Again, I apologize for the late update. My writing muse was a bit low. But here, enjoy!

-- [TAKEZAWA LOANS, 8:10 PM, May 15, Mr. Takezawa's Office] --

"Please, Mr. Takezawa, you gotta hold off the loan for awhile! I haven't been able to earn some money yet. You see, my nephew's come here to Japan and I really require a t little time for me to pick my loans. Please, you have to understand. I do pay my loans in time, you know this, Mr. Takezawa!" a man said as he pleaded for his debts to be extended by some margin of time. The scenery was an office, it had many objects and disorganized furniture inside as if those items were repossessed.

"You know our policy does not alot time extensions without a certain condition, Lisbon-san. You knew this when you signed the contract for the loan." the man said, albeit having a pitied look on his face. "You know what happens when we don't get our loans. We repossess one of your belongings. It's to lessen your loan. Then we can alot a time extension." Badd said, tapping his pen on the paper. "I'm sorry, Simon-kun, but we'll have men over tomorrow to take something of your choosing." The man in debt could only hang his head, saddened of how he had so much to pay. He stood up nodded and bid farewell to the loan shark

-- [TAKEZAWA LOANS, 8:20 PM, May 15, Outside] --

"Let's go, Jason." the middle aged man said as he exited the building.

"Uncle.. I.. I'm really sorry if I've become a burden." a blue-haired boy said approaching the indebted man. He seemed to be waiting for the older male outside. The perpetual night had made it for anyone to make the streets very dangerous. It was wise for two people to be travelling together, unless something unfortunate had happened.

"Say no more, Jason. I agreed to pay for your tuition." the slightly built middle aged man said as he placed his hand on the boy's sapphire locks of hair, slowly ruffling them between his fingers. "It's getting a little late. How's about we eat out for awhile? I know this good ramen shop nearby. You must've been exhausted after all."

"I-It's okay, uncle. I can cook for you back at home." Jason said, slightly embarrassed at how far his uncle would go for him. He did have his mother's heart after all, such a generous and kind person that man was. Although Jason did offer to be cooking as he usually did, his uncle fairly declined his offer. Due to this, he wasn't able to say anything else but smiled and followed after his uncle.

"Jason, I want you to know that you're under my care now. Right now, Japan has the most advanced teachings in all the world. I promised your mom you'd be in one of the big universities when you grew up." Simon smiled at his nephew as he placed his hand on his shoulder. "Thankfully, you're a smart lad."

Jason shook his head as he smiled, walking with his uncle towards the direction of the ramen shop.

-- [TAKEZAWA LOANS, 8:00 PM, May 15, Outside] --

"Looks like your old man is under a pretty heavy debt right there." a man with a shady trenchcoat said as he gazed at the young teenage boy under thick black frames. The man was completely obscured with plenty of clothing. A beige trenchcoat matching with the black fedora, a handkerchief masking his lower facial region and black shades to top it off. Jason was very well aware of the state his uncle is in.

"Ah, yeah. The sarakins in the Friendly Lenders are indeed friendly. But the higher ups aren't very forgiving. I heard these people are with the Yakuza." the man with a slightly coarse voice said as he gazed at the open window, showing Jason's uncle and the lender talking negotiations.

"Sarakins? Yakuza?" Jason asked, keeping his guard up around the suspicious man.

"Not from around here, huh, kid?" the man sighed as if he had been hit by something. "Sarakin means loan shark, and the Yakuza is the Japanese mafia." Jason was startled to hear their meanings. And he feared a lot for his uncle's debt, and he might be 'terminated' in a way he wouldn't like.

"So?" Jason scoffed, glaring a bit at the man. "What's it to you then? So we're in debt, big deal. Why're you asking things? There must be a point to why you're talking to me."

