#14 of Pokemon: Further Evolutions

And here we are, at the final chapter of the set. Just so you all know, it's at this point that I really phoned it in with trying to find clever ways to integrate yiff into my chapters. So from this point on, I wouldn't go expecting it anymore, cuz I don't think I can really force myself to just have it happen. It's not porn with plot anymore, it's plot with porn. There is a difference. So yeah, feedback would be appreciated. ^^

Pokemon: Further Evolutions

CH 9

Proper Preparation

Kyo bit his lip as he stared at Grovyle in a mixture of shock and confusion. He certainly hadn't expected to see her again after revealing to her what he was aiming to do by joining the tournament. He wasn't even sure of how to react. He definitely knew that she wasn't happy though; her deathly glares told him that much. She clearly wasn't here for a friendly visit. A long, awkward moment of silence passed between the group with Grovyle only continuing to glare bitterly at the reptilian water type.

"......Uh--"

"'So you can't handle fighting with your own skills, huh Kyo,'" Grovyle cut him off before he could continue, "'I should've seen this coming honestly. You always did seem like the cowardly type to me...'" The grass type fell silent once more and continued to look at him with narrowed eyes. Another moment of silence passed between them. Though it was apparent, she was making it very clear that she did not enjoy his presence, possibly existence for that matter.

"...I..." Kyo began, pausing in case Grovyle decided to cut him off again. When she didn't, he continued, "I just wanted to...you know...get up to par with everyone else..."

"'Really now?'" Grovyle replied with a raised eye ridge. She flicked her leafy tails in an almost agitated way. "'Because I wouldn't call training with a tournament VETERAN 'getting up to par.''" she finished with air quotes. Kyo drew back a bit in surprise. He glanced over to Teddy in confusion, who simply mouthed the words "I didn't know" to him. The grass type chuffed at Kyo, catching his attention once more. "'Don't expect me to believe that you didn't know. How else would you manage to get a training partner like that? Considering you, I doubt that you managed to befriend her, you socially awkward pond lizard.'"

Kyo's gaze fell down to his feet. He felt no real desire to defend himself. She wasn't wrong for being angry at him, he knew that. Of course, doing this with that in mind, he wasn't exactly left to feel any better about himself. Teddy glanced uncomfortably between the two of them before ultimately deciding to speak up for him.

"M...miss Grovyle," he began, "Neither Kyo nor I were aware of Miss Lucario's status as a tournament veteran. We are not very well associated with most inhabitants on this island at the moment." The grass type shot him a look, making him step back slightly in surprise. However, she refrained from saying anything to him, only choosing to give him that venomous look. She snapped her gaze away from him and back to Kyo.

"'Fine,'" she eventually said, "'Go ahead and get as many tutors as you want. It's not like it matters anyways. As soon as you run into me, you're gonna lose.'" She leaned in slightly. "'Hard.'" She straightened herself again, easing her hateful glare into but a mere disapproving look. Teddy shook his head and spoke up again, getting rather irritated by the grass type's constant belittling of Kyo.

"Is there a reason you requested to come here?" he asked firmly, "Or did you simply wish to see him just to put him down?" Grovyle glanced over at him in an irritated manner, clicking her tongue before replying.

"'I was getting to that.'" She flicked her leafy tails once before thrusting her arm forward and pointing at the Feraligatr-morph. "'Kyo! I hereby challenge you to a battle. I'm gonna _prove_to you that there's no use in trying.'" Kyo's gaze remained on his feet, his tail hanging limp from his body. Teddy shook his head and spoke up once more.

"K-Kyo isn't in the condition to fight at the moment. He finished his training earlier in the day and requires proper rest. Y-you cannot expect a proper battle when he's like thi--"

"It's fine, Teddy," he cut him off, prompting a shocked look from the bear, "I've...rested up just fine... I think I'll be fine if I go for another round." He looked up from his feet and looked Grovyle in the eye. He got a good look at just how bitterly she was looking at him. After a few seconds, she simply nodded in response and took her place at the farther end of the area. Not wasting any time, Kyo took his spot on the opposite side. Teddy kept glancing from one morph to the other in discomfort. He shook his head and let out a sigh, moving over to the side to act as the judge.

"Well, if you are resolved in doing this, then I have no real reason to stop you," Teddy said with a disappointed sigh, putting a paw up, "But this match ends the second I say so. Do the both of you understand?"

"'Fine by me,'" Grovyle replied, keeping her eyes locked on her opponent, "'Just don't try to get in the way.'"

"I will not be tempted to do such a thing," said Teddy before he turned back to the water type, "...So, you are sure you wish to go through with this?" Kyo only nodded in response. He knew why she was so mad. He knew that she had energy to expel. He didn't have the heart to oppose. He felt that he owed her this much.

