Roommates

Well I finally wrote a thing! Enjoy! Potential series maybe?

Landon rubbed his eyes as he got off the plane, a red eye from Boston to San Diego, and from there a three hour taxi ride to campus. "Maybe I should buy a macro sized coffee!" He half joked, his tired mind conjuring images of him climbing up a mammoth cup, the top of which steamed like a volcano. The human hopped on the escalator that turned into an automatic walkway, leading him to the terminal exit, no reason to head to the lobby terminal, he can catch shut eye on the ride. As he yawned he watched the crowd pass on the automatic walk way opposite him. Titans of all sizes, speeding through the larger walkway. A serious looking fox in a three piece suit on talking to a similarly dressed human he was carrying. "John stop complaining." The fox said to his human companion "if I waited for you on the micro walk way we'd miss the meeting and Stagg would have BOTH our heads....though mine would certainly make a better decoration!" The human protested but he was both too far away and easily overpowered by the booming voices of the various other macros in the terminal, but the fox's twitching ears indicated he heard everything John had to say. "Well if you'd rather not be seen I could always stuff you in my briefcase." The fox teased his human friend "Look I'll make it up to you if it's THIS embarrassing." The fox paused to let the human speak "I don't know John, Gods we just got off a 6 hour red eye flight, but I'll think of something!" Landon smirked as he slid in his headphones to drown out the booming voices of the other macros, and of his fellow humans on the "human sized" automatic walk way. As the sounds of his "Long flight" Playlist from spotify flowed into his ears he scanned the crowd again, finally spotting something familiar. A slim deer in a 'Whitetail University' t-shirt. This couldn't help but get Landon excited and he almost called out to the deer but caught himself.

"Don't mark yourself as a freshman before you even get to campus" He thought to himself. The idea of going to campus and being a freshman excited him even more. And not just at any college, but at Whitetail university, a historic Macro college that 10 years ago opened it's doors wide open for humans as well. Not that Whitetail had been exclusive to Macros at any points of it's history, but any human going there had to deal with a seriously lack of facility accommodation. No walkways, no human sized book stores or dorms, not even a human sized sports team! All that changed when Marcus DeVille, a successful Macro NBA player who played for the school in his collegiate years donated a fanciful sum to "Foster further integration between Macros and humans!" The panther had put forward a handsome sum to build walkways, human dorm halls, book stores, and even set up a few human sports teams. While it wasn't as perfect as the human focused universities it was certainly something and every year the human student population grew, as well as faculty. "Man they don't know what they're missing!" Landon thought as his mind shot to his friends, kids from a town that rarely saw a macro outside of TV, who all chose to go to the local human college that had 2 maybe 3 macros in attendance. Landon chose the further route, as well as the route with more Scholarships, his being human taking a hefty chunk out of his housing and food costs at Whitetail, coupled with his high grades meant he was headed to college for next to nothing. He couldn't help but grin at the adventures that awaited him and the macros he'd meet! He got so excited that his pants got a bit tighter, much to his embarrassment as he stopped off at the terminal exit, the platform still above ground as he hailed a cab, hoping his 'excitement' wasn't too obvious.

Landon sat in the back of the cab as the driver, an older Indian man, hounded him with questions. "Ah Whitetail, good school, but try not to get stepped on!" He laughed as they drove on the human designated high way, a separate section, built slightly above the macro one "I bet you got in cheap yes?" Landon nodded, the man laughed "That my friend is the best part of living in a Macro city, everything is cheap for us! This shirt I'm wearing? Ralph Lauren, on a cabbie's pay! Yes you will like it here, and you will go home looking like a rich man!" Landon couldn't help but smile at that, both the monetary benefits and the idea of being stepped on. Not that he'd ever actually want it to happen for real but if an attractive macro wolf or fox were to do it lightly as a joke Landon wouldn't complain. He contemplated wiping his hard drive before getting to campus, but figured his password was secure enough, besides who would snoop in laptop?

The sun was peaking over the horizon as Landon was dropped off with his three bags consisting of clothes, toiletries, and his laptop. His parents were planning to send the TV in a few weeks "After you've had time to explore campus" his dad said. Not that Landon minded, it would've been a pain to bring himself after all. He fished his dorm assignment out of his pocket "Red Wood Hall, Floor 9, room 12" he repeated to himself. As a freshman he lucked out and secured a double. He wondered what his roommate would be like, why he too chose to come to Whitetail. "Maybe we've both got crushes on macros" He thought to himself with a smirk, as he pictured him and his future roommate acting like teenage girls at a sleepover obsessing over boys, or maybe his roommate liked girls, who knew. As he followed the human walk way across campus he finally came to Red Wood Hall, the building was massive....way too big to be a human dorm. Confused he called out to a passing cat "Excuse me!" He called. The cat's ears twitched.