"Well.." the tall male rummaged inside his trench coat and reached out for a paper. It was rather colorful and it had two males on the cover sheet and only one person caught Jason's eye. On the left side was a male who had a raggedy coat on with the hood off. His bangs had obscured his eyes, making his face unrecognizable. However, a discerning feature was shown on his face. It was a cigarette. "Ever heard of The Pits, kid? It's an underground street fight chamber type brawling tournament. Of course, we operate under illegal circumstances, but I tell you it's worth it, kid. You don't even need to fight in it. Just bet on the Dire Wolf right there, and you'll be sure to rack in some bets." the shady male said, his smile slightly showing under his cloth mask.

"The Dire Wolf right there is the strongest fighter in there right now. He's never been beaten. And there's a large cash prize pool for whoever who beats him. Also, if you win in a bet against him, you get a large portion of the betting cash pool. Since everyone is betting on him now. No one bets on the Wolf. But hey, maybe you'll get lucky and he slips up." Jason then took the poster, contemplating on this opportunity. Or was it an opportunity? Or a one way ticket into trouble? "Kore wa, subete no fukuzawas, kodomo no kotodesu." (It's all about the money, kid.) The shady male said as he slowly walked away.

Jason then gazed intently at the paper, seeing as the cash pool prize for the Dire Wolf's defeat was a whopping 32 million yen. With temptation swelling over him, Jason crumpled the paper and placed it into his bag. The teen stared into blank space pondering at that poster. But he knew very well this was illegal activity, and his sense of justice was still there. But there is the rowdy side in him wanting to get this the easy way out. He did believe in his abilities. He was one of the strongest back in Avalon, if not the strongest.

"Let's go Jason." a voice from behind him called out.

-- [GOKUDERA APARTMENTS, 11:45 PM, May 15, Lisbon Residence] --

Jason could not help but roll onto his bed sideways thinking about the debt and the dangers of the Yakuza. It was all too much for him to bare. He had a fear of losing people to the clutches of death, seeing as that entity followed him everywhere. It kept him awake at night. And even though his sense of justice told him not to, there was no way he'd pull off 15 million yen by the end of his semester. He needed that money, whether it was against his morals or not.

The teen quickly rummaged through his closet and found a jacket long enough to reach his knees, wore a cheap knock off ray-ban shades and took out the crumpled paper from his bag. He saw the clear vivid images, his only light source would be the moonlight from outside his window.

"The Korcari Forest, huh? Near the Gant waterfall, 45 ft. west until a wooden cabin. Password, knock three times in succession 5 seconds interval." the boy said as he skimmed through the details of the poster. He then took out a colorful marble from under his clothes inside a drawer. It was shining in different hues of pink, yellow and blue. It had a swiggly design inside it as well. "I better bring this just in case." Jason said as he placed the marble in a secured box, and stuffed it inside his travelling bag.

-- [TAKEZAWA LOANS, 11:46 PM, May 15, Outside the building] --

Hailing a taxi cab, Jason quickly told the driver that he needed to go out the outskirts of the city, and gave the driver no reason whatsoever. As Jason got into the cab, a shadowy silhouette was behind him. But he did not realize that until he got in, so he turned around and saw that the figure was gone. The boy felt a chill down his spine that he was being followed. But he could not sense anyone's aura but his and the driver's. This person might be a ghost or entity.. or someone who is skilled enough to mask their presence. No doubt, someone who held strong powers was on his trail. He had better be careful.

_ -- [SHINZUKU CITY, 11:50 PM, May 15, SCEPTER Outskirt Checkpoint] --_

They arrived at the end of the bridge, where a security checkpoint was at. SCEPTER officers were sprawled around the area as one came to ask where the passenger was going. The officer quickly recognized his stature, seeing as he was a Luxray, much like some people he knew, his x-ray vision saw through the disguise.

"Hey.. aren't you the Chief's little bro--" But before the man could finish his sentence Jason flung open the door, hitting the officer as he fell flat on his bottom. Jason used a quick step ability that allowed him to dart quick enough unnoticed. This was mainly the move that was taught to him, the Soul Step. Jason found himself at the foliage of the trees, cloaked by the giant pieces of wood.

