Chapter one

Chapture two - Warm paws

Even HK06 forbid her to leave the headquarters she visited the daily market in town. It was a typical town in the middle-ages with half-timbered houses, a big church and a fountain. The canids were walking over the cobble stones and wore very old-fashioned clothes while carrying baskets and purses with coins. You could rarely see someone riding a horse or pulling a coach.

When the modern She-Wolf saw an old grey Wolf sitting in front of the town hall begging for some foot or some coins she got mercy. It hurt her to see the old She-Wolf being ignored by all these canids. No one seemed to give her anything and this person had been quite thin, maybe she also had been ill. Her outstretched paw was trembling. Erona went through the crowd to get to her. She instinctively grabbed one of these red apples from the market stall besides her. She gave it to her while she was kneeling and said sympathetically.

"Here you are ... take this apple so you don't have to starve anymore."

A smile appeared on the old one's face and she felt luckily.

"Oh ... thanks ... thank you so much."

Erona had been satisfied and raised herself.

"Don't worry, you ..."

"But you should worry now!" a male curt voice told and a disgusting dog paw grabbed her shoulder from behind.

She turned her look on the old scar face; it was a bulldog being angry about her action. It was because this was his market stall and he carried an axe in his other paw.

"You know what I do to foolish apple thieves?!"

The axe swing in his paw, it was one of the old dirty ones with a lot of rust.

"No, I didn't want to steal it" she said. Even she couldn't see the point in taking one apple to keep the old She-Wolf from death she was searching her jacket for some coins.

"I'll pay for it, take this!"

Her black young paw showed three gold coins. Actually this had been enough to buy the whole market stall.

"Too late young lady" he let her know after taking the coins. "No I'm not satisfied by some coins, I also want your beautiful paw!"

"W-what?!"

She couldn't believe 12thcentury had been that ruthless.

"I have to take care you do not steal again from my stall!"

After saying that he raised the axe and hold her paw. He wanted to see her blood ...!

But her other paw hit his stomach and his cheeks blew up. He let the axe going down so Erona could take it. She wanted to show him that she wasn't helpless at all. Just after picking up the weapon another market salesman noticed her plan.

"Hey you! I'll rip your head off!"

It was quite interesting what the past-canids were going to do to each other. They liked to cause really bad injuries to each other even they had no real doctors. The second salesman threw a knife on her. She only survived because she bended. Erona liked to take her weapon now but she couldn't run amuck, could she? So the young She-Wolf decided to leave the market place immediately before the whole plan by HK became ineffective.

The female commander had to escape from an angry middle-aged mob in an alley. On the left hand side there stood the church with colourful windows, on the right hand side their stood an inn with a stretched roof. When she ran around the corner a brown dog paw grabbed her black jacket and pulled the She-Wolf into that inn.

"This way!" the strange male voice ordered her.

Erona pulled her gun out ready to kill that person because she thought it would be another foe. But she wasn't able to use it because the wooden door shut right after she was pulled in that building and she fell on the floor. In front of her there stood a young male German shepherd smiling at her certainly of victory while his tail was wagging.

"You're safe no!" he said and Erona decided to take the paw off her dagger she was about to take.

"Why did you do that?" she asked suspiciously while her chest moved from the hasty breathing after the escape.

"Why not? I saw how you helped that old Wolf. So I decided to do the same to you." He looked up to the ceiling. "If there just would be more Wolves and dogs as you are."

Erona stood up again but she decided to leave no. She already had influenced the canids enough by now.

"Thank you ... but now I better ..."

Too late! The small wrist walky-talky screamed ... or better, it was HK's voice which was screaming through this little wooden room with tables and chairs for the inn's guests.

"Mrs. Madame! Why don't you answer? Where are you hanging around right now?! Answer meee!"

She sighted. Now the nice shepherd had to wonder what this gizmo could have been. Actually HK gave her orders like you did it to little pupils in primary school.

Erona immediately put her forefinger on her muzzle to indicate the dog he had to be quiet right now ... but even this was too late. Perhaps the past-canids didn't now such a gesture.

"What is that? Is it magic?!"

Erona looked full of despair to the floor.

"WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON THERE?!" the voice from the black slim walky-talky bracelet screamed louder than before.

"Commander A3l82! Where are you now? Are you visiting these primates again??"

