Mistah Kurtz... He dead A penny for the old guy. Those who have crossed With direct eyes, to death's other Kingdom Remember usâ€"if at allâ€"not as lost Violent souls, but only As the hollow men The stuffed men. * * * Once upon a time there was a man named Colin Fairbanks. Colin lived a blessed life, if not a sheltered one, but something from the outside of his moderate success (both financial and personal) that seemed to prod shamelessly at the spotless chastity of his well being. Some over riding feeling that things were simply not right with the world. An underlying titillation of buried trouble that threatened to massacre everything he cherished and held dear. A threat he could not allow to come to pass. The news was all abuzz with the stories and conditions that all pointed to the falling curtain of annihilation. The vapid droning of the televisions and the pointless alarmism of the news rags each assailed and appealed to his every sense. It seemed the world was on its way to complete moral and physical ruin. In these crazed and uncertain times, Colin could only think about his loved ones and what hideous fate may lay in front of them. Colin's fears were not so concrete as to interfere with his day to day life. In fact he was doing quite well in his chosen trade of investment banking, and where he could he did all that was possible to aid his community and country. He took very good care of his family and other such relations that he kept. However his fear was a verdant and vivacious part of his life behind his eyelids, and over time it wore against his will like an arthritic joint. His cab pulled up in front of modest apartment and he stepped out. The hot air of tepid summer danced around him as he paid his fair and caused his long coat to flutter. Nearby stood a few carefully coordinated and cultured city trees; wavy in the rising heat of July. He took a breath of clarity, and walked purposefully up the steps. Beyond the complex's door and push-button security was a short elevator ride, and a knock which would lead him to a piece of his family. A piece that his wife and children didn't know about but one whom he loved just as much. A young Dalmatian named Curtis who Collin had known for five years. This was his other life. He knocked and the door was soon answered expectantly. Curtis greeted him with a tight hug, and a loving kiss. Colin returned it and followed him into his home. The both of them knew that what they had was dangerous and dare-say-it forbidden, but they didn't mind. It harmed no one so long as there was no knowledge of it and it certainly helped the pair through their day. What Curtis did not know was that Colin carried something with him today. A piece of the hideous beyond that bubbled up into men since times immemorial. A symptom of annihilation. Once inside the tall wolf set his long, grey coat to rest heavily over the lip of the couch and smiled heartily. His heart burned with a sick feeling of dread that couldn't be quantified, or labled by any earthly means. Curtis called a few sprightly words from over the counter that separated his living area from his kitchen as he put the finishing touches on whatever fine meal they would consume today. Colin smiled and returned his sentiment. The thought of what was coming swelled perniciously in his chest and threatened to burst his sternum with it's capacity. The dread, horrific tomorrow was just on the horizon and Colin knew it couldn't be avoided by any other mean. The two of them sat close together and discussed their lives, and things that they saw on the television. The impending extirpation of man was already in his poor, doomed lover and the thought made the wolf sick to his stomach, and heavy in his heart. He couldn't bear to imagine the crawling chaos of tomorrow sweeping his sweet dalmatian paramour into the vacant oblivion and horror that loomed. No matter what, he had to be strong and not let on. He pulled his mate into a tender, and genuinely loving embrace that lingered for long moments, and hung on their lips as they stared into each others eyes. He hid his trepidation well, and Curtis did not sense it through the stifling emotion that welled in him. Colin's chair fell by the wayside as the pair stood up quickly. The passion of the moment drove out the memory of their cooling dinners as they stumbled towards the bedroom, tightly entwined. Curtis fell on the bed and Colin followed him down. Crawling over his slight frame, the wolf smothered him with kisses both amiable and languishing. This would be the last time they were together. Tears threatened to rise in the wolf's eyes, but he held them at bay. The slender fingers of his canine companion moved sensually over his modest frame and stroked amiably along his chest. Before he knew it Curtis had unbuttoned his shirt and was sliding slowly back over his broad shoulders. He leaned forward and drew his lips delicately along the smaller male's fair neck causing a moan to rise with goosebumps. Colin slowly slid his lover's shirt up and over his head revealing the stark dichotomy of bright white, and deep black spots. He sat for a moment running his fingers along the soft curves of his small muscles and taking in the living Rorschach blot that grew along his beautiful dalmatian's body. Even here the omen pierced his consciousness; it's dread portend bespoken. It was too late for everyone. What could he do? He leaned forward and disparagingly kissed his fated swain's belly. The young canine let out a soft moan of arousal and shifted his body ever so slightly under the touch of his beau's lips. Even in this state Colin felt his own lust rising like a burgeoning Pele in his loins. He slowly slipped his fingers into Curtis' pants and teased at the mounting flesh just above his groin. His finger's dexterously lifted the fabric that eye-holed over the button and slowly pulled the flaps aside to part his zipper. Beneath lay the silky, egg shell blue panties his darling was so fond of and a smile crossed his lips. He stroked the slick fabric with his fingertips to the delight of the Botticelli canine beneath him. * * *