"Th-That was close.. Ugh..!" Jason squealed slightly, as he held his arm. "I.. I guess I haven't fully recovered from the initiation. That or I just did some sloppy execution. Better practice next time." And with that, Jason quickly moved and headed for the directions on the poster given to him. The male straddled across a slightly damaged shoulder when he Soul Stepped, but that didn't matter, he needed to leave quickly or else the guards might investigate further.

-- [KORCARI FOREST, 11:52 PM, May 15, Near Gant Waterfall] --

The male had already approached the door, and he could faintly hear loud noises, loud thuds and heavy grunts. It was rowdy inside there. Jason reached for the door as he knocked five seconds with the correct intervals. The sliding window opened as two creased eyes met his gaze.

"Ye 'ev business 'er, kid?" a man with a deep voice said as he look down at the shorter male.

Jason pulled out the poster and showed it to him, the man's eyes lit up as he opened the door. "Contender, better or spectator?"

"Contender." Jason said with conviction as he looked the man right in the eye, his unfaltering resolve staring right at his face. The man with a giant build smiled as he looked behind him.

"Ey, boss! We got fresh new meat on ours plates." the man said as he grinned, showing rows of disgustingly irregular teeth.

"Huh?" a distant voice can be heard as footsteps walked towards the door and a short man with a mustache, donned with a striped suit met with the young boy. "Well, looks like the fighters are dealing with with a greenhorn 'ere." the man said with a thick Italian accent. "C'min, c'min, kid." the man said as he raised his cane and gestured the boy to follow him inside.

-- ["THE PIT" HEADQUARTERS, 11:53 PM, May 15, "The Boss's" Office] --

"Ye'r sure ye'r medically cleared te'h fight? 'Cuz we ain't got no medical teams here's y'see? Youse won't be getting treatment in betweens the matches." the short, Italian man said as he rummaged through his desk and got a paper with corresponding rules and regulations. "Also, here's ye waiver. Just to make it clears that what youse gon' be doin' is ye'r own free wills." he said as he presented Jason with the contract.

"But what you're doing here is already illegal. What good would these waivers do?" the boy asked, a brow raised in curiosity.

"Ah, fickle things deez are's, kiddo. We makes sures that ours competitors knows what dey gon' into." the man said, a smile gracing his features. "Plus, indirect murders is a terrible charge, kid. But getting caught for illegal hostings, doe. That's a different charge altogethers. Now, shut it and signs if youse wanna joins. We only gots 'til 4 am's, y'see?" The man said as he placed the pen in Jason's reach.

"Hmm.. 'we aren't responsibles to no injuries, dismemberments or decapitations'.. 'I am doing deez of my own free wills'. 'I 'ave been giv'n the dirt on the lackings of medical supports.'.. 'I do not regrets sleeping with de fishes.'?" Jason murmured to himself as he intently read the waiver.

"Jeez Louise, kid. Who da hell reads de fine print?! Jus' signs its already!" the Italian man said, slightly hot-headed at the boy's notions.

"Alright, alright." Jason said, as he placed his signature on the paper. The Italian man then grabbed it and checked all the qualifications. A man suddenly faded behind him and took the contract then faded away again. Jason gazed at the event and could only felt like he sealed his fate. The italian man chuckled slightly as he stepped down from his chair.

"C'meres, kiddo. I'll leads youse to y'er locka' rooms." the man said as he exited his office, waving at Jason to come with him.

-- ["THE PIT" HEADQUARTERS, 11:53 PM, May 15, Locker Room A] --

Jason was sent into the locker room, with several other males who looked very shady, who seemed to have gotten jail time or the like. The men inside smiled, as if they had seen new prey. Gulping down an amount of saliva, Jason went to his locker and stored his bag inside there. He took some white tape to cover his fists for whatever injury he may sustain, at least his hands are well strapped to prevent sprains and fractures.