She began stuttering. "No ... yah ... it's a kind of accident."

"I do not allow accidents as long as my operation takes place. Finish him off! We don't need any testimonies before 'bringing' begins."

Erona hold the shepherd's muzzle closed by her paw while she answered the walky-talky. She lifted the arm with that device and said.

"You know I can't do that. There will be no more problem anymore, don't worry. He'll ... keep shut."

This sounded kind of funny while she was keeping his snout shut. But his frightened look told whole stories. She knew he didn't understand anything of what was going on.

"You stay where you are! I'm on the way. Don't let him escape."

Erona could have been sure he'd say something like this. She sighted and let off the dog's muzzle.

"I guess now you have got a problem."

In fact it didn't take long until the scarred face Werewolf appeared. He showed up in company of his unit 5. They came with a coach so the past-canids out in the small town didn't notice there was something going on. The coach stopped right in front of the wooden door and the soldiers made a run on the little middle aged inn. HK06 entered the room like the greatest commander ever. But when he wanted to give the order to eliminate all unwanted testimonies he had to notice there was only one past-canid: The shepherd lay motionless on the ground, his paws around him.

"What ...?!" he was stuttering and threw a weird look on the body.

"I did it on my own so he had not to suffer as much as you have done it" Erona told and swing her weapon around the finger. HK06 laughed dismissive and looked at the German shepherd again. The group livered the weapons and looked a little disappointed.

"This wouldn't have happened if you followed my instructions, dear lady!"

"Yah ... sure", she replied bored and put her own gun back in the belt.

"No let's leave. The operation begins soon and we're already running out of time."

Erona knew he was able to locate her actual position because of the walky-talky bracelet. When HK and his fighting dogs left the inn she went some steps to the door, stopped again and threw a look back to the motionless dog. The female anthro Wolf flipped the fingers and spoke with lowered voice.

"Get up! Danger is over."

The shepherd who feigned death opened one eye and winked.

"I-I don't ... wha-what ... ?!" he began stuttering.

"Hush! You'll understand soon."

Then she left the inn and entered the coach before HK noticed there was still something wrong. She was sure he was going to complain about her action the whole way back to the headquarters. HK was always complaining about everything.

It was the last evening before 'bringing' began. HK, the commander in charge, delivered a speech in front of all ten units in the lobby of the headquarters. Erona was standing aside with crossed arms.

"Tomorrow at 6 'o clock we'll cover the land with our glorious new system. 'Bringing' will give our modern way of life to the Wolves and dogs in the past already. Our mission is to switch a new system and to knock the king and his ministers out. Monarchy is over; it's time for our new ideas. Every inhabitant of this land will appreciate this present sooner or later. Some of them are quite lazy. They don't want to leave the old ways. They want to go on. But we won't let this happen. Everyone has to comply with that. So it's our job to make them comply!"

Erona sighted. She knew canids like the old She-Wolf she gave the apple to won't comply. 'To comply' meant first of all to accept HK's rules and his reign. But how could old and ill animals like her be useful and approved to HK's system? This old homeless Wolf would not have any chance if anything happened as HK liked to. But did it really have to happen the way he liked to? The old one had opened Erona's eyes. She knew there was someone who was going to sink because of HK's ideas. And so there was no apologize when she left her in the lurch. But she also knew it made no sense talking HK this idea out. He was a smug Wolf who didn't discuss. Erona had to act another way.

The moon was shining bright. This was quite a helpful fact when the black tall figure trotted over the bouldering. One paw touched the new gun at her belt. She had to watch out because it could happen someone would try to hijack her. The past canids mostly behaved erratically as HK06 did. Just some of the small houses where illuminated by candle lights or oil lamps, smoke from the chimneys raised. It was cold outside. Erona hated being between two fronts. On one hand she liked to help that old She-Wolf but on the other she knew HK would punish her for endangering his 'glorious' bringing thing.

What was that? Did she see a person on that fountain? She walked across the market place. Yes, it looked like a barren Wolf. A tiny smile liked to appear on her flews but when she noticed this She-Wolf - it was that old homeless Wolf she spent the apple to - was freezing as she did, she knew there was no doubt this past citizen was in a bad situation. Everyone in this small town was at home. Only she was sitting on the fountain's border. Erona walked carefully closer. She looked like she wanted to harm her but the old one didn't show any fear. But it was for sure she did notice her. The old person was sitting there without moving any muscle. It looked like she had become one with the fountain because of her despair. Erona stopped when she could see her face. Her fur had been faded and toneless.

