Walking into the classroom, he looked at the small amount of furs in his grade. There was a rather well built horse sitting in the back, his name was Dave. He was the deffinition of a "ladies man". He was lways going around getting girls numbers, and trading pictures over the cell phone with them.

There was a ram sitting next to him who was a bit on the larger side, but was a little wierd. Warren had a fetish for guns and shooting. That's what Jim would always say.

Taking his seat he looked over rather curiously at the three female furs in the class. THe first one was a very pretty tiger by his thoughts, but most other people thought she was just as wierd as Warren. Looking behind the tiger, he saw a very large polar bear. She by far wasn't the most attractive to him, but she was a big slut. Next to Krysten there was a very, very attractive leopard. She to was very kinky, but was able to hide it well.

Breaking out of his observations by the bell, he looked at Mrs. Beth. She herself was a black panther who couldn't be a day over twenty-five. This pretty much made up the junior class, all nine of them.

"Play guys lets start this week off right. We have a new student joining us for the rest of the year."

A medium sized wolf enterd the room. The only one who really cared was Jim. He looked his way and made a mental note of the wolf.

The wolf wasn't extremely tall, or extremely short. But he seemed to be a little shorter than the husky. He was wearing what seemed to be black skater shoes, jeans, and a zipped up hoodie.

"This is Collin ya'll. He and his family have just moved here to Chestertown from Texas. Make him feel welcome."

Walking to a seat in the front of the room, he sat down by himself not really wanting to make eye contact with the others in the room.

The panther went through the plans for the up coming sports banquet, and their junior senior banquet, which was basically a prom. Then went through the announcments for the week.

Finishing up right as the bell rang, she opened the large wooden door, dismissing her students.

Getting out of his desk, the wolf was the first one out. Hearing the voices of the other students behind hm mad Collin want to get out as fast as possible.

Walking casually out of the classroom, the husky felt a soft spot in his heart for the wolf. He was always the new kind at school for some reason. He decided right then and there, that he would make what was left of the school year be as painless as possible for the wolf.

The first few classes of the day went by quickly and without incident. English class was boring and dull as always for Jim, speech was pretty good too. He had gotten an A+ on a speech he gave on World War two, and in choir they watched a hilarious movie.

Not wanting to be near the rest of the class, Collin decided to take the drama class over spanish. He was somewhat shy in the way of meeting new people and embarrased himself rather easily. Walking into the classroom he looked around. Seeing the polar bear and the tiger from home room, he took a step inside. Looking at the desk he saw a skinny male horse sitting behind it.

"Welcome please take a seat."

Looking at the many open seats in the room, he took a seat behind a rather skinny doberman.

Walking into the room, the husky sat down next to the doberman, punching him in the arm.

"Hey John, whats up?"

"Not much Jimmy." The doberman spun around to answer his friend.

Laying his head on his paws, the wolf kept quite not really wanting to be there. Feeling lonely from having to leave his friends in Texas, and how he had none here. Wimpering a little to himself, he just burried his head into his arms.

Looking back at the wolf, the husky felt sad for him. He knew how the wolf felt. Using his legs to push back, he slid his back next to the wolf. Looking over at the hiding fur, he tapped him gently on the shoulder.

Liftting his head up from under his arms, his green eyes had begun to tear up. He looked into the loving blue eyes of the husky beside him and instantly felt safe, and for some reason he couldn't really figure it out.

Holding out his right paw to the wolf, the husky grinned widely at him. Raising an eyebrow at the saddened male he just waited for his hand to be accepted.

"Howdy, My names James. But you can call me Jim, Jimmy, anything you want within reason really."

Looking at the husky wide eyed, he slowly forced a smile onto his muzzle. Unfolding his arms, he grabbed the husky's paw and shook it.

"Hello.. My names Co..Collin. Nice to meet you."

Withdrawing his hand quickly, he blushed under his black fur. Feeling extremely comforted by the presence of James around him, Collin still couldn't figure out why.

Smiling wide at the wolf, he looke peircingly at him. There was something different about this guy. He wasn't like the others here. He didn't seem to be one who would be your friend in the good times and then turn around and kick you while you were down.

"Well Collin, the pleasure is all mine. So tell me, do you have any friends here yet, or are you still getting used to living in the country?"

"Um...to tell you the truth." He said as he looked down at his desk. "Well I have no friends here yet and by the reception I have gotton so far from your class mates, I don't think I ever will.

Lifting an eyebrow at the answer, the husky shook his head.

"Dont think like that. Of course you will make friends, although some of the furs here....You don't wanna be friends with."

"Thanks James. I mean it, you are very kind." And pretty cute, he thought to himself.

"Hey dont mention it. And now you can no longer say that you have no friends here, because you have just made one."

The wolf smiled as he heard these words. Hearing the bell ring both of the furs looked up at the teacher as class started.