"You don't have to yell man, I'm right here" The cat responded. Landon had forgotten that macros had superior hearing to humans.

"Right sorry, I think I took a wrong turn, I'm looking for Red Wood Hall?" Land/on asked a bit embarrassed, feeling the label of Freshman being stamped on him where he stood.

"No worries man, and nope, you're looking right at it. Need a lift there?" the cat asked. Landon declined, although he had a crush on macros he'd never been held by one and he'd rather not take the risk with someone he just met.

"No I'm good man, it's early I can get there." The cat shrugged and walked off as Landon took the nearest elevator to ground level. It's a sobering experience to be off a walk way in a macro based city. The building had looked big enough from his elevated spot, but now seeing it from true ground level made him realize how it dwarfed him....and that he had no way of opening the door himself.

"Crap" he thought to himself as he made his way to the door and waited. The fact that he was early meant he had no worry of distracted paws coming down on him, but it also meant he had to wait for someone to open the door. His salvation came in a female black lab, who had the same freshman bounce in her step he likely had, though she went all the way and had a lanyard as well. She approached the door, flip flops clacking against the ground, a deafening sound for Landon. "Excuse me!" He said in a normal voice, her ears still twitched. Landon couldn't lie, the hearing of Macros was impressive "Think you could hold the door open for me?" She smiled down at him.

"Well aren't you so cute! This is my first time seeing a human!" She said with an excited grin and she bent down to talk to him, her tail wagging with excitement. "I never thought I'd see one so early here, oh this is so exciting!" She said, he large blue eyes focused on him "So what do you do for fun? Where do you get your clothes? What's your major?" Defiantly a freshman. Landon couldn't help but smile at how exotic she found him.

"One question at a time please." He joked "I'm just trying to get in my dorm." The lab blinked.

"This dorm? But it's a macro dorm! At least that's what they said at orientation, maybe they added a human floor, I dunno." She began, extending her palm to him "Anyways let me give you a lift, I promise I'm good at letting humans ride on me."

"Have you ever seen a human before?" Landon couldn't help but ask with a teasing twang.

"Well er....no but....I promise I'm VERY steady!" Landon shrugged, he may as well, he wouldn't be able to reach the check in desk without her. "So what floor do you live on?" He asked as he sat in her furred palm.

"Third floor, you?" She said as she slowly stood up and headed through the door, balancing like she had a thousand books on her head rather than one human in her palm.

"Ninth floor, room 12" He responded.

"That's DEFINATLY a macro floor" She responded "My twin brother Zach stayed there for Orientation" She said. It was then Landon realized he didn't know her name.

"I'm Landon by the way." He said as they approached the check in desk.

"Cat, I'm well aware of the irony." She said with a grin.

The macro manning the desk was a koala, likely a senior. He looked up at them tiredly "What can I do for you?" He asked as he reached for his iced coffee.

"We're just checking in" Cat responded. It was then the Koala noticed the tiny human sitting in her palm.

"Right, if you want to bring your boyfriend I need to see his License or college ID." The Koala said boredly.

"But I live here!" Landon protested. The koala rolled his eyes. "Landon Rivers, I guess I'm supposed to be in one of the human floors!" The koala clacked a few keys.

"Right Landon Rivers, Floor 9 room 12, right?" Landon nodded. "Well that's weird, this is a macro hall!" The Koala said nonchalantly. "Looks like you lucked out!" He joked. Landon protested but the koala shrugged "You can talk with the room director when they come in next week when Semester starts, other than that it's out of my power, Sorry bro!" the Koala said as he grabbed Landon and Cat's keys, handing them both to Cat.

The elevator dinged as Cat and Landon reached the 9th floor. Cat carried Landon to his room and unlocked the door for him. The two stood in an immaculate dorm room with two twin beds, both which seemed Massive to Landon, a shared long desk and a closet. "Well home sweet home I guess." Landon said. "I'll take the left bed." he said to Cat as she dropped him and his things on it.

"Hey, think of it this way, you've got more Room than any Freshman could dream of" She said. Landon couldn't help but grin as she pulled out her phone "Now give me your number cutie."

"Well shit" Landon thought, "now's as good a time as ever to tell her." He'd rather not lead her on and break her heart, or have her break his spine. "Uhhh Cat....I'm gay!"

"So what? Gay humans can't have phones?" She teased, tapping her foot "now give me your number you dork!" Landon couldn't help but smile as he read off his number.