"Hey you" the young anthro She-Wolf said with lowered voice.

"I'm lucky that I meet you here."

It felt so strange to her being kind and deliberate. This was not the way she was working in HK's operation. But the old one didn't answer. The black anthro Wolf was waiting for any response, until the old homeless She-Wolf raised her tired look. Her eyes were faint and dim.

"Why don't you go to your home?"

It lasted some minutes till she responded quietly and weakly.

"And ... where should this be?"

"I don't know. But you shouldn't be here ... outside ... where it is cold."

Erona forced herself not to be pitifully but when she saw in which helplessness the old one had been it made her feeling bad. She knew what was coming and if this old Wolf had no place to refuge she would be lost when 'bringing' begins.

"Sit down" the old one suddenly whispered.

"But ..." Erona replied uncertainly.

The homeless Wolf grabbed her sleeve and forced her to sit beside her. So the black dressed commander sat right beside the smelly old Wolf on the cold fountain border. The only reason Erona came here was to save this poor person from death. HK's troops wouldn't show consideration from blowing weak and helpless canids as she was away. But the dark figure took her paw as they had known each other for years.

"Your paw ... feels so cold."

"This is because I have been walking through the town for hours to find you. You have to leave ... until tomorrow."

"This is not true" the old one said bravely. Her look had been almost too weak to watch the eyes of her.

"This is" she went on quietly, "because the warm glow is missing."

Erona got surprised. Why didn't she first care for her own? Didn't she care she was going to die when no one was going to save her? Erona knew she couldn't do anything instead of warning her that something was going to happen. But the female commander avoided any further looks in her eyes. She took her look away because she hated being sensible. It was not her job to have any pity. Her job in HK's operation was to watch the accomplished operations and to take care about the armoury.

"Open your heart and let feelings become part of your soul." The old Wolf nicked her head and added. "This is how you'll become free and in depended."

Erona became nervously.

"I'm begging you. If you don't watch out the troops will finish you off!"

But the old one just shook her head tiredly.

The tall black She-Wolf stood up, took the shivering old paw and said as only a commander was able to.

"You have to come with me. I'll rent you a room in an inn where you'll be safe ... at least for a while."

"You ... don't ... understand ..." the old She-Wolf whispered and shut her eyes. She looked so calmly.

"YOU don't understand" Erona shouted while looking down on her. "Come on now!"

Erona pulled the sleeve of the tattered clothes she was wearing. But right in this second the weak old body fell from the stony border. The modern She-Wolf got her right before she hit the wet bouldering. After she caught her fainting body she tried to push her back on the fountain border but it had been quite hard.

"I am ... so tired ... can't ... keep my eyes ... open ..."

Erona pushed against the old one, her look was shocked by the fact she was going to ... was she?

When Erona heard a sound right from the dark alley she turned her look frightened back and lost the body because of that. The old Wolf fell on the floor turning it selves half way round.

"No ..." the strong commander began whispering fearfully. It was her mission to save her ...!

"Don't ... don't give up!" Erona ordered and tried to haul her body up while losing her laser gun. "You have to stand up again. It's not that far. I'll bring you there by my ... coach."

"Too late" the old one whispered. Her eyes were blinking. Erona would never forget the look she threw at her in this moment.

"But ... not too late ... for you, young She-Wolf."

Erona stopped breathing. Her subconscious already knew there was no way out for the old one. The only thing she could do now was to listen to what the old lady said before even this had been too late.

"No ..." Erona whispered stubbornly. This was the first time for years her face was showing any real emotion.

"See ...?" the old Wolf said and smiled. "Your paws become ... warm."

She had taken one of her black paws holding it with her last strength.

"No reason to hide ... who you are" the dying She-Wolf nodded.

The black Wolf looked down at her with opened muzzle. Now she was holding the old one's paw but the old Wolf shut her eyes. She felt so helplessly. She didn't know to be powerless, to accept something beside HK's stubbornness. By the way ... if he noticed what she was doing that night he surely was punishing her. Erona turned her look right behind her when she thought once again the sounds were caused by somewhat ... or someone. What if HK already knew what she was doing? But why should he hide behind this information? He rather would appear immediately, shouting until everyone in this small village had been awake. Nonetheless ... she had to leave before he noticed her absence. Actually Erona couldn't do anything more for the old one. She could not feel her pulse. And Erona would never forget this failure, she was sure. But for now she just had to leave the village before the inhabitants woke up. Sunrise wasn't far ...

