Character Information Minimal
Trying to establish some stuff in my head, just something minimal of a large personal project I've been wanting to do for a long time.
Janice Norrington "Rat"
Zucker rat hybrid/human
Age: 25
A rat human hybrid born within a human and non-human relationship in the farming country of Japan. Her mother was known to be used in testing by HYDRA before her rescue by CERBERUS, there were unknown genetic issues incurable at that time. Her father left with her to America while she was three years of age, her mother dying due to prosecution between non-human and human relations. She keeps a generally positive view about the world around her, preferring to focus on her talents more than anything else. At the age of ten, she met a pure human child of interest. She fosters that relationship despite the troubles the world presents for the two. Her talents are noticed by the company Cerberus and hired to be a public representative.
Lucien Wyver "Luc"
Human mutation Age: 35
Considered to border the boundaries of non-human and human. Born as a human, he developed a strange kinship with animals and an aversion towards humanity. At five years of age, "magical powers" suddenly bloomed out of his body and killed a large population as well as decimating a city to dust. By the age of fifteen, he is in full control of his emotions and ergo his powers. He roams the planet, working part time as an agent of Cerberus.
Adam Birchwood (Crow)

Age: 27
A human crow hybrid, born as a twin sharing royalty amongst his father's small clan. His only humanoid features are the extra limbs that allow him to replicate human movements such as fisticuffs. Alongside his sister, he can hold his own using any weapon but when alone he relies on his trickery.
Anna Birchwood (Raven)

Age: 27
A human raven hybrid, born sister twin to Crow. She shows no fear in the face of danger and causes her brother to flinch when she approaches. Has a natural talent for telling friend from foe, as well as picking apart lies. She is immune to hallucinogens. She has the skill of an assassin but the heart of a mother.
John Stuart (Bird)
Scarlet/Rainbow Macaw
Age: 42
A human with the ability to transform into a large macaw hybrid via tattoos. He relishes in his ability to mimicry any voice or sound. Treats everything as a joke, or plays practical jokes. Always has twin custom pistols on his form for protection, prefers to rely on his wit to avoid confrontation.
Jeanne Alice Croix (Fox)

Age: 46
A human fox hybrid born of alteration, is known as a Kitsune or fox demon. Uses her charms to seduce males of other species to get her way, is also capable of using a katana by the name of Sorrow. Although she never shows it, she worries for her friends and reverts to her shy human ways on occasion. Has no sense of humor.
Carl Durant (Manuel)

A homunculus, or artificial human, creation. Has memory issues as well as featuring a twin personality. Is an exact replica of Manuel and is confused for him. Feels uncertain of who he is, capable of summing eidolons on a destructive scale.

A human mutation variation creation, a product of human ingenuity in an attempt to unlock the secrets of the human body's capabilities. Features many abilities similar to M but lacks the control to pursue the same level, manifestation ability results in weakly formed weaponry.

A human that exists mostly within memory rather than the physical world. He plays as a key source for the events that are marked upon CERBERUS time map. Once existed, something caused his to stop existing but left a permanent representation within the minds of Janice, Fox, and Zarlhandar. Often appears during trauma or stress.
Johnathan Smithe (The Child)

Brought in and taken care of by Mech, has an immunity to disease. Is protected by an eidolon called The Guardian, a headless statue that serves as a living shield and weapon. Understands the problems of other species, having a calming effect on those around him.
George Anderson (The Mutant)
Mutation Experiment
Age: 50
A mutation experiment creation by HYDRA, development never finishes without him. Wears a hood and cloak to cover his ever changing form, enjoys talking to individuals with great knowledge or insight.
Charles Alexander Shaw
Head of CERBERUS
Age: 67
A human with wealth and knowledge to his name. Rarely shows his face to the public and ensures all products are up to standard for public.
Alexander Croix (Mech)
Science Genius
Age: 35
A human with the many great inventions and ideas under his name. Chief of the Science Research and Development team with CERBERUS, never leaves his work until he deems it as complete. Constantly working on multiple projects at once, mostly on projects already released to public.
Julian Beeles (Reynard)

A human hired by CERBERUS to keep an eye on the non-human population with the district assigned. Enjoys watching over the children and fostering friendships, has no actual combat knowledge.
Alexander Wolf (Wolf)

A human wolf hybrid, also more commonly known as a werewolf. Has several disorders, the more notable are the ability to "transfer" a curse to a bitten subject through a virus within body fluids and unusually dark fur variation.
Jessica Red (Ruby)
Age: 36
Unknown wolf hybrid, considered a werewolf. Features a strange genetic disorder that causes fur to reflect the color red.

Top soldier of Corpse rank, always smiles no matter how dangerous a situation is. Only uses a single weapon, a rusty katana inheritance of his family. His body lacks augmentation.
Griever

Second in placement of Corpse rank, the only non-human soldier in terms of appearance. Switches between using his claws to the weapons he manifests.
Void

Age: 37
Third in placement of Corpse rank, always focuses on the bleak side of things. Uses a single weapon twice the length of his body, shaped eerily like a scythe. He never takes a fight seriously even when in danger.

Fourth in placement of Corpse rank, always has an energetic personality. Uses two twin blades resembling longswords created out of energy, Mech's creation. Has a love for reading and fighting simultaneously unless he feels himself in danger.

Fifth in placement of Corpse rank, always has a serious demeanor at all times. He lacks respect for his fellow soldiers when they disobey orders. He is a long range sniper with a custom rifle of his creation, capable of using metal ammunition as well as energy.

Works for the Cerberus Company. A summoner of Eidolons and a Corpse soldier. A full pure blood human, wields a series of weaponry he manifests by calling out names or chants. He holds feelings for the Janice, putting himself between her and danger.

Brother to Cerberus. Goes to school within the CERBERUS jurisdiction, a place where young minds serve as testing for interspecies mingling.