"Hey, kid! 'Yer next!" the little announcer man hollered out; this caught Jason's attention. What? Now? That was mildly quick. Looks like they're weeding the scrawny ones out. But that was alright, the thought of an early fight had Jason smirking. He'll show them what he's made of. He wasn't regarded a hero in his hometown for nothing. Cracking his knuckles and his neck as well, he took out a blindfold with eyeholes in them and strapped it onto his face.

"So, uh, kid. What'cha wanna be called?" the announcer person said as he eyed on Jason's attire as a little.. corny.

"Just call me The Blue Mask!" Jason said enthusiastically with stars in his eyes. This didn't elect a different reaction from the announcer as he could onyl give another odd look at Jason.

"Alright.. then.. Blue Mask.. er.." the announcer then shook his head looking slightly disappointed as he shouted onto the mic Jason's chosen moniker.

-- ["THE PIT" HEADQUARTERS, 11:54 PM, May 15, Fighting Arena] --

Jason stepped outside, gazing at the amenities surrounding the pit. Large beams of steel enveloped the pits so the audience could not interfere in anyway. The audience was jeering as Jason came out; they threw numerous empty soda cans at him, basically every type of trash was thrown on Jason's person. The gates opened in the other corner as an even bigger adversary. This man was huge, Jason thought. But even he knew that size is only to compensate for a lack of strategy.

The gigantic man roared, crows cheering at his vigor. The man eyeballed the scrawny piece of flesh in front of him, grinning wildly. His canines seem to have actually bit through flesh. Was he really determined to put his opponent out for the count? Dismembering him? Jason shivered at the sight he was seeing. By his aura, he seemed like a Normal-type user to him. But his sinister Dark-type energies were slightly concerning. A one giant stomp pressed on the battlefield's floor, shaking the entire pit into disarray. The blue-haired male could feel himself trembling at the action.

Cracks revealed itself under the ground, heading towards the direction of the blue mask. Jason quickly jumped up, evading the surprising ground attack as he clung onto one of the bent bars that housed as the roof of the pit. The crowds jeered at his supposed cowardice. But Jason was only biding his time, trying to study the opponent before him. But the giant man didn't give him enough time to think, he had already blasted a Hyper Beam on him. Jason dropped, the giant laser of energy missing as it tore through the thick piece of metal.

The teen panted as he was assaulted with two hard hitting moves this early. This guy meant business, but he wasn't going to back down from this fight. But as he had recovered from the mentally staking blows, he saw no sign of the man. His aura receptors quickly picked up on his aura signature and he was... behind him! Jason looked back and tried to stop the oncoming attack, but it was too late. A Giga Impact hit him hard on the stomach as the fist blew out a lot of air from him. The boy's irises were reduced to a fraction as his pupils retracted in pain. He was sent flying thirty feet into the air, almost as powerful as speeding car hitting someone! Jason was sent reeling onto the dusty floor, dust clouding the area surrounding him; then he heard the cackles of his opponent.

Clawing at his stomach, Jason felt out of shape, he felt like his second wind wasn't coming to him. It was really a long time that he fought that even third rate morons like these could take him on. What would Raiki thought if he saw him like this? His rival would probably laugh at him. That ridicule, especially coming from him. It was unacceptable. He couldn't even land a hit! Anger built up, inside the teen; his fingers clawing at the ground, trying to get up. Aura pulsed from inside his vessel, healing his frustrations and injuries. This was a trick known as Healing Pulse and Calm Mind. Lucarion powers taught by his mother.

"...hnng.. nnggkk..!" the boy grunted out, as he spewed out some blood. Standing, slightly groggy and dazed, he readied his fists; both clenched up. Eyes glaring at his opponent, the gigantic man could only stand in awe at the boy.

