Gods

Leos was pouting as the other priests started arriving. His older brother Capricorn had ordered him to conduct a meeting and he was not at all pleased about helping his stick in the mud brother.

Before too long though the missing priest appeared. Nissa the priest of Lybras had finally appeared. Although there were six symbols there was little chance the high priest of Leos would appear.

"I thank you all for coming here with such great haste. As I am sure you are aware I am the god Capricorns and this is my Bratty little brother Leos who issued the summons." The god Capricorn said. "I have summoned you all because some events have transpired recently and I have lost contact with my guardians back on earth." Capricorn said worriedly.

"As I was saying. I lost contact with my guardians back on earth. They are two tribes I entrusted to guard the northern Soul gate and the southern soul gate where the darkness and light of souls go when someone dies. A few days ago I lost all contact with both tribes. I need you to investigate as unlike Leos here I cannot peer into the world as I have no followers." Capricorn said.

"Come again?" The god said as looked worried.

"Not you specifically but recently we came across a priest book of Leos that a young boy had with him. I sent it to be translated by all the other priests since it contained symbols from all our texts." Benjamin said as he looked around to the other priests.

They all nodded in agreement having finished translating the texts he sent. "I yet to have the time to combine all our translations and compile the data but one of the few things I managed to gauge was the warning that said. 'This boy holds the key to stopping the shadows that will soon engulf the world. The light must shine again.'"

Leos looked at Capricorn who stared back. They both nodded to each other before Capricorn began to speak again. "This has us worriedly greatly. Leos's followers have always have great wisdom... can't say the same for him." Leos grumbled again. "But then we must threat this seriously. Xin, take a few knights and investigate the North Pole. Cesar and Nissa do the same to the south. Luis and Benjamin I need you to keep tabs on this boy and investigate him more. I must know where he came from." Capricorn ordered.

The priest all nodded. "I just sent out a few knights though. My idiot son decided to investigate Texlon himself without telling us. I just sent out a few knights to retrieve the little troublemaker."

Xin laughed out while Luis and Benjamin just giggled. "I just managed to find my missing son. After twenty years he ended up coming back. Though his son was attacked by Salliemis today. I am going to check in on him now."

"The light must shine again! Find the one called Silver!" A voice said before the light disappeared again. Everyone was stunned and looked at Leos.

"Could it be the soul of one of your followers?" Benjamin inquired.

"None of my followers' souls ended up in heaven. Betcha pieces was behind it!" Leos grumbled out again.

Capricorn this time though stomped his foot hard on the ground causing Leos to jump. "Why did you never mention this before? If your followers' souls don't end up in your heaven then their souls never made it to heaven you fool! They definitely weren't in hades! So where the heck are all those souls?" Capricorn said furiously.

Leos Squealed.as his older brother yelled at him. "I'm sorry! I didn't think it was that important!" Leos said petrified.

"Not important! I'm so going to have father hear of this! Now come on let's go" Capricorn said as he grabbed Leos by the tail and dragged him along.

"Save me!" Leos screamed out as he clawed the ground trying to not let his brother take him to their father.

The priest all groaned before letting their souls return to their bodies' with new missions in hand.

Xin had awoken from his meeting with the gods, He was in the room next to his grandson so he hastily made his way to the next room. "And here I was hoping to pay him back for helping me, and I go and cause him trouble. I'm really going to fail these trails!" Zheng said dejectedly.

"How about you determine that after a little field trip?" Zheng looked back at his grandfather with intrigue.

"A field trip to where?"

"To the north pole!" Xin said as he pointed north. Zheng looked at him curiously as his grandfather just smiled.
