THE FITTEST, chapter ,1, A New Friendship... Now, before we start... I just want you to know, this has no connections to any real people... This is just a story...from my brain... With words... And such...Enjoy! ????
Day 1,Mil
I awoke on this island only to find open meadows a forst and a lake "where am I?" I thought to myself just as I heard a clank! then a bush move."Hello?" No response. I was walking and it started to get dark..." Hmm I should make a fire but how? I don't have any tools..." Then I got a stupid idea. I started to punch a tree surprisingly it didn't hurt at all. "Huh "I thought. As I built a fire I was thinking of who was clanking ,but I didn't get much time to because a arrow zoomed passed my face wo! "Who's there?!" I said just as a arrow hit me straight in the chest. I fell over due to the pain and some green faced thing with a snarl came up and bit a chunk out of my left side I curled up in pain...aggggggh!!!" This is bad "I said (every thing / person heard me on this island !) nice move Mil."tsssssssss...BOOM!"
Day 1, Cupa
Today I made a new friend named Andr and were both humobs half human half mob, we gathered enough supplies to build a small house so we can defend ourselves from the weather and hostile mobs... Andr and I are both outcasts because we weren't all mob at my old nest ,my mom was always sad and my dad never talked to me... They tried to kill me a lot.
Night, 1 Cupa
Andr and I were fast asleep when out of nowhere we heard an awful yell then a BOOM! " oh no" I thought ,because I knew what made that boom..." Andr , are you up?" I asked "yea, lets go see what that was." Five minutes later... Andr and I came upon a small fire " what's that over there ?" I asked " it's a human." Andr told me "is that an arrow in his chest? He's missing a chunk out of his side! We got to help him Andr, he could die!" I said. "No, we cant, he could try to kill us." Andr argued" But we have to help him!" I said" Ok but YOU have to take care of him. Ok?" No problem." I said.
Day 2, Mil
I have awoken to find I was in a soft bed, wih a bandage on my chest and on my side. There was a piece of shrapnel in my right side... "Hello?" I asked all I got back was a tssss... Oh no I'm gonna die! It stopped. "huh?" I asked 3 seconds later a girl in a green hoodie with a creeper face on the hood with amber hair and eyes, and in a skirt with knee high socks on,jumped on my bed and yelled "BOOM!" she started laughing. I winced because she landed on the bed which made my side move... "hey are you ok?" The girl asked " ya I'm fine just hurts a bit. Hey who are you?" I asked " I'm Cupa,Cupa the creeper." The girl said," and you are?" The girl asked " I'm Mil " I answered " well Mil, you weren't in such good condition, an arrow in your chest and a chunk out of your side... With your back to a rock five feet away from your camp... With a crater near it...so we helped you to our house and patched you up." She said" wait who's we?" I asked. Just then a tall girl in a black jacket black boots and a hat with purple glowing eyes on the front walked in and all she said was "don't try anything stupid."Cupa" just kept on talking how they saved me just in time and how I was about to die, I was just blushing because the two girls who were sitting next to me... Saved my life...
"Hey, how old are you two?" They both said "13 why?" Cupa asked if I was 13 also and the tall girl walked out. "Yes" I answered... "Weird" I thought I fell asleep again.
Night 2, Mil
I awoke to peacefull breathing. I looked around to see what the source was, and I found Cupa sleeping on the chair across the room." What was she doing?" I thought. I fell asleep again.
Day 3, Mil
I awoke again to see Cupa, still asleep in that chair I tried to get up, it only hurt a little, I walked over to Cupa grabbed the chair lightly and shook it as hard as I could and yelled "aghhh there coming!"
She flew out of that chair faster than that arrow that flew by my face on the first night. She turned around and socked me in the face REALLY hard, I stumbled back a bit. " sorry." She said blushing and panting. " it's ok, hey your a good fighter"I said, nose bleeding "thanks." She said blushing even redder. " I'm a bit hungry." I said " is there any food around?" I asked." Um... We have some bread." Cupa said. So we got some bread from a chest. We ate for a bit silently. The tall girl wasn't to be seen." Weird." I thought.
Night 3, Cupa
I've awoken to a very cold night, colder than any other I've every been through. My teeth started to chatter and I curled up in a ball under my covers...