"I was thinking you wouldn't be standin' after that, kid. I better finish you off now, I gots bettah things ta doo." the man scoffed as he opened his mouth and a gigantic ball of darkness encompassed his jaws, black electricity like energy surrounding it. The male prepared to fire as Jason just kept his ground; the dust had already settled around the boy and he prepared to lock on. "Ya really wanna die, huh, kid? Don't mock me, get atta da way!" the male warned, but nonetheless, he fired.

The giant ball of black made its way to Jason, but it suddenly had stopped in its tracks. Everyone in the audience was shocked. But a hand made of steel had halted its movement, and it came from the steel abilities of the Lucario. Golden eyes gleamed at the light as Jason smugly smirked, Closing his palm, the dark ball dissipated into thin air. As it did, he quickly disappeared. The larger man was completely awestruck at the sight, as he scanned the area for his presence. Just then he heard a shout from behind.

"MY TURN!" he bellowed out, as he felt a powerful force coming from his back, severely landing a destructive blow into his spinal cord. The Tyranitar could feel his bones breaking at that one shot; it had sent him pretty far, almost as far as the Giga Impact Jason took. As the man was flung into the air, Jason's body blurred in intense speed. It was clear, all his attributes had increased by some measure. It was all the psyche. These past few weeks, he was being tortured by the illustrious bad boy of the school. He was inadequate, and he felt inferior. It was time for him to break out of that cage once again.

Jason reappeared at the face of the airborne man. With a fist as hard as actual steel, he landed a jaw-shattering blow to the face of the husky man. A giant crater had formed on the pit's floor, with the giant man only laying there, defeated and knocked out. His eyes were wide open, but his pupils were blank and white. The Blue Mask had basically had posterized his opponent. The crowd was silent.

For seconds, the crowd was in awe as Jason could only see what he did, as he snapped out of his temporary frenzy. He panted at his work, shaking his head. He swore he wouldn't lose himself this time, but the power seethed through his veins. He could not control it. "Haa.. unghk,," he said falling a bit to his knees. He was exhausted that's for sure. It has been a long time since he's strained his body like this. 'He would've knocked him down effortlessly.. I can't lose to him.' Jason then stood up, bloodlust filling his eyes.

"Bring in the next one!" he shouted, as the crowds burst into cheering; running wild on the stands.

"Ao Masuku, ao masuku, ao masuku!" they chanted.

With this second wind, Jason could feel his power pulsing from within. His aura flared... and came the beatdown.

-- ["THE PIT" HEADQUARTERS, 12:20 AM, May 16, Fighting Arena] --

An hour has passed and Jason had defeated all his adversaries. A pink aura pulsed from his naval, as his breathing regulated. Was it over? Does he get to fight him now? Jason sat down and tried to tend to his wounds. Then he heard a resounding horn echoing from the gates. The iron bars opened as footfall was heard, somebody was coming out of the darkness.

"And here comes the main event! The Dire Wolf challenge. The Blue Mask has earned enough rep to face the legendary Dire Wolf in combat!" a man with a 1970's announcer voice bellowed out.

Someone had come into view, clad with a rugged and stained rag cloth-like garb. He was hooded as well. His lower jaw can only be seen and it seems someone needed to shave. But nonetheless, this must be the legendary Dire Wolf. The cloth he wore seemed to cover his inner clothing. The Dire Wolf then took his cigarette and threw it on the ground, crushing the butt with what seemed to be heavy military boots. Eyes slowly rose up from the cigarette towards his opponent, Jason. Golden eyes gleamed in the shadows of his hood.

'...Get up..' Jason heard inside his head, shocked indefinitely. Was.. Was he communicating telepathically? He was a Psychic-user then. This was good, his opponent would test on of his strongest traits. Mental ability. Jason stood up, readied his fists up and waited for the man to move. This was going to be a slightly different battle. But.. he couldn't feel his aura. It's as if he's blocking it out somehow. Jason knew it right there that he had lost his sixth sense. Jason decided his next option was to land hits in order to deal some damage.