Early in the morning HK, the commander in charge and his troops went to the king's palace by car. HK loved driving his four-wheel-drive personally. He had got a shielded SUV which was able to pass every bad coach way. It was pretty necessary, because the ground was muddy and bad traversable. Erona sat on the co-driver's seat with crossed arms. She was going to fall asleep because she felt so tired after her trip last night. A dozen tanks followed HK's vehicle behind, crushing down the forest path. There would be resistance, no doubt. The old king wouldn't give up unresisting. The bony branches which seemed to touch the grey morning sky didn't fear the strong troops HK brought along. In HK's mind modern civilization had come. He mumbled annoyed.

"After we took over this empire I'll let them build modern motorways for my army. This is not going to last any longer!"

Suddenly an old post coach passed the muddy path. The coachmen stopped to watch the strange vehicles coming closer.

"W-what in dog's name ... is that?!"

HK blinked nervously what was blocking his way. The other past-canid answered, it was a white pit bull.

"N-not sure ... it has to be ... magic?"

When they left their antique vehicle HK stopped.

"Shit, this should not have had happen!"

Erona yearned when she noticed they stopped.

"What's the matter?"

"We are going to get problems. But I'll make sure they won't grow out of perspective."

Right now the black dressed commander could see the two untaught coachmen.

"Ok, don't do anything wrong now, I'm begging you ..."

"You won't tell me what's wrong or right, my dear lady!" he replied angered and started pushing the gas pedal.

"No ... just let them ... go. No one will believe them. HK, listen to me!"

But the angry commander didn't. He pushed on his SUV and hold on the coach.

"No!" Erona screamed, trying to grab the steering wheel.

"Paws off! Driving is man's business!"

The She-Wolf pushed her body aside on the car door to avoid getting injured. The wooden elements of the yellow coach seemed to explode when the heavy SUV hit. But the two past-canids could jump off their vehicle right before the strange thing crashed. They fell on the ground. HK had been such an angered ignorant he almost was going to hit the trunk of a thick oak. But the all-terrain-vehicle stopped because Erona pulled the hand brake before it had been too late. But before she was able to complain about his stupid action he opened the driver's door and jumped out.

"Get them or they'll endanger the whole operation!" he shouted to his soldiers. The muscled anthro dogs ran after the feared past-canids and stopped them running off the strange danger. The dutiful dogs brought them back to the place where the 'accident' had happened.

"W-who a-are you ... you mu-must be gods, aren't you?!" one of the two coachmen stuttered.

"Shut up!"

"We haven't much thalers but we'll give you anything you want!" the other past-canid interfered.

HK pulled out his laser gun and switched the highest power.

"No!" Erona called and ran to HK. "You can't do this. It's not their fault."

"Sorry, dear! They were in the wrong place at the wrong time."

"Don't do it ...!" the female commander cried and tried to make him stop. But he pushed her easily down so she fell on the muddy ground. Suddenly a bright red laser came out of the laser gun and hit the two victims. A spark explosion with a red and white light raised in correspondence to a loud bang. After the sparks disappeared you couldn't see the two past-canids, just a small heap of ash being on the forest ground.

"Stop whining and stand up! You dirty the ground!" he said while taking down the weapon, going back to his car.

This had been the moment she liked to kill him. Yes, the old one had been right. It was not too late to bring emotions back. She felt her heart drowning in hate.

"Get back on your positions, weenies. We'll make the king and his court make this day never forget. Let's go!"

After HK told so he entered his car and starting the engine.

Erona snarled and brushed off her black clothes. Fortunately she had lost her laser gun in the alley. Otherwise she hadn't been sure if she should kill him right now. But she had had no chance. His faithful troops had avoided a rebellion from the first second. So she went on accompanying the army behind the last man. She had to bring her emotions under control for now. But there was no doubt she got back her feelings. And the strongest feeling she had got was her hatred for HK.