But that doesn't mean I'm gonna hold back, he thought to himself, taking a battle stance, _Besides, she won't either..._Grovyle took on her own battle stance, crossing her arms out in front of her. Teddy looked back and forth between them, making sure that the both of them were set.

"Ready?" he began reluctantly, holding a paw up, "Go!" As soon as his paw swung downwards, Grovyle made the first move. She lead by whipping her arms forward, causing strange floating leaves to appear out of nowhere and shoot straight at Kyo. Left with little time to react, he hastily shielded himself with his arms and tail. He cringed as he was pelted by leaf after leaf, none of them actually cutting into his scales but still hitting him hard enough to make him feel the damage being dealt. Already he could feel the difference her grass typing was making. He knew at this point that he wouldn't last much longer if he just continued to stand there, so he charged forward. But Grovyle easily Detected his movements, sidestepping him before kicking him in the back and propelling herself forward. As Kyo stumbled, she quickly spun around to launch several more Magical Leaves at the Feraligatr's back to topple him over. He hit the ground with a hard thud, sending sand flying everywhere.

I think...I get the basis of her strategy..._he thought to himself as he struggled to his feet. Grovyle suddenly shot her arms out again, flinging even more leaves at him and forcing him to shield himself right there on the spot. _She's a distance fighter, so she prefers long range combat over close. He forced himself to stand as he continued to shield himself from her barrage. So if I get up close...I should have an easier time! Gritting his teeth and pushing through the pain, Kyo charged forward once more.

But Grovyle simply Detected again, sidestepping him and striking him in the side for the second time. However, Kyo quickly recovered and rushed her again. Caught off guard by this, the grass type drew back step after step as he made his counter attack. Beginning to panic, she thrust her arms out again. Only this time, rather than sending out more Magical Leaves, the long leaves along her arms extended out before slashing at Kyo's torso. He cried out as the attack connected and he staggered back several steps. But Grovyle was relentless, as she assaulted him again and again with her Leaf Blades. After but a mere 2 hits, Kyo fell to his knees before her.

Grovyle quickly realized that this was her chance to finish this and rushed him, tackling him to the ground. After hitting the ground, she adjusted herself to pin him down, taking hold of his biceps and pressing him into the sand. Kyo struggled weakly against her grip in an attempt to break free, but she held firm. She closed her eyes as she began to focus on her hands, soon feeling refreshing energy flowing into her and out of the water type. As soon as he felt his energy fleeting him, even in his dazed state, Kyo quickly realized that she was using Giga Drain to finish him off.

He continued to struggle, tossing and turning, squirming and jerking. He tried whipping the end of his tail against Grovyle's back and tried shoving her arms off with his head. Nothing was working, and he soon found that he could barely move. His tail slumped and rested on the grass type's back, and his head against her arm. His breaths slowed and his vision began to blacken. Soon he ceased his struggling altogether. But Grovyle took no notice of this and continued to drain his energy away. Realizing that she didn't seem to have any intentions of stopping, Teddy quickly stepped in and spoke up.

"Alright, that's enough!" He clapped his paws together, making the grass type snap her eyes open. She glanced up briefly at him and back down to the male below her. It took her a brief moment before she finally released him from her grip. Kyo simply slumped onto the sandy ground as she sat up and withdrew her arms. Grovyle breathed heavily as she sat there, looking upon his limp form. He was completely spent, that much was apparent. It didn't seem as though he would be opening his eyes any time soon. His shoulders gently rose and fell with every slow, steady breath. She looked down and realized that she was sitting on his lap. Grovyle closed her eyes and turned away; the scene had reminded of what had happened on the boat.

With a half-hearted scowl, she crawled off of him before standing up. "'Tch...and you thought that you'd make it to the finals...'" She folded her arms under her chest, standing there for a moment. Opening her eyes, she glanced back at him, seeing Teddy knelt down next to him and trying to rouse him. She pursed her lips as she thought things over in her head. With a bit of a hiss, she turned to fully face the two males before kneeling down to Teddy's level. He turned to her in confusion, but she spoke up before he could ask. "'I'll guide you to his hut,'" she began, keeping her eyes on Kyo, "'I'm assuming you want to take him to a cooler area. Am I correct?'"

"...Err...y-yes," Teddy replied, "Quite..."

