Chapter One
The moonlit Pokémon stadium was filled with cheers from the crowd.
Suddenly there was a bright flash and an Inferno of flames flew through the air at a briefly airborne female Grovyle.
"Gaea use agility!" Yelled a teenage trainer with light green hair which seemed to deify gravity.
The Grovyle started its decent at a blinding speed towards the spiral of fire.
"Now dodge it and use leaf storm" yelled the trainer.
The Grovyle dodged leftwards and raised its arms towards its head, the leaf like camouflage started to glow a bright green color. Leafs from the forest-like battle field started glowing the same color. Then the Grovyle brought down her arms towards the direction of her opponent, the the bright green leafs rose of the trees and headed towards the already injured charizard.
"charizard look out" the young trainer shouted to his Pokémon.
But it was too late. The sharp glowing leafs where flying from every direction towards the fire type. Already badly injured the Dragon like Pokémon tried to defend itself by raising its wing over its head. But it wasn't enough to protect it from the attack and the charizard fell over still alive, but unable to battle.
"Good job Gaea" The Trainer called to his Pokémon.
The Grovyle's trainer, Chris, also known as lime because of his strangely colored hair, ran up to his Pokémon and gave it a hug
"Only one more battle tomorrow and we might make it to the championships!" Lime knew that Grovyle didn't like to battle but she was his only hope in wining that prize money so that they could buy two first class tickets to the sinnoh region. On the way towards the nearest Pokémon center Lime thought he heard something move near the entrance to a cave. Lime started to walk faster, his heart beaten with every step he took but the noise was catching up with him.
'It's just the wind, it's just the wind' he thought to himself.
Then there was a strange snapping sound, like someone stepping on a twig. Lime was running now, he could see the Pokémon center just up ahead, the noise had turned into a mixture of snapping, crunching and his heart pounding in his chest now.
"Almost there now" He whispered to himself.
He then ran through the doors of the Pokémon center and slammed it behind him, breathing heavily he switched the light on to see if he could find the nurse.
"Hello?" He called out in the empty center "Anybody here?" His voice echoed around the room.
Lime looked at the clock on the wall, it read 11:54 PM The nurse must of gone to bed.
Since there was no way he could get a room for the night, he headed over towards a leather sofa and placed down his bag beside the sofa and drifted of into a deep sleep.
The Door of the Pokemon center slowly opened and a small creature crept into the room
'This should be funny' The creature thought to itself.
As it approached the sleeping teen the creature started to glow a pinkish color. It then picked up a random pokeball from inside of the trainers bag and glowed even brighter.
The next morning Gaea woke up with a start, she was in a strange room filled with human trainers, she looked around there was no sign of her master in sight.
‘Where is he?' she thought to herself as she looked around the room double checking that she hadn't accidently missed him.
It was unlike lime to leave one of his Pokémon alone especially her, since she was considered a slightly rare Pokémon in this region.
"I'm sorry that i wasn't up late enough to get you a room, sir." A female voice called out from amongst the crowd." Gaea ignored her and continued to look for her master.
"You see my sister was meant to be doing the night shift last night but had fallen ill with a bit of a cold" she was right next to Gaea now.
"Wait your talking to me?" Gaea looked puzzled,
"Who else would I be talking too, silly?" She smiled.
"You can understand me?" Gaea said, shocked,
"Of course i can it's not as if you where a Pokémon or something" She chuckled,
Gaea Stood with her mouth wide open, there were so many things going through her head at that moment like,
'I-I'm Human?', 'if I'm in my masters body then what's become of him??' and "OMG I've got a dick!'
"Sir, are you ok?" The woman asked,
Gaea suddenly snapped back into reality "Oh I'm fine, I think I'll get going now, got to get ready for the big tournament!" She said with a forced smile on her face,
"You're entering the tournament? Good luck I'll be cheering for you" She smiled and waved at Gaea as she got her masters bag and headed out the door.
As soon as she got out she headed towards an open part of the forest and opened the bag and pulled out a pokeball. She threw it into the air and a light red beam of energy slithered its way out of the pokeball and started to form the shape of a Grovyle.
"Ugh... where am I?" The Grovyle spoke in perfect English.
"Master? Master is that you?" Gaea asked the Pokémon.
"Gaea?" he looked confused "What's going on? " He asked.
"I don't now but the tournament is today and i don't think i could teach you any of my attacks in that amount of time" She sounded worried
They had to find a way to either teach Lime how to fight in 4 hours or come up with an excuse to stop the tournament until the next day.
(PS: this is my first story EVER i have never wrote anything like this before so PLEASE give me constructive criticism and tell me what i need to do to improve)
