#3 of Cell A114

Greg stretched himself casually, forgetting about his surroundings. He had slpet in that morning and missed breakfast, so the day was late. But he did not mind. Moran was called in for Commanding work and Greg decided to brave the canteen on his own for lunch. Luckily in good fate he met a young wolf in his early adolescence serving him at the counter. Light brown with white patches on his face and neck. The wolf had a bright smile on his face and met Greg with great curiosity. His name was Tee, Greg learnt. Tee was happy to serve Greg and insisted he remain being served by him because the rest of the servers took his presence badly. The wolf was so interested in him that after a while he left his post to sit at Greg's table as he ate. The wolf only had a cup and straw and happily sat in silence watching Greg eat his food as he sucked at his beverage. Tees' hazel eyes never left the motion of Greg's fork passing from the plate to his mouth.

When Greg finished his meal and stretched, Tee charismatically slammed the cup on the table and wagged his bushy tail "So what are your plans for today Greg?" he asked in his light playful voice.

"I don't know" Greg admitted, feeling somewhat out of place in the wolfs presence "my friend has work all day"

"Who's your friend?"

"Moran..."

Tees' ears swivelled quickly "General Moran? What are the chances of that?!"

Greg nodded and smiled at remembering his new friend. His momentary daydream made him jolt at Tees' giggle. He caught himself and looked at the wolf who now rested his chin on his arms, wagging his tail ever so fiercely.

"What?" Greg asked.

"I know that look!" he said, louder than Greg would have wanted "I know Moran too. Very pleasant to be around" he leaned in and growled playfully "bet he has a thing for you too, eh?"

Greg didn't expect that "how..."

"We know each other well" Tee interrupted "I knew him and Durian when I was still a pup"

The fact that Tee was of good acquaintance to Moran made Greg more comfortable about Tees' unusual prying as well a surprised at the chances of meeting Tee.

"So what are your plans for today?" Tee asked again, tail still frantically wagging.

Greg smiled at that, there was something so adorable about the Feralkin wolf he just had to answer with something constructive "I guess I'll explore the stations recreational sector. I haven't been there yet"

"I'll come with you! Then you can meet my sister" Tee said excitedly and stood.

"I'd like that" said Greg as he stood as well.

Tee led Greg through the unrelenting bustle of people further between the towering cells until they finally ended at the centre of the station. There, the towers stopped and revealed a wide open area with different buildings and open field setups. Most of it was covered in a soft green synthetic turf.

It was an amazing spectacle, and a wonder at how much a single station could accommodate an entire population of various species during times of danger and even war.

Tee did not stop as they went through different stations of sports and activates that Greg did not understand or recognise. There was no human who could offer a game with Greg. The idea made him feel a little lonely.

Soon they found a building closed up and what appeared to be the establishment of a swimming area. Tee ignored the close sign and opened the door, beckoning Greg to follow.

"Are we allowed in?" Greg asked

"No... but my sister is M28 staff and maintains the place so why not?" the wolf continued in and Greg summed up the courage to pursue him.

Inside, it was like any enclosed swimming pool Greg had ever seen at home. The white lights were on and the blue water was flat as glass. On the other end was a large area free of obstacles and at its centre was a brown wolf with white markings. She was definitely female, wearing peculiar black sportswear and was in the middle of performing an elaborate pose.

Tee called out "Ella!"

The female wolf stood straight and looked at them with the same eyes as her brother. Unlike her brothers outgoing friendliness, her face was an angry snarl and Greg stayed behind as Tee moved in.

"Tee?! What are you doing here? And who is this?" her voice was one of command like an angry football coach.

Greg raised his hand in greeting "I'm Greg"

"I met him at the canteen today Ella" Tee said and hugged his sister who did likewise. Greg could see Ella was much older than Tee and perhaps even his guardian figure.

She looked at Greg and then back at her little brother "What are you doing with the human?"

"The human?" Greg asked, taken aback.

Ella moved up to Greg "I'm so sorry, it's just that, the M28 staff know you're the only human on the station. It's a peculiar thing, I'm sure everyone will know by the end of the week. Your kind is not too popular."

"He's Moran's new partner" Tee said teasingly with a wink at his sister. She was surprised at that.

"No, no! We're just friends!" Greg quickly said "I met him on the first day and he was the only one who helped me"

Ella's posture relaxed "Really? In that case you're our friend too. Moran has been good to us in times of trouble" she moved up and shook his hand with a soft wolfish smile.

"He had nothing to do today so I brought him here" Tee explained with his youthful excitement.

Ella nodded "Well it just so happens I'm off to report at the M28 staffs centre. We might see Moran there if you care to join?"

Greg agreed and the three of them proceeded from the structure back into the busy recreational fields. Ella took them to the further end under one of the cell towers into a large area with glass doors that looked much to Greg like a city building entrance. All the while Tee would chat about anything that struck his fancy, dabbling a few times about Moran in particular to Greg who was happy to talk to the lively wolf.