This evening the invasion started. Erona wanted to avoid war but HK06 decided to conquer the kind and his court on his own while she had to ensure the population obeyed. The soldiers HK instructed followed the 'bringing' operation plan strictly. It was the She-Wolf's task to watch everything worked as the CIC liked to. She knew exactly which role she played in this operation but she doubted the plan one more time. The black dressed commander was standing on the king's monument which HK's troops broke down. She had crossed her arms watching the fighting dogs distrustfully. No one of them knew what was going on. The surprise attack seemed to be successful.

>>> Disturbed - Enough

One of the bull dogs pulled a young pup at his tails so it was yelping piteously.

"Hey! Hold on, man! Just let the pup go!"

She lifted her arm and tried to find a sympathetic ear. But the soldier didn't obey so she liked to barge in. But suddenly a voice came out of the frightened crow.

"Why are you doing this? Who are you?"

Erona tried to find the male dog or Wolf who said this but the pushed-around canids didn't give he a chance to see him.

"That's not fair. Why don't you try to get us without your strange flashy weapons?!"

Erona craned her neck to get a look at him.

"Why don't you first show yourself before complaining?" She took a militant posture.

"Put yourself in front of my face and tell me what you have in mind!"

When someone tried to walk through the fearful crowd the heavily armed soldiers tried to catch him.

"No, don't! Just let him show up as I ordered!"

Suddenly an old muscled male Wolf with dark grey fur appeared in front of the broken monument.

"Here I am!"

"So?" Erona asked with a mocking smile at her face. "What's it you wanted to tell us?"

The old Wolf didn't hesitate putting himself on the stone. He turned his look on his scared contemporaries, raising his arms with the scratched old paws.

"Don't lose yourself in fear! Whoever they are, they'll be punished by a higher power one day! Stand close and don't let them become too mighty. We're in the majority!"

Erona watched him in a doubtful way.

"What makes you sure?" she finally asked him.

"And she!" he went on while ignoring her question. He stretched his forefinger at her. "She is only a mortal canid as we are. She's not immortal or invulnerable. Let's stand up against the strangers! Together we can ..."

Right in this moment a red laser hit the Wolf who was about talking himself into rage. Erona saved herself from the sparks by holding the arms in front of her face. She almost fell from the fountain's border. The aggressive laser destroyed the old insurgent as he stood there. First his arm which showed at Erona, then his head and at least his whole body moulders into ash. The scared screams of the crowd became mute. Silence.

"Any further questions?"

HK stepped slowly through the conquered past-canids. They let him trough because they feared him so much.

Now HK put himself exactly where the rebellion had stood before. He shook his right arm to indicate the next instruction.

"Bring the dogs on the trucks. Everyone who tries to protest will be shot immediately. We haven't time to discuss." He threw a look at Erona who watched him angrily.

"From now on you'll get to know what civilization means. But first you have to work hard. Everyone of you. But soon you'll be grateful for that. Life becomes easily if you obey. Trust me. I'm the saviour from all pain - just obey!"

Erona groaned. He threw his look at her and said.

"What's it with you? Where's your weapon? Do me a favour and don't become the next Maria Theresa!"

He saw the empty gun slot at her black belt. So he gave her his weapon and added.

"Next time you'll be the one who kills. You have to be faster otherwise you won't be anything worth."

When he smiled with scorn she felt as she had to slap him. HK left but the humiliation did not.

Last days had been too much for Erona. She had to relax a moment. Everything what happened made her considerate. Maybe it had been a mistake becoming part of HK's invasion plan. Too many things had gone wrong. But the sunshine on her face gave her back some strength. She was leaning at a trunk enjoying nature, far away from the towns, far away from HK, far away from this nightmare ... Did she still believe in the use 'bringing' should bring? The bird tweets made her dreaming of what she liked to achieve. Erona had put her crossed arms on her chest with stretched legs, sensing the soft moss under her neck. Suddenly the bright sunlight disappeared and a shadow covered her face. It couldn't be HK, could it? This was her first thought before she opened her blue eyes. No! It couldn't be that ridiculous! Grenko, the young grey Wolf was standing in front of her with ... her glass laser gun she had lost in the town. His paws were shivering as branches in autumn wind.

"Don't move! I'll ... kill you!"

Erona didn't leave her comfortable pose. She looked kind of bored at him asking:

"What do you want?"

"You ..." the young Wolf went on. "You killed the old She-Wolf in the barrack."

Erona rolled her eyes sighing. "I now this story ..."

