"Great, this had to be my next destination. Challenge Plains was nice, but this place...god. I hate it here!", he complained, just arriving and already hating the scenery. It took Eurasia two hours to cross Challenge Plains, and is still wondering about what happened between him and Rally. It still bothered him what he meant about getting better and such. The green streak in the air also confused it, but it gave him a chance to think a lot. The next area he is traveling is Oggly Boggly Bog Swamp. The area stank of swamp but had the appearance of a bog, which struck Eurasia as pretty obvious.

According to the map, this was considered a level Orange area, which meant that it was very dangerous here. Lolly gagging here was not an option, as he studied the flora and fona here. Everything in this swamp was much different than what he was used to. Many different plants as well as animals that are normally rare in the villages flourish everywhere here.

"Damn this trail! I hate it! Swamp water on the sides, and this soil is not very dense. I want to get out of here as soon as possible!", he yelled as his voice echoed everywhere. He quickly shut his mouth, remembering that he could be heard and attacked from anywhere. Feeling dumb, he gave a quick scan of the area to see if he was being followed.

Nothing swimming in the swamp water and nothing climbing the trees. For now, he was safe, but for how long is what he wondered. He continued deeper into the swamp, taking samples from various plants when he saw something move in the shadows, coming from the water.

Eurasia quickly drew the sword on his back and looked at the water, "Uh...go away! I have a sword!", he said, trembling a bit. There was no response as the shadow vanished. He gave a sigh and put his sword back, feeling paranoid.

__

Meanwhile, in the deepest parts of the swamp, a meeting was being held, "Ok, so everyone fully understands right?", said a voice. Chirps and hisses were heard everywhere, as the meeting was just about to end until a echo was heard by them. "I want....out...possible!

Everyone hissed as they heard that voice echoing all over the swamp. They all looked at each other, crawling on all fours, and ready to strike as orders were be relayed. Grunts and hisses were then heard, and they all scampered away into the swamp.

__

As he continued walking, he saw a small spot where the ground was firm. It was covered with grass and light was hitting in. Eurasia jumped for joy as he ran over to the spot and felt the sun once more, "Ahh...it feels like forever that I've been in this dark, damp swamp. I'd better take this time to take a break.", he thought to himself.

He sat down on the grassy floor and lied down in the sun. Sleep was the next thing coming, but then he saw something in the corner of his eye. He quickly got up and looked around. The sword on his side was drawn, as he was ready to face whatever it was. The swamp echoed with chirping and various other animal sounds.

Eurasia started to think that it was nothing, but sleep was not a good idea here. There really might be something after him this time, like how Rally was after him before and he never noticed. The sword in his hand was his only line of defense, but even that would be nothing to anthros that are really powerful. He technically did not beat Rally, which was something he kept in mind.

The sword which he named, "Sword of the Heart", was made out of something that even with his extensive knowledge could not find out what it was made of. But it was tough enough to cut through almost anything with ease, in theory. If he couldn't get sleep, training was the next best thing for him.

Learning how to defend himself was good, so he took his sword and started to swing around. He measured how much time it took to making a strike, the speed and the how much energy it took. Swinging the air was good, but he also needed raw data to back up his measurements. A tree that was starting to wither was nearby, which was a thing for him to use as practice.

He let his backpack down and walked over the tree and readied his sword. With firm grip he swung his sword and it cut the tree as he expected. He was about to jump for joy until he noticed that the sword only went in about 3 inches. This was a disappointment to him, as he was not strong enough to back up his data. He gripped the sword and struggled to pull out the sword.

It was tough, but after a minute of pulling he managed to pull it free but not before falling on his back hard. "Ow...man, I'm not strong enough to pull off my ideas. I guess I get stronger then.", he said to himself, walking back to his backpack.

Suddenly, the backpack started to move slowly away from the spot where it was placed. Eurasia spotted it quickly and ran with all of his might while putting his sword back. Before it fully vanished from sight, he lunged and grabbed a hold of the strap, "Hey! This is my backpack, not yours!", he yelled, looking over to see who this thief was.

As the thief got into view, Eurasia was starting to sweat bullets. It was a large croc, easily over 9' in length staring him down. It gave a low hiss and swiped the backpack, knocking him down. As the croc ran away on all fours, it knew that the human would follow. As expected, it heard footsteps running towards him along with a yell, "Give it back! That holds my treasure!", he shouted, getting desperate.