"'I believe you told me that you are unfamiliar with where his hut is,'" she continued, "'I live next to him, which is why I know where to go.'" At that, she stood up and began walking in the other direction. Teddy hastily hoisted the water type up and onto his shoulders and caught up with her. Catching his confused look, Grovyle spoke up again. "'Don't get the wrong idea. It's not like I care for his wellbeing all that much.'" She then turned to him, glaring at him with the same intensity as she had when Kyo had been awake. "'I'm just unsatisfied with the way I won today. If I'm going to beat him, I want to do it when he's actually a competent fighter. That's all there is to it.'" Unsure of how to respond, Teddy merely nodded to her in acknowledgement. Satisfied with his reply, Grovyle turned to face forward again, guiding the Ursaring-morph all the way to their huts. Once she caught sight of her hut, she immediately picked up her walking pace. "'His hut is over there,'" she declared with a lazily performed hand gesture, "'If you need anything here then don't ask me.'" And without another word, she stepped into her hut and shut the door behind her.

Still rather offset by her behavior, Teddy shook his head and walked over to the front of Kyo's hut. With his free paw, he opened the door and stepped inside before setting the Feraligatr-morph down onto the mattress. Within a few moments, his eyes drifted open. He groaned weakly as he came to his senses, raising a hand to the side of his head. He made an attempt to sit up, only for Teddy to gently hold him back down.

"Easy," he began softly, "That is quite enough. You have put yourself through far too much today. Now you must rest." Kyo really didn't care to argue; he felt like he had been knocked to the floor more than enough times today. He looked around him and, after noticing his bag off to the side, realized that he was in his hut. He looked up to Teddy in confusion. "Grovyle guided me to your hut," he explained, "but she was not the happiest of guides mind you." Kyo nodded in understanding, sighing and slumping his head back down on the mattress. A moment passed before he spoke up again. "That was her, wasn't it?" Kyo looked back up at him, meeting his serious expression, "The one that you wish to stop from erasing her memories. That is the girl, yes?" Kyo bit his lip and nodded. "I figured as much. I doubt that you could tick anyone off that much within the span of the couple of days we've been here. You are far too kind to be capable of that." Kyo felt like he wanted to smile at that, but just couldn't bring himself to do so for some reason.

Teddy sat back on his rear and folded his arms across his chest, furrowing his brow in deep thought. "Hmmm... I find this revelation to be rather interesting." Kyo only looked up at him in confusion in response. "You see, when I first met her during my volunteer work, she seemed rather nice. Shy even." The ursine smirked at him. "She even reminded me of yourself, young Kyo. It was rather amusing considering the amount of promiscuous males and females here. Shy types such as yourselves are such a rare sight around here." Again, Kyo felt as though he wanted to smile, but still couldn't. With a dismissive sigh, Teddy moved on. "Regardless, it is clear that she has the intent to win. She has found her purpose to fight and has now acted upon that. So tell me, young Kyo," the large bear gave him a very serious look, "Have you found your purpose?"

Kyo made an effort to sit back up, but Teddy simply held him back down again. It took a moment for Kyo to come up with his response. "Well...I don't like the idea of her getting rid of all of her memories so soon..." He sighed slightly. "But I don't know why I hate the idea so much."

Teddy nodded thoughtfully. "Well I shall tell you this; until you find your purpose and match her passion, you stand no chance against her." He held a single finger up. "She has a clear goal that she wishes to accomplish, and you choosing to oppose her decision has only fueled her fire. On top of that, she has the odds even more in her favor due to your type difference." He leaned in slightly, keeping their gazes locked together. "Do you understand?"

Kyo nodded without an ounce of hesitation. "I do, Teddy... I very well do..."

***

The next day, Kyo found himself standing beside Teddy at their usual training area. It amazed him to no end how quickly and easily he had been able to bounce back, and it made him wonder why strong trainers ever bothered with the Pokemon Center. But after Teddy explained that most people would probably wish to enjoy luxuries if given the task, Kyo quickly understood and dismissed the subject.

"So Lucario isn't gonna show up today, right?" Kyo asked him.

"Correct. And this may be the case over the course of these next several days." Kyo nodded in understanding, slipping his hands into his pockets and swishing his tail rhythmically behind him. Suddenly, he caught movement from the corner of his eye. Looking up, he made out the sight of two individuals making their way over to them, one of them being a morph, but the other being a quadruped, a normal pokemon. It wasn't all that surprising of a sight really, being as he was still friends with his own pokemon back home, but what else he noticed was what caught him by surprise. Once the morph had gotten close enough, he realized that she was pregnant and from the looks of it well underway. The morph was a Floatzel, and walking alongside her was an Ivysaur. The two of them appeared to be having a pleasant conversation with one another, each of them occasionally breaking out into laughter. Soon enough, the pair met up with the two of them.

"'Well good morning, Kyo,'" the Floatzel greeted him with a slight bow, "'I hope you're ready. I'll be doing my best to teach you what I know.'" It took a moment before Kyo finally returned the bow, glancing up at her in concern.

"G...good morning," he replied, "So...y-you're my teacher...huh?" Floatzel tilted her head at his statement.