Shape without form, shade without colour, Paralysed force, gesture without motion; * * * The thick, pink length of his tongue extended from his mouth and ran lasciviously along the curve of the dalmatian's belly as his fingers hooked into his pants and pulled both garments slowly down his body. A soft murr escaped from Curtis as Colin's mouth found its way down his leg to his knee, then slowly back to his crotch. Colin slowly ran his lips across the soft skin of his mates pouch before loosing the tip of his tongue to graze the length of his shaft. His long snout engulfed the moaning dalmatian and ran along him with loving precision. Curtis gripped the sheets as he felt the heat of his lovers maw sliding luxuriously over his masculinity, and the dabbling of his organ of taste at the tip. Within moments the pup let out a loud gasp and erupted into the waiting wolf who took every dollop. Before moving on he suckled out the last of his love's sweet seed as he began to tease at his tail hole. Curtis was beginning to wonder what he had done to deserve such elegant attention when he felt the wolf lapping at the silky opening above his tail. He allowed Colin to carefully shift him until they were both on the mattress. Colin continued to tongue him, sliding in and out through the tight ring of muscle that caused his canine paramour so much pleasure. In time he felt he had done all he could, though he knew it was not going to be enough. The wolf finished his gifted work and began to slowly kiss his way along Curtis' body until he found himself at his neck. A few well placed kisses showed the sincerity of his feelings, one, two three. He leaned up to look into the sweet young dog's eyes with the greatest warmth and found those amorous brown orbs peering back at him; each intoxicated with the headiness of the moment. His member pressed softly against Curtis' opening as he pulled him into a deep, passionate kiss. Their tongues met between their lips and he held the moment out for long seconds before he slowly pushed into him. Curtis moaned into his mouth letting his sweet, warm breath fill the wolf's. Colin felt the frigid grasp of the void tugging at him as his mind reeled around the symbolism of the instant. His member now rested buried to it's hilt in his love's body and he kissed him sweetly. He began to move, slow at first so to let the pup feel every inch and contour of his shapely masculinity. After a time of this dulcet love making he increased his thrusts and summoned Eros to govern his business. Curtis whined pleasantly as he spread himself to feel the length of his lover's shaft pushing along the velveteen walls of his inner passage and gripped at Colin's back. The banker's thrusts increased as he found himself growing heavy with the passion of their coupling. He gasped loudly and let go. Curtis hummed with pleasure at the feeling of his burning issue inside him. Colin held him tightly. He never wanted to let go but he had to. He knew he would and this small gift of life was all that he could afford him. It wasn't fair. It was too much and no one man should ever be asked to shoulder this weight. He pulled the dalmatian so tight that he had trouble breathing as he drank in the wonderful vivacity that he would soon desperately miss. Finally it was too much and Colin began to weep. Curtis held him with a confused expression for several moments as he tried to understand what would make his beloved wolf react this way. He began to think that his mate had some kind of awful news to break. Colin slowly sat up. It was getting late into the afternoon and he had a lot to get done. No matter what he would not let the maddening horror that loomed truculent on the morrow take his loved ones. He carressed the dog's cheek and mouthed the words "I love you" as he picked up the pillow. Curtis stared at him in utter confusion until his vision was cut off by the press of his own pillow. He lay still for a time, but soon began to struggle as he realized that he couldn't breath. His nose hurt from the press of the thing and genuine fear leaped into his mind. He started to thrash but his mate had taken the time to restrain him. He couldn't move! His lungs began to burn for sweet oxygen and his brain began to grow fuzzy with panic. He rocked the bed viciously trying pull himself loose. He had to get free. He had to reach out for another breath of saccharine air! One of the pup's hands came free and he tore at the pillow with his nails viciously to little effect. Tear's fell from Colin's snout as he mused that his precious lover must hate himself for spending the money on such sturdy fabrics. Suddenly the freed hand turned on its attack and slashed viciously at the wolf's arms and chest. "Yes" Colin thought, "I deserve it. If only a little. I'm sorry baby... I... I can't let it happen to you. I'll face it alone." Bright sanguine blood dripped from the deep cuts in his chest and fell in widening spots within the pallid white of Curtis' belly. The dog could feel pure fire burning with hateful rage in his chest. He couldn't think of anything else but breath and freedom. Salvation. Just one more breath... Just one more sweet gulp of pure air... Just one more moment of irreplaceable life. Slowly, his strength wained and he fell still. Colin sat over him, pillow pressed tightly against his face for another hour weeping softly. He was gone forever. The wolf would never see him again, never hear him laugh, never listen to one of his boring stories about his circle of friends... ...But the madness that loomed ephemerally anon would not claim him. He had freed him from the gurgling blasphemy that even now crouched and savored its patience. It would not notice the loss of these few victims. It would have many more to take with it into Quietus. * * * Is it like this In death's other kingdom Waking alone At the hour when we are Trembling with tenderness Lips that would kiss Form prayers to broken stone.