The croc gave a small smirk and made a quick right around a corner. Eurasia was a bit behind, but he managed to keep up with the croc as he turned the corner as well. "I got you now---", but he was cut off as he saw a group of 5 crocs along the one with his backpack. They opened their mouths slightly to give a quick hiss and started to crawl towards Eurasia. His instincts took over as he gave flight through the swamp, the crocs not far behind. The croc with the backpack walked away, knowing that the human will be caught without effort.

Eurasia dodged the coming branches and tried to avoid slipping on the slippery ground of the swamp as the crocs closed in. He saw a small pond with stepping stones on them, "Hmm? That might work...", he thought, making a quick turn and stopped at the edge of the pond.

Time was short as quickly estimated that the rocks could be jumped. He looked back to see the crocs making the turn as well and made a jump for it. As he was about to land on the first rock, a croc jumped up with his mouth open. Lunch was about to served for the croc, but lucky Eurasia thought quickly and positioned himself so that his legs stop the fall on the edges of it's mouth.

The croc snapped and sent Eurasia flying to the other side of the pond. The ground shook as he landed on his bottom, "Oof!...Man that was close...", he said, rubbing his bottom. He quickly got back up and looked to the other side to see the crocs standing still and watching him from the other side.

"Ha ha! Can't get me now!", he mocked, making faces at the crocs. He suddenly felt something grasp his leg and tug on it. A croc got a hold of Eurasia with it's jaws while he was unfocused and pulled him into the water. Eurasia yelled as he was pulled into the dark waters, "AHHH--", was all that was heard.

He tried to get free, but the croc was holding him too hard for him to resurface. Everything around him started to slow down, as he started to drown under the water. The last thing he saw before blacking out completely was more crocs swimming at him.

The loss of his backpack was enough of a shock, now this had to happen to him. It seemed that nothing but bad luck was befalling the only human who dared to venture out into the unknown. As Eurasia was still out cold, the crocs had big plans fo him at night fall.

As hours flew by, Eurasia started to come to as he heard voices, "...I want...bite.." and "No...caught him....bite...me!", was what he heard as he started to open his eyes. He tried to move, but he was unable to move his arms and legs. It wasn't until he completely opened his eyes that he saw that he tied to a tree of some kind. It was dark, the only source of lights were small fire places laid all around.

His eyes caught about 7 crocs all huddled together, actually speaking about who would get the first bite on him. One the of the crocs hissed as soon as it's eyes noticed that the human was awake. The talking stopped as they all looked back at Eurasia. The crocs all wondered in different directions, leaving a very confused Eurasia tied up.

"Wha...where they just talking...can't be. They aren't anthros so its not possible.", he thought, struggling to get out of get free from the ropes. He wondered how he had survived, since he was underwater too long. Luck was on his side, but not for long when they get to chow down on his scrawny body and its the end of his journey.

The sword that was on his side was gone, and he had also lost his backpack. Eurasia looked around for every possible way to get out, but it seemed hopeless. From the darkness, another croc came by and started to stare at him. Eurasia was about to ignore him since he was in no mood for crocs not, but this croc had something in its jaws that made him pay attention. His backpack and his sword was in it's mouth and was just walking as if nothing was happening.

"Hey you! Give that back! That stuff belongs to me!", yelled Eurasia, angry how his stuff was stolen and now right in front of him. The croc gave a rough stare at the human tied up. It gave a low grunt and continued on his way, sliding it's tail on the ground as it disappeared back into the darkness. Eurasia growled as the croc just ignored him as if he was nothing. He gave a low sigh and thought of the possibility that theres no way out of this mess.

The croc with Eurasia's possessions looked back at the human and gave a low sigh. It dropped the backpack and opened it to see what was inside. Eurasia's journal was inside, as well as his spare clothes. But one thing intrigued the croc as it pulled out with its claw something wrapped in a cloth. Using it's jaws, it unwrapped it without tearing and awed the dragon scale that was hidden in it.

A gasp was heard from the croc, as it found it hard to believe that a human would hold something like this. Thoughts raced through its head, as it was conflicting with what was taught and this current situation. The dragon scale was put back in its place, re-wrapped with the cloth and back into the pack. It glanced back at the human looking down, while picking up the pack with its jaws and walked off.

No one seemed to be guarding Eurasia for some reason, as he tried once more to get free but with no avail. For what seemed like hours, he finally ran out of energy to struggle as the night seemed endless. Suddenly, he heard something in the darkness again, but it felt much more than just one croc. It started out faint at first, but then it started to sound like a stampede of them.

He started to shake now, as his worst fears have became a reality. A huge group of about fifteen crocs all came out from every direction. After they had all came into the area, they all started to stare at their prisoner. Eurasia was the center of attention, which usually was something good, but not in this case. In the crowd of croc, he spotted the croc with his stuff in its jaws.