"'Is something wrong?'" she asked curiously, "'You seem hesitant about this.'"

"'What, do you think she's not good enough for you?'" the Ivysaur snapped, making him flinch slightly. Floatzel then lightly swatted her forehead with one of her twin tails and silenced her.

"'Don't be rude, Ivy,'" she scolded as she rubbed her forehead with a vine, "'At the very least give him a chance to explain himself.'"

"'Well it's what it sounded like...'" the grass type grumbled, huffing and sitting down next to her. Floatzel cleared her throat before returning her attention to Kyo. He stammered as he spoke up.

"T-trust me, it wasn't anything like that," he assured her, "It's just..." He glanced down at her bulging belly, finding himself unable to find the words to speak with for some reason. Following his eyes down to herself, Floatzel smiled sweetly and met his gaze again.

"'Oh, I see,'" she nodded in understanding, "'Don't worry too much about me, hun. I'll be just fine.'" She patted her bulging belly with a happy smile.

"'Yeah, don't go n' underestimate her,'" Ivy spoke up, "'A newbie like you may not know, but us pokemon are pretty tough.'" Teddy confirmed this with a grunt and a nod. At that, Kyo eased up a bit.

"Alright, as long as you're okay with this..."

"'I wouldn't be here if I wasn't,'" Floatzel replied with a giggle, motioning for him to follow her over to the other end of the area. Once they stopped, they faced towards a single tree stump with the fellow water type standing at his side. "'Okay Kyo, if you wish to learn how to perform a proper attack, you must put your feelings into it.'" Kyo looked over to her in confusion, not quite understanding what she meant.

"...My feelings?"

Floatzel smiled, allowing her eyes to close. "'I want you to close your eyes, Kyo, and just focus on yourself.'" Still a bit confused, but deciding against speaking up, he followed her directions and allowed his eyes to drift closed. "'Take a deep breath,'" she continued after a moment, "'Just breathe in through your mouth, and out through your nose...'" Again, the Feraligatr-morph followed her directions. "'Good. Now, what I want you to do next may sound a bit difficult at first, but in actuality is rather simple. As you focus on yourself, I want you to feel the water flowing inside of you.'"

While this notion was rather odd, he decided to give it a shot. He continued his even breathing as he got a feel for his body. Many times before, he had taken time for himself to learn a bit more about the way his body moved and felt. But never before had he ever really focused on the inner workings of his body. Most of the time, he merely focused on what was familiar to him, what similarities his body held to his old self.

But that would change now, as he began to focus on what it truly felt to be a pokemorph. He felt the layer of scales grip onto his body, feeling almost like a rubber glove wrapped around his entirety. He felt the warmth of the humid air flow around and through him, his cold-blooded body causing himself to match the climate around him. He clenched his eyes a bit tighter, trying to feel deeper within himself. It took a bit of time, but he eventually found what he was looking for. He felt the water within himself. He could feel it surging around his system, flowing almost like the blood in his veins. It felt so comforting, yet at the same time constricting. It hugged his organs like a blanket, almost as though it were an organ itself.

"'Now what?'" Kyo said simply, wanting to remain focused on this feeling.

"'Now, I want you to try and imagine the water as your current emotion.'" The reptile tilted his head slightly, but remained focused on the task at hand. "'Emotions are like a river that requires constant flow,'" Floatzel continued, "'If the river is blocked from flowing, the water will eventually overflow and overwhelm everything. Now we can't have that happen, so rather than block the flow, we must simply redirect it.'" She stopped to breathe in loud enough for her "student" to hear. "'Allow the water to well up inside you. Just let it gather in your chest.'" She breathed in again, now following her own instructions. "'And once you think you've gathered enough...'" She thrust her muzzle forward, opening her maw and letting loose a strong stream of water. The attack slammed into the stump with a loud slap, causing Kyo's eyes to snap open in surprise. As the last of the water spilled out from her muzzle, Floatzel turned to him and smiled. "'You set your emotions free, and allow it to flow.'" She flicked her twin tails towards him. "'And now it's your turn.'"

After taking a few seconds to overcome his initial shock, Kyo nodded and closed his eyes again. He breathed slowly and deeply, following the way Floatzel had instructed him to. In through the mouth...and out through the nose. In...and out... In...and out... He repeated this process until he was once again able to get a feel for the water within himself. He then turned his focus to that and began to bend and alter the flow of the water. Slowly but surely, he was able to direct the water to gather and well up within him. His eye ridges furrowed, and he shifted around uncomfortably as he felt his chest begin to tighten from the now constricted space.

