Thursdays Nightmare
It seemed always natural for a nightmare on every Thursday for me. I slowly opened my eyes and looked towards the door, and I was shocked to see a figure standing in the doorway and I blinked then suddenly it dissapeared. I slowly crawled out of bed to walk towards where it was standing when before I could reach the door it slammed shut. Every attempt to open the door seemed futile when I gave up. I had an idea that if I waited long enough the door would open on its own so I walked over to my desk and picked up a magazine which looked normal enough because I happened to have memorized it word for word the day before. I turned to the page I liked with the two lions being caught making out in the bathroom. After starting to read it the door slammed back open. I set down the magazine, got up, and walked towards the door.
When I went through the door the environment changed and I was outside, in my pajamas too. I then turned around and saw the door dissapear right before my eyes. I opened my mouth and thought I was screaming. I placed my paw to my throat and tried again and felt that my vocal cords were moving, but I couldn't hear anything. I thought this was strange so I walked towards where the door dissapeared so that I could find a clue as to what happened.
After a while of pointless walking, a small anciant village appeared in the horizen. I made a break for it hoping that I could find a key to leaving this dream. When I arrived to the village I was greeted by a male wolf who then said, "Welcome Ceal, to," he went completely silent after he said, to, but I could read his lips and I think he was trying to say, The Village on the End of Forever. He was fairly tall with pure black fur and was wearing only a loincloth which kinda made me feel better about being in a nightmare. I wasn't surprised he knew my name seeing as I've been in my fair share of nightmares. He then resumed with saying, "Are you visiting or will you be staying permanently." He had a scary emphasis on the permanently.
I tried to mouth out the words, "Why am I here," but I just couldn't voice them.
"Permanently," He said followed by, "Wonderful! We don't have much mutes here anymore." He said that with obvious happiness in his voice followed by, "Follow me." Then I proceeded to follow him.
I looked to the right and read a sign that said, Micheal Jackson Suite. Than I looked to the left and read another sign, George Bush Suite. It was at reading that second sign that I got a creepy feeling. I continued to walk down the line of houses he was taking me by and read many famous names that seemed to revolve around politics and the cast of the Home Alone series of movies. He stopped and I read the sign he brought me too and it read, Yesterdays Stay Home Suites. We were welcomed by a female nasally assistant who said, "Welcome to the YS Home Suites please take a seat. As the wolf headed to the backroom I was able to see her. She was quite a tall feline, she had white fur, glasses, and a piercing in both of her ears that looked like Rubies. She was wearing white themed lolita clothing and had a cute face that looked like she had a cold. While she was focused on a computer behind her counter I tried to sneak off when she instantly said, "Take a seat, leaving this room will cause your body to be incinerated and cause instant death." So I choose the high road by sticking this nightmare out untill the end.
I tried to do what I try to do every nightmare I get too, control the elements around me. I got a pose to do ba gua and looked at a fish bowl that seemed to find its way into my eyesight. I started by dropping my right paw and than moving my left paw from aiming it at the fish bowl to over above it and than pulled it back. It worked the water was in motion, I then turned my right hand and swiveled it around under the floating ball of water which seemed to make the water drop leaving only a thin layer of water and the fish that was in it. I then pushed my right paw down and than pulled it up in a fluid motion to pick the water back up off the ground, than moved my right and left paws towards and dropped the water back in the fishbowl followed by the fish. Followed by the wolf coming back in the room and saying, "Bravo you truly have mastered the control over water."
"Yeah I have, haven't I," I said with my voice regained and then shouted, "Yes!"
"Yes what?" He asked in a curious manner. "Oh so your not a mute huh?" He asked soon after.
"No! I'm not a mute!" I yelled at him and then followed up by screaming, "Now where am I, and why am I here? I'm definately not going to stay here forever!"
"Your in the," he got instantly silent again and then said, "And your here because of a vacation plan you ordered, and yes your are going to stay here forever, we all do."
"Your pissing me off!" I said with so much anger that it looked like the feline peed herself. I then pushed my left paw forward while synchronising my breath with it and pushed him backwards with a strong wind. Then as I turned for the door I noticed a fire ball coming towards me and I pushed it off course with a weak wind followed by me kicking the ground with immense force and punching forward causing a rock to fly towards the direction of the fire ball. When I assumed that I hit him I turned around and saw that a hole has been burnt through the back of the wall in a way that I could easily see him on the other side.
"My name is William and I will happily make you meet your maker, you unmannered peice of trash." He said angrily.
"Oooh namecalling, now tell me which one of us is the unmannered one again?" I said sarcasticly.
"You're going to die anyway so whats the point!" He screamed at me.
"The, point, is that I don't know where I am, why I'm here, who you really are, what I'm doing, or when I really am supposed to be doing this dying." I said rudely said followed by me sucking in as much air as I could thinking of a chemical reaction that could produce enough fire to clear a way for me to get out safely. Just as I thought of something that might work he started running at me creating blow torch trench knives out of the back of his fist going over each individual finger. After my breath was full I released a massive beam of energy as wide as I could open my mouth that not only looked like it consumed him but most of the celebrities suites too. I then pushed the air behind me by pushing my arms back extremely fast giving me an advanced speed of running.
Since I knew this was only a dream and the only true way I could run out of breath was being in space I continued running as fast as I could, as far as I could. William then started to catch up to me laughing and saying, "With that puny speed you are trying to escape? How pathetic." I then moved my left arm up and choped down with great force towards him creating a blade of air and also turning right at the same time. I noticed my blade of air miss as he turned my way.
After a few minutes of running I realised his weakness, if I could entangle him somehow. Then started to think off of that. I then noticed up ahead that there was a cliff and thought to myself, "Perfect, a chance to defeat him and to wake up from shock." I ran towards the cliff gaining even more speed than before and eventually was right behind him. I then grabbed his shoulders and started to push myself to a ludicrous speed using a earthquake like shockwave to move me forward, and then jumped.
"Holy!" It was much higher than anticipated. I moved his body above mine and then kicked him up higher and than started to slick the air with a kicking technique trying to whip up blades of wind, it didn't work. I tried over and over again, it didn't even budge. I looked down and noticed the earth getting closer and closer. I moved my arms over my face when I passed the top of the trees. "Aaaaaahhhhhh," I started screaming and crying before I hit the ground and then, BAM! I woke up and looked around, everything was back to normal.
My mom then said lazily, "Stop screaming go back to sleep." I then fell instantly back to sleep.