He gazed at the Dire Wolf as he adjusted the white bandages wrapped across his forearm; he seemed ready. Shaking his head, Jason went and charged for the wolf and threw steel-plated punches at him. The wolf seemed to block two jabs with his forearm and ducked the right hook. As the wolf ascended, he had grabbed Jason by the throat and threw him high into the air. Jason was now airborne and prone to attacks if he couldn't reposition himself. Although his hands felt.. odd. They were cold. And Jason couldn't believe he hadn't broken bones after those hits he blocked. His fists were made of steel for goodness' sake!

"The wolf blocks the mask's two jabs, then ducks from a powerful right hook! It looks like the wolf read him like an open book! ... And the wolf launches our young competitor in to the air!" the announcer.. well.. announced!

Jason tried to lay on his back, but someone grabbed him by the collar. And it was.. the wolf! The man clamped his thighs on the bars like a spider and held Jason by his collar as he dangled about 30 feet into the air. Jason couldn't believe the speed this man possessed.. it could've rivaled the Soul Step he was taught. Jason looked up and he only saw tow canines smiling at him; mocking him in the least.

"And what do we have here! The wolf is acting like a hook; clinging on the arena's steel bar ceiling! He's got Blue Mask dangling up in the air! Look at the boy squirm! He didn't know what hit 'im! But what's he.. what's happenin' here, folks?!"

Jason's eyes gleamed a bright green, his body fading in a split second. The wolf was surprised when Jason's body turned ethereal which made him drop them to meet the boy who had escaped from his grasp.

"The blue mask faded from the wolf's grasp like he was thin air! Amazing! How does he do it?!"

'..So, he's from that group, is he?..' Jason could vaguely hear him mumbling inside his head. It looks like he can still telepathically read his mind. That was it, if he can predict his moves with this sole ability, he might get the upper hand! Jason shook his head as he readied once more. Lunging at him, he could still read his thoughts.. it said.. dodge right! With that, Jason switched his angle of attack and had his left leg on the receiving end of the direction he dodges. But then.. 'duck, then uppercut!' This signalled Jason that he was about to be countered.

"Well look at this, folks. Looks like the mask is somehow reading the wolf's unpredictable movement!"

He saw through the uppercut and stopped by squeezing his arm with his calves whilst being in mid-air. Jason then twisted his body and flipped the wolf over and flat on his face; the impact was strong and caused dust to gather. In his mind, he could hear a little mental gasp. The crowd was awe-shocked; they gasped as Jason regained posture and waited for the dust cloud to settle. Fists at ready, he concluded that attack wouldn't have damaged him much at all.

"..h-he.. He hit the Wolf!" the men in the crowd gasped out.

"L-Ladies and gentlemen, in all my years of commentating, I have never seen anyone.. and I mean ANYONE physically damage the wolf in some way! Th-This is.. a first!" the announcer said as his mic fell, sending a screeching frequency noise around the arena. "I-I'm sorry, everyone but.. I wouldn't have though I'd seen the day someone would land a blow on our champ. This fight could either way, ladies and gentlemen!" the announcer stood as he exclaimed the last line.

The crowd then proceeded to go rampant.. they raved and shouted! They made noise, banging on objects, inhuman screams and cheers.

From the dust, a silhouette was seen walking towards Jason. He was dusting off the dirt on his garb, it had seemed that he had recovered from that attack quickly. And Jason expected no less from him.

'This is interesting,' the male muttered inside Jason's head. 'That's a nice little trick there, kid. But I noticed you've been tapping into my head like I am with you.' The wolf said telepathically. Jason looked at him and he was tapping on his temple. 'Good, you're well-trained. American corps, no? I've seen that move before.' he bellowed out as his voice trailed off.