There was a long session of hisses, growls and chirps that lasted for about five minutes until they all focused back on Eurasia. The croc with his stuff walked over to him, hissing on the way. "Great...this is how it ends huh? Eaten alive by this croc who has my things...", he thought, losing all hope of getting out alive. Even his great mind is unable to think of anything since he has no resources and time.

His stuff was tossed to the ground in front of him, as the croc started to climb up the ropes and met him face to face. Eurasia could feel the hot breath from the croc as it started opening its jaws, revealing a huge amount of sharp teeth and the darkness that lead towards it's throat. It started to close around his head, it's front teeth reached his neck while it poked at it.

Eurasia just closed his eyes to await the end, but he did not feel his neck being cut open. The ropes holding him were starting to be cut with the croc's jaws as they moved away from his head. One by one, they were being cut off, as Eurasia felt the grip around him loosen. One of the crocs in the crowd gave a huge growl and lunged at the croc freeing Eurasia.

"Watch out!", Eurasia warned but as soon as he screamed it, the croc was dealt with by a large tail whip to the face. Moments after, Eurasia was finally freed but was a nervous as the crowd of crocs got closer. The croc by Eurasia got back on all fours and started to growl at them, followed by hisses and chirps.

The crowd and the croc both repeatedly gave hisses, growls and grunts to each other. Eurasia felt dumb that he didn't understand a thing, but he spotted his stuff on the ground. He was about to pick it up then split, but the croc quickly grabbed it into its jaws and started to run off. A roar was heard from the crowd of crocs, as they started to move after him.

Following the croc with his stuff was the only option he had, so he decided to take it. His heart raced as it was tough to follow the dark, but he managed. The crowd of crocs weren't too far behind, all growling while keeping up the chase. He started to speed up, finally catching up with the croc as they ran together.

The croc made a sharp turn, so Eurasia followed. His best bet out of this stupid swamp was to follow someone who was familiar with the area. After five minutes, the crowd finally to stop chasing them and went back to their domain. Tired as he was, he still continued behind the croc as it started to slow down.

As they finally stopped, Eurasia wanted answers to the questions on his mind. "Excuse me, who are you? Why did you save me?", he asked, trying to sound polite even though he was mad. The croc glanced back, then started to continue its way through the swamp. He was infuriated that he was ignored, but decided to keep a calm mind until they were out of danger.

Everything on this journey has been nothing but trouble, but he still manages to get out free. The human and croc duo eventually stopped for the night and took a well deserved rest. When dawn came, Eurasia managed to sleep quite well under all of the stress. He was having a wondrous dream until he was awakened with a tail whack to the face.

"OW! NO! I DIDN'T IT! IM SORRY!...huh?", he yelled, dazed and confused at this moment. He rubbed his face for bit and glared at the croc, feeling a bit angry and sore from the events yesterday. The croc started to move, still holding the pack and the sword in its jaws. The map was in his pack, so Eurasia did not have a good idea where he was going beside following this croc.

Daybreak was a good idea to start in Eurasia's opinion, as they continued through. Eurasia did not say a word to the croc, since he thought that it would be pointless. Within a few hours, they were coming close to the exit as the smell of damp waters and rotten plants started to diminish. This was good news for Eurasia, but he wondered if he'll ever get his stuff back.

When they finally got out, Eurasia jumped for joy. "Yey! We got out!", he shouted, feeling happy and full of energy. The area ahead was just a dirt road, with grass surrounding it with a few pines and elms around.

He was about to ask the croc for his things back until it spoke, "S Peasat Pat...", along with a growl.

Eurasia jumped back for a second, hearing something that sounded like a word from the croc. He raised his eyebrow in confusion, "S Peas..what? What did you say?", he asked, feeling dumb talking to croc.

The croc turned towards Eurasia and spat out his pack and sword, "The place is called Pleasant Path.... Dimwit.", he remarked, sounding a bit irritated.

Suddenly the sound of a body hitting the floor was heard, as Eurasia fell down in surprise, "Wha..wha...did you...just speak?!", he asked nervously. The tone of its voice made it clear that this croc was male.

The croc's eyes had narrowed some at the question, "What do you think? Everyone is right with what they say about humans after all.", it said, still very annoyed at the human talking to him. His hands pushed off the ground to stand nearly straight upright, while his claws were holding on the strap of the backpack.