The only person not surprised by Dylan's choice of school was Dylan himself. When the red wolf told his parents his plans to go to Whitetail State over The Pack Private college both jaws dropped. "Dylan this isn't about not being gray right?" His father asked worriedly. He knew the gray wolves teased Dylan for being red, and he worried Dylan was turning down an offer from one of the most esteemed Wolf Colleges in the country, one with high reaching alumni and a strong scout drawing football team, all because of bullies.

"No it's not that dad..." Dylan started. Even though he outgrew his father easily in both height and muscle, Dylan still couldn't help but stumble over his words when the now stocky wolf that was his father stared him right in the eye. He could never lie to him like that, nor could he play it cool. "I mean, I guess it kinda is but....I mean....I dunno....It's just..." His father nodded patiently which just made Dylan feel worse "I mean...I'll probably be second string my whole time there." His father started to speak "Dad I KNOW I'm good!" Dylan interrupted "I know I'm really good, but I'm not GREAT, and I'll be competing against GREAT players, and coaches who expect me to put in greatness, and more importantly, time. Dad you know I LOVE football, but I don't want to spend my whole life busting my ass in the hopes of being a 3rd round draft pick at most." His father nodded. "Whitetail has a fantastic education program, and a solid football team, AND I'd be a starter from freshman year. Plus there's the full co-ed program with humans, it's perfect." His father nodded again. The silence was killing Dylan.

"Dylan honey you know we'll always support you!" His mother said with a warm smile, stroking the fur on his hand.

"Of course Dylan, if this is what you want I'm behind you son!" His father replied.

Dylan arrived on campus at around 11 in the morning, his parents in tow. With them came 3 bags of clothes, a pair of dumbbells weighing 75 (macro) pounds, a playstation 4, a flat screen TV, his laptop, a case of beer his dad snuck him and his stuffed wolf his mom hid in his bag of clothes.

"Are you sure you don't want any help getting this stuff up to your room honey?" his mom asked with something of a sad face. That face mothers when their children truly grow up.

"Naw mom I got it!" He said, stretching his arms and nearly ripping the sleeves out his polo. He embraced his family one last time "I'll call you tonight, promise!" He said as they headed for the car and he headed into Red Oak Hall.

"Checking in?" The Koala asked Dylan as he strolled in with his trolley of stuff. Perhaps it wasn't the best idea to try and fit it all in one trip but Dylan managed.

"Yeah, room 12, Floor 9" Dylan said. The Koala let out a smirk as he handed Dylan the key.

"What's with the smirk? Is the room supposed to be haunted or something?" The Koala shook his head and waved him on. _Ok, so my room is haunted_Dylan thought as he got in the elevator headed towards the 9thfloor.

It took a bit of effort to get the trolley on and off the elevator, Dylan's mind running through the various ways his dorm room could be haunted. Maybe someone overdosed, or killed themselves, or was there a fire? He'd always had a worrying mind, and be "A bit of a fraidy wolf" his ex would say. The otter delighted in forcing Dylan to watch horror films with him, to see the big hunk of meat turn into a whimpering pup under the covers. With bated breath Dylan unlocked the door to his dorm room....empty. He sighed "Of course my roommate isn't here yet!" He muttered to himself. Worst case scenario he could always stay in his friend Travis' dorm until his roommate showed up. He could lie and say he never got his key. Dylan took out his phone to text the badger, throwing one of his bags on the left bed.

"Hey watch it!" A voice called out! Dylan nearly flew out of his fur.

**

Landon felt the bag shake when the wolf carelessly threw his bag on it. Knocking Landon over, and scattering his bags. "Hey watch it!" He called out annoyed, his experience with Cat making him a bit LOT less weary around Macros. Seeing the wolf nearly jump out of his sneakers both gave Landon a laugh and made him feel a bit guilty. "Down here dude!" He called out to the giant red wolf.

Dylan leaned down to inspect the tiny human. "Well Hi." Dylan said feeling a bit embarrassed as he extended a paw to the human "I'm Dylan...and well...looks like we're roommates!"

"Landon" the human responded, placing his hand in the mammoth paw and mimicking a shaking motion.

"So since you're a human...and well....human sized and all....I guess most of this room is mine!" Dylan said with a toothy grin. Landon frowned. "I'm kidding, I'm kidding!" He said hastily moving his bag off Landon's bed "50/50 split, only fair!"

"Well I suppose I could give you a little wiggle room in space!" Landon joked back, trying to ignore just how goddamn attractive the wolf was. Dylan smiled and flopped on his own bed, closing his eyes.