"Seriously though" Tee continued in a lower voice so his sister at the front would not hear "Moran isn't known for having many friends. We know him but he spends most of his time alone. Especially since Durian left him... I'm surprised he's friends with you of all creatures..."

Once in the building Ella made the two of them sit at the waiting room while she handed in a collection of papers and offered to find Moran who may well be in the building.

Greg looked up a moment later at the sound of a familiar voice, not a voice he wanted to her. Sev, the grey dragon took the corner ahead of the waiting room talking to a short wolf who nodded and left with a brown parcel under his arm. Sev was carrying a brown parcel as before and seemed not to notice the two of them at first. Greg's heart skipped when the dragon looked up at the two of them. Tee was as quiet as Greg when they notice him.

Sev smiled a gleeful smile ""Well! If it isn't Moran's little fuck toy!"

Tee whispered to Greg "Who's this jerk?"

"Some idiot I met at Moran's quarters yesterday"

Sev arrogantly strode up to the two of them and Tee stood. His bravery surpassed that of Gregs, who was surprised to see absolutely no fear in the young wolfs posture.

"Who' you calling a fuck toy?" Tee growled at the hulking dragon.

Sev stopped, surprised at Tees verbal retaliation "And who are you?" his voice box mingled with his guttural language.

"Ellas brother" he snorted with an air of authority over his sisters name. Obviously Ella had a bit of status and Greg assumed Sev would take caution, he did.

"Really? Well then I will forgive you this once, you little shit" pointing at Greg he snarled "but this little fucker... I warned him he'd be in trouble if I saw him again"

As Sev carelessly dropped the brown parcel on the floor beside him and took another step forward, Greg stood. Tee moved forward and shoved at the dragon "What's your problem?" he yelled "'the hell has Greg done to you?"

Sev pushed the wolf out of the way with ease and strode up to Greg who now almost closed his eyes. Greg's' fear overwhelmed his will to stand before Sev with dignity and he shrunk at the dragons presence.

The dragon briskly grabbed at the front of Greg's shirt and pulled him closer "my problem is Moran's disgusting behaviour and whatever this human has to do with it..."

Before Sev could do anything, a gruff voice called behind him "What's going on here?!"

Sev immediately let go of Greg and spun round. Before them stood one of the Dragonkin Greg met on his entry into the station. It was the dragon one who gave him his A114 tag, dressed in a black formal pants and a sliver badge on a chain around his bare chest depicting a large X; a station law enforcer.

Greg was immensely relieved to see the dragon.

"Sev!" the enforcer barked, his brown maw displayed rows of gleaming teeth "what the hell do you think you're doing?" the question had as much disbelief as it did anger.

Sev ignored the enforcer and let go of Greg. Gingerly retrieving his parcel, he stormed from the room.

The enforcer moved up to Greg and Tee "Are you to all-right?"

Tee nodded as did Greg. The enforcer nodded and mumbled "I did warn you human..." he formally stamped his left foot to the floor and promptly left without another word.

Another voice called Greg's name, the one he hoped he would hear. Looking up from Tee who had sided next to him, he saw Ella wide eyed and behind her, Moran.

The green dragon skirted past the wolf and approached Greg who finally lost his composure. The confrontation proved such a shock and the sight of Moran, the only one who provided an ounce of security in M28, almost broke him. What made it worse was how pathetic he felt. If Sev were another human he would have physically resolved the situation in a heartbeat. But he couldn't compete with a massive Dragonkin.

Moran looked shocked as he embraced Greg. As if to fend off anyone who wished to harm him. Turning to Ella he said "I think we should report that behaviour, coach"

Ella nodded "I'm sure the enforcer will be doing so"

"Report it again to make sure, please" Moran said sternly.

Greg hugged Moran and resisted the urge to tremble with what he felt was fear resolving into hatred for Sev.

Moran coaxed him closer and leaned his head next to his "Did he hurt you? That would get him detention."

"No, only grabbed my shirt"

Moran sighed and lifted his head to Tee and Ella who stood side by side, "I'm taking him to his quarters... are you alright kiddo?"

Tee nodded his head and wagged his brown tail at Moran.

"So am I" Greg said and pushed out of Moran's arms "just a little shook up" it was the truth. Greg didn't want to seem weak even if he was the only human on M28 and he could hardly defend himself.

Moran looked at him with the sliver glinting eyes "Let's take you there anyways. Few dragons will be keen to see you here of all places in the station. Sev is one of many."

Moran left with him, the two greeting Ella and Tee farewell. Tee asked if he could see them again soon and Greg nodded with a smile.

Upon reaching cell A114, Greg slipped out his yellow tag from under his shirt and slid it passed the lock. The door swung open and Moran led him in with his clawed hand resting on the small of his back. Greg had hoped the stress of his confrontation would have worn off by the time they got there. But there was still a bit of it in him. The knowledge that Sev was around and many others would have the same mind-set as him was unsettling.

