Chapter 8-3:Why The Good Always Suffer...
Seje...
"Lady, where are you?" he asked as he was back in the heavenly garden. After helping those kids and shadow guy, Seje had immediately returned to the garden where he met 'Athena', only to see her absence.
"Child..." a sad voice near Seje muttered, making him look around, only to see 'Athena' standing by a door with tears in her eyes.
"What's wrong?" Seje asked her, tears escaping her pupils as she looked at him.
"There's a problem in your world... Someone will experience great sorrow through loss..." she said, making Seje think about who it could possibly be.
"Who is it?" he questioned, making more tears come out as she replied.
"The one with the most heart..." she vaguely said, confusing Seje.
"Can I try to go there now?" he inquired.
"Yes...Your objective is complete, and your wound should be healed." 'Athena' told him with a sad smile.
As Seje nodded his agreement, he turned to 'Athena'.
"Remember, if there is anything you need, don't hesitate to call me back here." Seje said, making the lady of red, blue and white smile genuinely.
"I'll keep you on that note." she said. Seje disappeared in a flash of light...
The Guardians And Kuri...
"Hands up!" a Team Neo grunt cried as they surrounded the group.
"The hell?" Kuri said, putting her hands up when one of them pointed a gun at her.
"This is Alpha-6, we have the targets and an extra... I see...Will do, sir." an Admin to their right said in his Com.
"Alright men, bag up the targets and ...take care of the extra." the Team Neo Admin said vaguely, making the Guardians wonder who the extra was, until they looked and saw that the grunts near Kuri were readying their guns to fire.
"[Gasp]" Kora saw the grunts get ready to kill her sister. "KURI!"
Kora broke outta the restraints that bound her and ran to her sister, priming a barrier to protect her...
But she wasn't expecting a bullet to come for her.
The Admin had saw her break free and was already loading a bullet in his Mamoswine Gun. When Kora was about to activate the barrier, he shot her...
Right in her chest.
Time stopped for Chris as he saw Kora go down.
"NOOOOOOOO!" he cried, breaking away from his captors to get to Kora. The others looked on in shock.
Chris had reached her body before she hit the ground, blood oozing from her gunshot wound.
"Nononono, Kora...please..." Chris begged as he tried to stop the bleeding, even though it was still seeping through his fingers.
"[Cough] Chris..." Kora said, coughing up blood and groaning in unbearable pain.
"Kora, don't speak..." Chris requested, trying to stop the blood flow, but Kora put her hands on top of his.
"It's okay, Chris...You don't have to worry about someone as worthless as me..." she said, making Chris' head snap to her own.
"You are not worthless. Don't say things like that." Chris told her, looking at her in worry.
"Yes I am...I can't fight for myself...You guys always have to protect me...and I couldn't even save my own sister..." Kora said, having to pause for painful inhales into her bloody lungs.
"No, Kora! You're not worthless to me! How can I think the one I love is worthless?!" Chris yelled, making Kuri and Luke gasp and Sin to widen his eyes in surprise at his loud confession.
"[Cough cough] Do you mean that?..." Kora said, looking in Chris' eyes for a lie.
"Yes...I love you Kora." Chris simply said, making Kora smile.
"Chris... I love..." but she couldn't get the last word out as she used her last breath, making Chris cry.
"Kora?...Kora?!" Chris called, shaking her lifeless body.
"Face it, kid. She's a goner." the Team Neo Admin told him, making Chris' heart drop into his stomach.
"Kora?..." Chris asked quietly, shaking her again for a response. When he didn't get any, his whole demeanor had fallen.
"Alright boys, get them to the base in Pastoria City; I gotta tell the BOTB that one of them died in the crossfire..." the Admin ordered, but Chris didn't hear him, nor did he fight the grunts that grabbed him.
No, he had went numb all over, grief eating him as he looked at his love one last time before he was knocked unconscious...
Kora...
'Is this what being dead feels like?...' Kora thought as she floated in the vast darkness that surrounded her.
Ko...a...
'Of course, someone like me doesn't deserve an answer to the question of death.' she said morosely, beating herself up for thinking she wasn't worthy of being Judged.
...ora...
'Why me? I tried my best...' Kora lamented as she looked at the darkness as if embracing it.