Darkness 3, Mil
I awoke to darkness just dark,dark,dark, i walked in to Cupa's room." Cupa are you ok?" No reply just chattering teeth. " I'm gonna make a fire ok?" Still No response. I made a fire place with some stone I found, put down some logs and made a fire. About 1 minute later Cupa dived for the fire and landed 2 inches from the roaring flames. " you cold?" I asked sarcastically, " yea just a bit." She said smiling. She still shivered a bit so I gave her my blanket. I started to shiver a little but I willed myself to stop and curled up to the fire and fell asleep. The next morning Cupa was staring at me." Agh!" I yelled a little startled. " morning!" She said cheerfully." Morning." I said. " hungry?" She asked. Come to think of it I was starving. "Yea, do we have any meat by chance?"I asked. Cupa replied "no only bread and apples... Sorry." No no, it's fine really" I responded. Again we ate silently on the floor near the fire...
Night 4, Cupa
It was cold again so I curled up near the fire but when I did Mil started to move around a lot and started talking in his sleep like "no! There my friends! I'm not leaving them behind!!!" Then he woke up with a gasp and he started to look around frantically as if looking for something. He got up and walked over to me..." Cupa, has there been any men here lately?" He asked," no why?" He just sat there and looked at me. I saw a small tear roll down his cheek and he just hugged me for a little bit... Then he went to the fire and fell asleep cross legged," ok..." I thought, and lied down to sleep...
Day 5, Mil
Last night was... Different. (I do not have a crush on Cupa though!!!) in my dream there were hundreds of men in suits that tried to take me from this place and I fought and fought but they just kept coming... Then they took Cupa and Andr... Then I woke up and that stuff happened last night so... Just wanted to set the record strait. I was getting a little bored so I asked" want to go cut down trees?" Cupa just looked at me like I was stupid again" we don't have tools." She said " yea I know but I can make a few." I said so in about 10 minutes or so I made some axes out of that stone I found and we set of into the woods... We came across a lake with a lot of trees around it and we started to cut some down. about five hours later we were exhausted, so we set our stuff down.we looked at the lake for a while seeing how clear it was." Want to go swimming?" Cupa asked. " um... I don't know..." I said "why not?" She asked" well first off we don't have swimming clothes... I'll have to make some..." Cupa just looked at me and smiled at me and ran to the lake and jumped in, sweater on and all. And I thought "when in Rome,"and I jumped in... We swam around for 1 hour and by then it was starting to get dark and cold so we went back home...
Night 5, Cupa
I had the best day today Mil and I went lumber jacking and then swimming! It was so much fun i just wish Andr was here though... Where is she?...
Night 5, Mil
Cupa and I got a pretty good haul today of fire wood almost 3 stacks! That's gonna last all of this winter? I don't know what's going on but it's getting to cold now and I fear the worst... But when I thought that it couldn't get any colder, it just got very very warm... The fire was hurting my face now so I backed away... "What's going on...
Day 6, Mil
I woke up around 4 ish I could tell because it was still a little dark out side. I walked into Cupa's room to see if I could scare her... She was fast asleep in her bed and didn't move at all... I waited for 1 minute and then jumped up on the bed and said " CAAAAAAT!! " she ran out so fast you could barely see it happen and she screamed and ran out of the room... Eyes closed... I heard a Loud "crash!" Then a "thump!" "Cupa? Cupa?! Are you ok?." No answer... I went out to see what had happened... And Cupa, was on the ground near that chest, unconscious..." Cupa!" I yelled no response. I checked her to see if her heart was still beating... Pulse is good... Is she breathing, I listened very carefully... Good she still is breathing...but what do I do now? I just put her on her bed again and put the covers over her... I sat in a chair near the bed so I could do something if she stopped breathing... I went to get some bread for when she woke up if she was hungry. But I heard a strange noise like " reerrrrrr" and then a loud bang! And then the door broke down. I grabbed an axe and swung it at the nearest "thing" and I hit it in the neck. It toppled over with a pool of blood forming on the floor. One of the things bit my shoulder with so much force, a chunk came out of it." Agghhhh!!!" I yelled as I switched the axe to my left arm and decapitated the thing. They just kept on coming but I never stopped fighting. Swing left,swing right,swing,left,right,left,right... This went on for five minutes. Then they stopped coming... I walked into Cupa's room to see if she was ok... She was still lying in her bed but her eyes were wide open with fear. "Hey are you ok?" I asked she just stared at me with disbelief..." How... How did you... Not turn?" She said voice trembling." Huh?" I asked " they... They were... Infected..." Cupa said " what do you mean?" I asked again " you should have turned into a mob... How-how did you not?" Cupa started trembling again... " I-I don't know..."