"'Stay calm,'" Floatzel said soothingly, "'Just keep breathing... Good... Now Kyo, I want you to bring the water up...very slowly...'" Feeling a bit unsettled, but still willing to comply, the Feraligatr-morph did as she said. He gently willed the water higher up his body, inching it towards his throat. Once it reached the bottom of his throat, it became significantly harder to breathe. He began to panic, with his body showing obvious signs of him doing so. His tail began to swish around nervously, and his feet shuffled around in the sand. "'Easy...easy...'" Floatzel tried to calm him, placing a paw on his shoulder reassuringly, "'Just stay focused... Everything will be fine as long as you stay focused on the task at hand.'"

Though it was difficult, Kyo followed her instructions. Once he finally calmed down, he eased the water even higher up his throat. As he expected, his windpipe closed up to make room for the rising amount of water in his throat. His eyes and eye ridges scrunched downwards as he tried to keep his focus. It was rising even higher now; it was coming up to the surface fast. Slowly but surely, the water climbed up his throat. The entire upper half of his body tensed as it came even closer. His shoulders rose, and he drew his chin into his neck. The water was but mere seconds away from breaking through. More and more he tensed, and more and more his throat tightened. And just when it seemed it would never end...

He opened his maw.

***

"BLAAAUUuuuuauauauauauauauuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu" Kyo lurched forward again, hurling water into the sea shore. Teddy was knelt down at his side, patting his back as he continued to hurl gratuitous amounts of water. Floatzel and Ivy were standing there as well, with Ivy barely managing to contain her laughter and the other water type watching the Feraligatr-morph in concern. Kyo breathed deeply as he tried to catch his breath before suddenly lurching forward and hurling again.

"'Hey, don't be disheartened about this,'" Floatzel said gently, "'I'm sure you'll get used to it...eventually.'" The water stopped flowing for a moment, and he was given a chance to breathe again.

"I...I don't think I--hRM" he stopped for a moment and tried to will the nausea to pass, "...I don't think I'm going to be using that kind of atta--hhaaaAAAAAAUUUuuuuuuuuuuu..." He shuddered as more water was expelled through his mouth. Floatzel cringed at the sight, and Teddy simply continued to pat his back.

"'I think you should just keep practicing,'" she continued, her doubtfulness in her statement becoming apparent in the way she spoke, "'I mean...you need to give your body a chance. After all...you haven't used these type of organs in...well...however long it's been for you.'" Kyo breathed deeply again once he was granted the opportunity to do so.

"I...I'm sorry, b-but I don't think that'll be happening." He gagged again briefly. "Mrrrph...I-I just don't think I can handle going through this agahhhaaUUUUUuuuuuuuuuuuu." He lurched forward again, once again adding to the water volume of the sea. Teddy continued to pat his back supportively. Kyo inhaled sharply when he finally stopped shooting water. He glanced over to the weasel with a pleading look across his features. "Isn't there any other attack you can teach me?"

"'I...I would if I could, dear,'" she replied apologetically, "'but I'm afraid I don't know any other sort of water move.'"

"Oh," said Kyo, looking back down at the ground below, "that's fine theeeaaaaUUUUUUuuuuuuuuuuu." He lurched forward again, expelling more water. Floatzel sighed gently before kneeling over and patting him on the shoulder.

"'Hang in there Kyo,'" she said to him in a gentle voice. She suddenly felt a tap on her shoulder. Glancing over, she saw that it was one of Ivy's vines.

"'Hey, not to cut in on this tender moment or anything,'" the grass type began, "'but I think Jenny's probably waiting for us by now.'"

"'Oh, that's right,'" Floatzel replied before standing back up. She looked back over to Kyo, who was still in the midst of emptying his abundant water supply into the sea. "'Well Kyo, the two of us need to head out now. Rest up, alright? I'll drop by again tomorrow to see if you're still up to learn.'" Kyo managed a nod as the two of them took their leave. He breathed heavily with his eyes closed, being granted what seemed to be a possible break. Teddy simply continued to pat him as he had been doing prior.

"So," he began, "do you think you will be up to continue her lessons tomorrow?" Kyo took a moment to simply breathe.

"I......I think that--hUGH." He slapped a hand over his muzzle as he gagged. Teddy tilted his head slightly.

"I...I take it that you will not?" Once the feeling of nausea had passed again, he breathed deeply before continuing.

"This...this was a bad idea."

"Are you going to give up?" Kyo didn't reply for a moment, this time not due to nausea. Teddy shook his head in disapproval. "Just like that? So easily?" The ursine chuffed. "So you don't have very much of a problem with Grovyle wiping her memory then?" Kyo felt his gut sink at that. "Hmmm...it's a shame really... You were making such good progress too." Teddy shrugged and sat back. "Oh well I suppose..." He then fell silent, carefully watching to see how the water type would respond.