Kora...
'I guess this is my ending, and it's not even happy...' she deadpanned, closing her eyes to go to forever-sleep.
KORA!...
Mt. Coronet-Interior...
Kora had been shaken all day by a figure. Her eyes slowly opened in pain as she felt her wound again.
"Kora, are you awake?" a voice asked, making Kora look up in excruciating pain, only to smile a little as she saw the worried face of Seje, still in his 'A-6' form without his wound.
"Yes...I'm hurting all over..." she answered, making Seje reach behind him.
"Don't worry, I have just the thing for that." he said, pulling out a spray can that was colored green and white. When he sprayed her body, the pain was instantly batted away, making Kora look in surprise. The gunshot wound closed, and the bullet had been removed prior.
"Better?" Seje asked with a smile.
"Yeah, much better!" Kora cheered, getting up.
"Where are the others?" he asked, making Kora's mood drop.
"The others got taken away...I got shot..." she explained, making Seje nod in understanding.
"I see... Come on, we have to find them." Seje said, pulling Kora off the ground...
The Guardians And Kuri...
The others were in the back of a military truck, tarp over the exterior to prevent sight-seers. Sin was in the middle, thinking of a way outta the cuffs he were given as they made sure to keep him in the light. Kuri was in a cage like a rabid animal, Luke alongside her in a bigger cage. Chris was in a corner, Kora's lifeless body burned into his sight for the rest of his days.
"Kora..." Chris quietly muttered to himself. Sin had looked at Chris when he said that, but didn't say anything as the trunk lumbered on to Pastoria City.
The truck ride was a very bumpy one, Sin having to rub his head a few time from the truck hitting a rough bump that sent him to the ceiling. Finally, the truck stopped.
Sin and the others tensed as the truck doors up front opened up and closed, signifying that they were at the Pastoria City Neo Base.
The tarp separated, a Team Neo grunt outside with an Assault Rifle at the ready.
"Alright, step outta the vehicle slowly." the Team Neo grunt commanded, the others complying without trouble. Soon, Chris was the only one still on the truck.
"Hey, I said come on!" the grunt called to Chris, who only looked at the wall. The grunt grew angry and climbed up to Chris.
"I said...MOVE!" the grunt yelled, hitting Chris in the head with the butt of the assault rifle he was carrying. Chris was hit hard, getting knocked into the wall before getting lifted roughly to his feet.
"Move you brat." the grunt seethed, pushing the dead-inside Chris off the truck. He stepped out, only to fall face-first onto the ground.
"Come on Chris, don't give up hope now." Sin said quietly so the grunt wouldn't hear.
"Why should I hope again? Kora's dead, and it's all my fault." Chris deadpanned, making Sin annoyed.
"Chris, don't blame yourself for things out of your control." he told Chris, the latter just looking in the distance as he stood up.
"I coulda did something to protect her..." Chris trialed off, his voice dead as he walked to the Base willingly, making Sin shake his head...
Kora And Seje...
"You need to stop thinking like that!" Seje yelled at Kora as they stood by the 'entrance' to Spear Pillar.
"What's the point? Even if we do this, Chris-kun will already be gone..." Kora deadpanned, making Seje groan in frustration.
"Look. Chris and the others would never think you're worthless! You are the Shield to our group! The one that can keep us safe! You're the one that's supposed to be the pick-me-up when we're down! There's no way in HELL that you are worthless if you are that worthwhile!" Seje exclaimed, shocking Kora.
"But..." Kora started again, but Seje got in her face.
"If you say one more negative comment about your worth, I'm telling Chris you lied about your last words to him..." Seje threatened, making Kora close her mouth and nod.
"Good. Now let me concentrate; this shit isn't easy, you know." And Seje went back to what he was doing; trying to find the ethereal lock that kept the opening for Spear Pillar closed. His work had to be done correctly, or his brain will lock up and shut down.
"Come on..." he grunted, Kora looking at the wall they were standing in front of in disbelief.
"I told you it wouldn't-" But she was cut off from the comment when Seje pointed his pistol at her. Kora kept quiet and let him continue.
Seje's plan was simple; Use his Aura to scan the ethereal energies that keep the entrance to Spear Pillar closed and pick the lock.
It wouldn't be so hard if Arceus didn't reinforce the lock.