"You and your friends hijacked our land. You kidnapped our king and you enslaved the poor canids of the towns."

In fact they hadn't been that poor. Erona reminded of that old homeless She-Wolf who hadn't been allowed eating just one of these apples. The canids didn't want to share their richness. This was why they came here originally. They wanted to stop past unfairness by fair modern ideas, supported by latest technology.

"And now you came here to act Superman?"

"W-who ...?"

No one had been frightened by this young guy; even he had got a gun. He shivered the glass weapon so much he wasn't able to hit. Rather he had sent a laser in space then on her body.

"I order you to call your friends back. Otherwise I'll punish you right now."

Even if she wanted ... was she able to make them stop? In fact HK had never been her 'friend'. Questionable she was able to stop HK that easily.

"Ehrr ..." Finally Grenko got doubts how to use that strange thing. He wished the power of thoughts had been enough to kill someone by this weapon.

"Ho-how ... how does ... how does it work?!"

This came into his mind quite early. Now Erona left her comfortable position even she hated to. The tall She-Wolf put herself beside him, took the gun and said.

"Next time read the manuals please."

She put the gun back into her belt beside the gun from HK and took his arm.

"Provided that you are able to read."

This had been the intention of 'bringing' - teaching the past-canids everything they needed to live in a fair and healthy community.

"But for now I'm afraid you're arrested."

In the evening Erona stood in front of an old mirror in the chamber of that castle HK's troops captured. The king and the nobles had been arrested, caught in the dungeon. Actually this had been the chamber of one of the rich nobles. The splendid apartment where the king lived in before 'bringing' took over was HK's room now - of course. How else could it be?

She made up some kajal on her eyelash, the old fashioned mirror had been a strange contrast to the modern She-Wolf with her modern dress. She hadn't many things and clothes she had brought here in the past but a black holdall with some clothes and make up stood beside the tester bed.

Suddenly the old elaborately decorated room door was opened by someone's foot: it was HK's foot. He entered with a big pink cake in his left paw.

"Good evening my dear! I brought you something we can celebrate with."

"... so someone finally found your brain ...?"

"Uh?"

"I said ... what are we gonna celebrate?" she asked without stopping making up.

"What a question" he said while putting the cake on her bed table. "Our takeover of course. The monarchy is over. From now on our great new system will change the world of the past." He stood there proudly greening like a representative.

"And when 800 years pass by a better future will be ours."

"... or nothing will be left. If there are more guys like you the world will be lost."

He put himself beside her, laid his arm around her neck and watched his reflection beside her one's.

"You look so sweet when you are angry" he purred. But Erona took his arm off and put the make up back in the bag.

"I'm not your pet, dude!"

She went to the bed and searched her holdall for something.

"We add ourselves really well. Together we rule the world."

He liked playing the role of the big commander beside his beautiful deputy boss.

"The population fears the couple of the underground." HK laughed like a villain from a very old film.

"Drop it! We came here to finish the mistakes the past canids made and to create a perfect world in our time. We aren't evil."

"'course" he admit and followed her where the bed stood.

"But shouldn't we also have some fun while doing that? What's it with you, pretty princess? We're the bringers of charity. It's our right to have some fun with it!"

While she was searching he put his paw on her back stroking her through the leather jacket.

"C'me on! You won't become stuffy, will you? Let's make this operation unforgettable for both of us!"

She took his arm and flung it off.

"Are you serious?! We are not a couple! We have to avoid suggestibility from each other! How could we be good rulers if we kill our mind off by sex?"

He sat on the bed looking at her like caring grandpa.

"Ya dunnow what ya gonna forfeit."

"I guess it's skin eruption."

HK rose and threw an angry look at her.

"So what's your problem? Either you are with me or you are against me."

The grey Wolf went to the cake and explained.

"I tried to arrange a nice evening for you. I brought you some cake and I offered you my desire. But you ..."

"I don't want your cake - in fact it reeks."

Erona threw the bag on the floor sitting on the bet corner. Suddenly HK took the torte and yelled furiously:

"So you reek with it!"

and threw it on her back.

Erona tried to avoid but the cake touched her shoulder. The silver plate clanked long after HK left the room door banging.

"Disgusting ... fruitcake ... as you are!"

Erona tried to brush the pink away. She swore she was going to pay him back what he did. This time he had gone too far!
