Timeline: These events take place the same day Reemon went out to try and get with Gatomon.

I reacted so quickly that you made me accidently kill the Agumon and Gabumon avatars." Veemon waited a bit then finally looked up, "How long?" Monodramon sighed, "Months...maybe another year. This Darkness thing has had no other solution so far. But that's the real gift of this dream world. Your options are open to everyone but one right now. Let's face it this place is quite the paradise. I can put Agumon and Gabumon back in if you wish and you can have fun with them if you so please. I must go soon. I trust now you realize that danger of meeting Gatomon that you won't do it with her. Can you promise me that Veemon?"

He handed over a phone. Monodramon said, "This phone can allow me to stay communication even in this dream world," he continued, "I must go. I have other issues to deal with at the moment." Veemon started to head back. He could see some of the creatures start to fade out. This was the moment he truly realized this was all fake. Veemon stopped and yelled back, "Wait..." Monodramon stopped and Veemon came up and asked, "Am I still a virgin? Monodramon said, "You're body here acts like any other avatar.