Plus Kora's pessimism.
"Almost..." In the energy plane around the duo, Seje's near-golden Aura was expertly picking the lock while keeping Arceus' defenses at bay. While the work seemed easy, it was doing a number on Seje's vitality.
CLICK!
An audible click went off in the room, making Kora look up from the ground to see what was going on.
The wall in front of them shifted and broke at the middle, splitting up with cracks as the room shook. A light shimmered through the crack in the wall, its glare hurting Kora's eyes. More cracks were heard before the walls parted, opening up more blinding light. Kora covered her eyes for a few moments until the Crackening stopped.
When Kora opened her eyes, she saw the most beautiful doorway in her life, aided and abetted by a door that looked like it belonged in the Hall Of Origins.
"Okay..." Seje panted, catching Kora's attention," Let's get moving." And with that, they were on the move into Spear Pillar, the entrance closing for the final time behind them...
The Guardians And Kuri...
"Okay, first things first. Give up and we won't kill you and your friends. Pure and simple." the Pastoria City Base Boss told the Guardians and Kuri as they hung from the wall in a dungeon. Their Coms. were taken, along with their stuff. Chris kept his armor on 'cause only he can remove it. Sin was shirtless and only in his boxers as his suit was confiscated. Luke was unconscious with Kuri, beaten and bruised.
"No." Sin said defiantly again, only to get gut-punched by the Boss.
"You'll be wise to cooperate. I just wanna know where Sinareman is." the Boss said, making Sin scoff.
"I'm not telling you anything, Wake." Sin said, making the Boss growl at him.
"I told you that I don't go by that anymore!" the Boss stepped outta the darkness of the dungeon, revealing the remnants of an old blue and white wrestling mask around the Boss's neck.
"Why not? It sounds better than 'Boss'." Sin remarked, earning another punch.
"You'll learn respect. As I was saying, where is Sinareman?" the Boss, now known as Pastoria City's old Gym Leader Crasher Wake, demanded from Sin, who scoffed again.
"I keep telling you I don't know who that is." Sin said, not even knowing any 'Sinareman's'.
"Yes you do. You're in cahoots with him!" Wake said, holding up a wanted poster with the name saying 'Sinareman "Seje" Ashford' on it, making Sin gasp in honest surprise.
"Seje is Sinareman?" Sin exclaimed, catching Chris' attention and waking up Kuri from the volume.
"[Yawn] Did I hear someone say 'Sinareman'?" Kuri asked, making Sin turn to her.
"You know him?" Sin asked her.
"Yeah. He was the one who killed Lysandre's son, right?" she asked Sin, who looked in confusion.
"Lysandre? I haven't heard that name since the Ultimate Weapon's destruction back in Kalos all those years ago." he concluded.
"Our Boss, L, is most definitively alive." Wake sneered as the BOTB was revealed unintentionally.
"But, I don't understand. How can you survive tons of rubble being dropped on you?" Chris asked quietly, making Wake look to him.
"L has many ways of cheating death. He always has." Wake said, smirking at his Boss's achievements.
"Well, that may not be the case once Seje gets here." Sin said arrogantly, Kuri responding in tandem.
"Yeah, Seje-kun's gonna kick your ass!" she cried, making the Boss of Pastoria growl in irritation.
"Shut up! That brat is missing and he's not coming to the rescue this time! This Base is impenetrable! One of the best security systems in the business! He's NOT getting in here!" Wake elaborated.
"We'll see about that." Sin said, not saying anything after. Kuri shut up too.
"Fine be that way. It's only a matter of time before you brats get your comeuppance..." And with that, the once glorious Gym Leader of Pastoria City left the dungeon...
Kora And Seje...
"Why does this keep happening?" Seje cried as he was being dragged by a horny Virizion to her bedroom for fun. Kora, who was busy shaking off an equally horny Terrakion, ran up to Seje and MoonBlast'd Virizion away.
"[Pant pant pant] Thanks Kora. We need to move. They aren't the best leadership role models for nothing." Seje requested, Kora nodding her understanding. They ran from the section they were in to head up North, where Arceus' room was located.