"H-How..?!" There was no time to react, the wolf had blasted a giant purple aura sphere at him, and Jason had to dodge by jumping up. He was trying to sense the thoughts of the male.. where was he going to strike? 'Stomp..!' he heard, and it was sure an attack from above. Jason spun to the right, but his throat with a cold and hardened hand. The blue mask gasped as his windpipe was slightly being crushed by the force; the dire wlf had tricked him and he attacked from below. He was then sent flying once more. When Jason dropped, a heavy boot met his stomach and the impact led him to the pit's wall.

"Poor kid.. it looks like the wolf's getting dinner tonight, folks." the announcer said gloomily as the whole audience watches another execution before their eyes.

Vision blurry, out of breath, black arterial blood spewing out from Jason's body.He had never felt pain like this before. His consciousness was slightly fading as the garbed man took him up and hardened and enveloped aura on his hand. His aura hardened and turned into a sharp piercing weapon. The end of the blade then slowly caressed Jason's jugular. The arm jerked back and lunged to swipe at it.

Jason's awareness then lit up and time seemed to halt for a second, and he quickly grabbed his necklace that held the multi-colored marble. Light flashed around him and blinded the wolf as he stepped back. The crowd was shocked as well as blinded; it was like an iridescent burst of manganese had enveloped the area. And beneath the bright light, a figure emerged. Above his head was a multi-colored His attire had changed, A suit made of fur, spiked gloves and red eye shadow had embezzled the teen. This was a power known as Mega Evolution.

"By god, folks! I don't think I've seen anything like this before! Is this even legal?!"

Jason then looked at his hand and breathed heavily, feeling out his new powers. His arm then glowed bright blue, his arm emitting an aura-like double as if he had an extension. The blue claw was giant and it was heading to crush the wolf. Inside his hood, the wolf's eyes widened in shock. He then raised his arms up to block and he had successfully stopped the arm, but was evidently struggling to fend it off. Just as he had pushed it away, Jason lunged with a fury of punches. That hand was a decoy, after all. The wolf did his best to dodge and block all the hits.

The wolf could feel his armor breaking, and because of that afterthought, a fist had assaulted him square in the jaw: on point! The wolf this time; he was the one who flew backwards from an insanely powerful, steel-enhanced blow. Reeling from the attack, the wolf wriggled his head in pain, trying to shake off the insurmountable pain emanating from his cheek. The male spit out blood covered saliva and a few teeth as well. Panting heavily, the champion then took down his hood to reveal unruly, greasy black locks. His chin was unshaven; blood dripping from under his lower lip and into his black beard curls. And lastly, a purple mark was seen from his cheek, that was where Jason had hit. It was obviously being deprived of blood. The impact was that fierce to have done that. Wiping the blood across his lip with his forearm, the male smiled as he look down across the red liquid on his skin.

'He drew blood..' the man thought to himself. 'Interesting.. kid..' the wolf said, his breathing returning to a regular state. That was a terrifying punch. But one thing was evident, it's that the dire wolf has only begun to get serious. He bolted with his steel arms readied in front of him. Jason then took notice and held his palm out, throwing a medium sized aura sphere, then he spun and threw his backhand to throw more aura spheres. Unfortunately, the direwolf had avoided them all with grace and precision. He had already cuaght up to where Jason was, and threw a steel augmented punch which Jason caught with his own metal fist. A forceful wind broke out from the impact of their punches.

Jason's feet was slowly grinding through the dirt floor, the larger man's weight was pushing him down. He then sweep kicked the male down, making him airborne. Then another side kick to send him flying. Both had connected and threw the male across the pit and into the stone wall. The force had him ricocheting off of it and then almost a millisecond later, he was hit by a blue ray of light. An energy beam had cast, sending him back to the wall. The barrier had cracked and had destroyed the concrete kibosh.

"... I-I.." the announcer stuttered. It has been a good seven minutes since that attack and the dire wolf has not responded. Could he have been.. dead? "Ladies and gentlemen.. I think.. the wolf's.. been euthanized. ... Is this the end of a glorious win streak? Will this kid get the prize money tonight? What a shocking turn of events, dear audience."