Dammit,_Kyo thought to himself, clenching his eyes and teeth, _He's right. How could I act so weak? I'm not really willing to give it all up like that, am I? His eyes snapped open in sudden realization. ...Giving up? ...Running away? Isn't that...kind of what...Grovyle is doing by wanting to wipe her memory? His eyes drifted down to his hands as he thought things over. In a sense...Grovyle is trying to run away from her past... She wants to put it behind herself and never have to deal with it again... He slowly clenched his hand into a fist. Once again, he found himself having difficulty finding a reason why the idea seemed so distasteful to him. Clearly no one would want to remember a past like hers, and he wasn't sure if she even had any good memories to begin with. And that's when he thought to himself.

Why didn't everyone else choose to forget?

It wasn't as though she was the only one with a messed up past. Heck, he himself had a fairly rough time, what with losing one of his childhood friends along with the rest of his home town. And what of everyone else? While he had only been on the island for a short time, (and talking to morphs for an even shorter time), it was clear that none of the others here seemed to want the same thing. In fact, he was sure that if that many morphs did wish to forget the past themselves, the service would have probably become a consistent availability. But again, the reptile found himself conflicted. He didn't know what it was like to be in her position. He didn't know what it was like to endure the hardships she endured. What if it really was too much to bear?

He shook his head. No, he still couldn't find himself to be okay with her plan. The fact of the matter was that she was trying to flee from her past. If everyone were to do that, nothing would be done to fix the wrongdoings of those from that past. He wanted her to see the brighter side of things, but not without trying to overcome her past rather than allow it to consume her. Maybe that's why he was going through all of this training? Maybe he wanted to be the one to help her see the light? Maybe he wanted to help her in general?

He shook his head again, he still couldn't find a clear reason to why he was doing this. Regardless, it was a step forward. And with that in mind, he quickly began to rise, only for Teddy to slow his progress.

"Easy there," he said gently, "Do not rush yourself. You have exerted yourself enough as it is already." With a nod of acknowledgement, Kyo climbed back to his feet with the ursine's help. Once he was up, he let out a sigh and turned to Teddy. "So?" he asked the water type, "what is it you plan to do next?" Kyo thought to himself for a moment before answering.

"I'm...I'm gonna give it another shot." Teddy smiled at this. "I'm not ready to give up just yet."

"Good," Teddy said with a nod, "I am glad to hear that. But for now, you should rest up. Get some water back into your system. You did expel a..." He glanced over to the sea shore. "...Well...you gave a large amount back to Mother Nature. So...you are probably at risk of dehydration at the moment." Teddy blinked at that statement, and glanced up in thought. "Hm...I did not think that I would ever say such a thing to a water type such as yourself..." He shrugged and returned his attention to Kyo, who simply smiled and shrugged as well.

"Well, there's a first time for everything, right?" The two of them laughed at this. "Anyways, I guess I should get some water back in me. Do you know where the eatery is?"

Teddy nodded. "Do you wish to have me assist you I getting there?"

"Yeah, not feeling my best at the moment..." With a lighthearted laugh, Teddy hooked Kyo's arm around his neck and the two of them set off.

***

Once they were there, Teddy excused himself to other matters. Before doing that though, he assured him that he would check on him later in case he still had any trouble with walking. While the Feraligatr-morph didn't feel that bad anymore, he thanked him for the concern. Then, after filling the staff there in on what had happened to him, he was given a large bucket of water with a spout at the top for him to drink from. He thanked them for their kindness before seating himself at one of the tables.

Am I doing the right thing though? he asked himself. He was thinking about Grovyle yet again. I mean, I'm not completely_trying to take her chance away. I'm just making her really think about it...which is...what she's probably been doing for the past...few--aaaAAAAAAAARrgh._ He grabbed up his bucket before chugging down several large gulps of water. He slammed it back down on the table, his eye ridges furrowed in deep thought. It's not wrong, but I can't call it right either._He rested his chin against his hand, swaying his tail in an agitated manner. _Plus, if she somehow decides against the mind wipe, she's probably gonna hate me for the rest of her life. Or until the next tournament...where she can get another chance--MMMMMMMmmmmmmrh. He stuffed his face into his hands, running them down his neck before resting his chin against one again. Well...I guess by that logic, I'm just sort of stalling her from doing so... I guess I can't hate myself for just doing that...

"'Hey there stud!'" a familiar voice called out in the distance. Turning to look, Kyo was surprised to see Rina making her way over to his table. What surprised him more, though, was the fact that the Gardevoir that she called Celest was walking alongside her. Well, floating alongside more like. Kyo waved to the two morphs as they got their food before sitting down on the opposite end of his table. "'Well...f-fancy meeting you here,'" the purple-furred vixen greeted him, "'So how's the training been going?'"