For the next ten minutes, they had ran through the Eastern and Central Halls, having to make the occasional stop to restrain a horny Council member from having their way with them. So far, they had ran into the Kami trio, the Swords Of Justice, Reshiram, the Legendary Birds and Beasts, Mew, the Regis, and Yveltal. The constant stopping was wasting their time.
"You know what?" Seje started as he saw yet another Council member ahead of them, probably wanting to get their itch scratched, "Come here Kora, we're going through the vents."
Kora stopped mid-step and ran over to Seje, who had his Hookshot ready. When the figure in the distance tried to catch up with them, Seje had already shot up to the ceiling, where the vents were located. Seje, right before the Hookshot went back into place, shot the vent open, throwing Kora in it before he went up it as well.
The lone Council member went back to her business, legs rubbing her flower to keep her stimulated.
The vents were dusty compared to popular belief. Kora and Seje coughed and crawled through what was the most complicated ventilation system Seje had ever crawled through.
And he's crawled through LOTS!
When they arrived at the vent that was above Arceus' room, they paused as they heard moaning coming from it. They blushed crimson simultaneously when they heard Arceus cry, "YES! FUCK ME HARDER!"
Seje, not one to voyeur, hurriedly kicked the vent door open so he and Kora could go in. Seje shimmied so his body would go through. He signaled Kora to wait for a signal and jumped down.
When he was falling, he saw that Arceus and Giratina were just about to finish...
And he was about to land where their hips met with each slam.
With a furious blush, Seje quickly used his Hookshot to stay aloft, mere yards away from Giratina's head. Seje had to cover his nose from the smell and pheromones as they neared the end.
Kora, who was still in the vents waited for the signal.
As Giratina's climax started, he threw his head back, just barely grazing Seje's high-heels. His eyes were clenched as he came, seed flooding Arceus' walls as she climaxed in response. This had went on for a few minutes, Arceus' flower being filled, eventually overflowing with white pearly liquid and dripping onto the bed. When Giratina's ended first, he opened one eye...
And snapped open the other when he saw Seje's blushing 'A-6' form.
"So, looks like we have a visitor." Giratina said, pulling out tremendously slow, making Arceus moan as the ridges pulled on her fleshy walls. He kept eye contact with the woman above him, however, eyes never leaving her as he sat up from his kneeling position above Arceus.
"Hey, I'm talking to you." the Renegade Pokemon continued, wondering why the woman wasn't moving. When he poked her with a shadowy tendril, she responded...
What he wasn't expecting was Seje's voice.
"DON'T TOUCH!" Seje cried embarrassingly, making Arceus look up from her afterglow and see Seje hanging in there.
"Seje? What on Earth are you doing here?!" she cried, thinking that Seje had been there the whole time.
"I just got here 'cause we need your help." he said, dropping down on Giratina's head.
"We?" Arceus asked, until she saw Kora drop down from the vent above them.
"What's going on?" she asked as Kora landed on her head.
"My Lady, the Guardians have been captured. Kora was shot and nearly died. I came out of the dimension that Sin let me use." Seje explained, still covering his nose.
"But where are they and why would you need help?" Arceus asked.
"Because some bandits attacked us prior to their capture, keeping me in this form with stabilizer chemicals." he told her, shedding light on the fact that he wasn't in his normal form.
"So, you want me to purge you of these chemicals so you can find them?" she deducted like a detective, Seje nodding the affirmative.
"Alright, I'll see what I can do. But what do I get in return~?" she purred, making Seje blush.
"Uh... I don't know. What do you want?" he asked, regretting his embarrassment as she smirked.
"Oh, just a little something~." Arceus chuckled.
"Hey hey hey, need I remind you that I'm still here?" Giratina interrupted, having watched Arceus lick her lips.
"I know...But, I always wanted to feel a human's touch, you know?" she told him.
"Can we just get this over with?" Seje called before they got into it again, blush permanently on his face.
"Yeah. We gotta save my sister and Chris-kun and Sin-kun and Luke!" Kora added, furthering their priorities.
"Alright, keep still." Arceus said in a business-like tone. She glowed a purple color and Seje glowed in tandem. A black vapor then exited outta Seje and went around Arceus, circling her until the vapor stopped coming. When it did, Arceus purified it with her Judgment.
For a test, Seje had tried to exit his 'A-6' form and promptly cheered went he turned back to normal.
