it open he answered, a sound of joy in his voice.

"Hey!"

The husky smiled as he started his truck and backed out of the drive. "Hey Collin, how was your night?"

"It was alright. How was yours?"

"Good, listen I have something to ask you."

"Sure, what is it?"

"Last night, when I tried to wake you. Y..You told me that you love me."

There was a silence on the other line as the wolf tried to think. "I did?"

"Yes Collin you did."

"Huh, I dont remember. I must have been dreaming."

THe husky didnt know what to think as he drove aimlessly around. He was speechless for the first time in a long while.

The two stayed on the phone for about an hour before the wolf had to go. James still couldnt help think that the wolf ment what he said but, he tried his best to believe his friend.

Collin couldnt believe that he had said that. He didnt know what he wanted anymore out of this and from his dreams last night, he knew what his mind wanted but not his heart. He just went off to clean his room as his mind kept thinking about how what he had supposedly said.

He had told the truth, he had no idea he had said it and he couldnt remember anything that happened that night. All he could remember was that he had looked at the beautiful husky and said it was beautiful. He had a seed in his heart that he was falling for this husky.

He was hoping with all his heart that the husky would accept him, and maybe even be with him in the future. But for now, he didnt want to wreck anything. He wanted this to last but still it was a chance he had to take.

The husky didnt really think much of it as first, but as it gnawed at him, he thought that, maybe he could see himself with the wolf. He still wasnt completely with the idea of being with a male. He had been tought his whole life that it was wrong but he would have to see how it goes. With that he began to sing with the radio as he drove along a backroad.

He hoped himself that he didnt screw up this friendship like he had with friendships before. He shook it out of his mind as he didnt want to think to much on it right now.