"So apparently this room is haunted!" Dylan said, easing his beefy frame into the bed.

"Don't worry, I'll chase away any spooky ghosts, special human power!" Landon teased again, looking back to his laptop.

"Well anyways I'm gonna head to the dining hall, starving!" Dylan started standing up "Need a....er....lift?" He asked, extending his hand to Landon without trying to seem condescending. To Landon, Dylan came off more as shy than condescending, his hand extended like a frightened child would to a large dog. Landon climbed into the wolf's paw.

"Sure, I've been running on empty since my flight touched down!"

The walk to dining hall was a fairly short and pleasant one. The residents of Red Oak Hall had the pleasure of being located a stone's throw away from the macro sized "Peabody" dining hall. The walk there between Landon and Dylan was spent like any freshman's first time walk together to the dining hall, finding common ground. Despite their vastly different choice in favorite sports teams, so much so that Dylan called the Macro League version of Landon's favorite team a "bunch of cheating assholes!" Expressing his bitterness over his team being knocked out by them early in the playoffs, the pair got on well, finding similar tastes in music, movies, video games, and even boys. Landon was a bit taken back on that one. Am I dreaming? He couldn't help but think of himself, sleeping in his bed in late August, his excited mind imagining college. But for better or worse Landon was wide awake, and right now his mind defiantly skewed towards better.

"...but yea, my ex boyfriend gotta got me hooked on horror movies" Dylan continued on "even though they still REALLY freak me out!" Landon couldn't help but smile at the idea of Dylan, big even for his people, hiding behind a blanket when confronted with a scary movie.

"Well I promise I'll keep the ghosts away!" Landon couldn't help but tease. He was liking this wolf more by the minute, any idea of him moving to a micro dorm was slowly being snuffed out.

"Well I'll hold you to that!" Dylan said with a grin as the pair entered Peabody Dining Hall.

Peabody hall was clearly designed with macros in mind first, Landon may even go as far to say the dining hall was designed with only Macros in mind. The human friendly additions were clearly not in the original design document, with walkways awkwardly curving throughout the hall, the support beams being placed in areas that made it awkward for the macros trying to maneuver to their tables. The tables themselves all had hastily cut holes in the center that fit table umbrella like poles that instead ended in small platforms, small to Dylan and his ilk at least. The decks contained 3 tables formed in a triangle formation so the humans could comfortable sit at a normal sized table. Dylan and Landon got their food, Landon's portion being a small piece sliced off a macro serving and even then it could likely sustain him 3 dinners if not more. "Thanks for carrying my tray!" Landon joked as he rode in Dylan's hand, placing his tray of food on Dylan's palm. Dylan took extra care to steady his hands, while he trusted his ability to carry Landon he'd rather not have Landon's food covered in hairs were it to spill. As the pair maneuvered their way through the hall, Dylan moving with the grace and agility of a dancer, the red wolf spotted a friend of his sitting at a table by one of the wall length windows, soaking in the suns. The cheetah was dressed in a dirty soccer uniform, devouring a chicken salad like he hadn't eaten for a month. Dylan lost a bit of his gracefulness as he near sprinted to cheetah, hastily taking a seat, shaking Landon and his food tray a bit.

"What are you doing here you asshole?" Dylan said to the cheetah with a brotherly grin "I thought you were headed to Houston!" He said taking a seat across from the cheetah, forgetting the tiny human in his palm.

Elondou smiled as he saw his friend Dylan, his tail standing erect "And I thought you were supposed to be at The Pack" He said with a grin, as his eyes darted to Landon "So who's the tag along?"

Dylan blinked, realized his sudden sprint had both knocked Landon and his dinner over. The red wolf blushed enough that his embarrassment shone though his red fur. "Oh uhhh.... this is my roommate, Landon!" Dylan said as he set the human down in the middle of the table and began to cut a slice of broccoli.

"Pleasure to meet you then!" Elondou said as he extended a paw to the human "I'm Elondou, future star of Whitetail's soccer team!" Dylan couldn't help but roll his eyes.

"You said the same thing when you were a bench player in high school!" He protested.

"And I came off said bench in the state quarter finals to score a hat trick, and did it again in the finals I might add!" Elondou grinned "Remind me again how the football team placed?"

Dylan pouted "That was our offenses fault and you know it!"

"Oh totally, humans could've stopped that defense!" The cheetah then remembered who was sitting between them "Uh...no offense of course!" Landon couldn't help but smile as Dylan cut off a stalk of his broccoli for his micro roommate, again it was more than enough food to last him the day.

"So your team sucked?" Landon teased his roommate. The cheetah laughed.