Kyo shrugged slightly. "It's been tough, but I'd like to believe that I've been progressing well enough." Rina nodded, squirming in her seat noticeably.

"'Th...that's good to hear,'" she replied, smiling despite the fact that she quite obviously seemed uncomfortable for some reason. She slipped a bit of her food into her muzzle before continuing. "'You must be...mrph. You must be getting strong huh?'"

"Um...yeah," Kyo said in a bit of confusion, "Hey uh...are you alri--" He stopped midsentence as he quickly caught on to a very distinct and very musky scent. He leaned back a bit as the scent stunned him momentarily. It was then that he realized that it was Rina's heat that he was smelling.

"'Oh...looks like you noticed already,'" Rina said sheepishly, "'Yeah, I'm sort of having a bit of difficulty keeping my heat under control today.'" Celest, who had just barely touched her food, closed her eyes and let out a very irritated sigh.

"'Rina,'" she began without looking over to the vixen, "'you literally just went through a session with someone else. Not even ten minutes before we got here.'"

"'No need to be cross with me,'" Rina snapped back with a sly smile, "'Us canines have it pretty rough when we come into season. Be_sides,_ I can't help myself. I'm spiking up again since Kyo's_here.'" The Feraligatr's cheeks flared red at this, and he quickly busied himself by grabbing up his bucket and gulping down some more water. Celest simply let out another sigh with a shake of her head. Paying no mind to this, Rina leaned in towards her. "'Come _ooooooooooon. Please just help me out. Just for this one time?'" She batted her eyes at the psychic type innocently. "'I can't control myself as well as you can, what with your psychic powers and all.'" Again, Celest let out a sigh in irritation, turning away from the vixen. Rina then turned her attention to the water type. "'Hey Kyo, you wouldn't have a problem if we fucked each other in front of you, would you?'"

He nearly dropped his bucket upon hearing this. Thankful that he didn't, he hid himself behind it as he answered her. "I uh...it won't be a bother really..." He took a nervous gulp from his water supply, more to keep his mouth occupied than to rehydrate himself.

"'He's lying,'" Celest said simply, nearly causing him to spit his water out in surprise. He lowered his bucket and shot her a very confused look. Without even looking at him, she explained, "'Psychic type. Mind reading. You of all people should know that, Sakamoto.'" He nearly dropped his bucket again at the mention of his last name. Rina paid no mind to this though, only continuing to pester Celest eagerly.

"'Come on Celest, we've got a meeting coming up soon, and I won't be able to focus otherwise.'" She shook her shoulder gently. "'And you already know that your psychic powers don't work on me.'" The sigh that she let out this time was longer, and sounded much more irritated.

"'You are such a child,'" she muttered under her breath before turning towards Kyo with a solemn expression across her features. "'I apologize for this,'" she said to him, before turning back to Rina and locking their lips together. The second he saw this, Kyo immediately felt a tent form in his shorts. No one else though, (except maybe Rina), really took any notice to the water type's gawking. Closing her eyes, the vixen leaned in more and reached up with her paw to grope at Celest's rump and breast. But the psychic showed no signs of emotion, remaining completely stoic and merely allowing Rina to do as she wished. She suddenly parted their lips, looking into Celest's eyes in a lustful stare.

"'Spread your legs for me,'" she almost growled, licking her lips and tenderly humping at her leg. Without any change of emotion, she followed her command and spread her legs wide. The heated vixen quickly moved in closer, lifting one of Celest's legs over her shoulder before pressing their nether lips together. Rina let out a loud, lustful sigh as she humped against her, squeezing her thighs around Celest as she scissored her. As they went through, even Celest had a hard time containing herself. She bit her lip as Rina went at it. The vixen hugged Celest's leg, squeezing it between her breasts. Suddenly, she picked up the pace and grinded against her harder which prompted a sudden moan from Celest. She bit her lip again and hugged Rina's leg.

Soon enough, the air was filled with the sounds of the females' moans and grunts. And every little sound they let out made it harder and harder for Kyo to ignore his urge to please himself there and now. Unsure of what to do with himself, he grabbed up his bucket and raised it up to his maw.

"'K-Kyo,'" Rina spoke up suddenly, making him pause, "'AH! Are...are you watching?'"