Eurasia shook his head and stood back up to see that the croc was about the same size as him upright. What didn't add up to Eurasia is how it was able to talk and stand up like a human. "Whoa...what do they say about humans?", he asked curiously, wanting to know what he had to say.

The croc's free hand started to dig around Eurasia's backpack looking for one item in particular within, "That they all have dulled brains.", he responded sarcastically. The wrapped up scale from was pried from the pack as he started to glare at him, "Where did this come from?", he asked bluntly, wanting the truth from this human.

Eurasia gasped as he saw in the claws of the croc, his treasure, "Hey! Thats my dragon scale! My father never told me where he got it from, but said that it was given to him. That was ten years ago.", he said, starting to get worried why this croc wanted to know.

Suddenly its tail slapped the ground, sending a bit of dust up into the air. "So you didn't earn it...", he said, hissing a bit as the pack and sword were tossed to Eurasia's feet. The wrapped scale was still held and looked at by the croc, "And what makes you think the dragon it came from wants you to have it?"

Eurasia suddenly felt a himself pinned down, since he did not have an answer to that. Then, an image of Heart flashed in his mind again. It reminded him that she trusts him to continue his journey without fail. With that, he stood up firm and looked the croc in the eyes, "The owner may not have given it to me, but I was given blessings by a dragon named Ms. DragonHeart. She was kind enough to let me finish my journey since she trusted me. I will never go against that trust! Now, give me back my treasure please!", he exclaimed, picking up his backpack and sword.

Surprised, the croc's eyes narrowed some at the courage he noticed in this human for speaking up to him. The wrapped scale was held out to the human, so he can take it back, "Then if a dragon did see it and gave the blessings, you are to be trusted. And since I can no longer head back into the swamp, more then likely you will see me around more.", he said, starting get back down on all fours.

This news was great for Eurasia, as he sat down holding his treasure once more. His attention turned to the croc again, "Uhh...my name is Eurasia...just to say. Do you have a name there?", he asked, still nervous but feeling more relieved. He noticed that his hands were shaking as he asked the question.

The croc started to walk off but stopped a few steps away after hearing the question. His head turned to peer back with an eye toward Eurasia, "They used to call me Lockjaw. Yet since no longer with the pack my true name should be known. That being Tyransarun.", he responded, Snout turned forward once more and started to walk off only having deeply inhaling to intake Eurasia's scent to keep the trail.

Tyransarun, another anthro that Eurasia met was on his way to who knows where. Eurasia took out his journal to write in the events that have happened yesterday, "Man...tough day. I seem to get nothing but trouble. I hope that I see Tyran-Tyrun..Ty. I'll remember him as Ty.", he thought, getting out his pencil and opening to a blank page.

"Day four - Just when things were getting on track, thanks to help from Heart, I ran into trouble while I was in Challenge Plains. I met this anthro wolf, nearly killed me if it wasn't for my sword. He said his name was Rally, RallyWolf. I'm expecting to see him again soon, but he may not go as easy on me next time. I managed to get past Challenge Plains just so I could land myself in the Oggly Boggly Bog Swamp. I hate it here! Smells and the atmosphere is not that pleasant. During my travel through the swamp, I found an area that seemed to be pure compared to the rotting environment. I took a moment to train a bit with my new sword. It...didn't go as planned, but as soon as I went back to my things, someone was stealing it! I quickly ran over to find that the culprit was this big croc. It ran away with it while I was not far behind. When it made a turn, I thought I had a chance, but what was awaiting me turned my plan around. There were five crocs, and they chased me away from the one with my pack. After a lot of running, I thought I was home free, but I got caught and dragged into water. After thinking that I drowned, I awoke hours later to find my self tied to a tree. I lost my possessions and lost all hope to escape. This croc walked by me, holding my stuff in its big jaws and ignored me. I never have been so angry before. If that wasn't enough, the whole croc group came in, looking for a feast. The croc with my things went up first, but strangely did not eat me. It actually saved me from this mess! We ran out together and managed to escape the mob of crocs. I was so sore after that, but I managed to sleep well. Too bad that I had a bad wake up call next morning."

With that, he closed his book and took out his map to the next area. His eyes opened with joy to the next destination on his map. He got up and jumped for joy, as he started to move along Pleasant Path to reach where he needed to go next. From the distance how ever, someone was keeping an eye on Eurasia.

Tyransarun ran into the swamp while Eurasia was writing in his journal, so he was unnoticed. His eyes watched Eurasia closely as he started to move. "About time he moved. Do not need to be caught still in the swamp. Time to begin the stalking...", he thought, as a grin slowly formed as his head focused at Eurasia who was jogging down the path.