"Dang, the human's got some ball's Dylan!" Elondou grinned as he lowered his head a bit, to speak directly to Landon "But yea, our Football team was pretty crap, but don't let that fool you, Dylan was a fantastic Cornerback!" He said with a grin to the red wolf "I do mean it though bro. You could go pro if you wanted to!"

"Well unlike you, I actually want my degree to mean something!" Dylan countered.

"Mine will totally mean something, in 10 years or so!" Elondou responded, lightly swaying his footpaws "I mean if I can go pro why wouldn't I?" Dylan nodded and the conversation proceeded about the fact that Elondou's coach had them practicing the first day, what classes they had, what dorms they were in. Landon in turned silently ate his broccoli stalk Dylan had spared him, barely getting through the head of it before feeling stuffed!

"Wait you really mean to tell me he has you running at 6 AM?" Dylan said in shock as Elondou confirmed the claim.

"Every morning, Monday to Friday!" The cheetah responded tiredly.

"Damn man, that's harsh!" Dylan responded as he stuffed his face with food. "What? I gotta keep my weight up!" He argued as Elondou laughed at him. Dylan devoured his food, hungrily looking at Landon's plate. "You gonna finish that?" He asked, pointing to the nearly complete stalk of broccoli.

"Nah, all yours!" Landon smiled.

Landon was laying on the vast landscape that was his bed when Dylan finally arrived home to the dorm. The pair had been together for a week and loved every second of it, even if Dylan did "relieve himself" rather loudly. Not that Landon minded of course, his eyes fixed on his roommates throbbing cock and curling toes.

"Long practice?" he asked. The wolf's heavy breathing telling him everything he had to know. Dylan flopped on Landon's bed.

"An eternity. I'm telling you man, Sigmund is an absolute sadist!" He said with extra emphasis on sadist. The wolf sliding off his cleats with a sigh "He had us running the whole time, a couple guys even threw up!" He continued, a thick musk permeating from his now socked foot paws "I mean why do we need to run for football? It's hardly an endurance game!" Dylan peeled off his grass covered socks, moving his now bare foot paws danger close to Landon. "So my paws kinda hurt!" He said teasingly "and I hear Humans give amazing foot rubs!"

Landon blinked as he closed his laptop, walking up to the massive paws, the pads still covered in sweat. With little hesitation he approached them "Are you seriously asking me this?"

"Oh come on man, I've seen how you look at my paws!" Dylan responded "Now do me a favor, pleeaaaaaase." He did a faux whimper, wiggling his toes teasingly.

Landon couldn't resist, neither his friends whimpers or the handsome set of paws presented to him. He started to rub his hands into the wolf's pads, his palms gliding against the sweat covered surface. Dylan let out a content sigh and he reached to steal the large pillow of Landon's bed, setting it behind his head. "Gods I needed this!" He let out in a quiet content growl, toes curling like when he orgasms. "You're pretty good with your hands yanno, I just might make you my paw slave!"

Landon couldn't help but blush at that comment, truth be told he'd not be fully against it even if it were true slavery. He continued to rub his roommates sore, sweat covered paws, the scent absolutely alluring to him.

"So you couldn't shower before coming home?" He teased. Not that he wanted to wolf to, the scent of his sweat absolutely intoxicating to the small human.

"I figured you'd wanna help me clean my paws a bit first!" Dylan responded sleepily, the wolf's eye's closed as he sunk his head into the pillow "Speaking of which, feel free to get some of the sweat off!" Landon didn't need to be told twice as he extended his tongue and drug it along the paw pad, tasting every bead of the wolf's sweet sweat. Dylan growled again as he curled his toes again. "Ugh that's perfect...." He droned out as Landon continued to lick his paws, his shorts growing tighter and more moist with every lap of the sweat, lost in the haze of the paw worship of the great wolf god that was his roommate.

Dylan's breathe steadied to a light snore, with Landon still worshiping the massive paws, his cock still throbbing despite it moistening his jeans thrice already. He could live like this forever, drunk of Dylan's scent. His only interruption was his phone buzzing, a rather pleasant vibration given his situation but one that did get his attention enough to answer it.

"Uh....hello?" Landon started, trying to hide his sex fueled panting.

"Landon it's Cat, I got some sweet news for you!" The black lab started "I spoke to the housing director and she said she can get you in a micro dorm! It'll be a a quad but..." Cat droned on as Landon listened, his eyes fixed on the beautiful sleeping behemoth before him. His sweet demeanor, beautiful toes, intoxicating scent. Landon let her finish before finally responding. "Thanks.....but I think I'm good here for the year!"