"YES!" he cheered, hopping off of Giratina's head and hugging Kora on Arceus' making the Legendary couple chuckle at Seje.
"Well, someone's happy." Arceus commented.
"Alright", Seje started, going in his 'S' form," Let's get to the gang!"
"But where are they?" Kora asked him.
"Silly Kora. My Com. tracks the others. That's why I reacted that way back at that one Sub-Base at Azelf's lake." Seje explained, tapping his Com. so he would know where to Phase-Port.
"If you say so. Now, let's get to the others!" Kora exclaimed, grabbing Seje's arm as it flared red.
"You got it!" And with that, the Brother/Sister duo was off to Pastoria City!...
Pastoria City Base-Exterior-19:47 PM...
Several yards away from the front entrance to the Base appeared Seje and Kora via Phase-Port.
"Still awesome." Seje said, going in his 'Y' form, gauntlets at the ready.
"So", Kora started as they ducked for cover, " How do we get in?"
"Simple, sister. I bust in and you beat up people that think they can touch you." Seje explained, getting a shot-blast ready to fire.
"Okay, but how do you-?" Kora was cut off as Seje fire a blast, sending it to the guard tower on the left side before sending the other on the right side.
"Annnnnnd RUN!" Seje cried, grabbing Kora's hand as they ran through the trees and got spotted by patrolmen.
"Hey, stop right there!" one of them called.
"Not this time... TIME TO DANCE ASSHOLES!" Seje called, going in his dreaded 'N' form, killing patrolmen quickly with a shot to the head.
"Kora, use some MoonBlasts! They got Salamences!" Sure enough, some of the patrolmen not shot yet were releasing their Dragon Pokemon, who looked like they were being controlled by collars on their necks as they flew at Mach speeds towards the duo.
He stopped them when they got past the gates.
"Hey Kora?" Seje calmly asked Kora, who turned to him frightened at the sight of the numerous Salamences.
"Y-yeah Se-ej-je?" she stuttered as the Dragon Pokemon dive-bombed from above.
"You were taught about how Play Rough works right?" he questioned, shifting to his 'L-2' form, kitty-paws at the ready.
"Yeah, why?" she replied, wondering why Seje changed into such a kawaii-looking form.
" 'Cause we're gonna go beat them up! Come on!" Seje said in a Japanese fan-girl voice, making Kora cheer in tandem to lighten the mood.
"Yeah, let's get them!" she said, readying her Staff so she can fight without breaking it as the Salamences came closer...
Pastoria City-Interior-20:00 PM...
"[Grunt]" went Sin as he took another punch from Crasher Wake.
"You have one more time to say you 'don't know'..." Wake said, growling in frustration at the Assassin.
"[Spits on the floor] My answer will not change because I don't know." Sin replied, making the former Gym Leader pinch the bridge of his nose in agitation.
"That's it. You're de-!" the Boss was interrupted by the alarm sounding off.
"The hell?" the Boss of Pastoria City asked to himself as he went to his desk to call the guards.
'What's going on out there?' he called, only to get a loud response back.
'INTRUDERS! WE HAVE INTRU-!' The transmission cut off, as with others. The Boss was confused and tense. What was going on?
As soon as he had this thought, one of the intercom beepers went off, signifying that someone was on the other line.
'Hello?! Talk to me! Who is this? What's going on out the-?' But Crasher Wake was cut off as the voice on the other line spoke on speaker.
'You... the once famous Gym Leader for this town... how have you fallen...' Seje's voice said, making Sin smile for the first time since he's been here.
"I told you he was coming..." Sin said with a grunt of pain.
"Shut up!" Wake ordered, throwing a book at Sin before resuming the call.
'Who is this?' the Boss commanded, the voice that was undeniably Seje chuckling darkly.
'I am...Seje...and your death is coming, O great Wake...' And with that comment, the transmission was cut, followed by an explosion above them.
"What the?" Wake questioned, looking at the ceiling.
"Seje's coming...And he sounds pissed..." Sin prophesied.
"No, that's not Sinareman." the Boss was in denial as he walked to his office door, looking out of it.
The hallways were filled with panicking guards and grunts as they ran through the halls, either running for safety or running to see who was invading. Crasher Wake went back in his office, kicking Sin in his stomach before going by the far wall.