Night 6, Cupa
Today was a bit... Odd... We were attacked by zombies and Mil was bit 18 times... And he didn't get infected... I'm worried...
Day 7,Mil
Last night... Was a... Experience... I never knew how bad things could get at night... Especially because it just happened so suddenly... I need to have a weapon on me at all times... Again Cupa just kept her distance from me... I don't know why though. I survived, you'd think she'd be proud, or at least happy...
Day 7, Cupa
Today Mil was walking a bit funny and making weird noises... Like he was shuffling his feet really fast, and was saying in a musical tone " I'll take it in but won't look dooowwn!!! Cause I'm on top of the world eh! I'm on top of the world eh! Watin on this for a while now, been playen my boots to the dirt! I've been watin to smile eh!Been holden it in for a while eh! Take you with me if I can. Been dreamin of this since a child. I'm on top of the world. Ooh woah oh oh owoh owoh oowohowowo owoh cause I'm on top of the world eh! I'm on top of the world eh!" Take you with me if I can... Been dreamin of this since a child... I thought that it may be an effect of the transformation, but when he saw me... He started blushing right away " it's just some music from my old home!!! I'm not weird ." I'm pretty sure he was thinking " wow, smooth move Mil... You made this even more a worse for yourself..." I just clapped my hands a little and he started to blush even more... Just then, guess who came in? The one and only! Andr the ender girl. " hey where have you been?" I asked " on... Business" she hesitated on that one " what were you really doing?"Mil asked. Andr walked over to him and stared at him for a bit... Bad move Mil... Andr just said " that's for me to know and you to not." And just walked away... Mil looked at me like I knew what was happening, but I didn't so I just shrugged my shoulders and mouthed " I dunno."
Night 7, Cupa
I was very interested in what that noise was that Mil was making... I know I'm not all like " hey what was Andr doing or, why is she just shying away from Mil?" But no, I was more intrigued by the noises, so I went into Mil's room... He wasn't asleep, just staring at his ceiling..." Mil" I asked he jumped up and out of the bed with a bit of fear in his eyes..." What... What's wrong? Are they here?!? Are they here?!?" He yelled grabbing my shoulders and shaking me viciously..." No! No one is here besides me and Andr!!!" I yelled... I think Andr heard us but she never came in... " sorry... I'm a bit... Well... Confused..." "Why?" I asked
"Well those men I was talking about?" Yea" I said" well they... Are gonna try to take me home..." He said. I just stood there for a bit staring at him... " Where they really going to or is this another joke he's pulling on me?" I thought to myself. He didn't take his eye of me for a second... It's not a joke... "Well... You know those noises you were making today?" I said " ya." Well... I was wondering if you could do more of it..." You mean sing?" Mil said" yea, if that's what it's called." I said blushing again..." Umm... Sure. I'll think of a few songs ok?" He said " ok! Cool" I said.
Night 7, Mil
Cupa came into my room and asked me if I could sing to her... After a little bit I came up with a few old songs from home..." Home." I thought..." This is my home now." But old home "sigh" Cupa smiled at me with anticipation... " umm..." And I started " I'm bleeeeeing out! Is it the last thing that I dooo! I'm bleeeeding out! I'm bleeding out for you! So I bare my skin and I count my sins and I close my eyes and I take it inn! I'm bleeeeding out I'm bleeding out... For you!" I looked over at her and she started to blush a bit. I smiled " don't like that one?" I asked " no no! It was good." She said " it's ok if you don't like that one... I got loads more." I said. She started to smile a bit. And for the rest of that night I kept singing and talking to a half creeper half human girl... That I'm starting to like a little...
Day 8, Cupa
I woke up to find I was on Mil's bed, he was on the edge almost about to fall off... " what did I do last night?" Then I remembered... Mil "sang" me to sleep and just before I did, he went to the end of the bed... Man, he was nice...
