Prologue---"Tell me how this happened. Any details you can give me will help us in finding... Whoever it is that did this." Jon sighed, "It wasn't a person, at least... C'mon! I already told you what I saw. I don't give a half a fuck if you believe me, because your proof is right there in that room! You want to examine those wounds yet another time, just to ask me the same question? Go ahead. It won't change." Jon heard the man across from him start tapping the desk with his pen, "I didn't ask for you to describe hi-... 'it'. I want you to describe the events leading up to why he's here.", The man stopped a moment to look at the door leading to the room Reginold was in, "I all see are claw marks, however odd, I don't believe that a human could have made these. But an animal would have went carnal on him, if it attacked once. I need you to describe to me exactly what happened." Jon sucked in a long breath, "All right... It was a few days back now. Four... I think. We went out to get some lumber for the fire...----Chapter 1 Regi groaned in pain as he tried to get up from where he was. He felt his head and thighs, wincing as he felt fresh wounds. "Fu-uck...", he whispered as he saw the many other scratches against his body. It looked as if someone had just relentlessly clawed at him, trying to scare him, but not hurt him. Regi arose, but almost fell down as feeling returned to his numb legs. He wobbled over to a wall to help him keep balance as he look around for a exit from the room, spotting a wooden door with an iron window he started in the direction. When he was five feet from the door it started to crack just a bit. Regi sucked in a breath, holding it for what seemed like 5 hours, before slowly and quietly letting it out. He looked through the crack in the door to be greeted by a smoky room, with green felt walls, Hardwood floors,

and a drywall ceiling that was growing yellow, instead of what seemed to be it's original white. There were tables lined up in different places, with a small menu setting on each one, nothing fancy. He could hear people talking, but decided it would be best to not let his presence known, for they might be his captors. as he opened the door a little wider, he was given a clear view of the room, and was able to see that is was a bar. He saw 4 people at the dry-bar talking to the bartender. That explains the voices.. "Wait. What the... Those aren't people... No normal human being has fur, or scales. Where in hell am I... Down with the Axis? Either I'm tripping or I'm in time travel hell." Regi opened the door just wide enough for him to fit through, his plan was to sneak to the back exit, it was so close, although... yet oh so far. "Screw it!" He sighed out, sprinting off, full blast towards the back door, hoping that it was a push, and not a pull swing door. His footsteps grabbed the attention of the bar, and they bolted after him as soon as the bartender told them to go after him. "Hey, you! I suggest you get ba-... What the?" The wolf turned to his companions, "He... Who... What was that? Did you guys see that, he had only skin! He's too far away now... Let's find out just why he was in the storage room." His two companions, one also a wolf, the other a German Shepherd. "Wait... Where's Jzorld?", he questioned the two canines. "Ugh you dunces! How could you let a 8 foot tall dragon get away un-noticed? HOW?!" The wolf just sprinted back into the bar to be greeted by the bartender holding his head, with bits of glass from a vodka bottle in it, "Ge-.. Get THEM!""Why? You need to do some explaining first. What the hell was that thing, and why was Jzorld even a threat?""Don't.. Worry about it" The bartender winced as he pulled out the shards of glass and healed back his skin and fur, "Just get them!" With that the wolf and his three companions walked out the door."Thank fuck..." Reginold sighed as he got far enough down the alleyways that he was safe from any attack. He walked the alleyways next to the streets, as to have a sense of direction. "Why .. Animals" He said finishing his sentence with venomous tone. "We prefer not to be called 'Animals' " Regi jumped at the sound of someone behind him, cowering when he saw it was the 8 foot tall scaled being from the bar. He just turned

around went into an adrenaline fueled sprint down the alley. He looked behind him to see that it wasn't there, out of fear he started running back in that direction in hopes of looping back around by using the main streets, where this was going to get him, he had no clue. It was worth a shot though. As soon as he got back to the other side of the alley, Regi heard the sound of someone running behind him, startling him into tripping on his own frantic steps as he tried to get out into the open roads, at this point he didn't really give a crap if something saw him. The alleyway that lead to the main street was being blocked by a tall figure, "God dammit, what do you want from me?", he waited, but all Reginold got as an answer was silence. The figure started to slowly approach him, the only thing that Regi could do to evade the inevitable would be by looping in circles, and it knew this also, so it decided to block his only exit. Regi just stood his ground, expecting to be killed any moment, but started to cower a bit as he saw from his angle that it looked to be almost 10 feet tall. It grabbed Regi by the throat holding him against the wall, it was tight enough of a hold that he couldn't breathe, but not enough to do any harm to his wind-pipe. Reginold panicked at the sight of the creatures face, and other physical features, "Wa... T-Fk... are Y-", Reginold was cut short as his vision began to flash purple and blue the world around him spinning, everything getting dark. {A/N}Well there ye go. That's chapter one for ya. Yes.. It's short, but it's hopefully got enough in it to keep you waiting for the next parts in it, which yes will be longer than this, which was simply an intro so you have more of an idea of what to expect. (Yes, I know the Thumb-Nail is not worth a pile of crap, but it's the best I can do. In 3 hours that is)
