The Dope Party Part 1
James II, Lucius V, and Max III were all invited to a dope party at Kuhlman VIII's summer palace. Kuhlman was supplying most of the dope, though James was bringing his nation's most famous agricultural product, the Jerk Island Cigarette. This cigarette comes in three flavors, royal red, which helps you relax and is the Jerk Island royal family's favorite flavor, Hyper Yellow, which is like drinking a large cup of coffee, and Nakamura Street Purple, which makes you hallucinate and have wild trips. It was the purple kind that Kuhlman wanted James to bring. James had never gotten high before, but he figured he would give it a try. Lucius and Max had at some point in their lives done a few drugs. Max flew to Kuhlman's place in his own private plane while Lucius and James decided to ride together in Lucius' private jet. They wore jeans and a t-shirt, since this was a casual event after all. James' shirt was a drab grey and looked ancient while Lucius' was dark beige.
"I can't believe I'm going through with this", James said
"It'll be fun", Lucius said
"I guess. I heard Max is looking for a soulmate. I doubt he'll find one", James said
"Hey you never know", Lucius said
"Max is so annoying and if he does find someone tonight, I feel bad for whoever ends up sleeping with him", James said
"Don't you think you're being a little harsh on him? He annoys me sometimes too, but come on. I think there's someone out there for everybody in this world", Lucius said
"Love is a lie, remember. I wonder what idiot would look at Max and say 'Hey, I want some of that'", James said
"Wow, James you're being really mean today. I know your girlfriend turned out to be just using you, but that doesn't mean you should be a love hater. It was so many years ago James, just forget her. Don't let your experience with her turn you into an asshole", Lucius said
"Whatever", James said
"Try not to be mean to Max in front of his face, okay", Lucius said
"Okay", James said
An hour later, they landed at Kuhlman's place. When they arrived, Max hadn't shown up yet. Kuhlman was there to greet them, wearing a red t-shirt and tie-dye shorts.
"Hey dudes, what's up", Kuhlman said
"Same old, same old man", Lucius said as his memories of him and Kuhlman's lakeside fun were flooding back to him.
"I brought the stuff", James said, handing the box of Nakamura Street Purple to Kuhlman.
"Yay", Kuhlman said
Then Max arrived. He stepped out of his plane dressed in a tuxedo. His fur was neatly combed and he smelled like cologne.
"You do realize this is a casual event, right", James asked in a snarky tone
"I want to look presentable to my future soulmate", Max said
"Um, about that, no one else could make it, so it's just us four tonight", Kuhlman said
Max frowned when he heard this. James was about to laugh until Lucius glared at him.
"Well, shall we get started", Kuhlman asked
"Can we eat first? I'm starving", Lucius said
"Okay. I can have the kitchen make us something. I forgot about dinner", Kuhlman said
James facepalmed when he heard this.
"I could go for pizza", Max said
"For once we agree on something", James said
"Sounds good to me", Lucius said
Kuhlman then ordered the kitchen to make 2 large pizzas. He forgot to ask what they wanted on them, so one pie came out plain and the other, which Kuhlman claimed for himself, was topped with shrooms. Max wanted pepperoni, but decided not to complain since he was really hungry. Lucius and James preferred plain pizza anyway.
"Wow Kuhlman I guess you decided to start getting high early", James said, noticing Kuhlman's shroom pizza pie.
Kuhlman ignored him and just kept on eating his pizza. Lucius, James, and Max all enjoyed their slices. After they finished Kuhlman said, "alright people let's get baked! Follow me."
Lucius, James, and Max followed Kuhlman to the basement, half of which was a bowling alley and the other half was a volleyball court. They went into the bowling alley half where three boxes were piled up on the tenth lane.
"What do you guys want to start with? I got some normal weed in one box, James' purple stuff in another one, and some Desert Cookout weed in the last one", Kuhlman said
"What's Desert Cookout like", James asked
"It's my country's specialty weed. It gets you stoned really fast and you see stuff too. Wouldn't recommend it to a first timer", Kuhlman said
"Are you saying I couldn't handle it", James said
"Well, maybe", Kuhlman said
"Give me a blunt of that and I'll prove you wrong", James said
"Okay James, but don't blame me if you freak out", Kuhlman said
The coyote emperor than gave James a blunt of Desert Cookout and a lighter. James put the blunt in his mouth and lit it up. He took one drag and he was instantly high.
"The colors are so pretty", James said, "hey Kuhlman how did you grow a cactus in here"
"What cactus", Lucius asked
"Over there", James said, pointing to a non-existent cactus on lane eight.
"There's no cactus here James", Max said
"Oh look it's dancing", James said. He then began to fall down; the drug's effects had caused him to faint. Max ran over and caught him and then laid him down gently on the hardwood floors of bowling lane nine.
"Can we just do the normal weed", Max asked
"Yeah, I'll just have the normal stuff for now", Lucius said
Kuhlman then gave them each a blunt and a lighter as well as a blunt and a lighter for himself. All three lit up their joints at the same time and began to feel really relaxed. They just sat there for a few minutes until Lucius broke the silence.
"You're kind of cute Max", Lucius said
"You're just messing with me", Max said
"No, I'm not. I'm serious", Lucius said
"Well if we're being honest, I've always thought you were a handsome wolf", Max said
"Oh really", Lucius said
"Yes really", Max said, caressing the wolf's brilliant, slate gray fur.
Lucius then pulled Max towards him and kissed him. The surprised fox kissed back and started rubbing Lucius' back. Lucius returned the favor, rubbing Max's back. Right when they were kissing, James woke up.