"Even if it is Sinareman, I'm gonna take him out myself..." The wall opened to reveal a power-suit that was better designed than the ones they went against on New Moon Island...
Kora And Seje...
"Hi...YAH!" Kora cried as she kicked the last Salamence away from them as Seje rigged the power core in the labs to blow. They had made good progress. The guards weren't shit and their Salamences were recently evolved, so they were still weak. The labs only had cowardly scientists, who were in the corner as the duo worked.
"Okay...done. Now, Kora be a dear and MoonBlast the Mother Computer." Seje requested, pointing at the database near them. The scientists panicked when she readied a really really BIG MoonBlast.
"No, PLEASE! Anything but that!" one of them cried-the head scientist. Seje smiled at the opportunity that arose.
"What're you willing to give?" Seje said, walking up to the Mother Computer and sneaking a USB Drive in it.
"Anything! Please, don't destroy that!" another scientist cried, making Seje smirk.
"What if I asked for some new Evolution Tech?" he requested, making the scientists jump up and go through the cardboard boxes that surrounded the monitors.
Within moments, Seje had a platoon of Mega Stones, Key Stones, Dubious Discs, Electirizers, Magmarizers, Protectors, 15 sets of the Evolutionary Stones, Reaper Cloths, and a mass of Rare Candies and Full Restores.
"This looks like all of it." Seje said, putting the things in Kora's Handy Handbag, which expanded non-visibly for room.
"Yes. Now please step away from my life's work." the head scientist demanded, making a tick mark appear on Seje's head. Kora backed away slowly.
"Now, see the way my day is set up..." Seje trailed off, revealing the USB Drive, which was done downloading the files on the Mother Computer, making the scientists pale.
"No..." the head scientist moaned in defeat as Seje pulled the drive out.
"Oh yeah... I was gonna put it back...but then you started getting diarrhea at the mouth, so I have to take it." Seje explained darkly.
"Please..." the head scientist pleaded with the Leader of the Guardians, who was smirking like Giratina.
"You know what I want from you..." he said cryptically, making the head scientist look up in horror.
"No...not that...we've been working on it for years..." he said, looking at the tube next to the Mother Computer, which housed a Mewtwo that was colored black with red markings.
"Well, won't it feel good to see it in cold blood?" Seje darkly responded, pulling out his Unforgiven and aiming at the Mewtwo.
"...Okay..." the head scientist got up and walked over to the Mother Computer, typing in codes and commands. The rejuvenation liquids in the tube drained, making the Mewtwo slowly open one eye as its face cleared. When the tube was fully drained, the Mewtwo landed on the floor of the tube.
"Hey buddy..." Seje motherly cooed at the Mewtwo, making it slowly rise its head to see Seje by the tube.
'Are...you...my...Master?' the Mewtwo questioned in a feminine tone.
"I, nor anyone in this room is your Master. In any case, there shouldn't be Master/Slave relationships because they're cruel in every sense in the phrase." Seje told her, the information processing in her brain.
'Okay...Are you...my...Daddy?...' she asked, making Seje coo at her.
"Of course, child. Now, come here and give me a hug" he requested. The female Mewtwo slowly rose up from the floor...
Before her eyes glowed and the glass burst out.
Seje had prepared for this, having watched the video of the original Mewtwo's awakening, and had undetectedly switched to his 'K' form and used a Wallus spell. The glass hit the magical barrier that nullified the attack, Kora using her version of Protect to keep herself safe. The scientists met their end through glass penetration in the skull.
That glass was traveling at 300 miles per hour.
When the onslaught stopped, the Mewtwo was surprised that Seje and Kora were still alive. She got angry.
'What is the meaning of this?! You're supposed to be dead!' she exclaimed.
"Well, that's the unbridled love from a father to his daughter." Seje said sagely, going towards the Mewtwo.
'No! Get away from me!' she cried, backing away from Seje as he walked to her.
"Come on, you still gotta give me that hug..." he said creepily, making the Mewtwo and Kora shudder.
'Please don't hurt me...' the Mewtwo whimpered, thinking she was about to be punished, since she didn't know what a hug was.
She found out when instead of getting hit, Seje had pulled her up and embraced her.