"...I...uh..." he stammered, hesitating on what to say, "...y-yeah...I'm...I'm wa--"

"'OOOOhhhhh yessssss,'" she hissed, leaning her head back to reveal a smile across her muzzle, "'Keep watching...you have no idea how much of a turn on that is...'" Smiling wide and baring her pearly whites, she grinded even harder against Celest. The two females moaned out loudly, with Rina moaning almost wildly. Looking down at their joined pussies, she realized that Celest's juices had begun to leak, mixing with her own juices. She then looked up to the psychic type, who was trying her best to remain stoic and collected. She wasn't doing much of a job though, with one of her eyes squinting closed, and her bottom lip quivering occasionally. The vixen smiled as Celest bit her lip to unsuccessfully stifle a moan. Rina's thoughts drifted elsewhere though as she felt her climax nearing. Leaning her head back, she snuck a paw down and began to play with their clits. This caught the psychic off guard and she let out a loud, surprised moan from the sudden sensation. Rina began to pant heavily, grinding against her faster as her moans slowly rose in pitch.

"'Kyo...'" she sighed out, "'Ohh...Kyo... Celest...your pussy feels so great... The both of you are...so...FUCKING hot... Ohhh...OHhhh... Oh I'm gonna cum...I'm gonna cum...Ah...AH...AH! HhhhAH! A..........aaAAAII!!!'" She thrust upwards one final time and brought the both of them to their climax. The sounds of their desperate and needy moans and the smells of their spilled juices filled the air as they humped wildly at each other's pussies. It was only when their nether lips stopped pulsating did they finally come to rest. They panted hotly as they came down from their highs and slumped in their seats. On the other side of the table, Kyo stared dumbly at the pair. With bucket still in hand, he wasn't sure of what to do with himself. His cock begged for attention, but he chose to chug down the water in his bucket instead. For a moment, the pair simply laid there, entangled amongst each other's legs. It was Celest that eventually stirred.

"'Rina...'" she almost mumbled, "'...Rina... Rina wake up.'" The purple furred vixen stirred for a moment and looked back up, the top of her ears folded down slightly. "'In case you've forgotten, we have a meeting to attend to soon.'"

"'Oh...'" she replied in a dazed state, "'heh...right. Almost forgot.'" With a bit of effort, she sat back up and stretched slightly. "'MRph... Thanks for helping with the cravings Celest.'" Celest only grunted in response, sitting up as well and dusting sand off of her back. The dark type paid no mind to this and turned to Kyo. "'Well, I'll catch ya later Kyo,'" she said with a wink, making him blush. She then turned back to the psychic. "'So hey, I know I just asked for a favor, but do you think you can help me over to the meeting?'" Celest let out an irritated, and almost frustrated, sigh.

"'I'm rather tired as well, Rina.'"

"'Well then, how about you float yourself and I'll hold on to ya.'" Celest rolled her eyes, but she wasn't in the mood to argue. A moment later, she stood up and began to walk away before lifting herself up with her psychic abilities. She stopped and turned back around, indicating for the vixen to follow. Smiling, Rina trotted over to her before turning back to face Kyo. She lifted a paw and wiggled her fingers at him in a silent goodbye. Awkwardly, Kyo waved back until the two of them were out of sight.

...Arceus why... he sighed in his head, but also letting out a breath that he had apparently been holding in, I can only control my urges for so long... He looked down at his bucket, suddenly remembering why he had even come here in the first place. With a shake of his head, he took one last swig from his bucket and finished the remains of his water. He smacked his lips and set the bucket down on the table, sitting back and taking a moment to cool off from his...surprise performance...

Okay...so..._he thought to himself as he tried to get it off of his mind, _what have I done so far? Um...I...well I learned how to fight...I-I guess. He tilted his head slightly, standing up and picking up his bucket. I...made progress in...attempting a Water Gun... He rolled his eyes as he walked over to the front and handed the staff back their bucket. I mean, probably never gonna get it down fully_... But hey..._ He paused. ...Wh...where am I going with this... He sighed and shook his head. Okay, just...focus on what I have done. I can fight...relatively well. That's one thing. I've found determination to fight in the first place. That's two. And...I'm getting closer to figuring out why I want to fight, and why I want to stop Grovyle from wiping her mind. So...three...and a half I guess. He flicked his tail and made for the training area, intending to attempt a proper Water Gun once again.

So what if I'm not gonna get it down perfectly? It doesn't mean that I can't at least try to get it close to perfect._He smiled, his self-motivational speech seeming to pump him up. _I'm not just gonna quit like that. If I do, and I still go through with trying to stop Grovyle, then that'd make me one of the biggest hypocrites...on...this island I guess. He shrugged slightly and continued walking, though at a slightly faster pace this time around. No way am I gonna hold back now. Not on her, and certainly not on myself. He began to feel a lot more excited, and couldn't help but run for the training area. The tournament was mere days away, and he wanted to get a move down as soon as he could. No time was going to be wasted. He was going to get his water moves down, he was going to make it through the tournament, and he was going to finally settle his dispute with Grovyle.

That is...after escaping a surprise horde of horny females...