Moran turned and looked at Greg, placing his claws on his shoulders and letting them slide down his arms till he grasped Greg's hands and squeezed them.

"I'm afraid I can't stay now, my uncle called me in before I saw you with Sev and he's waiting"

Greg didn't want him to go but did not say so "can you come back when you're done? I'd like some company..."

Moran shook his head "my uncle stays on the stations bridge, I won't be back until tomorrow morning"

Greg was disappointed, but only looked down at Moran's hands holding his.

"I think Tee will be good company for you" Moran finally said "he's a good kid and I think he's fond of you"

"Very" Greg agreed with a chuckle.

Greg could feel the dragon lean closer to him and his heart fluttered. The dragon's warmth was stifling but comforting as much as it was unexpected. Moran's grip tightened and Greg looked up at his silver eyes. Within a heartbeat Moran leaned in and pressed his maw against Greg's lips in a short kiss.

Greg squirmed with overwhelming delight as Moran kissed him again almost playfully. The third time his hands let go of Greg's and wrapped around his torso, pulling him against his solid form and the two kissed once more. Moran's musky scent filled Greg's senses and he couldn't resist closing his eyes and savouring the moment before it ended with Moran laughing softly at how Greg's body went limp in his embrace.

"I'm glad I watched that dragon throw your tag into the crowd. Else we never would have met"

"You're glad a dragon swiped his claw at me?" Greg teasingly asked.

"You know what I mean!" Moran pulled him closer, looking down at Greg who stared back; craning his neck at Moran's height.

"I think Tee will be good for you" Moran continued "and it's good I leave else I don't know what well end up doing tonight"

Greg mumbled "Can't you stay?"

Moran shook his head and let go of their embrace "sorry, but I'll call Tee for you. I insist... he's very fond of you!"

Greg admitted he would enjoy Tees Company which made Moran happy. He hugged him again and reluctantly bade him a good afternoon before leaving Greg alone in his cell.

Once he watched Moran disappear in the elevator, he closed the door and grinned fiercely to himself. The butterflies in his stomach made him feel giddy and he didn't know what to do with except think of Moran. He finally conceded to lie in his bed and happily wait for Tees' arrival, all the while thinking of the kisses from the green dragon. It all seemed so right. Even if Earths Prime Station was under threat and he was the only human on M28. Moran was his world now.

Tee soon arrived with a large black satchel, explaining it was his gaming console his sister got him for his birthday and dinner, though it was still early-afternoon. The two of them set up the device in the cell before the bed on one of the movable nightstands and sat side by side playing games till late in the evening. Afterwards they sat on the bed after preparing the meal in the kitchenette and ate.

Greg didn't fully understand some of the games and the consoles remotes were odd in his hands, but he enjoyed it. It reminded him of playing with some of his friends down on earth.

The two battled and several times after dinner. Tee would shove at Gregs achievements with adorable excitement. The wolfs youthfulness was always present and made Greg extremely happy.

Afterwards they sat and talked about different things, soon divulging on the topic of Moran and Greg.

"So you're only friends?" Tee asked in a way that Greg knew the wolf expected more than that.

Greg felt himself blush "Well I thought so... but tonight proved different..."

Tee flipped himself on his belly and lay on the bed with his head in his hands looking at Greg with interest "Aaaand?"

Greg couldn't help but smile "I like him" he said simply

Tee raised an eyebrow and said with taunting exasperation "dreamy, I know... I saw how he hugged you at the staff building today"

Greg roughed Tees brown head "And what about you eh? Got anyone special?"

Tee nodded as if he was about to revel a great secret "Moran introduced him to me a few weeks ago when he entered his new shift cycle"

"He?" Greg did not expect to hear that.

Tee slapped his paws on the bed "What?! You're the one to talk! I'll have you know I'm as straight as a circle and as proud of it as Moran is! Why do you think I found such interest in you today?" he joked.

Greg laughed at that "And who is_he_?"

Tee shrugged "some wolf working the same shift as Moran; tall grey and very handsome. Moran didn't know the guy to be gay until he met me"

"You're talking of Rinor?!" Greg asked startled.

"Yep, I'd expect you met him" Tee said simply "I know! I didn't know he was either, but we met once and Moran insisted that Rinor was interested in me. He was right, but we've only had the chance to meet a few times."

"Aaaand?" Greg asked mimicking Tee.

The wolf snorted and slapped Greg on his knee "Don't be silly! He's rough in personality but a slow kind of guy. I'm not keen to fuck any-old-person in a heartbeat! Even in Feralkin wolves are known for their raucous sex lives."

For the rest of the evening they spoke of their relationships. The openness was unexpected for Greg. On earth such things never happened to him and yet he found himself in a circle of people, albeit different species, who were the same as him.

Soon they both passed out on the bed and later that evening Ella came to collect her little brother. Greg saw them off before taking a shower and climbing into bed, eager to start the next day.

Hope you are liking it so far ^.=.^