The Mewtwo was confused, never realizing that an embrace was also a hug. So she hugged back and cried into Seje's shoulder.
"Shhhh...It's okay..." Seje said soothingly, rubbing her back.
"Awww! Got a camera in here?" Kora said finally, digging in the Handy Handbag that held Seje's camera hostage. When she found it, she quickly took a picture without the flash.
"Okay, I need you safe so... I'll see you at home..." Seje told her before teleporting the Mewtwo to the Hall Of Origins.
"I hope Arceus isn't busy; that's who I sent her to." Seje commented to Kora, who also prayed that the recently awakened girl did not get scarred. Then, they heard thumping...
The Others-End Game...
While Sin was being interrogated for 'Sinareman's' whereabouts, the others hung in the dungeon, thinking all hope was lost, especially Chris.
"There's no hope for us..." he said...
Until the door busted wide open and Sin was there.
The Assassin was clad in his suit, holding their Coms. and the rest of their stuff.
"Hey guys, get ready. Seje is coming." Sin said cheerfully to the morose trio, making Kuri look up.
"What? Seje-kun is here?" she asked quietly.
"Yes. He's here. And it sounds like with help." Sin explained, shooting their binds off and catching them. When Sin told Chris to activate his armor, he only stared at it and threw it on the ground.
"[Groan] Chris, stop worrying about Kora. If you truly love her, then you would realize that you're hurting her spirit by acting like this. She woulda wanted you to move on." Sin told the grief-stricken Tank. Chris only looked up at Sin and said,
"How would you know?"
"Because I told him so." a voice by the door said, making the others look and gasp in shock as they saw Kora standing there with a smile and a hand on her hip.
"K-k-kora?" Chris asked in disbelief, walking up to her to check and see if she was a ghost. When he touched solid flesh, he looked her in the face.
"Yes, it's me Chris-kun." she said, holding her arms out for an embrace, which Chris told gladly, shedding tears of joy.
"It's really you Kora... I love you..." Chris said, looking her in the eyes.
"I love you too, Chris-kun." she replied, and they kissed passionately and they were all happy. The End.
PSYCH!
"Guys!" a voice called from the hallway, ending the perfect moment. The Guardians, Luke and Kuri looked to see Seje running towards them in his 'A-6' form.
" 'Seje?' " they said simultaneously as he came up to them.
"I know I'm pretty. Come on, we don't have a lot of time before the place goes up in flames!" he told them, the Base shaking them to emphasize his point.
"How do we get outta here, Seje-kun?" Kuri asked, grabbing onto Seje.
"The main elevator leads right to the surface! Come on!" Seje replied, pulling Kuri as he ran to the elevator. The others followed behind with haste, making sure not to leave a thing behind as they ran.
When they reached the elevator, they saw that the elevator was at the bottom of the shaft, the lines cut.
"Shit and balls, we gotta make due!...Chris go King Kong and grab Kora! Luke, return and Kuri grab on!" Seje ordered, returning his Electivire so there won't be that much weight to carry.
Chris punched his fists together and beat them on his chest like a gorilla, making the armor around his hands expand. When he was done, there was abnormal-sized gorilla hands for armor on Chris, which he used to grab onto Kora and climbed up the shaft. Sin delved deep into the shadows so he could Shadow-Run and Seje used his Hookshot to propel himself and Kuri up.
The bottom stops of the shaft began to explode out, making Seje and the others panic as the explosions started to rise with them.
"We aren't gonna make it!" Sin called from ahead, his prediction looking true as the explosions got closer and closer...
The Front Gates-Pastoria City Base-22:56 PM...
The Base was exploding like mad, shaking the ground and the people near the Base. A final explosion went off, this one bigger than the previous.
And who are those figures at the top of the explosion?... Why, it's our HEROES!
The Guardians and Kuri were sent flying by the explosion, yelling as they went.
They were airborne for about a good fifteen seconds before making contact with the ground.
"Oww!" they all said together as they landed, burned, battered, but safe.
Seje panted from the adrenaline loss and said," Mission complete?"
The others turned to him before coming together for a collective high-five.
"Yay..." they said weakly after Kuri joined in before they passed out, but not before being surrounded by bright lights...
Cliffhanger's a right old bitch, isn't it?
