Don't hate me! Only my second story!
Flashing lights, loud sounds. That was all Jordan could remember from the car ride home from Emma's. He hadn't been drunk, and it hadn't been raining. So why was he stuck in this hospital bed? He turned his head as he heard the door to his room open and he saw something that made the small human male gasp. A large bull anthro. Jordan was shaking, because normally humans and anthros didn't get along. Humans were rare in this world now a days, so the humans and the anthros really didn't get along. The bull walked up to Jordan and started checking the monitors and machines around Jordan. "You appear to be in good shape after last night." Jordan blinked and looked over in a mirror that was hanging on the sink in his room. His blond hair was rumpled and his green eyes were wide with fear.
Jordan was still shaking when the bull looked at him. The bull looked down at him, and smiled "it's ok I'm not going to hurt you. I'm just ambulance nurse." Jordan stopped shaking at the comforting look and asked "What happened? I don't really remember anything except the lights of the ambulance and the sounds of other cars." At this the bull frowned and said "You were in an accident last night with another car. The other driver was drinking and crashed into you. Luckily both of you are ok" the bull smiled and looked at Jordan.
Jordan blushed because he was only wearing a hospital gown, nothing else. After the bull left Jordan wondered exactly who it was. Later that day, Jordan went down to the cafeteria after having visited the doctor. As he sat down with his tray (French fries, cheese pizza, and applesauce to be healthy) when a shadow fell across his table. Jordan looked up to see the bull from earlier sit down with a ham sandwich and coleslaw with a coke. He looked up at Jordan and smiled again. Jordan blushed because the look in the bulls eyes was not a look of hate, but of lust and curiosity. "so what's your name" Jordan asked.
The bull looked up and said "Caleb". Jordan smiled "Caleb how's your day going?" "Pretty good, sugar." Caleb smirked and Jordan blushed at the name. Caleb looked up at Jordan. "Hey can I ask you a question sugar?"
"Sure!" Jordan said a little too perkily. He blushed again and Caleb chuckled and went back to smirking at him. "What's a cute little bit of sugar like you doing here alone? Any family, girlfriend....boyfriend?" Jordan sighed. "My family disowned me when I came out as gay, and started looking for an anthro boyfriend. I don't have a boyfriend, so...that department of my life is open." Jordan blushed at what he insinuated. "They thought I was going to burn in hell, blah blah blah."
"That's awful. When I came out, my mama gave me a hug and told me to go find someone special." Caleb said still looking at Jordan, but differently. He looked like he wanted to scoop him up and hold him, protect him from the world. Jordan felt his chest grow with excitement. Caleb smiled, a gentle smile this time, and asked "So Mr...." Jordan giggled and said "Jordan. My name's Jordan." "Well Jordan would you do me the honor of going on a date with me?" Caleb asked.
Jordan smiled his biggest smile yet and said "Yes!" They dumped their trays after eating and walked out of the cafeteria holding hands.