The smoke had settled and everything that was left of the wolf was a... stuffed dinosaur plushie? It was lush green in color. Jason had recognized that this was a Substitute tactic but before he could ready, a shining, white light had blasted him from behind. It was heavy.. like the weight thousand ton of metals had been centered into his spine. It was excruciatingly painful.

Jason's eyes went blurry, as if life's end was drawing near from him. Then he felt a boot on his throat, crushing it slowly. He couldn't breathe. He could only see the man before him in a new light. His hood was gone, and everything about his attire had changed. But it was too blurry to make out. This was the end. One snap of his heel and that'd send Jason to the afterlife.

But before that could happen, purple lightning streaked from one of the wall's as they exploded in a mere second. Afterwhich, the pit area was surrounded with SCEPTER members. Jaosn could feel the boot on his throat being lifted. The dire wolf had backed off his cadaver.

-- ["THE PIT" HEADQUARTERS, 12:55 AM, May 16, Fighting Arena] --

The dire wolf looked at the blue-clad jacketed members with their sword on draw. From the rubble of the newly made hole in the wall came out a woman wearing a white-jacket and numerous embellished decorations on it. She also had a sheathed sword. Then, darting from across the dust, a lightning bolt jumped out at the man; the woman staying upon the rubble, her hair flowing from the force of the wind. The lightning formed into a silhouette of a slim figure. A hand grabbed the dire wolf's throat, attempting to electrocute the man. But he had escaped from the hand's grasp. The attacker then backflipped away from his opponent.

With a clearer vision, the male who attacked was clad in a black leather jacket, unruly hair with some of it tied in a pony tail. His gloved hands streaked with yellow and blue electricity. Amber hues were like spears staring the man down.

"Lindow Ajibana, by Shinzuku City law, you are hereby under arrest for the murders of numerous criminals and illegal pit fighting. Cease, desist and put your hands right where I can see 'em!" a feminine and commanding voice bellowed out. Jason could hear some familiarity within her tone of voice. The crowds gasped as the police had engulfed the arena. They darted for the exits but SCEPTER members had already sealed the exit. Everyone was in constant lockdown.

The dire wolf raised his hands slowly as he looked at the ground. Quickly the members attempted to attach the hand cuffs to his wrists, but the wolf feigned and hit them on the bridge of his nose, breaking both of the officer's faces. The wolf then quickly fleed through the wall Jason had made and into the cover of the forest's darkness.

'Well.. you could add resisting arrest to your charges.' Fumiko thought as she saw the event before her eyes. She was quite nonchalant about it. Odd for a police chief to just let someone hurt her men. The lady walked over to her half sibling and asked her Jason's condition.

"He's breathing, but he's out. He's also lost a lot of blood. There are numerous blunt hits on his body," Raiki said, gazing at Jason's body as his chest and abdomen were littered with black and blue spots. A tint of pink slightly formed on the teen's face, nudging his head back as his eyes rolled away from Jason's teared garments.

"What is it, Raiki? Not used to seeing unconscious bodies? ...Or is it something else?" Fumiko teased as she knelt and took Jason into her arms, lifting him up and preparing to leave the area.

"N-no!" Raiki protested, the pink tint on his face only spreading and getting more vibrant. "It's.. none of your concern." Raiki lowered his voice down as he looked at the ground.

"Well, I need to help Takaya-kun arrest the ones who arrange these fights. So, I'll leave Jason in your care for the moment." two slender arms passed on the unconscious Jason to her other brother. "There's an ambulance outside, make sure he gets to the ICU as quickly as possible."

Hesitant, the teenage Luxray then took the boy into his arms, feeling a little more uncomfortable. His body was still warm, that was a relief. But that too made him uneasy. As Raiki sighed, two amber hues looked at the boy he was holding. 'Usuratonkachi..' he muttered in his head. 'You're just like him.. always getting into trouble.' Eyebrows creased as Raiki prepared to embark home to Shinzuku with custody of his.. 'friend.'
